Ichigo grabbing Aizen's face, then catching his sword easily, then destroying a full incantation Hado #90 with his bare hand, then finally Mugetsu-ing Monster Butterflaizen.
Tsukishima mindraping everyone the entire arc, especially when he turns everyone against Ichigo.
And too many in the last arc to even fucking count. There was so many "Oh fuck" moments during that last arc, but I'll just put the biggest ones:
The entire first invasion. Yamamoto dying against Ywhach. Shunsui and Kisuke Bankais. Ichigo getting roflstomped by Ywhach, especially with the Bankai thing. And most importantly...
Orihime's new outfit.
Aizen revealing all his plans in the soul society. That moment imo was so amazing. I have reread/rewatched it so many times cause I love it.
Mine would be same as yours, Aizen vs everyone. The most awesome anime scene in the history.
Too many to count:
VL Ichigo. Ichigo using Bankai for the first time. Grimmjow destroying Ichigo in their first fight. Yhwach (and OMZ) at pretty much all times. Villain Renji (I'm just talking about Post RG Renji but damn those chapters were good.) HORNICHIGO. Urahara's Bankai. Chad's arm reveals. Ichigo vs. Ginjou. Ishida vs Mayuri. Soooo many good moments.
Urahara dying gave me chills.
Too many to count... Aizen vs everyone... then Ichigo's post-dangai form.. Fully hollowfied Ichigo... and AIZEN REVEALING HIS MASTERPLAN AT THE END OF THE SS ARC.. Uryuu vs Mayuri (I LOVED IT).. Mugetsu.. Segunda Etapa.. Masked Ichigo during his fight with Grimmjow.. And loads of stuff in the TYBW arc.. plenty... Everything in the first invasion.. Uryuu becoming Yhwach's successor.. Zangetsu actually being Yhwach... The invasion of the Royal Palace... Wahrwelt.. Shunsui releasing Aizen from Muken.. Jushiro and Mimihagi.. Komamura's armour-less bankai... Shunsui's bankai, Urahara's 'death'... Rukia and As nodt.. plenty, plenty...
