good to see you guys and and cool let's kick it off quickly so Alina is our HR manager and Mike is our Q you're working as a q automation engineer right or Q engineer uh the position is called automation developer automation developer whoa that's tough you're pretty much an awesome all right well do you guys want to introduce yourself Alina you want to kick it off yeah so hi everyone my name is Elina I work for uh the US market for three years and a half as a it recruiter well I work for different sectors but primarily the nich recruiter in it I've met many candidates uh recently I've started career coaching as part of my work responsibility so I'll be happy to have this session with you guys today thank you Ela thank you you're currently working as an HR right exactly absolutely amazing Mike you want to go ahead um yes sure um so yeah my name is mikee I'm uh working as an automation developer at the Spectrum um one of the biggest companies in in the it field and uh um my background I had a lot of failed interviews and I got one that uh I got enough experience to pass and I'll be happy to present today thank you guys awesome thank you Michael yeah Mike our EX student or exg graduate from codify QA boot camp that you can see right here awesome all right so this is going to be an HR interview Alina's going to rock Mike with the questions and I'll be here from them by the way I'll introduce myself my name is Sergio kenko I am a founder of codify boot camp I help people to become a QA Engineers QA automation developers as we can see now from scratch or to improve your existing skills uh cool and today I'll be I'll be reviewing pretty much adding my extra comments as an engineering manager but this is going to be behavioral interview with the HR and with the QA automation developer awesome Alina all yours you take care of it and take it off thank you very excited to start so Michael I believe we will start as all the interviews pretty much start with the self-presentation so my very first question would be tell me about yourself sure yeah um that was expected yeah um so um my name is Mel I got three years uh I think it's l tomorrow already it's about four years of uh experience as a um ASA and I've been working as a manual uh and at the same time I've been work as automation developer um so at my current job I am leading the voice project and uh um pretty much I'm responsible for all the uh animation that created for for the product um in my past background I've been working also with mobile part I got health bar uh as my previous as my previous job and I've been also like a t engineer at this position okay okay thank you um I I I'd like to to have a little bit more detailed presentation from your side what were the uh projects you worked on uh what are the companies maybe some little description about the companies uh their Manpower are the teams you collaborated with because uh right now it's a little bit of um of the presentation that I can read from your LinkedIn profile okay and it doesn't give me the detailed overview something that goes beyond your resume I want to hear that if yeah if you could go go more uh deeper in the detail it would be great let's yeah um let's start then with my current position um so a little bit more more details about it I'm leading couple project over here and uh one of the uh one of the project is called voice which is a home phone of the spectrum part and uh we are currently working on uh consolidation of this portal so basically it's already design and uh we are implementing new features um I'm working um pretty close with developers and design team at this moment let's say um we got the we got the kind of interesting task right now we are uh trying to get the e2e framework ready at the same time as as a product uh which is a it's a pretty new experience for this company usually uh they've done in different way usually that they first uh release the product and then uh automation should be done after it um that's that's stand it okay okay and regarding your previous experience what's uh the previous experience I've been working for the uh for healthare um we started over there pretty much uh I started over there uh before the product was released uh to the customer and uh we've been working mostly on a mobile uh on a mobile testing um since the product was um not quite ready and there was still a lot A lot changes um we did not create like a some kind of robust automation framework that was pretty much just a sanity and uh but that was kind of fun cuz uh you can see how you can build your product uh basically just from the from the scratch uh well the second presentation was much better because you kind of walked me through your experience you showed me what the companies were doing and it's very important for uh you to share some details uh that I might not just find on web or maybe I didn't have time to find on web so I I might just go search some companies before the interview if I'm hiring manager most probably I will do that during the job interview because I have probably many applicants so if you can present some details that I wouldn't have to search myself that's already a very good start um you are like making my job easier it's already a good uh a good uh thing to start with uh second of all uh you could also share like uh What uh progress you've made within the company together with the company like what you could over like the beginning of the project and how it was developing but it's it feels still like it's kind of a summarizing of your experience and you're not trying to sell it to me I didn't I haven't still heard what wor your contribution like major contribution what metrics like what what achievements