Building FORTRESS ISLAND vs HUGE Vikings Invasion! (Kingdoms and Castles New Update gameplay)

Oh my--what 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 7 Viking ships are heading for Scotland and two Viking ships including a troll are heading towards the southern area all right everybody bear in here and welcome back to kingdoms and castles look at this so we've got a strong wall to the north and Anglia but you guys have been saying some - I keep asking do you guys want this to be a series and once again it is a resounding success for it to be a series but I'm wondering how best to kind of build walls around it I think I might need to build a lot of these which are gonna be quite expensive in terms of stone like right here one that'd be three oh my gosh that's basically a hundred stone right there so in order for this to really work we're gonna have to probably up our stone production right and spread it around and I'm wondering if it's even possible to truly have an independent island we're getting a lot of wood but I think we might need to build another ship so that's what I'm gonna do as well and I'm gonna transport let's go ahead and build up a ship and then I'll Tran I'll have more wood being transported back and forth this is my army and I believe that it's quite expensive to have an army oh we've got tools now that's fantastic so I can also remove blocks I think that might be one of the did I do it yeah I did it oh this is great this is great we're gonna enter a new era of development here so I was saying what do you think we should do and DGP was saying we should probably build some floating towers out on the water and I think that's a good idea I was thinking about doing one kind of like out here maybe or in some of the weaker areas we don't really know where they're gonna come from the Vikings have landed here they've landed over in the very densely populated areas and then Anthony was saying scatter towers DGP obviously floating towers Tyler was saying if I want to just delete something I can just use the Delete key nice pro tip there and that's like odo why don't I think of that and then a toast one of the most liked comments was saying that we should probably surround Anglia our island here with with stone walls so I'm thinking maybe one of the next one of these I get once I get to it tools again will uh be to get give me access to this stone and it increase this road here but yes so we got to figure out where we want to do it okay we built that so I think it might be time to maybe maybe keep it there for now right but we're gonna want to start working on a wall around it I'm thinking maybe too high we're gonna make the wall too high as far around this as we can get we are going to be using a lot on a lot and a lot of stone to do this which is what worries me oh wait did I I put it in with the hole man there's a - it's a two spot snakey devil now Anglia does we're going to centralize I will a thora see in the region and I think it might be time for another city as well where do we want to put him we could put them right here so we'll get another manner in here boom nicely done they got a brewery right across the way plus the are the armies right there for your you know they go on their parades and stuff like that so I'm thinking how much we got we got oh yeah once again the woods kind of the the shorter area and we're building that up which is nice let's go ahead and speed up production here shall we look at this and I love how we've got our stones a dragon sided hold the phone oh it's a big red one too oh no oh no guys he looks like he's heading for our outpost and we have nothing to defend this oh my gosh will our outpost about it there's not a whole lot of defenses here this is definitely the weaker side we need to change that up don't we okay at least he's flying to where more things can get involved with destroying him no but he is also threatening to burn our entire village area by the way once this guy is done I think I'm gonna start centralizing over here taking away these hobbles and building oh my god she's coming from far and wide now do I have another one yes I do I want you to destroy that we're gonna connect it with a road eventually we're gonna get rid of all these extra rubble rocks okay um we have we have extra beds okay good I'm going to demolish these hobbles is this extra stone unusable stone we're gonna get rid of that and I'm gonna put instead I'm gonna put a manor here so this is just massive rebuilding it's time to seriously upgrade our kingdom into a truly mighty Kingdom we've almost got to an hour fifty people here like you know it's about time yeah taxes are low right now guys and complete removal oh my gosh there's incredible lightning storm just lit up a a submerged farm that's how strong the fires are around here I mean the bit lightning is now where was the other rock oh I wanted to get rid of this one nice then we can I don't maybe connect the road or put a house or something here I do want to get rid of that well there's nobody gonna put it that out nobody put it out you gotta be kidding me and the merchant is leaving we're still getting our wood shipments come in let's see are we still producing more than enough wood we're definitely producing more enough wood and these guys are busy getting to it we've got even got ten extra people to build if we need to eventually I might get an might get a third ship I want it I wonder if there'd be different kinds of ships like that one's a really big merchant ship all right we're finally gonna finish up this guy let's see how are the walls doing they're finishing up here did I want to expand over here and then I could put orchards here our churches and libraries are too crowded hmm churches and libraries where can I stick it I could stick a library here the other ones right here there's there's a since there's people going over here I should probably put one over here I'm thinking what I might do over here is start building out I need to do that so that way the hospitals aren't as crowded like I might build a church you know what is it before it was hospital I think it was I need another hospital for sure so let's go ahead and do that do I even have a church I might not even have a church let's see where would the church fit all right so I'm building a church outside the walls I'll eventually maybe I could just wooden palace' bit up seven walls each hmm we could make it wood and this whole inner area would be stone because we need we need more living areas