yeah I was like first things first we gotta stuff a boost kit inside this bad boy yep so we can get ripping so we're gonna tinker on our little thing yeah and you gotta kind of turn it show those again yeah in this part of the board is where the components go there's one of these and that goes right here yep there's a there's two resistors ago there's a throw four and two empty spots they go into two empty spots there and another I'm not sure what goes right there ever there's something goes right there - mmm and another piece Jinna a pear tree sounds like either way I didn't listen it sounds like a good job for Shawn yeah all the Bhoots huh without a manual boost controller cool man we can just take your your tube off at the bottom of the gate plumb it to the top and you can just send it all the Bhoots I'll give you all the food these students that need all the Bhoots just all the boosts the d-series should handle and that's like 300 horsepower what yeah I know a couple what what what gate spring it's probably a free pound spring I never say there was one thing about Charlie's car that I remember and maybe you fixed it since then was the car never shifted like made a whole bunch of power but he could never get jammed gears so I think it was that eBay clutch he had so he put when he put it together the last time he'd put a comp stage 5 minute that memory made like 400 some horse but but it could never shift the car so it never really would do what he wanted to do that issue but we haven't tried shaking your heart yet so yeah if not I have a wago trans that won't belong to paunchy so you know what's good yeah I just want to make like 300 350 so does that [Applause] some six plates look like when you look at the seasick [Applause] [Music] I think figure out my little solder sucker here that's how I get rid of the solder on the board that's occupying the empty holes put a solder joint in there so they're not it first I'm gonna knock out q20 from the front you can see where they're labeled but I've done enough of these edges know where they are ready for a transistor good key explain what you're looking for okay so in this corner I got this spot right here this is your first transistor which is this one of these big guys it goes in there below that you got D 14 that is where a deep where a diode goes and then to the right of those you have our seventy and our 71 which are both the resistors needed and then over here where I first started is Q 20 which is a mini transistor we're putting in a couple different transistors which allow you to get a better PWM rate so you can have more control over the Hertz of like a boost so tonight so perfect all right and these kits we get from Zeno krong and super cool little kits right yeah right we get them involved I mean this is enough to do 15 this is 15 PW Sears my two resistors they even come with a pin so we can hook into the ECU with a factory pan no cutting and stealing something out of something old here's your big transistors for the top diode many transistors everybody some will pull one of these out of each put them in here solder man in they'll be making boost keep truckin alright so this is the new one right here you got it yeah push down in there push down and then I bend the back sides over so you'll fall back out issue a little resistor out yep I already got our 71 in there too I'm just gonna fold those to size you need him to be put them in the holes pigtails in well some effects for you without those it's not a tight enough connection showing up sure enough you diode diode has a line that shows the polarity so it'll pass through the black go through the gray stripe but it won't come back so a diode is a one way gate on here it's represented with an arrow and it shows which way the gate needs to face seemed narrow to point towards the gate boom fold fold last transistor as our cue 20 though mini transistor was we're here in the corner we're trucking now soldering boards solder [Music] you know gates brings in your ride yet I don't know I think it's a three-pound spring course the only one I had it's an ebay date so I've needed a spring because I use my mock-up boy skate or and I didn't have any Springs that can fit so I just just bring it seems pretty soft well you remember the colored or anything pretty positive 3 or 5 fifteen pounds later we'll find out uh I said I wanted all the boost looks good brother junkie you thank you so that would be a complete there is a complete job boost by gear install pwm [Music] so I keep these sandals here all the time and the reason being is for my buddy Charlie and it's just like pretty cool that this is Charlie's old white so this little all-wheel-drive single-game we're gonna throw a tune-up on has a little GT 30 turbo well intake manifold meticulous whoo I'm pretty stoked about this they put this thing together on the meticulous Channel have to check it out [Music] here's the ignition where at [Music] [Music] we just got a dino lino leak and it sounds like there we go I put our curve with Christ that's one that was coming in and out it's probably like quick school coming in now Danny maybe hunter is 31500 1734 foot down a man-made 117 horsepower and 134 foot power fixed up here all right we got to check out the dyno real quick hi so this is our air line that goes to our