BUILD FROM SCRAP CHALLENGE! - Scrap Mechanic Multiplayer Monday! Ep 102

[Music] scram man bringing you another episode of multiplayer of Monday and somewhere around here is Tong and I got lost oh there you are oh hello oh there you are hello yeah where are we well what is this a lot of trash around here yeah I was an accident car accident with a terrible car accident involving multi all the cars subscribe mechanic and this helipad oh yeah helipad apparently - alright perfect so good what do we do what are we doing today sky man with all these parts uh well today we're doing actually something that's been requested for like a really long time but we only have me and you today and I figured that this is gonna be much more efficient with two people rather than four people because we have a junkyard of parts here and we are gonna have to use it only our weld tools and the ability to place bearings we have to build our vehicles out of everything we have available here today and this is all we can use we can't add or subtract from what we weld here once you weld it it's yours and you got to deal with how you welded it too cuz if you make a mistake you can't delete parts to fix your mistake is this this you know what just maybe you don't want to pay too much attention that don't hit it with a hammer what if I what if I oh oh don't my brains away it's the face the frame bomb it's so bad okay there's too many parts here we go start removing parts so how's this gonna how are we gonna pick parts we're not just gonna both like runnin and ya know so I figure what we're gonna do is one at a time we're gonna come out grab a part on our lift bring it back into our garage and add it to our vehicle the other person will not be able to see how you've added your parts they can only see the part that you've taken all right so we're not gonna have a build time there's gonna be just build until one so you're satisfied and then you stop and then what ya until build until you have a vehicle that you think you can drive and I or you just don't have any more parts that you like yeah we amber just doing a standard Race Course today so there's nothing too fancy just drive up the mountain jump off the mountain except just just so the people know how we're finishing we're driving up the mountain and then we have to drive off of my own at the Disney 2 point and there's a landing pad down at the bottom where we drive off and the first one on to the landing pad is officially the winner yeah as a mad mad dash for the finish there yeah what's your what's your strategy in picking parts here do you think like engines first seats first structural components wheels like this I'm gonna try to get that I'm gonna try to get it as functional as possible as soon as possible like the least amount the least amount of welding I can think of really because the more I will do I feel like the harder is gonna be to weld future stuff cuz there's like angles and like godly shaped things that like it's gonna be hard to shape our vehicle I think and there's like so many large that are like already have steering and stuff in them although we are allowed to place a bearings if we need to add steering somewhere yeah but you can't remove bearings that are there so you can controller and like you know fix the controllers or the bearings if you need them to not rotate there's a fridge here for example with a nice you know controller set up how is that even a fridge this is like an escape pod well you know what it it's like a futuristic fridge okay let's see I'm just gonna go in and then and that oh I've made a horrible mistake how are you walking in it I don't know oh god I can't get out of the freaking you let me out please alright hold on hold on oh there you go okay there we go thank you okay so I do you you know what I'm feeling generous today why don't you pick first and then and then I'll there's enough parts here I'm honestly not really worried about who picks first I don't think it's gonna alright this is actually tough to choose like do I want to see first or do I want to get like wheels down oh yeah I'm gonna point out Scott man built this so we've been making parts by hacking apart old vehicles you had this is like one complete cabin and I'm like there's no way I'm letting you go I notice just have a cabin you know just a seat with a cabin but you know still I might still I might still take it yeah I'm taking the half cabin yep gonna bring it into my garage over here so you went with a seat first just interesting okay so there's a bare-bones seat here there's another is this what is this is this bare-bones seat well oh it's another bear bunk okay you know I'm gonna take this half cabin it's got like a little bit of oh yeah or you gotta have that gonna be with a wall all right now that's where we actually have to start welding and deciding how it's gonna attach together it's like alright so I figured now I have a seat now I need to create like a base a foundation in order to put wheels on I mean I guess you also need engines - right yeah - hmm that's a thing you know what I think wears an engine I think I might I'm just gonna take an engine this engine right here I'm taking one so there's like there's three four gas engines out here an electric engine - all right so now here's the first weld doing weird stuff in his garage there alright alright I got that welded okay oh yeah I'm gonna I'm gonna I'm gonna take this a window here this taken the window why are you getting oh a structural piece because I'm sure that makes sense you know I feel like I need to like look at my vehicle really quick you see where I could add something on to it okay a lot worse than we think yeah you know what I'm doing I'm taking I'm taking this like