and I'm thinking of doing it here and this might be more industry will have agriculture town in cities and buildings like that and then more industry maybe we might even turn Ireland into trees or I guess we could always build another outpost up there when we need to so let's see there we go and I can build a hospital now all right so what I'm doing is this is gonna be all wouldn't defended by wooden walls and we'll probably have to this would be nice and covered but now that there's gonna be I need more wood coming in and around I might even get well let's see listen let's get back to normal speed how much wood are you depositing you're at 50 and you're at 50 and we got 308 maybe let's jump that up to 75 75 and it's defend this am I gonna have to just put these piers everywhere to build towers yikes it's gonna be expensive we'll pull it here and then I think we need to expand the iron Road here we're gonna call it the iron Road it's five gold and five stone we're gonna see if we can't make it to the bridge before we run out of gold we did we made it and we exactly ran out a goal that's awesome I mean not that we ran out of gold but yeah I think that our army has pretty heavy upkeep right now and that's one of the issues why we're relatively poor ish and we're finally finishing the church the hospital and a library I'll put out here so this is almost ready to start having houses put down one puts another thunderstorm so what I'm thinking here is we're gonna do we're gonna have a gate here and then I have a gate here so I've got to get rid of this stone here and we'll make this a stone area where the issue is gold oh wow another issues would well I guess we just didn't expand some serious walls but I'm I'm attempting to do some centralized planning over here I can't wait till they're done with this I'm gonna I'm gonna get rid of this and I'm gonna show you the idea look at the boats running eventually this area would need to be walled off right now I could I could always make this look a little bit cooler in certain parts and get rid of that and fill that in I wish we could get a wooden gate cuz that the stone gate just looks kind of goofy so I guess it shouldn't have it maybe just some archer towers the merchant has arrived well so we've got very little gold for you but I guess I'll buy some you know I don't need anything from you honestly you steal on the gold it makes me sad alright so I'm thinking like ah like it's not perfect and that's kind of what triggering me cuz what I want to do is I think I want to host festivals to increase happiness and attract new peasants but maybe I don't really need to do that over here I will need a tavern oh and I can't even afford a church right now monies money's tight twelve peasants to heta hmm has four heads of household yields more tax revenue than the rest huh because I know we want to put cottages on the outside let's see we'll start this side and work our way back these are the first house is going into Scotland it's gonna be very well defended if if the structures get built on time alright how is wood over here 318 I guess they're mostly keeping up with the demand we're slowly limiting it's so hard to like do this properly right okay well these were for defense towers which we're gonna need these are just increase the industry of note matters now what I wanted I think what it is is they're the stockpiles are probably inferior all right some serious constructions going on these perimeter towers till I kind of figure out the best way to do this because I think we do have to keep if these if these wood producers weren't going we'd be we'd be Sol but I'm thinking we might set some up over here now I think that they actually yeah we could turn this into a forest island right Forester must be near usable trees well there you go rest in peace the dream our only usable trees are over here they must be protected they are a very rare resource at this point in the game we've got what two of them what if I could fit one in I could fit one in like here hmm sloppy I might have to optimize it at some point I mean we definitely do right well look at this we've got a library a church in a hospital and we're building the suburbs here we're literally building the suburbs how are you on food pretty good we might need to irrigate this area at some point I want to make irrigation like this whole production but I feel like that's later in the game Wow 56 people maybe yeah well maybe get some more farms in here is this I don't think so you can't have aqueducts on walls could I have them running on the outside of the base oh they can't run it oh that would have been really cool we did not account for aqueducts man where do we I want to build aqueducts where once a mighty tower stood now it is grain oh gosh a terrible plague eighty-five people are ill but at least we've got two hospitals now I think we might need more than that at some point it'd be nice to squeeze a hospital let's see where where's the other hospital right here in here hmm oh we're still working on this little wooden wall over here apparently but we still oh yeah taverns are too crowded try building more we can do that now should we build the tavern right here I think we should let's build ourselves a nice little tavern come on and get you beer here get your beer come on and get it a jab breweries man that's not back sent to use me that just irritated my throat oh I'm thinking we might fit another port up here we'll build a little crossroads and then right out here because it's nice centrally located right between Ireland and Scotland and we've got ourselves our cute little walls eventually these walls are gonna be up created like three hi all right where do we want the other one let's just put it here for now it's not symmetrical but you know what we're doing the best we can a dragon has been sighted dangerous all right where are you dragging oh it's just a little baby just a little baby however if he does decide to attack here if I was him I'd be like oh no daddy there's nobody guarding this outpost I don't even know now posters but I feel this is all right to say what if there were sea dragons there should be sea dragons guys there should also be like sea serpents because you look at all those old medieval maps and they had like these giant crazy monster looking things out in the middle of the water Green Arrow's probably like whales and squids in real life but you never know man you never know what if dragons were just like the first time people saw like