BLACK MAGIC tiny home with walkin closet

how's it going everybody this is Mike Mr Tiny Tim it's coming to you with another episode of tiny home Tuesday where every Tuesday I showcased particular Park model tiny home coming in at 399 square feet that we have available here at recreational resort cottages in this Tuesday I'm bringing to you the platinum Cardinal you each back I brought to you the platinum Cardinal which was a huge success because it was the first tiny home that we constructed with a walk-in closet here at recreational resort cottages yes if you're subscribed which you should be then you know that we put a walk-in closet in a 399 square foot tiny home so we're back again today with that same model but I had a lot of people reach out and say mr. tiny I don't want my Cardinal in a cabin style can we get something a little bit more contemporary well you asked and mr. tiny I do what I do and I deliver for you so right here on this platinum Cardinal you can see that I went ahead and done the exterior base and trim and black magic we've done the porch post and snowy mountain which is a bright white for you we've got the composite decking and a coyote gray we have black metal rails as well for an accent but for my ladies out there I went ahead through the pop of color on the front door and a Tiffany blue so that is a great color pop for you because you know we like to do that here at recreational resort cottages so this home the platinum Cardinal is a 15 foot wide and it's 32 feet in length including the six foot front porch and it is on sale as I speak for $56,000 yes and once I take you inside you're gonna see it's worth every penny so you guys follow me inside and let me show you the rest now we're on the interior of the Platinum Card and remember last time it was brought to you in a cabin style so as you can see here Asuna the blue ponderosa pine and the stained southern yellow pine trim what we've done is giving you a gray shiplap with black interior trim remember I told you you asked for the color we can make your trim make your shiplap that color so if you guys are on great you want paint shift left you can do that you want red shift left you can do that you want the trim different colors you like green blue purple yellow we can make that happen for you but in this model we chose to accent the exterior of the home that's in the black magic and we brought it inside on the trim around your doors your windows your baseboards all the way around so that's a great option here and again like I always say the 15 wise aren't popular because of the room that you give in this tiny home so you got a couch right here easily can accommodate a sectional recliners whatever you need but you've got also your windows over here bringing in natural light making it feel larger than life in your tiny home you've got the double clerestory windows up top and then like I've told you before you know that we usually have an entertainment center in here a built in or something similar we chose to do eliminate that so you can put nice decor like this and then it's already prepped for a TV right behind this nice picture so you just put your flat screen up there and you are good to go and if you look up above a lot of people asked about the energy efficiency this is one of the features this is a mini-split system so this is your AC and heat all controlled by remote so that is going to save you a lot on your electric bill that paired with a few features that we offer here at recreational resort cottages suggest a vapor barrier double thermal pane windows and a radiant barrier in your roof paired with the James Hardie siding you can't really beat it so that is going to be why you're going to be extra energy efficient and a 399 square foot tiny home now you can see here with the door that's got the blinds in the glass so you can also choose if you want to Texas star award you want to complete some still door that's painted you can do all that and then over to the side we've got another window bringing in now like that you can choose to omit or you can leave it as it is here again guys if you don't like windows we can take them out but we chose to have them in here to show you some examples and then some of the Hickory cabinets like the previous partner we went with the great paint gives it more of a contemporary modern look we've got more of the HD laminate countertop here that matches the black trim we've got the ceramic tile backsplash we've got the standard stainless steel 2 basin sink but we've added the upgraded extended faucet here detachable sprayer as well and then you've got the double curser ease up top bringing more natural light so you can see here that everything is perfect for you we've got the stainless steel appliances smooth top oven and we've got the convection oven here with the stainless steel refrigerator again full-size appliances in our tiny homes here at recreational resort cottages additional storage there and you see how we got nice to court up above the cabinets those are the things that you can do to make your tiny home feel like the dream home that you've always envisioned and you can see here what we do to match the trim we painted all your interior doors black magic as well so you can see that's matching everything and then right here when the washer and dryer usually is we've got the built-in pantry so that is more storage for you and your tiny home the cool option that you've got that we offer here at recreational resort cottages is you see this face down below you can choose to have that for additional storage in your pantry or you can choose to put your hot water heater there so that way you have more cabinet space in your bathroom that you'll see right here so you see what I was just talking about you come right into the bathroom and you can see you've got your cabinetry built in here and you can choose if you want to have your hot water heater in here which will give you more space in your pantry and then just close that right back and let me forget this back to one second I can't forget the small details black on your shelves guys don't even look past that I was about to let you but guess what it ain't gonna happen so keep that in mind we chose black you can choose whatever color you like on your shells guys talk about customization that's what we offer here recreational resort cottages but you come through you've got additional storage here your cabinet and your cabinetry and your countertop is extended all the way around here over your commode we've added the shiplap and white here in the bathroom so that was a little different than the gray ship flap that you saw in the living area and then step right into this walk-in showers 60 inches right here and you can see that we chose to have the Carrara tile in here but normally we have it in a vertical pattern we chose to go horizontal this time so that's something different and what we do add an accent band around with the black ceramic tile so that looks great it matches the rest of the interior of the home so guys this is perfect you got your soap dishes over there everything you need the sliding glass door here and then you follow me on through and then the place that everybody's waiting on is the master bedroom so behind this pocket door which gives you more space in the tiny home you got your master seeing here you've got your master bedroom you've got the double crease right here you got the black elite finish ceiling fan which gives a nice aesthetic to the interior of your home again we've got another mini split system in here one of these things can power up to 600 square feet so having two I mean guys a little bit of overkill but hey we're making sure you stay nice and cool in these summers and you stay nice and warm in those winters I'll succeed with it being a 15 wine you can easily fit a king-size bed in here and then we got outlets all the way around TV jack right there for you and again this is what makes the cargo so special it is the tiny home floor plan with a walk-in closet and you got your watch the dryer hit it out of the way so you see it's prepped right there for your staff watch and drive to go right in there you can come on around and you see you've got the walk-in closet so this is awesome guys you choose to have that there and what we've done in here remember we had a nice trend Oh up above the last Cardinal we chose to move it over to the side and then we also have some rods and she'll be going down below we chose to omit those in this plan so you can see different options so you can choose to add those we can maybe even add another rail bond up there if you wanted to put up space for hats scarves sunglasses you know all the accessories that you got we can make it happen for you but God we're showing you that you have the ability to customize your tiny home like no other here at recreational resort cottages guys and come