all-wheel drive solenoid two locks the coupler his exhaust and is dump to blow straight down not at the lines but it was just close enough that the heat mounts around there and melted it so we're probably going to turn the dump to up and put the down pipe out the front all right now we got to pull the car back forward so we fixed his exhaust we'll put a new line fixed fixed it hey bro it's Dino ready now [Music] [Applause] [Applause] all right so we're getting ready to bust the plugs out real quick because it sounded kind of high for a lock so like what nope no one's alright the ground wire tight on the thermostat okay he's moving the ground real quick put the distributor's on done sort of the injectors the plugs are out number two looked a little wet but it wasn't like soaked I've got the rag over it so it doesn't just spring right there let's go back into the hole it moved the rags no that's fuel you hold on Parkes hold on it's a diaphragm that's leaking to you five minute real quick said make sure the regulator is not pouring fuel in so yeah it's filling the top its upgr it's like the it's like the AEM bolt on yeah just a stock regulator yup fuel coming out okay prime it real quick right there's the problem yep yep alright so Shane found us a stock regulator brand new o-ring what's funny is I just took a stock one out that what that will not you got that first pipe so make sure the intercooler is not pulling fuel [Music] yeah basically I went through this vacuum line in the intake manifold then I went through the intake manifold into the cylinder and then when it was pumping it went through the exhaust into the turbo through the charge pipes then back into the intake him through the whole thing again yeah Jamie had a neon that was doing this a while ago no he might have gone to the interview through the cylinder top the exhaust manifold into the turbo into the intercooler oh yeah we'd come out that and you're right it has to create its own air so you're right it wouldn't yeah so it shouldn't be in the intercooler we should be good yeah so we should be alright this much fuel I mean I guess it is possible what not quite there was the downtime the same balance well knowing that it was you want to do that it was going right here into them in a bit yeah that's wild though just just pull that coupler and see if there's any fuel there this coupler strike is you know it's crazy and this is how I used to be when we always worked on these cars the old Chuck we always had these bugs this is OG boots bullets right now the chases it bugs out now decent torque on 237 and 228 yeah nice alright so I move the cut up a little bit about Hayden's camera over here guys okay I moved to cut up a little bit and I'm gonna see where we can rock it to be tech was on the wrong output so I fixed that too so [Music] [Music] let it be techno was like cut shego in the lot yeah they'll hit bootcut yeah so the the solid part up here this is actually the end of the run the solid part is the D cell oh I see means a little bit more since 303 oh four and they're following each other yeah they're following each other yeah we just talked about that whoa whoa boost cuts that on that one it's linking 300 horsepower and 300 foot pounds that's great huh all right so we finally got a handle on this bad boy now let's boost [Music] well that was leveling off the dead time think I changed my life a little bit give me a second he just got working at ten times a touch but see it was starting to level off right there but he's got to play with the dead times a little bit because we've actually got voltage now 313 and 294 but like if you look at that graph look better can't see oh yeah look at that that's VTech this comes up and then see here it's starting to starting to level off but he's just gotta play with those dead times now we're thinking the pull stop just all part of profit in there with me guys voltage bro it makes the biggest difference on everything from from the boost Illinois to the PAP sensor to especially the injectors from the dead time that those dead times are is at different voltages what the injectors are going to act like so you know if you're dead times are weird or your voltage is weird like right now we're getting into the voltage where the alternator wasn't getting it before but we've got the charger ready yeah all right [Laughter] 3:13 g98 and it held it that yeah 3:13 and it carried it all the way across yeah hey like it kind of rolled off some but yeah so you're dead times are a little weird because the voltage issue we're having that's I was just talking to these guys so close yeah so we can just like that's really good you get there and then have him throw an alternator and then tomorrow and just make a boulder check it yep okay what's up I gotta turn the whole Hospital I like 45 better you're a madman it's cool in the dark okay memorized by the flames rude oh and that's actually softer than what was okay I'm just kind of doing it just pow pow is better now it's a pow pow well all that beaten and nothing wrong with it yet so now that thing feels great so where do you need to get WAGO versus Vigo race we got it what would be that much fun it wouldn't have to fight it well we got there today was a long hard fight but you know at the end we won and tomorrow we're gonna give it a