crocodiles and alligators and stuff I don't know makes you wonder man makes you wonder what was really going on back there like and we just didn't know certain species may have gone extinct oh this guy's jaw he went down right over a farm ah you son of a biscuit now we got over now we're gonna not repair it we just he just took out him entire orchard but luckily he's gonna fertilize the area with his decomposing body oh yes yep we have slain ourselves the dragon and I do need to irrigate this somehow whose irrigated before you guys you guys in the irrigation is that what you guys are into these days is that what kids into me oh man 31 idle people okay well we're going to be able to really charcoal now I'm thinking a moving charcoal production all the way up here yeah this is gonna be suburbs and I just want to keep it cottages cuz I feel like it looks better cuz giant two-story you know this is gonna have to be completely walled off from the ocean cuz this is like a very valuable area that's some point it'd be cool to have like multiple walls but we just haven't really provided supposed to do I'm a king I ain't got fruit loop diseases on me I'm laying there like eating jelly doughnut like cheeseburgers you ever you ever like get two jelly doughnuts and put a cheeseburger in the middle you got to try it sometime you know I've never had jelly doughnuts but it sounds pretty good don't mind if I do oh yeah weird we're starting to set up the defenses we still haven't even heard rumors it'd be cool if you could like send out Scout ships or I don't know man I'm just oh yeah we should put up a little tower over here because this is definitely that was the Vikings I would attack here cuz that's definitely the weakest area you just lay around and go up and then and then rate the King feels like we heard you had jelly donut cheeseburgers and we won't stop or what if you're gonna have Viking mercenaries you could trade with Vikings if there's like Viking kingdoms which were different buildings I mean you know what I mean it's um um I'm ambitious with this kind of stuff I'm curious I know we're not done with it but I really don't see the Vikings having a lot of success against us they could definitely attack over here but I feel like I could meet them with my army and maybe it might be time to start rallying the troops building a few more soldiers huh let's build a few more soldiers have that ready so we can recruit them at a moment's need now as far as how to organize this place I'm not entirely sure I do like the stone roads though is quite nice let's let's go ahead and do a little bit more of those stone roads so I'm thinking that maybe in one of the next ones should I build just an insane amount of farms irrigate this place learn how to irrigate build a ton of farms wall it off I don't know man I don't know guys there's there's just so many options what is this boat doing you drunk I'm lost we've had too much of the grog sir we've been hunting whales out none took it man I love that game Oh happiness very very low being taxed huh your upkeep my military upkeep is so high I guess maybe get more people to tax that but then it's like you need more food you need more protection it's kind of nuts we've got this thing oh man we got a ferris wheel of festivities we need to aqueduct this thing right so let's let's figure out how to do this let's get it a slow down a little bit so transports stores water and provides irrigation must if they set up here and they just built it castle and they started building a camp and we'd eventually have to go over to their Island and kick them off it oh man this is kind of scary we don't have slayed our first ogre I think even still we should be able to defend oh you know what I realizes this gate may close but they can just go we're gonna need that up and they are lighting it on fire portcullis there we're winter we're the drop bridges and moats look at this Scotland is on fire guys this oh you know what hold on call to arms sweep where are you oh we was just um taking a bath you see you what do you mean taking a bath all right where are they trying to March their way over here they can't they can't get in the main gate they're gonna try to go for another gate so we're gonna meet them here the Viking commanders are getting tackled by arrows right now look at all this oh man oh man there's so many Vikings invading everywhere okay here's our army and they're what they're you turning around now you scared fire has claimed a quarry not surprising so Scotland is pretty much on fire the Vikings are operating with impunity up here let's March the army up there it was it was a fainted attack we're not where we need to be look at all these people The Scotsman of carrying apples been running or though is that charcoal I don't know go man the Vikings are all up here look at this this is actually really cool the Vikings have decided to visit Scotland here the Vikings in you know we're living in peace aren't we no we're not oh we we've sunk some ships oh no they destroyed one of the bridges is this Viking ship what happens is this one this tower okay here we go fight that Viking yeah we may not have been there at the beginning of the battle when we needed to be but we did arrive at some point did we not all right guys and I think this Viking ship is going to leave but there doesn't there's only what one guy operating the catapult maybe or one commander oh man they destroyed everything up here this was a small stockpile wow guys we have survived a second Viking invasion this one was huge and it was a pincer attack and you can see they got they made it down here but we are much better defended given how strong our defenses are like look at this the whole island is just pretty much occupied look at you little Viking ships if they were to come right here they'd just get shot with arrows ladies and gentlemen my name is ban phantom okay we're yet do you want to see more sure this continued being a series what should we do should we continue to fall we've pretty much fortified so I can do that so I need to figure out should we do something with Ireland or should we occupy I think I should get over here in aqueduct this place make it a really really good farmland make it a big engineering project I'm not sure if that's a good idea this is so that's what the one Viking ship that escaped luckily the Vikings don't attack your outposts oh my gosh is there a food shortage over here oh no they are lacking toast anyway guys I will see you in the next video
