BRAND NEW manufactured/modular home that's TRULY AMAZING! Prefab House Tour

hello ladies and gentlemen Feast your eyes on this house right here y'all this is a brand new model by Franklin Holmes as you can tell and I'm telling y'all the exterior is definitely something to see for sure but once we get on the inside you are going to be mind blown or I was for sure so let me show you a few things out here and then we're going to head in this is the 2024 bxy manufacturer housing show I'm going to show you a closeup with that we'll actually when I walk to the front door I'll show you again let me see what we got here on the side on the back real quick so we have us a side door position right here now I've toured a lot of Franklin homes over the years y'all know so if you want to see some more of their houses check out the channel after this video so we got electrical alley right here we have your water hookup here and so there's the bath I mean should I I don't know if I should do this or not let's see can you you can't really see much can you cuz of the glare but that has to be one of the wildest bathrooms I've ever seen in my entire life and then we have us another door right here so three different entry ways obviously customization can be done far as the vinyl colors if you want to go with a different type of siding you want to do a raised roof you want to do different things Franklin is all about that let's see if we got anything down here so there you go there's a good look let's Circle back around start making a week so as I come back around around here I'm just noticing all the windows that we have across our front I mean these three Windows right here there's something very special on the other side of that but I really wanted to come up here and give you a close look at this um yes we have the 8T front door we got the beautiful light fixture man this home really has everything as we tour along I for sure want y'all to let me know some things maybe I don't mention and just share your thoughts on the house okay let's head in I the next several months so stay tuned okay let's [Music] go okay so here we're getting a tour one of my favorite manufacturers I know what you're thinking you're like chance just say it you always say that about Franklin just say it they're your favorite I said they're one of my favorite okay I don't I can't yeah I definitely I love when I know I'm going somewhere and I get to tour from Franklin they are definitely among the top because look I mean with are they not one of your favorites as well look at this oh my gosh let's get going let's get started here with are we starting with the kitchen I guess we are huh I'll get into that living room we're going ahead and get into this kitchen cuz my camera was just like gravitating in here and I don't know I couldn't couldn't really stop it but look at that now these tops right here do y'all remember when I toured the Domino and I'm thinking maybe another uh model I toured by Franklin had these tops but this is a really really nice quartz that you have and that is not a mirror even though it looks like it holy smoos look at that it lights up when you get close to it I'm scared to even touch it it's so clean I guess it could be a mirror I mean he all right let's open one cabinet while we're opening things the so we have the racks in here that you can move up and down I got to tell y'all something something really cool I'm going to get to tour one of their homes set up a twostory set up in a really really nice area coming real soon it's going to be about May before I get the video but y'all stay tuned you're going to know it when you see it but uh yeah go ahead and give you that little bit of a spoiler alert right there beautiful we got the pot filler we've got the backsplash that looks great right here check out the ven Hood it's going to match your your cabinets on your kitchen island now these these colors and stuff definitely optional as always keep all that in mind I do love those windows that we have and a lot of past through room right there I'm going to go this way though so we can get on down into the dining area next look at the size of this area I mean this table's huge we've got four chairs and then we had this bench here on the other side but definitely if you had six chairs is big enough for big six big chairs I tell you what I'd like to do I'd like to come right over here get in this corner and let you get a look at that the ship up here and I want to show you this uh crown molding they've always done a fantastic job with the crown molding and then your baseboards look at this so we got the sliding door that comes back here into this where the side door is the lundry rooms to the left now now this here to your right we've got this pocket door let me I got to shut this I just I need to we just we look we got to save that for just a little bit okay just a little bit not very long but we got the half glass door here we come into right here is going to be your laundry room five panel door and then your furnace is right there but yeah let's go into the laundry room we've got a nice area here if you got electric R if you want to have you freezer or something uh I'm thinking if you didn't and you just want to put like your ironing board right there you can do that what do we got water heater here it's your water heater and here is the washer and dryer setup now check this out this is the lvp flooring luxury B plank this stuff is water resistant uh it's like scratch not can say scratch proof it's high quality stuff it's actually what we have in our house and you know with kids and stuff that's what they recommended that we would put that we should put down because kids with all their toys and you know for long cousin's probably going to be roll rollerblading through the house so I didn't really show you this though I love when that countertop over lasers sink like that now I guess we're going to finally get into