hi guys thanks for tuning in today I'm just about to head out looking for pink Robins if I can't find those hopefully there will be some flame Robin surround so let's get going and see if we can get some great images [Music] just arrived at the first spot I thought I might try for the pink Robin it's actually pretty cold bit of Sun bit of clouds hopefully the Sun will stay away most of the tongues I really want to have nice overcast let's see what happens oh and also found myself an interesting pitch so I'll see if I can set that up somewhere and get that Robin just set up my perch behind me I don't know if you can see but it's right there it's kind of in the middle of the little opening that I found all set up let's see if we can get the Robin fingers crossed unfortunately looks like we're not gonna be lucky at this spot today but under way here saw few flame ribbons let's move on and see if we can find something else oh and there's a nasty little leech on me [Music] well that would didn't work well so far only got a few leeches but no Robins so also a few Romans along the fence line on the way in here so what I'll do now I'll just take the car slowly drive along there and see if we can find them again and see if we can get them on a perch or the flamer I've been coming along this fence I quickly set up my perch over there and now I'm just waiting for the flame Robin to come back to me making us play back down the fence because it likes a hunt of the fence posts I'm hoping if I attached a branch just a bit higher it will just sit on it and give me a nice pulse think I see it over there in the distance so let me get quickly behind my camera check my settings oh that looks really nice nice bright background beautiful looking perch so all we need to subvert now and I think I can spot it in the distance over there so you can see the light changes all the time but with the flash in my exposure I actually get quite a beautiful looking image at the moment all we're missing is the Robin [Music] changing my settings it's really nice [Music] well that worked pretty well didn't it Robin just landed on my perch at our setup and the light DCC changes all the time so I'm constantly checking my settings making sure my exposures right I get the right sharpness enough shutter speed flashes on as well but let me just grab another shot wow that was beautiful but yeah Robin's on my perch posing really nicely in it's coming all together really well what a great day flame Robin is still on our perch then you can see how beautifully sunlit the background is and there's a bit more shade on the bird giving us this beautiful effective can seen a lot of my pictures with I thought I just show you a couple settings now Hornets of a second at 7.10 sold 2500 I've must flash on at 16 s power it's wait for a nice pose there we go and we can see that that's actually really nicely exposed so all I would do in Photoshop now would be either remove that little chopped off nd clone it out or crop it like that and we got a really stunning picture of a flamer of and with a beautiful background and you can see my background is just the distant sunlit purchase so I think that was a good example how I get my only just with the bride backer and the birches bit more in the shade I used to flash to light up the Bert and then I use a brighter background than the perch in the bird to give that really nice effect [Music] got what just happened the Robin instead of my purchase auditor wants to sit on the second camera I've been using to give you another angle Oh looks quite interesting actually pretty cool and pretty simple isn't it and so much better than stalking the bird instead of running after trying to get it on a fence we just went smart fanta nice branch set it up had the Robin come back to us and there we go we're getting stunning images that worked out pretty well in here and didn't first we didn't really start off over the pink Robin didn't even get to see it but then we found the flame Robin along the fence I set up hood put a nice perch there and within a few minutes it set on it and we got some really nice shots give me a thumbs up if you enjoyed this video and click down there so subscribe and yep stay up to date and I'll see you in the next video [Applause] [Music]
