what's going on guys yzma changa back with another video so working from home requires a few essential tools for the best most functional experience there are so many keyboards on the market to choose from ranging from full-size to compact wired and wireless so how do you make a final decision on which one is right for you well in this video we're gonna briefly cover a few of my favorites and what I recommend depending on your workflow or use case well there is no perfect keyboard out there in my opinion there are some really great ones that can cover a wide range of uses these are all keyboards I personally own and use and I'm not listening these in any particular order but all of the details and pricing information will be listed below in the video description first up we have the suteki bluetooth keyboard this is a compact bluetooth keyboard that does include a number pad and it's marketed to Mac users but you can also use it on Windows devices it's made out of aluminum is backlit and it's rechargeable via the USB C port and included USBC cable you can connect this keyboard to up to three different devices if you want to something you notice about the layout of this keyboard is you'll get Control Alt Delete as well as the command and option keys for Mac we get a full roll function keys including the ability to easily adjust the brightness of the backlighting personally I love this design the space gray color and the typing feedback of the keys themselves one thing that may bother some while we're talking about the overall typing experience is the lack of adjustment underneath the keyboard and some of my older compact keyboards I've added little rubber feet to improve the ergonomics to something a bit more comfortable for typing over an extended amount of time I'll leave some link below if you're considering buying this keyboard next up we have the Logitech Kraft advanced keyboard this is a full-size wireless keyboard with some really great features both hardware and software oriented this is another dark gray aluminum keyboard with backlighting that's also rechargeable of course you also use the keyboard with the USBC cable plugged in you're able to connect via bluetooth or using the Logitech unifying software with the included USB receiver something really unique about this one is the creative input dial refer to as the crown this dial is programmable for instant access to several different functions that include Photoshop Adobe Premiere PowerPoint Microsoft Excel and many more you can interact in different programs using both the dial and your mouse at the same time for even greater productivity depending on which programs you use for work or for school this dog could definitely help you work faster and its touch sensitive speaking of touch the keys will automatically light up whenever your hands get near the keyboard and brightness suggests according to the lighting environment as far as battery life goes it'll really depend on how often you use it but it can definitely last a couple of weeks on a full charge for me this is a fantastic full-featured full size keyboard with well spaced keys so typing for long periods of time is a breeze this is actually the keyboard I use the most at my desk and even after using it for so long I still don't feel like I've taken full advantage of all that it has to offer it doesn't have any adjustable feet at the bottom but due to the design there's a slight rise at the top portion of the keyboard that ensures the typing experience is a comfortable one I use a lot of Logitech products since they've been really reliable over the years and this next keyboard is no exception this is the Logitech MX keys I'm not gonna spend a lot of time talking about this one since it's very similar to the Kraft keyboard we just looked at there is one really obvious difference though this one is a bit more compact since you no longer have the input dial at the top of the keyboard if you don't need or want that creative dial I highly recommend buying this model instead since you can save quite a bit of money plus you can get this one with the MX palm wrist included like the Kraft you get the proximity control backlit keys the multi device compatibility and the dish crash the keys that are said to be specifically designed for comfort stability and precision I can tell you that typing on this keyboard is pleasing and I don't experience any fatigue while using it having the detached palm rest that's made from memory foam and some faux leather material it offers some added comfort for those long typing sessions last but definitely not least is the quirky writer s keyboard this is my absolute favorite mechanical keyboard to date its typewriter inspired as you can tell from the awesome retro design it has an all-metal construction this scratch resistant it can be used wired or wireless via bluetooth there's this integrated tablet stand that can accommodate most tablets including my 12 point 9 inch iPad pro I honestly love this thing it's the most expensive option in this video but you don't have to pay a lot for a really nice mechanical keyboard I'll leave some great more budget-friendly alternatives link below in the video description the quark rewriter has this really cool macro programmable return bar that comes out of the box with the inner function as the default but if you like you can program it to perform other commands including copy cut and paste it's not something I use often but it's great that it's included for those that are after that nostalgic typewriter experience there are also these dual scroll knob encoders that can control volume and page scroll if you decide to use this on your iPad or even your iPhone you can also enable page scroll via the accessibility settings the mechanical keys on this model are the Cherry MX blue switches which offer really great tactile feedback I consider this keyboard to be a luxury item and I want to reiterate that you don't have to pay a high cost for a high-performance mechanical keyboard but since this is one I use and actually enjoy I have to recommend it for those that might be interested if you're a writer a student or just someone that spends long hours typing in you enjoy the sound of those clicky keys you might also want to consider picking up the official wrist rest that has a non-skid base and soft padding no this is not an all-inclusive list of all of the keyboards that I use and recommend so I'll most likely make a follow-up video with some dedicated economic keyboard options as well as a few Mouse recommendations I'll also list them below along with some great compact models that don't include a number pad since many of you may not meet one of those for work or school work a keyboard is a basic work at home tool but definitely a vital one for almost everyone it's really important to me to have one that's both comfortable and functional for my workflow I hope I gave you a few interesting options and if you have any questions or comments jump down in the comment section below and let me know if you like this video hit the