balcony here I'm gonna tell you're gonna try to use this somehow I'm stuck there we go let's see this shouldn't be too bad no there we go I just welded it okay I'm gonna take this gas engine controller thing I need a gas engine I figure having the controller would be just a lot might be useful as well you know it's really gonna be hard is lining up your wheels each other I'm not even thinking about that to be honest um alright you know what I feel like I'm gonna need a controller so I'm just gonna take I'm thinking about this unit right here I'll have like controller like oh yeah I even oh I'm really not gonna use it but I just want the controller where should I willed this I'm just a welder right there okay I'm gonna take this suspension okay it's starting I was thinking about that one looks like it's already set up for one wheel you know this is my vehicle drives I'll be impressed like alright I am actually gonna take this entire thing right here with them does it have back we all wait does so that's it I I don't know though I don't know how this is gonna work but I'm gonna take it in actually I'm gonna take it with my lips Burke I don't know where I wanted to be the weld points I wasted a good steering mechanism dang it that was stupid the alignment here though oh man it's looking good so far now it's the question of can I line up the rest of the wheels alright go ahead choose your Park look at that this is what I needed what oh there's big grill here along the front long yeah there yeah that's what I'm talkin about this is gonna be super weird I'm taking this piece right here taking this then is this whole thing one piece yep it's got steering and suspension on it too I'm hoping that this is gonna fit as a front wheel somewhere and line up with the back we all that might work this might actually work oh this is so bad okay I can I can actually recover from this okay really where's the part I'm looking for of course there's no part of this is the part this guy just got right here oh that's like that's the whole steering section setup for you oh yeah I'm gonna take this windshield I need this to add some structural options on my other side of the vehicle okay I just welded it oh this is so stupid looking I'm taking this big rubber wheel in the back here okay oh that's a nice that's a nice standalone wheel to take mmm man I'm gonna take the suspension piece I don't know if you can weld to the end of that suspension piece or not oh that's a good point if you can't just place a block down and then well to both the block all right yeah so I'm just gonna put a block on the end of that suspension hi I'm gonna I'm gonna stick the radar I'm gonna take the radar do it I did on the radar dish I don't want to do it but like I'm gonna use it as I'm taking the pizza I think this is the closest thing that's gonna match up so I'm gonna have to put a bearing down for this pizza here all right okay how does this vehicle sit right now okay that's not looking terrible if I can just get my next we line up I have you every wheels right now you have three wheels oh man I just realized I almost made a mistake I gotta make sure my next wheel has steering because I almost did not have steering okay okay here's my idea I'm gonna take this piece the big large barrel piece oh wow okay oh I can't oh I made a terrible mistake I can't place anything on the bottom of this piece for turning I'm the front left side of my vehicle because it's got curved ramp pieces yeah yeah I mean I would stake on the back right I might have a solution oh that's perfect that takes note of step it takes out a step all right I'm taking this yeah I'm taking the I'm taking the thick one I'm gonna grab this other large barrel you're grabbing the other large barrel yeah with the brown piece attached to it there we go this is gonna be so weird looking and I need to pay place of bearing you there all right I'm taking this wheel right here taking this small wheel yep also don't paint your creation by the way you gotta leave okay it's our original color scheming glory cause otherwise you really just can't appreciate all the different parts you know that we put into to make these things I'm gonna take this white seat I'm just waiting for you to come back out I'm gonna take this oh the white seat okay did you don't have a seat yet no I did it's just it's backwards because I so you're just putting another horn on yeah I'm gonna put another one this forwards so I don't have to worry about you know dealing with it just for fun I'm adding the bomb okay yep I'm just gonna I just put the bomb on it just cuz I think it'd be fun to carry around a bomb on the race you know we're trying to win right uh yeah okay thank you okay I'm gonna it might even know my earring a little bit or it might just make me top-heavy that was probably a mistake all right what do you say what are you taking this flat piece right here as a grill mm-hmm you know I think I'm gonna do it I'm gonna take I'm gonna take this door take the whole door yep okay I'm gonna take this logic circuit here this one here okay I'm taking this boiler I'm gonna tell you no super stuff out of it I'm gonna take the police lights this is look at awesome this is an awesome vehicle yeah I'm taking the police lights I got it hold on I need a different well point I gotta sit down here I mean I'm good I'm just you know I was I don't I don't think I want anything else I think I'm happy okay okay I'm just gonna take the fridge push you're taking that whole thing yeah just just one last final piece just to make sure maybe you know I can I can I just well since you don't anything else I'm just gonna just gonna keep my drinks nice and cool all right I'm really curious how the fridge is gonna fit on your