Building A PEACH Beach House In The Sims 4 | Not So Berry Bonus

what's up everybody welcome back to another video if you didn't already hear me you're just tuning in today we're taking a bit of a break from infants I'm so sorry I know some of you might have really wanted to see the next installment of the Disney Princess Rags to Riches Snow White Edition I'm really enjoying it too I think it's really cute um but I just felt like I needed a break I've been filming so many infant related things lately that your girl just oh I just needed I just needed a breather So today we're going to be building a new home for our Peach gen in the not so very Challenge and before I got started on the stream I actually like sat back normally I come in with like a game plan or even why is Chewie gone why is my dog again you would like to see the chewy show me the baby [Music] um so normally I would say like I um uh have come come into streams at least knowing where I want to build a home or what style of home I'm interested in but honestly I could not decide before this Stream So I really need your guys's help in the chat live if you guys can help me do like give me your ideas so my vision is that I want to use as much of the growing together um new expansion build items as possible I actually haven't really built with them yet um I've I've done a lot of gameplay with growing together and I've also um like looked into quite a bit of the Kaz at this point but I really haven't done anything with build and um last episode of the not super episode not super challenge kind of spoilers but not really spoilers it's not um uploaded yet but I did a bit of a room makeover since we are expecting uh that is not a spoiler that episode's already aired that we know what we're expecting it was a surprise to everyone involved uh but anyway I really enjoyed all the new items so I really really really want to do a build with like most of them I know we were originally talking about going tartosa but I just feel like the build items and also like Amber's personality might not be tartosa Vibes but tartoso looked so peachy that I'm like I'm really torn um I don't really know where Amber would fit in although Sansa Koya would be kind of cute because it is kind of like this like like um Bay Area Vibe and I feel like Amber could fit in there but what do you guys think I don't I honestly am at a loss for words so maybe let's start with the world what world do you think Amber would move with her baby and her future partner um a beach cottage would be really cool I could definitely do a beach cottage in tartosa um because it's really peachy I like sulani I just feel like I've used Solani so much that sometimes I just don't really want to go back um but and I also think I've had a family live in sulani on this not so Berry challenge maybe I haven't yet I don't know um San Sequoia a lot of you guys are going soon Sequoia I haven't built anything in San Sequoia so this could be kind of a fun experience too forgotten Hollow ooh halloweeny's like I would like some Spooks please I would like some Spooks okay most of chat is saying let's just go to San Sequoia I have built some Italian Villas I don't know if Italian Villa is screaming like Peach gen for some reason I just don't know if that's like her vibe she's just so goofy and fun I don't know if like I feel like that's just too old school for her um San Sequoia then okay so many of you guys are just saying like Samson Koya or even like a casual Bungalow a casual Bungalow would be really cute a tiny house I do feel like we'll have to do a small house for sure I definitely want to um not this stream or next stream but maybe the stream after that I do want to um rebuild a 100 baby house and I do think we'll try to make it a tiny house um she's an internally in a silly goofy mood exactly labor corn okay a lot of you guys are saying either tartosa or sin Sequoia so let's maybe just do like a little poll because those were the two I was thinking too I really like the beach for her I do also kind of think she could be a beachy girl um my gosh I really want to spoil things because I'm like well I want to take into consideration her like partner but I guess to be honest you guys know it's either Teddy or jet at this point um and I feel I don't know if Teddy orja are necessarily like beach guys I don't know what do you guys think okay which will August move in with her I I don't know that either I my gut is saying like no but it could be still fun to have him I don't know if I don't know I think maybe no but I don't know okay since you don't want to get me burnt out on since Sequoia oh that's fair well I I hmm that's so true I am living there in three different two different Let's Plays all right at the moment that was my other thought is like is it too much since Sequoia but I also haven't built in San Sequoia yet it's so hard to choose because you can just invite August for visits that's what I was kind of thinking of like maybe he just comes to visit on the weekends or babysit you know I could totally see him be just such a good gun uncle it does feel like a lot of you guys are vibe in tartosa I haven't built in San Diego I know that's my big hang up too is like I haven't built anything since Sequoia but I do think we will build a new 100 baby challenge house in stone Sequoia at some point unless you guys want to build me a house for me which also