BEST Night Market to eat, explore and shop in Chiang Mai Thailand 🇹🇭 Wua Lai Walking Street

here in changai and in today's episode we're going to take you to a popular Saturday uh Night Market called the The wulai Walking Street Market and it's outside of the changai gate on souths side of the um wall here and so I want to show you this market and also show you some food and also show you some nightlife and show you what they do here in [Music] changai okay guys here we are at the Saturday night walking market and uh it's already gotten busy and um we had a little chance of rain here so some of the people had the canopy tents out um covering up their merchandise but anyways it's cleared up and now we are seeing a lot of more of a artisanal kind of uh products so a lot of arts and crafts and stuff they're selling but there's also a food section so we're going to go to the food section here but check this [Music] out okay we are reaching the food court area so let's go ahead and check out the food court and see what they're selling here I'm going for something different tonight guys what the heck deep fried squid that is crazy look at that deep fried squid all right we got TI pancakes got some gilza wow and we got some Takaki here and look at that they the big old piece of octopus in there [Music] all right guys rolled up okam Yaki look at that and then I got different flavors over here that's one the egg on it flipping that over look at that got crabstick SE weed we have spinach ham bacon bacon and fried egg oh my goodness all right can we get a bacon bacon right we to top up the Fred EG or cheese or just like this or like this or like the yellow one the oh just just like this this one yeah this one no topping okay [Music] okay [Music] oh yeah you know how weird right great thank you all right look at that guys all right here we are trying okom Miyaki here in h Thailand and this one actually he made it in the roll right but it has the very similar Mayon it has the okaki sauce has the Bonito flakes really interesting to try this y very okam Yaki the batter is like a more like a crepe that's the main difference is that it's more like a crepe so that's a little variable but the flavors pretty similar yeah one this one we selected the bacon and I don't think I got to the bacon yet so I'll take another bite but yeah in terms of flavor it really matches the okam Yaki flavor here you go I got the bacon on this one oh yeah that bacon really good saltiness along with sweetness of the okom sauuce really good okay and right across the way there's another food court Market here so let's go ahead and check out and see what they have over [Music] here let's see if I can get away from the music a little bit more so I can uh talk a little bit yeah you have some noodles over there salads some sausage skewers some coconut water over there mango sticky rice yeah so a lot of the traditional Thai foods are here fishballs got some ribs Seafood sausage on a stick got some sweet Burgers over there Fried Chicken oh man got some more Sushi over there okay guys we got found some food that we want to try and uh we're getting hungry so we're going to have some dinner so we're going to start with some papaya salad okay all up can I get the papaya salad yeah [Music] okay great thank you thank you all right look at that Pap salad guys awesome all right we also saw some chicken over here we're want to try so we're going to have some papaya salad and chicken for dinner tonight so let's get some grilled chicken that barbecue chicken looks amazing welcome chicken what's what's the difference big small oh big and small yeah oh so this is big and is small okay this one okay right take that one thank you all right got some chicken all right let's go find a seat and sit down and have some chicken and some papaya salad find one of these uh mini tables sit down at and have uh our [Music] chicken here we go mini table okay guys here we are we're having the papaya salad and some grilled chicken and I'm go ahead and start with some papaya salad and uh yeah she's kind asking us if we wanted to have some tii chilies in there and we're like yes please so here we go papaya salad m not too spicy we have one TI chili in here a little bit more sweeter than I like yeah M SM good though got some green beans in here oh wow I never knew how good green beans were and papay salad the green beans were really good oh my goodness and then what we have some tomatoes tomato in here yeah along with a pie chili we also have some peanuts oh wow this is a really good papy salad I walked by and this chicken just caught my eye I had to get this chicken and I have to give this try cuz it looks so good oh yeah sweet like more of a also lemongrass tape flavor to it the marinade is really good m they also includes some dipping sauce just a little bit SAU [Music] here I think it's just the marinade on chicken based of the sauce that they use red chicken and as you can see these are actually smaller I think the Beese tables and chair set we're sitting here pretty much on the ground on these chairs really cute and it's um it's a great Vibe for a nighttime Market where everyone can sit closer to the ground but I'm already short and people that are T than me I can hardly imagine they could sit here on these tables and chairs [Music] but okay let's say we give this a try I have no idea what this isang mangam meang all right this is mangam lemongrass and um yeah so hey let's give this try W good has like a lime juice to it to it uhuh lemon lemon lemon yeah like a taste of coconut lemon oh good oh yeah hey it's a great snack wonderful you guys try this tii appetizer oh Thai appetizer one WRA like a l wrap that's oh yeah yeah it's just a flavor of Thailand in your mouth that's all it is really good all right guys as you can see it's still rocking and then a lot of people here we've been walking quite a while so this walking street is quite long so be prepared to walk but take your time enjoy yourself and we got waffles over here and they have some fresh juice you know what I really go for ice [Music] cream yeah you are not going to run out of food in this area oh look at that up here they have like carnival games up here where you can win prizes all right guys bunch of stickers here a 10 bot for a sticker and uh think I may I'll get one for my computer raccoon's funny cute yeah that's cute all right all right check my sticker you'll see this on my computer hi hello you want have the same one yep same yeah same please that's sticky rice there okay peanuts oh peanuts okay milk can milk yeah wonderful thank you all right guys here we go wanted some ice cream kind of warm tonight and yeah this is nice Ice Cream came with um we got coconut ice cream with sticky rice peanuts and also some condensed milk on there there you go look at that I'm really excited for [Music] this oh yeah oh my God so good I mean I love Sticky Rice I love peanuts and I love ice cream great combination look at that yeah this is this is fresh coconut ice cream they make it reminds me of um the containers they have in Ecuador when we bought ice cream in Ecuador very similar coconut ice cream really smooth very light flavor but really smooth creamy here I'll show you guys the closeup of the sticky rice yeah sticky sticky R is really good too okay guys we've been walking a while and um a popular thing here on walking street is actually getting your foot massage so I think we're going to try [Music] it [Music] right massage okay all right first tie foot massage give a try so these are the chairs they have set up for the foot massage here and this is my muse and this is my wife's Muse all right 30 minute F foot massage has begun oh got to relax relax oh where I'm from oh we're from the US America oh America yeah [Music] all right guys that was an amazing massage and now we need to get fruit smoothie kind of refresh ourselves after the great foot massage here you go fruit smoothies C that onep that one yeah one yes please okay so we got some apples grapes and watermelon in a smoothie throw some ice in there with a little bit King King the [Music] sugar all right oh that looks so [Music] refreshing okay look at that guys woo all right here we go chothi oh yeah that is so good man they had the right balance the apples and the grapes and the watermelon together so refreshing all right