you've brought to the company you know what I mean maybe something that some data probably that you could share with me um let's see um let's see what we have so um the first thing that comes to my mind it's where I was hired to this company um the anation framework was already created but it hasn't been mained like for a long time we had pretty much like a 90% of the failures and uh we had uh at that time we had like about I I don't know like probably 500 test uh test across all the platforms so I bring this number up to up to 10% failures um and that was acceptable at the moment we had a different uh we had a different uh preferences but um on the other hand um business company um at the same time like a bu E2 framework we also working on analytics data and we usually trying to um kind of collaborate analytics and the e um which is the most higher priority at this moment over here and we also brought this uh this number up probably from the same like from the 90% failes to 90% success um which is uh I think is going to be uh the great contribution to the companies since uh those tests are running nightly and as a key animation developer I should check them every morning in case if you have some kind of failures um we can report them before they can get to the next uh uh to the next stages okay okay sounds good um that's pretty much what I kind of was expecting to hear but um it's it's uh kind of interesting how you always uh use the word we do this we have to do this we were doing and not really like a personal uh experience like personal contribution that you made maybe you could think of something like that and give me at least one example of what you personally believe would be your personal metrics in the company or your personal contribution that you could oversee and uh share with me that was actually I did this my on my own but I just feel like we are working like a I'm working like in a team and uh um even if I did it myself I did get some help like I from the different person such as like my manager or like developers but yeah if you talking as if you are talking about the contribution I've done all the changes uh on my own um and I think yeah I think I'll have to uh say it clear clear clearly that is that's actually a good point you you are a team member yeah that's a good point you're a team member and you want to share that you were working together with your team so you can even say like together with my team I did this or that and it already will psychological work for me like it was your contribution but you made it together with your teammates and uh you you are a good team player okay thank you thank you so much Michael and um yeah it was nice to hear about your previous experience and to uh dig deeper into deta details um what would you consider as your strengths if you could share with me um I can work a lot if uh if you have S like a if you have such such a request but um I would say um I'd like to get things done um that's my uh biggest strength and uh um what I mean by that it's uh um I don't like to keep like some kind of task for a long time um I think that's uh also which is my manager like uh in me at this point where else I think I think I can kind of stop over here well normally uh we we tend to ask candidates for at least three strands like uh like this we can see from different perspectives if you could share at least one more okay uh let me see um from the different perspective I'll say that um it's it's such an easy question but sometimes uh it's getting uh it's harder to answer this one um okay absolutely I would previous answer and I would just say that you are a strong team player because you already specified that in the past I think that's there should also be Str and you have already Justified it with the facts um from your past experience yeah that's was actually on my mind but I was just planning how to say it yeah I see well normally uh if if you say I work like I I I can work a lot or I tend to work too much I there there is a question that is raised in my mind like does he have time to rest uh won't he be burnt out in a couple of months or maybe does he know how to combine work life balance how to prioritize tasks so maybe it's better not to uh to say that you are working a lot or you're over worker but probably specify something that we like to um to like to recommend to our uh our clients or to our candidates to talk about their soft skills because technical skills hard skills is something that you can gain pretty quickly you can go take some courses uh you can take a mentor and develop them rather quickly much quicker than soft skills and soft skills is something that makes you unique so like this if you talk about your your strength you can discuss something some personality traits that you have for example your Natural Curiosity and you like to dig deep into some things you like to discover new things and uh this helps you um come to the solution of some problem with different you know points of view for example you have some problem to solve you gather all the information you have and that natural Cur curiosity actually helps you do that all and then you uh take some time to analyze all this um uh ways to solve the problem and you like come up with the most relevant one with the most relevant solution which also shows you analytical skills so maybe something that shows you uniqueness and probably uh you would also like to add some um if if you can if you can think of ways developing those skills like how you develop or how you continuously you know uh enhance those skills maybe you can think of something like um yeah sure um I'm just thinking that I think the pretty good example is going to be the approach