vehicle how big is your Michael it's not the fridge is just it's just because sometimes when you're on the road you get thirsty yeah of course and you need to you need to have that that fridge functionality in actuality too though I needed something to turn on and off my police lights you know there's like entire switchboards yeah but like okay I don't know when I open the fridge the lights come on make sense all right anything else you need I'm done all right wait for the big reveal yeah you're first you're on the left oh yeah yeah first so you get to go first that's give me the all right well here is the junkyard car oh my god that's amazing I'm actually really surprised at how well I got the wheels to line up as far as I know go oh it's so tall though yeah and I steal I steer from the inside too yeah that's a little bit all right this is my first time really testing it out okay I was worried I was gonna be like prone to tipping but I seem to be able to turn okay so that's good you might need to increase your back suspension stiffness it looks a little yeah maybe so in case you're wondering where I put that door it's underneath to keep me a little bit more bottom-heavy oh my god this is metal doors yeah just the metal doors just waiting for the bottom so I put my palm on top and then you've got like a window and some side panel to make up like part of the like real fenders of course subscribe me a cupholder core yep water for looks that's great huh yeah yeah I think I these line was built for me like this is my kind of vehicle right here to scrap yeah oh by the way you know your back wheels aren't lined up right there uh yeah well the height was the main issue for me I just wanted my vehicle to be level okay gotcha alright so here's mine I'll show you mine's already different which is awesome what why did you pick the fridge well because like I needed a switch so now like my lights come on when I back reveals your back wheels are really well done yeah my back wheel is just like a solid it's one straight wheel I don't know if that's better or worse yeah and then my front wheel is half radar dish see I could have used that large wheel as well because I would have had two large wheels so instead I got like a half radar dish and then yeah it worked out pretty well I mean you could see here this is where I screwed up those so I wanted to mount there was a second suspension piece like this for the front like an L loop thingy there yeah put it on so I just yeah alright you're ready for a hit the lights thought hey I gotta get those lights going like is bridge like just opens up into you - it doesn't even open all yeah woo all right just follow the barrels at the top of the bound first one on the landing pad uh wins he just turned into Wonder Woman with an invisible car for a second there oh yeah multiplayer so great yeah it's got fixed I heard no more teleporting now just just a bit more top part you see there we go in three two one go oh you so much faster you get the wheel in the back oh oh oh oh oh you're not maybe oh okay run into the bush great the bushes are the best thing to crash into I oh I can't turn I can't turn to the right turning left is easy turning right is not so much Oh why'd you build your vehicle that way there is a wheel that I needed it got taken oh don't fall into the pit oh fishtailing all over the place this boy there's a rear spoiler isn't doing anything for me to be honest the fridge kind of makes me wanna do we're all it's a little bit Oh what's up okay I'm just gonna all video backwards okay I can't go oh well I I just keep dragging down the hill okay alright alright we're good we're good see ya see oh I'm really and now okay Oh God alright here's the turn I'm worried about this turns like nobody yeah yeah I flip dude now hold on which ways front I know the fridge is on the wrong side for this turn no fridge no fridge oh alright alright I'm straight stay straight stay straight oh don't get out of here you know your script me stop being so much faster than me what ok I'm going backwards backwards usually works better anyway oh God okay never mind it's not working out great if I turn one way I split every time every time it's like the rubber wheel grips and you know I think I'm heavier than you though is you hit me and like I don't even move and then whoa oh that was bad well your wheels I think I've rolled up on your wheels and they work as like a conveyor like a ramp yeah yeah alright it's hard for me to get into my seat from the ground all right and up to the top here almost at the top oh you're gonna beat me oh oh we're gonna survive the jump of death though yep alright turning is so difficult on this for some reason yeah vo placement may be the offset wheel okay here we go Oh God oh boy it just booked it just broke it Oh lift over the cavern you were supposed to get stuck in it oh that was so close oh good job I hit a rock and it just like made the whole figure oh man good that was actually kind of close that was a good one alright good race that was a good race that was an epic bounce over the crevasse there that's where I was gonna catch up that didn't happen you know it was the fridge it was afraid totally of the extra weight on the top you know it rolled in it's science I wouldn't expect it's fine don't perfect oh here we go oh yeah good good game good game that was a good suggestion I think if we want to do junkyard Wars again though I think we definitely need much like the loot crate's we need you know some viewers to create some junkyard parts but I don't know how to do it yeah you don't want to have to download 500 parts you want to just like you know have a big pile of them that you can just delete a block or something maybe I don't know yeah or