is helpful we all do that too is giving fun Uncle Vibes I agree because the world she can live next to a big lake it's Willow Creek kind of like a big lake she does give Lake girl energy doesn't she she could like go out on the boat jump off into a lake green Jen um will I feel like green Jen could live about anywhere but bright Chester or like Evergreen Harbor I mean griffer green Harbor has a green in it so maybe Evergreen I haven't really done a lot of nevergreen Harbor maybe that would be and they have apartments that could be kind of cute for a green gen and then blue gen who knows maybe it sounds Sequoia for blue gen maybe we'll just circle back at some point Lakeside modern home that totally is right okay so tartosa did win I feel like we could honestly even though tartos is like a certain Vibe we could still like make the house whatever we want or I could look into what else has a link Willow Creek has like a creek okay so it's not really a lake Oasis Springs is cute I think this is like there's not a lot of Lake vibes a modern home retire in San Sequoia we could all right so what style of home are you guys thinking I'm just gonna look through all the worlds really quick windenburg that doesn't really give me Amber Vibes either we're currently in San mushino on Hollow brindleton bang La Beach Vibes well unfortunately Del Sol Valley although it looks like it's on a beach you can't really go to the beach in Del Sol Valley which is kind of wild Mirage Park although this is where Plum lived no a tiny like mid-century modern that's exactly kind of what I was thinking of too Craftsman is the style of Santa Clara um homes homes okay okay I'm looking at beach craftsman style homes let's see what those look like oh okay yeah I feel like maybe we and then the end the interior be more mid-century modern like maybe they don't match I could totally see Amber like buying a home and then like decorating it very different than the exterior Vibe which would be kind of funny tattoos yeah Amber does have tattoos um so this is tartosa if you guys have it it's from The Wedding Pack it's more of like an Italy Mediterranean energy which is why it's kind of hard to build and um lazy equals Beach most of the time Fair Craftsman Craftsman style home there is a lot of good food here I mean who knows maybe her partner is from here maybe their family is from here it's a beautiful area I was thinking this lot because we did like we did like look for a crime right here and it'd be funny to be on this lot or or this one the Via Romanza up on the right or we could just literally live on the beach and do the beach a lot one day I'll be caught up on not so bearing yeah no worries it's kind of fun to have like something to catch up on something to look forward to you know do the beach house okay most of you guys are saying defo Beach watching orange gen dorm room oh I have the orange and dorm oh my God those were the days okay this beach one is what you guys are mostly vibing Perfections now I need to buy that pack because I loved the world The World Is Awesome the packs look glitchy um you know the smaller the wedding probably the better if you do get this pack [Music] okay so this is the the beach that we got here got this like gorgeous little maze Vibe behind us oh we even have a little playground for the kiddo this is where green gen will live and grow up there's like some other like little local Beach right here and then like a little area I mean it's very walkable which is good for a lazy Sim so there you have it brilliant thank you so such a bad Detective watching girly you know but oops oops okay I'm just looking up exterior beach beach homes exteriors a Mediterranean style home would be common in California that's true that is very true I don't know if I don't know if I see Amber in a Mediterranean home though she gives me modern girly vibe eye a soft cozy Craftsman beach home definitely what I'm for I just need inspiration because I don't I can't visualize that on my own to be honest I don't know why I'm just like what classic beach home like a small I just want like a small beach home maybe that's a good idea boho beach home we'll look up exterior let's look at it surfer movies boho Beach home exterior okay a lot of them just don't look like homes am I crazy they just look normal like little normal homes I feel so silly like overdoing this like a shack Vibe okay oh my gosh I think I'm over complicating this trying to look up on Google normally Google Images is so good for me but I'm just like I feel lost of vibe we'll add on to it and make it make it our own cute okay yeah we'll add on to it make it our own maybe like add you know a a back porch kind of area something cute you know let's do it all right so let's go back into my game tiny granny house that sounds so cute all right so here is our lot okay so the front of the house is like kind of sitting flat on the lot but I think I might have like oh it doesn't actually go over the water this lot it's just fully on the beach I've seen of the salani lots that go over the water okay but that's fine we don't need it to go for the water look up pool house they're so cute oh I will do that later I think we've chosen one so let's let's just uh get going otherwise I could look at houses all day I'm sure you guys could too huh looking at houses is so fun I'm just like I love it I love it get that Zillow away from me