uh to problems and uh I'd like to solve I'd like to work my way to solve the problem from the problem so um basically um during the work you like a have like a lot of challenges you have to um work like a within you um with a new software for example and uh you have to work like a with the different platforms you have to uh do some kind of like a mix of this like a software and and your previous background and uh the way I do this I just like to get the uh to get the problem first and then slow work my way uh to solve it uh step step by step M okay okay what would you then consider your weaknesses what are the weaknesses that you have I I love those questions honestly I hadn't practice them like for a long time um but yeah um so the weaknesses uh you know I I I always uh uh wanted to answer this question that that I have know weaknesses uh at yeah but um so if we about the weaknesses probably probably I think you already know what to that um that what weaknesses is going to be um some challenges with work life balance I would say um but um it's it's not consistently it's more like a because we have like a slower time during the work and we have like a busiest time and uh for example when you get into this way when you know like you're kind of easy at work and uh you just you know you just keep going this way but yeah it's just like a and how do you what's your approach to solving this problem like I mean how do you work on this weakness um I would say that I'm just um it's it's hard to work it's hard to work on this week cuz I like my work and I like what I do and I'm just like a um I can be at home like I can write some code and I can you know some kind of like movies and I'm totally fine that I'm not getting tired um I would say like a probably just to force myself to put the laptop laptop on the side and you know do I don't know some kind of spart sport or anything else that would um but yeah okay I see well again there is a question that pops up in my mind like when he rest does he have a problem with time management does he know how to prioritize tasks you know all of these these are some unconscious bias that I have like in my head probably um I I might be considering like in couple of months he can get burned out and I'm going to lose uh the employee who has a potential you know when we talk about strengths it's always good to highlight your soft skills because it shows your uniqueness and it's really hard to find someone who would uh you know possess all those well-developed soft skills rather than uh you know and teach them technical part rather than take someone who has amazing technical background but is hard to communicate and is not really an eager uh team player so uh when we talk about weaknesses it's best uh to show the technical skills that you lack for example something that is not like core for your um for your profession something that is not core in your field but would be a great asset or is like is important to have but not core and show how you develop already how you work on this weakness how you develop this skill okay because in this case this is not something that is really hard to develop or takes some time is time consuming but something that you noticed recently that you uh are you you lacked some some technical skills and you are now developing them by watching YouTube videos or maybe taking some courses or working with Mentor or maybe you uh came to your manager and asked to work on that so something that would not be that crucial for me you know yeah yeah I see I see what you mean it was actually good good point that to say like a you you're talking about the strength it's going to be the soft skills and going to be the weaknesses it's going to be more like a technical kills yeah um um so then let's go ahead one more time about the weaknesses uh I would say um so be probably most is going to be like about the mobile uh mobile part of the of the testing because it's like it's getting like a um be more and more um testing on this part and um it was it was quite a challenge in the beginning because I didn't have like a lot of experience to creating that animation framework uh for mobile devices specifically I would say that the the biggest challenge was it's uh um to understand the not not to understand that to to learn the difference to create it uh for I and Android because we have to utilize the different tools and uh um I think I had a little lack of experience on that part but it was not hard to gain it at the moment yeah okay okay and uh how do you did you manage to to to develop that skill or you're working on that right now I'm always working on my skills it's It's never enough to develop it but uh the company well my company they they did a great uh great job in the past they created some kind uh it's kind of like a spreadsheet but you can uh gather information regarding like all the different featur the company is working on especially like like a there is a specific topic for uh e2e developers which is super helpful people who especially for the new people who just got HED uh can know can double check what's going on in the follow of the company protocols no that's actually very cool that they uh cared so much and they develop this whole uh this whole field for for learning for new employees um and you you mentioned that you always work on your skills can I ask you how exactly you develop your skills how do you tend to stay up to date with the trends in your field how do you follow the um the updates um I think the first thing um pretty much I think everyone who's working like in it field and working on specific product especially for uh for external use uh had to uh has to keep the app updated and uh if you if you