the living room I mean even like the walls look great in this house with your turns and cuts and all that and then here's the living room now this house doesn't have it but could you imagine a back deck Back Porch or like walking down to the swimming pool or whatever man I guess let me make sure hold up no it's just a fence so this is going to be just like what we had seen in the uh dining room but this is a different color plug satellite HDMI and that's a beautiful area too 8T door 9t ceilings okay come down here and look at these two bedrooms at the bath and I'm going to take you right back to the main y'all I'm telling you right now before we go any further I'm telling you right now that bathroom look at that I'm going to give you just a little I mean I know you can't even really tell what's going on in there but it is like nothing we've ever put here on the channel so stay tuned okay I'm I'm going to get through this quickly let's go into this bedroom we got three bedrooms down here actually huge room and I guess these tall seeding that makes it look even bigger oh let me hit this bath oh look at this so this is the same floor we're going to have in that main bath I'll go ahead and give you a good look at it it's really nice pocket door into there yep pocket door into here where we have our shower tub combo I tell you uh who makes me think of this house Florida modular homes I been they're going to be getting one of these models I've been to their places they got several locations I've been to them a few different times but they always have some really really nice Franklin houses let's um let's go in this bedroom next once again it's a big bedroom for that's a great size closet there I want to pop up this thumbnail right here if you have not seen this house this was one I did their plant last year it's going to be on back it's going to be on down on the video list it'll be like from year ago but look for that thumbnail I'm telling you that is another model that is beautiful beautiful beautiful if you like this I think you really like it as well totally different layout and everything like that but it's a beautiful house now it is time ladies and gentlemen to get into the main bedroom I'm going to start with the bedroom and then we're going to get into the bath okay okay so I'm going to say a few things but I want y'all to just take in this view oh my goodness is this not amazing this this is definitely a [Music] bathroom for the record books Let's I mean let's if if we're going that crazy let's just start off with the shower you know I just did a Franklin that came out on the channel not too long ago that was at Pratt holes in Tyler Texas I'm believe it had this same tile it didn't have the same thing in the floor but I'm talking about our right here for so two sinks over there and this area so a lot of times I'll see that in between the sinks but this is in a to a totally different side of the bathroom I think I like that I like that a lot better y'all what do you think y' definitely address some comments let me know let me hear from you check it out we got even more cabinets over here I'm also just spitballing right here I'm touring it could be totally off but I'm thinking you could also put you like a big mirror or something right here so when you're getting ready I think that would be something nice that would be right there obviously you wouldn't have the cabinets but just a thought we have a pocket door into the closet now this is where that pocket door over there was coming into is it is it making full is it full circle for you now actually let me open this up there you go I believe this is one of those tours you need to just start from the beginning and watch it again really take it in because you wouldn't expecting this that first time you clicked was you just be honest all right I first before you do that though let's get into some more information on this house okay um don't forget to share this video If you will I'm going to I'm favorites uh as well as like on into so like a month from now I'm still posting homes from this show I'll have homes like this that I can still show you and so that was my plan but I just could not like I was like people have to see this house I went ahead and put it out so if you do me a favor and really really share this I would appreciate it so much this is the shoreline uh it's part of Franklin Holmes Classic series now I'm going to pop this up it's a lot of features in this particular model and so keep in mind with these homes like I mentioned earlier and that was outside uh you know you could go a raised roof you cannot do a raised roof you go to these corse countertops you cannot do these corpse countertops to save some money a lot of different options okay so this is going to be options that were in this particular house at the show and so that's really only thing I want to cover I know it's been a long tour other than that is good get into some estimated retail pricing that I'm grateful they provided to me uh let you know the videos come out Tuesday Thursday and Saturday night 6:45 central time I really don't have the full week mapped out but it's going to be a lot of homes from the show as well so y'all stay tuned estimated retail price now this is just what they provided me there like I said I'm thankful they gave me something to give to y'all it obviously depends on all these options and locations because Franklin has dealers in a lot of different states and stuff so keep that in mind as well uh this will be for at the time of recording coming in a four bed two bad 2100 a little over 2100 square foot here you go so I want to close out by saying if you haven't seen the video from Thursday night it was our first home that we showed from there you need to check it out it by different manufacturer uh kind of close to the same size though and just an amazing layout as well and I want to close out tonight's video by letting you know that I'm