okay I think it has like a bit of a fountain we're gonna have like a bit of a foundation we could have like quite a bit of a foundation for funsies and then I think there's just just a little guy on the top it's kind of got like a like a rectangle meets another rectangle vibe and then this there's like stairs kind of that go in this direction I think a bunch of rectangles at this point but you know what those rectangles will become Something Beautiful at some point okay trust the process okay also I think this downstairs area hold up is gonna be like has like a little porch cut out of the front of it like this maybe we might want like like this I don't know if I want that lower or not I haven't decided maybe it'll match oh it was very romantic music wow so fancy so fancy there you go gorgeous okay it's kind of coming together yeah maybe we'll move this up and I actually maybe move it will like make it exact so I'll show it to you guys but just keep in mind that I'm gonna try to put my own spin on it because I don't want to exactly mirror what the um what someone else is doing you know is this way and I think that's just it it looks just like that okay and then I want it to be more like beachy maybe it'll be like this kind of steps yeah perfect does this come in a pink or a peach I was in a brown maybe do like that I don't know I haven't decided yet we'll figure out what the exterior is the exterior colors are in a minute in a minute I'm in I'm gonna do some exteriors okay wait I think it comes all the way around in this photo actually yeah like that but I think this is like slower almost like no huh or maybe it's a platform can't wait for the outcome thank you oh you know what it's mine it doesn't have to be exactly the same so maybe I will put it like this I think I'm gonna put it like this I think I like this perfect and then it'll just be like a little guy over here so we that the high school years look at that I mean the metal underneath is not it maybe this one instead no pass pass okay how are you guys feeling about the metal underneath is it weird maybe we'll do these no that doesn't look Airy enough to be outside is that cute stairs are so awkward to work with agreed agreed friend are they cute are they cute please validate me I need the validation please idea okay I think this is kind of coming together let's see if we can find any like matching teachy looking columns kinda kinda sorta no Maybe just the high school years call them absolutely not it's okay I think that one kind of matches we might end up making it a fully different color around here by the way don't get married to this okay no marriage no marriage yet we are just little beans out here having fun just testing things out trying it out seeing what we like what we don't like you know I wish the sun would be more like in the front I like this like no I don't like that still Foundation be that one I don't know where's this this one that one's good I like these stilt foundations you can do it in white for now and then I honestly feel like maybe we should should we just like move the whole house up is that crazy am I crazy for thinking we should just go is that wild should we just do like a full foundationy house you know like how those beach houses are like this maybe maybe that's unnecessary but it's so fun do you like it or do you hate it you like the taller Vibe okay maybe we will make it like a hair less tall perfect okay and then we can I like the short like the the exterior is there like an orange or like a pink kind of shingle sort of thing that's not what I'm looking for it's the siding kind of thing yes like kind of like this but not ugly well shoot kinda looks like there's no Peach looking siding that's cute there's only like bright orange or red well boo foreign we go stucco stucco the way to go I I don't know it's going in a direction I don't know if I like the direction it's going but we could okay we could do this but then we do like white siding on other areas you know just like a normal little beachy siding like a mick like a mix and match situation you guys me you guys picking up what I'm putting down hold on or three there you go or three well that seems like a lot for your girl Kelsey to balance here okay that wait wait that one's not bad cream with peach highlights all right let's just see what the white okay this is more of the cream exterior so this is kind of the cream exterior it's starting to the stairs start to not match when we do that which is fine it's not like the end of the world for the stairs not to match we can always change it we're just playing around right now we're we're deciding where we're gonna live oh this is a little shacky shingle vibe looks like it would make crazy noises that night with a strong winds ooh spicy I like it Picasso oh she's too lazy so it's dirty yeah Fair okay in that case we might go more like a white for this kind of area and then I love the peach stairs but maybe we do white stairs and just Peach thank you like railings is that the move hold on no [Music] hmm the white is too white okay yeah I'm not loving any of this quite yet I like the peach I'm just debating we like the mix of the wood and the stucco did we like the stucco a little bit here go back to like a pink is there like a pinky Peach oh here's like a pinky peachy terracotta Vibe what is this terracotta wall I mean it's much more pinky than peachy this