even if you don't want to work on your skill you have to just to keep this uh just to keep this app alive okay well I I was actually meaning uh how do you yourself um follow the trends in the industry how you stay up to date within use and um how how do you develop like in general uh do you take some course uh do you attend some uh seminars or webinars within your field to stay up to dat um mostly uh mostly it's a networking on my side because uh uh we've got like a u I think we got like more than 5,000 employees across the across the United States and uh I think half of this uh employees located in Denver um at our office so so it's a just a huge amount of people who can share the knowledge with you and um um the people who uh where you can share your knowledge as well I think at this point that's the best one um also the last uh I think like for the last couple of months um I'm using the S lab and uh that was also like all the updates that you need and uh they Implement new implementing new features like pretty much okay and those people you mentioned you you said 5,000 right um those are the people whom you worked with whom you've connected with within the company uh how did you build that strong Network I mean that's yeah that's the people who's working in the company um and uh um most of the times you the people just from your from your team is not enough to solve some kind of problems and you have to reach out to different teams uh to different managers um and uh yeah that's kind of how the work is done over here and do you build Network outside of the company um you mean like a technical Network right well your professional Network can can consist also of non-tech people non-tech professionals so I'm I'm just curious if you have uh uh if you are connecting with people uh online or offline maybe some conferences maybe some um some tech events that you attend to network with people just out of curiosity um yes we are um I would say like that the last uh the last year of my life was pretty busy uh and um um but we we actually uh planning to visit Thea conference here in Denver um I think it's going to be it's planned for the end of the May and I think that's going to be the first one um since uh since I get hired okay okay I see I'll add up something yeah wanted just wanted to add to Michael everyone else going to be who's going to be watching this video that whenever you guys give an answer uh think that all the words that you're saying will be used to get the followup questions so whenever you say some your strength or weakness is uh regarding the networking or learning new things you're going to ask question about learning new things they're going to ask you're going to get asked how and where do you learn new things uh and usually would be the best to uh to specify multiple sources not only the Network it's good it's good for everyone but uh something like YouTube videos different UD courses conferences is the best because that's where you get uh I think Alena was trying to push towards towards it because that's the that's where you learn the latest technology uh majority of the times because people will be presenting those to you so try to specify multiple s sources to answer this question yeah thank you so much did I tell you why it is so important for us that you hit that like button And subscribe buttons below well because if you do so our channel is going to become more popular if our channel will become more popular we will record even more useful and better quality videos like this one so that's an algorithm you hit that like button below and subscribe to our Channel and we'll record more videos like this one let's continue yeah I actually we had to move around a little bit and um and uh dig deeper into that question for me to learn that you are planning to visit a conference which uh I was actually meaning to hear from the very beginning but probably you you were just a little bit nervous and forgot about that conference or I don't know uh that would be also great to mention that you are planning to do something and you are constantly doing this this is the proof I already have a plan of visiting the conference and while we are also asking about network if you are applying for senior position people also hire you for the network that you can bring this is very important in the field uh that's what we Face a lot when hiring Senior Specialists so that's also very good that you have a a strong Network and yeah yeah very good and also we had a couple of uh already moments when we talked about time management so I would like to go ahead and ask how do you manage your time how do you PRI prioritize your tasks um so it's um it is quite a challenge with this company because um um except working 8 to5 for example just like a normal core hours uh we also have uh deployments that can go like during the night or during the evening and uh they usually started like at 10: p.m. um the mountain time and they can last like a usually they last about like an hour or like a two hours but some of them can last like a through the right um this far uh we kind of just we just start dating with my team who is going to do this or if you have volunteers as well it's working pretty well um but on the other hand um to um prior prior my task it's um it's pretty straightforward so I um I'm working with is my um is my colleague right now and we've created a list of things that we supposed to do and pretty much we created order to do them um because the product that we own is pretty huge and uh even to maintain it by ourself it's going to take a lot of time we share it together and we created a list um which is basically where you're spending first probably two hours of your