[Music] shots you make sure your next time is right there you've got a little hole there and that should be in between the s that way it sits nice and flush i had a problem because it was a bit misaligned and it wasn't stretching properly so this is what we have so loads out my calls put this here i'm gonna take the bar and see where my chicken needs to sit so i have and then the bar is here it's a square piece there's two ends of it there's this end and there's this end so what we do put this in there and then it should sit in white in the middle which is just about here so this will basically be the midpoint of my chicken so it cooks evenly out as well this one just should align just on the side in the middle and the one with the edge i'm going to slide the chicken on top of this let's see it works two to three two one plug and now i'll put my phone out there for light my fire and then wait for it to fire up i'll blind it so that you can now see there's a bigger stem here than on the other side and that is because that's the part that goes into the motor and that's a part of the other side we've got about this much space within the picking i'm gonna wait for it to fire up and then i'm going to put it on you have to tighten up these screws and test it so it's not normally if it [Music] 170 which is about 350 and once it's up there then i'll give it a couple minutes about how much about 200 so let me just close that off slightly and also close this off hopefully get back down to around about 1600 as it's um stabilizing it's going to increase it a bit so it's 350. which is approximately 170. i'm going to say lift the top up if it's a vent slightly get up temperature so it should be nice and tasty inside as you can see the temperature's coming up just close that off slowly so hopefully slow down the temperatures that's all stabilizing if i lift it up it so leave it there about five minutes and then we're ready to cook yeah i love my chicken 170 there hopefully it will cook nice and evenly okay it's going around as you can see it's stabilized so hopefully it'll go down a bit a little later also make sure you've got your your gloves as well that's cool so what we've got here is the timber is now stabilized it's about 350. which is about 170 so it's been about half an hour just gonna lift it up that temperature has gone up slowly and it's popping away leaking on the side as you can get this with us because of the [Music] there goes foreign it's been about 40 minutes as you can see the vents slide it's trying to get 350 which is good all right they're still messing around [Music] okay i haven't made it okay that's 160. a little bit more this is 180 now so it's all ready
