well huh good morning we just left UPS I had my buddy Barry from trompe Pistons next to me some ring rails because the ring rails that were sent with those mazda pistons were wrong so next year those big shout-out to Tromp pistons and Barry alright let's get to the shopping get this thing put together alright so I got that package I ripped everything out of it as quick as I got here and I put the oil rail on which is just this little black ring right here and you can see what it does is supports the oil ring and these ones look like they'll work either way it's what I got so it's what we're gonna eat and then I haven't seen what Sean's up to yet he's over here building something all looks like he's oh he's working on the rear check that out he's almost yeah he's almost done he's got the whole hospital in there so this will be the trams Rick and then his brother Todd's over here to look at this he's got her harness getting strung right now oh we got transbrake Oh the bump box I think the bump box is here too you better go find that yeah all right so Shane and I stopped to and we got our sensors we got a pump which should be around here also alright so that is our pump get all your pretty yeah they didn't have all the push locks that we needed we'd clean them out so did they have the little one now who feel perfect now that's gonna be back back in line at this point in time [Music] alright alright so this here is the smooth bump so what this will allow us to do is stage the car we'll be able to turn the top beam on and then you'll be able to press a button and roll through the transbrake to get the second beam on which will make the car ready to just go so once you release the transbrake all the action happens so pretty exciting a little part that just rolled in so Todd is checking out the schematic how it all goes together so it looks like we're gonna run a walbro 525 because it's what was available and what we're gonna do and we've made some pretty good power on one of these so so a single 525 is going in there also we're gonna give you a little update on the Civic that we tuned before started losing power losing power losing power I quit the down session I had him take a home and he found that there was actually a bearing starting to spin and all kinds of other little problems but well pumping everything else so he went in rebuilt the whole thing and now he's back and we're gonna go ahead and dive in this thing and see if we can't figure out kick and make some power he's trying to get the cover out alright so we got the tension from the parts thrown we actually found a problem with the tensioner so we're gonna redo the time but real quick and then get tuned on this thing but Shaun was telling me that he got something done and he wanted me to check it out so run him back over to the pulley and yeah let's check out the progress alright oh yeah just like you said so there it is all wrapped up finished up we got a radio trans cooler shoved back in the corner this is good this is good and while I was out at UPS Todd got the transbrake all wired up so progress is being made now I think he's going to start working on the the rest of the intercooler and then we can decide on turbo placement and boost pipes and get plumbing everything all the water and everything else so so let's keep racing and we'll check on that engine - bong when'd you get here he's a ninja bro he just shows up and then I know this is going out but this other one's going in and then I finished the fuel pump rig here he's a little piece of welding wire so it didn't have a bunch of wiggle to it with a little zip time yeah it's of taxes you just got a rig it I'm just gonna use one but this is a 525 so this single is good for 900 horsepower this is the same thing found in a Hellcat as the big guy I like that yeah simple solution right from the pump just wiggling around inside the tank you know so they just go how's it feel to you nice it feels pretty good huh okay it did have a little lag we'll add one more nice work yeah all right so I added another little stainless bar to that so we did want to wiggle I mean he was testing it yeah that's good [Music] hey it's a rig it's for now and it looks like it'll work fine and when we add a second pump to it we all know it's pretty ok no you know me man I'll have a mechanical pump on this in no time was a methanol I'll be out injectors I can't hold still 100% on everything hey which hole did you want the pump to go in this hole I thought so I just want to make sure so I'm just gonna add my wires to it but that'll just drop in there like so let's check this side it's hard to see but pumps down in there and it looks like it's gonna be a perfect fit you wanna check this out Emilio look at that idea this was yeah yeah yeah actually did it makes everything grow but look look in there you know that's pretty nice yeah great that's perfect it's actually a good ass idea just use the Peterson cap a little bit bigger hole yeah yeah I got a full done then put the bag to get it out a little bit it'll come yeah there you go easy accidents to you yeah add another one do whatever you want oh yeah he shows up to get his car tuned and I got him sweeping until the till the timing belt stuff shows up thanks brother because we have not been able to keep up so it's you tell how's it comin brother this ring is little bit hard to put it is so hard that's why that's why I asked you to do it otherwise and a lot of these women still in the war it's definitely a tricky situation that's what I was saying poof tough one alright and back to this hot rod we got a new tensioner that arrived so I'm gonna go ahead and get the time belt stuff back on this car let's see if we can't tune it they they brought it in and we were tuning in it was just losing power losing power I was like there's something wrong in the motor I cut the session off and then they found that like everything was going bad at the bottom and fast all right we got the time belt on and we're just about set to jet how're we doing man it's good it's good innit easier than that huh it is easier than you thought how it's pretty worried about those other rings though but they seem to be working good right now huh awesome one stress down oh man they realize you had only a couple of holes that go you're kicking we don't need to dump if we don't dump it so we got the valves last time belt on these guys are gonna get the valve cover on and we can strap her down and get tuned and finally there's a new shop dog works in the bully is this is a brooch spline shaft this right here is a brooch spline thing so this slides in to here and then when the whole front moves it telescopes into the steering column so it moves with the front end so when we put it in there we got to slide it up into the telescope first and then and then bolt that single in and then the two tops and that's it thanks Wyatt what do you