day uh on the extremely necessary tasks and uh you can spend the rest of the day um for the uh for the project that you're current currently working on I think that's uh that's worked pretty well for us um and uh yeah that's uh that's pretty much it yeah okay and uh how do you define those tasks that have to be done within the first two hours um that's I think that's what I uh what I mean by that it's uh like I said as an automation developer first you have to uh you have to go over the data from the previous nightly run and you have to identify if there is any defects in it and then you have to report that um if it's the if it's not a defect but there is some failures you have to repair it first so you can be uh you you can prepare your framework for the next nightly run so this is this is we consider as highly as the highest priority um and uh after it um we uh we also have like a curent project that we are working out usually like we are working on two project at the same time there a different priorities uh but uh the main priority uh we getting from the from the QA manager okay Bas like on the current yeah based on the current uh load so basically the most important tasks are the most urgent tasks or the tasks that you have on a daily routine that you have to accomplish like the first uh thing in the morning and then move forward with the added tasks yes right yeah so it's either one or the other one so is it yes sorry was it is it like do you define the urgency of the tasks or these are the daily routine tasks that you have to perform like first thing in the morning and then you move forward what's on the list second one usually that's the uh there a daily routine but this is the highest priority unless we have some kind of emergency okay okay I see and um if for example you are very um uh you you are very close to the deadline and there are many tasks that have high importance how do you tend to prioritize and do you delegate in some cases um again it depends on uh uh it really depends um because um especially like when a new product you pretty much are always busy by by end of the deadline closer to deadline and um we actually had the situation right now where we had to implement another feature three days before uh before the actual release it wasn't released to Brad but it was the first release of the feature um um I think the best way to do that it's to De prior deprioritize some other feature like some other tasks and move forward the one that we think that going to be um like a done right away okay I see I see well it's actually very good that you are mentioning uh the situation that is uh that has happened or is happening it also shows from the perspective of your past experience that you've already faced it and you dealt with it um but uh as you've mentioned you work with the team very closely do you tend to delegate or how do you share tasks uh between the team members um yes um so I delegate some of my uh I delegate some of my work if uh I have higher priorities uh but again it's uh um there was going to be like a two options we can delegate or we can postpone um and usually uh this decision made by the QA manager um but um example like like I said like I did the last project um uh my manager decided to get away all all the other tasks from me so I can concentrate uh only on this project because it's was like a highest priority in the team and uh we delegated to other K my team um so yeah that worked quite well um cuz yeah I had a time to u to build a framework had a time to implement another feature like like I said like a three probably like three days before the release and uh um yeah the ownership of the product was um pretty glad okay um did you contribute to that decision of delegating um what was your opinion was it necessary to delegate or would you postpone those tasks that were delegated to another QA based on the priorities at that moment I would delegate it okay okay well it was nice to hear that not only your manager made those decisions but also you showed some decision making and uh maybe contributed to the decision Al together because I keep hearing we together we we we but uh also like to hear that uh you have you know some of the some of personal approach something of the personal approach sorry um that that you also contributed somehow to to this decision and uh like your own opinion on this as well and how did you delegate what was the way that you delegated those tasks um so like about like I just want to U say that uh in uh in the team that I'm I'm working on right now it's um you are not allowed to just delegate on your own so it's supposed to be like a crown manager or your own manager but you can be like a you can say that you want to delegate it and you can you know bring some facts why and and arguments why why we are supposed to do that um but yes at that time um the the reason was because we had to implement like I said another feature and uh working on the both tasks at the same time can um lead us to F results I see well in in any case you you should not like say that you should not lie first of all and you should not say that it was purely your decision but you can say that I recommend it or I suggested that or even simply uh my manager decided and I agree with this decision for this and this reason it also shows um shows the part that you were um together in this opinion you were together in this decision making yeah and uh coming back to the question about decision making uh oh sorry about delegating um if you could just share a couple of words how exactly you delegate it to the other team member um I mean the first the first thing that we have to check the uh how busy is this person right now because