one's more of the peachy tone all right let me let me think about this foreign if it was like this building is peach oh crap nope they don't want that we're gonna fix the back area here I think we might just like either mimic the front and do kind of a this vibe or something I mean that's the easiest thing to do is to just mimic the front with the back but we'll get to the back I'm working on the front first you like this we might change the roof but I don't mind this let me see if there's any other it's like a kind of stone okay lots of options here I think I'm gonna go for an orange as well just to see what all our options are we could do like a wooden that's also kind of an option we could just do like a darker wood like a brown I don't know if I like the brown and Peach though the color is gray okay you guys are starting to vibe what I'm doing which is nice always nice [Music] a brick oh my God the peachy brick is so cute look at the this peachy brick I like the wood with the peach cream instead of white well this is the cream the White Version I know it's kind of hard to tell if you look here so this is this is kind of a cream it's on there now this is white do you see the difference it's kind of subtle I don't know if the Sims has like a full creamy cream we see the two the two next to each other here I'm like there's also this if you want even more of a cream if that's what you're more looking for here but that almost just looks dirtier and not less cream if you did the brown I'd do white as an accent yeah if I did the if I did this for in Brown so we did this and then you did white is that what you're saying here we do white here this is this is a challenge I'm gonna like ah it's looking awesome oh you guys are so sweet I'm like all these Builders I watch on Tick Tock are oh so quick and I'm like I'm just I'm taking 30 minutes just to pick a color I'm gonna look up [Music] I'm trying to look up like a peachy looking beach house [Music] okay okay part of me wonders if we gotta keep more also I'm gonna change this the statue roof the thatchy roof is so cute but I just feel like there's a lot going on and that maybe we don't need so much going on you know what I mean hmm oh that one's cute actually you know what I changed my mind I like that one I like the lighter colored one okay you do a peachy stucco with white windows or even green give it a casita Vibe oh Casita all right let me see this Peach is not matching the stairs it's like my one problem oh this is kind of a lighter Peach it is matching this one matches do is it match the stairs it's not it's matching the railing but not the stairs this is what I think I'm finding here we go pink with the stairs foreign no we do wipe the stairs it's not my favorite but I think it does kind of make this stucco less but the stucco's so pink almost to me is there like a peachier option no me look up orange orange I bet there's a peachy stucco that feels more it's pretty peachy peachy Peach is hard man it's a hard color to do we like the white stairs okay maybe that was part of it maybe the the stairs as much as I liked them weren't the call okay we could do that but I almost like the one story is a little different oops excuse you almost like this second story is different than the first story okay we're getting there we're getting there yeah maybe a different color roof I wonder if we just do a fully thatched roof just go full thatch you know or um let me see if like a non-fetched roof option you know but that's roofs aren't cute though okay um the non-thatchy roof be like a light gray no why not please don't this is so much better I love that everyone's opinion's so different makes everything a little more challenging but I do enjoy a challenge oh we could also do one of these guys it's kind of cute little moments here with this roof hop in like again these guys a little bit here oh I want you to keep going though maybe maybe we bring you out a bit there you go perfect okay and then I'm gonna adjust obviously this part we don't need it to be like and then we're trusting the process here I think it'll I think it'll look cute in a second I think let's start putting maybe a couple windows on and see like if we start liking it more because at the moment I'm not loving it but I feel like if we add a few more touches of this peach color it might come together it might still come together are we in tartosi yes we are in tartosa okay maybe like these on here something like this you know I don't know if these exactly but this is like the sun room you get me oh we will fix this back I need to fix the back maybe maybe now is the time to fix the back I don't know peach colored windows we could see if there are peachy Windows there are some peachy Windows there aren't a lot of peachy windows but there are some that are quite orange looking some of these windows actually these ones are like more peachy looking but again I don't know maybe we could swap out a couple of them like this one that one's nice put it around here kind of matches the the um stairs [Music] yeah there's not a lot of like tall peachy windows that would re-mimic that that aren't just Orange yeah maybe I guess I can look at pink and see if there's any pink ones that I like better this is so cute I'm pretty sure these are from the new pack look at that if we do okay hold on if we do bring this out I think it's a little Boop okay and then