make an outdoor cooking rig to cook over a live fire and tomorrow we'll get into you know you kick back I'll make you a little lunch or the surf and turf but now let's make things let's get dirty let's weld some stuff together let's cut some steel got some good ideas for you guys I'm good you borrow good cuz I don't bring a [Applause] you know I keep telling before we get into just cutting up steel and welding things together we need a plan right we need damage one so we'll make like a base here where the fire will be around this framework here we're gonna have the uprights you will have our adjustable half griddle a half grade grill you know a brittle half grill oh yeah 70/30 then we're gonna do like sides and then if we have time we can cut like a logo up here or something that will say going places in Jimmy or something I don't know you'll have handles right here on the side you'll be able to pick it up and down them and then we can adjust the heat we'll make a fire let it burn down a little get that all this steel nice and hot we got some Japanese eggplant we do a little surf and turf no pizza I brought pizza dough too little flatbread pizza I can put cheese on it though no pizza guy likes pizza no kids menu tonight so tomorrow we'll be making chicken fingers and pizza and hammers and pinwheels with the butter and no green stuff no get the green stuff out yeah that's it mine and his and his it's always different but when we're looking at it here this is it and I could see us putting this in a little makeshift fire pit you build on the ground yeah and then this is the grill I assume height is important right it's important that swear we can control our temperature and then we'll have a little bit of exposed grill for anything you know I imagine that being almost like the cooler side yeah oh for God's sake Sally quiet on set this is too late also maybe we'll put a little make a little wall yeah lip pop just in case you want to move here so so things all of a together to make this framework but first we got to cut some metal first so we're gonna start cutting and grinding some size and shapes measure twice metal ZZ that was easy you just add it back in weld it again let's show with the proper technology and electricity it's a freakin working with play-doh huh it really is I mean it's you could do anything you want your imagination is your limits all mean I've welded a couple times but for the world that hasn't I mean right I want agree what are we doing here what is this this is a wire fed welder and you see there's a spool of wire in here and when you pull this trigger uh-huh the wire and the gas which shields the wealth comes out of the tip so the wire and the air you hear that comes out at the same time there's our wire we just throw that away oh yeah make them freakin lava you want to do it yep viral you got it if I can give you any advice just slow down a little bit all right I felt good about that one yeah that you're not that at all yeah well thing is so cool or we could just do that hold that up and all this well the corners this way we're not fighting gravity [Music] this will stay together forever so we're not just we're not just filling with the wire that's coming out it's also it's swirling three elements both sides of the base metal and the it's mixing yeah for instance like when you use like Elmer's glue that's not a well that's a third thing between the two objects right I think that grabs them both yeah well just whirling it all together okay Wow what can you think can you think of it weld for food a weld for food I guess uh an emulsification yeah where's you taking oil on a fat and you mix it them together it becomes all new thing yeah and oil on the fact that don't make any sense yeah vinegar and an olive oil whisk it together you know because it can do a great service egg becomes a will that was a freaking food well yes we have drama what do you mean your well didn't hold easy that way no I think that was the one you did why do you think huh well because we didn't burn through the slag on the front of this you just didn't hold heat long enough okay let's fast all right should we grind tip and the air blows without molten metal so as it creates molten metal if spit that out and then when it drags it it creates a line clean that's how it cuts awesome it's easy for me to help you would just be to stay away let's try it alright torch it here goes nothing back yeah buddy finishing touch gonna break that little pieces I mean like without this machine we beat this sort of sickness
