CUSTOM CAROLINA STANLEY- 4 Bedroom Walkthrough

hey everybody so today I am in Graham North Carolina just right down the road from our store and I'm going to be walking the Stanley floor plan beautiful exterior a lot like our Stanley lot model uh which is actually their inspiration so they did split face foundation for the house and then for the front porch they option to do the stone column stone foundation stone steps aluminum pickets and handrails and then they did Cedar Shake in the Gable um which looks really really nice sorry if it's a little louder behind me today I'm on a busier road but um this is an 8X 34 front porch so it has a ton of space up here for them to add a swing later on or some rocking chairs super super nice take a look so everything about this is going to remind you of our lot model um but they did do a few key differences so these are 8ft ceilings um let me show you this so this is going to be that coat closet as soon as you walk in they did option to do a fan in here in their master bedroom and in the family room they did the French barn doors that lead into that Den something to knowe also is that they did this luxury vinyl plank in the family room as well because it would come with carpet if you did not option that in here's their kitchen they did the late gray cabinet color which is an upgraded cabinet color and then they did granite countertops in the kitchen and cultured marble countertops in the baths and utility room so I'm going to show you this floor plan so they of course like I said it is going to be very similar to ours one of the key differences they made this a study so they took out that closet that was in our lot model and then in this master bathroom they took out the tub that was originally here and did another closet this is the um husband's closet the wife of course wanted that out herself who wouldn't um and then they optioned to do a 4x8 shower in the bathroom as well and our lot model is a 4x6 so there is their engineered floor plans they option to do the farmhouse sink another cool option is right here they actually actually did a pull out trash can so you could do this in any home um but that is super handy and nice got the soft clothes of course that comes included they did the full height backsplash they did the microwave oven combo and then they are going to do their own refrigerator and then they optioned in a cook top and here's their pantry and then they did that upgraded Pantry door that says Pantry ton of space in here they also wanted to do an appliance shelf in here for you know any kind of appliance that you would want to put in there whether it was a air fryer or you could honestly have another microwave if need be but um totally up to you and what you would choose to put there so whenever you do 8 foot ceilings I cannot option in those Atri or those transom windows that you would see on our lot model and um still looks super nice still brings in a ton of natural light so just so you can get a feel for what 8ot ceilings no transoms looks like it's still some people worry is it going to be enough light do I need that no it definitely is still a ton of natural light without it but they did option in h room doors right here off their back so that brings in a lot of light because that is just full glass right there but you could have done um a sliding glass door or left it as a double window so that's up to you um we're going to explore this way first so this way is the den SL family room got your double [Music] window and then that feeds into the three spare bedrooms or in their case these are two spare bedrooms and this is that study SL office um so you can see the amount of space that this study will have and that feeds right into this bathroom now they did do 288 toilets so there's an ADA toilet in here and in their master bathroom um and these are those cultured marble countertops and that just flows right into the sink it looks super nice and then they did do the LED lighted mirrors which is also very nice touch so I'm going to go in here first so this is a spare bedroom and here's that closet and in between these two bedrooms is a divider and this is a storage closet SL linen closet towels blankets whatever you want to put there and this is going to be another spare bedroom here's that closet but the same size so kids don't have to fight about whose closet's bigger so let's see and I am actually going to be taking you on the back side of the house today um because they did have a few cool features that I do want to benefit and show you guys and thean one thing that I hear a lot is how much storage this house has CU here's another linen SL storage closet I couldn't agree more because everywhere you turn there's just somewhere else to put things which is super nice this is their utility room so in our lot model right here um this is cubbies and uh single base cabinets they just opt in the singl base cabinets and they had a little bit more of a countertop right here so they could F laundry or just set things on it which is um very good idea and then they did the pull down attic access which is in their utility room which feeds into this master bedroom now remember how I said that they added a closet in here instead of the tub so they just did one door opening cuz in our lot model it's a French door and then they also option in for it to be a barn door so it could have just been a swinging door pocket door but they wanted to do a barn door which looks really good um so that they could have room for this closet right here and I'll show you that plenty of space for clothes shoes whatever he desires to put in there and then there's also another linen closet for them to store their towels so here's that 4x8 shower there's your rainfall this does whenever you have that 4x8 does come with this bench which looks amazing and they added two two shampoo shelves which is always a good option for you know all the things that you need to store in there they did put a transom window above the vanity which does bring in a ton of natural light in here because in our lot model where that tub was there was a fixed window right there so that brought in light but now you still get light and um you know she can still have his closet in here and hers which I'm I'm about to show you but then here's their bathroom again lighted mirrors culture marble countertops so we come back out here there's the other ceiling fan so they chose to do some built-in shelving options shoes everything has a place in here this could never get old I mean this is is everything a girl could ask for for some storage so now I'm going to be taking you outside um they did choose to do a whole house generator which I have never seen but that was super cool and they also optioned in the condition cross space now A plus side to a condition cross space would be that whenever it's summer and you're pumping air in your house that is also going into that foundation and then whenever it's winter and it's cold outside and you're pumping heat in your house it is also pumping some heat so that means it's completely encapsulated so that no uh mle nothing could ever grow in there I always definitely recommend that if your kids or whoever has really bad allergies that is a super nice benefit so that's the heat pump um but this is going to be that whole house generator looks super nice every here on the side and they could have optioned in to do a deck as you know but they wanted to do two sets of steps off both the exterior doors for whenever they do decide to do that um they can do it themselves they can H it out but for now they just want to start with some steps and I'll show you where they access their cross space so that would be that door right there you can really see that the texturization on the split face cuz um you know a lot of people don't want just a smooth look they want something to be textured it looks really really nice guys so I would definitely recommend that to anyone head back inside now yeah so these are just some more angles of the house but until next time guys see you later