part of me wants like a back porch kind of situation [Music] in the back here just kind of like a little you know foreign or we could make oops we could make like two kind of like a oh what's the word um like asymmetrical is the word you were looking for Kelsey we can make an asymmetrical looking downstairs Peach bricks maybe maybe let's see I will try although brick let's see are there any other brick buildings in this environment I guess there are some Stone we can try it brick on a beach house I don't see a lot I don't think but try that I'm in I'm in back I'm in the back of the house exterior exterior building phase population me part of me wants like another balcony in the back am I crazy for thinking that like what if okay I don't want it to look like that here go down one floor there you go it's like a little just like a little sneaky balcony don't give me that look okay there you go all right I'm just gonna put it like here I'm like I wanna like why does it continuously be like this and then it can wrap around we're gonna do a little wrap around okay yeah maybe this makes me feel like this should be like one further sure and then you actually move to down here underneath these guys you'll have like little pillars or whatever we'll we'll figure out the pillars in a minute and then we'll have these cute little guys around here finish that out and then now we have like a fun little back porch double back porch area situation a saucy back porch did you ever imagine a little Saucy bad Cornish like this I bet you didn't I bet you never could dream of a saucy little back porch like this okay sometimes I don't know what I am saying and that's okay sometimes she's just spouting nonsense feel like we do need some stairs in the back though because you want to walk right down to the beach obviously can I can I get a little commotion for some stairs put them off the side here or something or maybe we could do them here I don't know something like this can't wrap around let me let me see here I can't do that that's so rude and annoying maybe I will just put them on the side over here although part of me wants them on even as cool as it is um indoor Kitchen on bottom floor or outdoor kitchen on bottom floor interesting choice or instead of this um door we could do more of like the like we could do one of these big place for the door you can make it kind of like a a little that kind of vibe right into the sand right into the sand for you actually no maybe open concept downstairs just makes more sense oops living upstairs glass room as dining would be so cute I agree I really like the glass room as the dining room idea okay so we're gonna do living rooms upstairs okay in that case let's let's try actually you question I'm glad you asked what is the floor plan I don't know one bedroom upstairs one downstairs now that is an idea that is an idea so we can put the kids bedroom maybe downstairs and this could be the kids room and then we could have kind of you need away from the front door to the patio Fair okay so kids room we have a bathroom although the bathroom should probably be a little bit bigger because if you're gonna have a kid you might want like a walk-in a bigger bathroom okay and then down here would be like living space and then upstairs you would have hello no yeah okay upstairs you would have this would be kitchen and dining and then the parents's room Hi and then the parents's room and their bathroom wait hold up oops I don't want this there so we do the parents room tip there and then but the parents don't have a bathroom on this floor hmm we are straight up making our own we are not gonna have an extra guest bedroom I'm already struggling enough as it is it would be nice to have an extra good best a guest bedroom but I think I want a wider space ensuite bathroom I mean I guess this could be an ensuite if we wanted and then this could be like kitchen dining like yeah and then we could have this be like an archway like a big old big old Archway vibe kind of thing is there a bigger one something like this hmm downstairs sunroom instead of upstairs sunroom uh respectfully no I like where the sun room is okay or we just do living downstairs and then the sun room can be something else and not dining so we're to have parrots up and kids down that is said before like this and then the parents's room her I mean there's like a Jack and Jill bedroom but oh my gosh bathroom in between and then one of you said we needed access to the to the um balcony we still do you're not wrong but it wouldn't be the end of the world if oh wait this is the bathroom unless unless you like that and then we could do this or we just make that all bedroom and then if the balcony is just for the parents it's just a parent balcony it's not for anyone else to use only access from the parents room they get a balcony a private balcony no one else gets it this is Amber Room playroom office parents balcony we can even put a little hot tub somewhere um kid room the kids and the parents to share a bathroom I'm not worried about that downstairs tiny bathroom open bathroom uh too many options now anyway anyway I'm getting distracted oh but the pink okay anyway flooring this is going fully off base so we could do we could continue the flooring from the exterior into the interior or we could do more of like a wood like a beachy kind of worn wood vibe kind of like a rustic Beach maybe not that one exactly maybe this one [Music] this going from from outdoor to indoor though would be a little challenging kind of this wood flooring but like a different color maybe more like this like that kind of vibe like a more Beach Housey there's this threshold hack what is the hack we like the tile maybe tile downstairs and then wood upstairs you know what I think that could be a good option do like this kind of wood I don't know if I love that one though maybe we do this one yeah a little warmer perfect we're almost three hours in no we're not it's two and a half don't scare me like that I'm thinking we need like if we're doing Peach floor and then a peach couch we might have to do a different color rug or we do because I feel like wallpaper then we need like kind of a more chilled wallpaper only the best for our Lazy Queen oh she is such a lazy Queen running out of time I had other things to do tonight um I'm obsessed I'm obsessed I can't help it I want to keep looking at all the growing together things how cute are these things they're so cute like tell me this isn't so cute like is there a peachy pink that's kind of a peachy pink I guess that one's just pink the white fuzzy rug it is a classic for a reason all right the interior though I'm thinking kind of like a white stucco kind of vibe not not you where is the like is it this one maybe you'll handle this or maybe I I kind of like I would love a stucco with a oh this is all under tile no wonder I was like I would like a stucco with like a um a floor board I'm saying like a baseboard baseboard that's not what I want to oh you could be what I want maybe maybe we're oh my gosh maybe we do peach walls in a different floor but the different floor is so cute we could do light peach walls we could go all Peach this is Mega Peach but listen okay like come on I know this is giving a lot of peach I will dial down some of the peach I promise I promise I promise but it's kind of cute together I will I will make contrast I promise but if we have so much Peach everywhere else then we can kind of be more colorful with like our other items you know like for example this might look better in like a like a darker brown color or even the white I guess is good black is a good contrast I don't know I don't I don't know if I'm sold on that guy don't you dare it's perfect it looks fine thanks fam I don't I'm not sold on this couch either to be honest as much as I think it's cute she is cute but or we could just go full Peach it's amazing oh this one's kind of cool too it's like eggy this is like an eggy one oh that's kind of cute it's very modern it's very very modern what do you of like the new kind of odd coffee table this is a very eclectic looking build for sure like this is starting to look so weird I'm not gonna lie um I don't hate it I'm just a little I'm a little confused as to where I'm going with all of this but it's all good like I'm a little bit confused What's Happening Here here but these are kind of fun we don't need those on the side of a TV screen though Amber is eclectic it's true that is true she is kind of an Eclectic Bean or our quick eclectic Queen Bean like what is what am I even doing I don't know should we like have this wall like jet different one and I'm gonna use orange there it is this is the one I used now that's starting to look cute but then there was also the new like tile from the pack let's look at the tile from the new pack it's so pretty it's so pretty we could do we could do this turquoise because we've been doing a lot of Peach and turquoise I wish we could just maybe we just Maybe because then we can go and then have a little sneaky but make it white something something like that we're we're getting in the realm of what I want I wish I could do just half of this just look a little sneaky unless we do tile all the way across which would be silly I guess maybe I'll just do another one of these guys on the edge here ew it looks so weird with this I'll fix that later the point being we're going with a a teal moment in here which means we can experiment with the foreign with this stuff right right exactly oh spicy I also do these fire alarm we'll get there I'm still kind of working on design you know one step at a time okay also why is this so dark all of a sudden is it just because I lost my light Source I'm you know what I'm a little stumped I like where it's going I don't think this these swatches match exactly chewy I don't think these swatches really match okay say it again for the people in the back thank you um the swatches don't really match the rest of this room I don't think or maybe they do I'm not sold but I'm not not sold either I think I might take a break and come back to it another day Maybe regardless regardless I'm gonna I'm Gonna Save this and come back to it it's starting to look so nice though I'm really loving how all this is coming together I think it's gonna be such a fun finished build I know we only did one full room and a half and most of the exterior but I do think that one full room and a half and mostly exterior are my favorite parts um of the house and uh yeah I think it's coming together obviously it needs a little bit more work but hey you know we it was a it was a road to get here and I I'm proud of what we accomplished today it's a work in progress for short but the I'm enjoying the progress that's where that went and uh is it going