like I have only one other PA on my team delegate this uh this task and uh then again um I have to double check the priorities uh uh for the for the current uh for the current tickets that we have but like I said at that time my second task was also higher priority and uh um I had to check first uh I had to check first like with with my colleague but have if she's going to handle it and and then yeah that's request at the end to move it and and were you the one to accept the the outcome of uh I mean the work that she's done were you the one to uh to accept to check on the completeness of this task or was your manager no I I've been following uh I've been follow following the work along with the process and uh actually I helped to resolve some conflict merch conflict uh on these changes and uh got some approv from the different team okay okay well this actually shows very good uh uh very good connection to your team that you are a good team player because you worried about the team member if she is isn't that busy to take overtake this task from you and you've shared the details and then you were checking regularly on the on the task and we're helping if needed that's a that that's a very good answer um as this is I mean uh I think we might be uh a little bit ahead of time but uh I'd like to ask one more question which is a behavioral question yeah which is actually which is considered you know officially the behavioral question um could you please tell me about the time where you successfully uh completed the project or successfully um completed some tasks that brought results to the company I'm just trying to get all the all the situations and to choose right one think that's a really good one that's probably one of my favorite questions because it shows how much have you contributed during your previous projects and what is your how much value did you bring to the team what is your position within the team not only this but also it shows that you can measure the the success that you brought it's not about the exact exactly the numbers that you are sharing with us but your ability to see your success your contribution to measure your work to measure the the expert that you also have you know shared with the team it's it's really good to to think about this question and maybe have couple of answers in mind uh because uh from my experience in Amazon for example they use behavioral questions a lot and the one and specific question can be rephrased and posed several times and they expect different answers so you can you should keep in mind several answers to this question yeah would be absolutely especially with the with the latest AI tools to build the resume I know that a lot of people are coming to me when they cannot find a job they show me their resume and they have for every single company they have a multiple achievement points uh in some metrics certain percentage of task cases automated regression time decreased by this and the follow-up question that I always have that majority of the time people are just not able to answer because they they created that resume with the AI is how did you come up with those metrics I'm pretty sure that was your follow exactly exactly okay Michael with much of information that's huge responsibility now Michael um yeah um I would say like a biggest success uh business company that I bring back the E2 on its own for this steam because when I came to this uh to this company especially to this team um it was just ruent um the the business leadership was like a uh consistently complaining about the wrong data and uh like I said pretty much like 90% of the all of the uh feature that we are working on has not been tested completely uh just if you don't mind uh interrupt you it's better to start with uh not with negative points about your previous employer because I'm might think that probably you wouldn't like something in my company and you might bring it further uh on the uh with other companies or maybe uh on some other interviews so maybe you don't want to start with negative negativity um talking about uh the employer but maybe start with like something that probably um needed development needed enhancement uh something like that try to keep it positive in this case okay I wasn't thinking that it's negative sorry um um so the questions once again uh the that I brought to this company right yeah okay so um then um like I was saying um what do you mean like by by by the negativity because like uh I'm just saying that uh the time didn't had like a resources at the time before I came to this company to M main this like supposed to be Main and it's just it's not really about uh the information it's out that you present it's about working have you phrase this all like something needed Improvement something needed enhancement and I stepped in and I brought my expertise and I helped them with this but like it wasn't good or it wasn't developed but it just to rephrase it and it already for me psychologically it's like you bring some positivity you talk about you yourself only and your uh your contribution not about something you know working bad okay um all right then um let then uh let me then bring the different example on this one um so um I think one of the um one of the great examples is going to be uh um it's going to be the our security security spe project uh where we had to implement couple different features um so I'm sorry let's start at the game I'm just like I'm just trying to to trying to yeah I'm just trying to understand not not understand just to think like how to represent it sometimes saying like oh it's a very good question you know it's h it's nice to about it just you know to win now now you can take your time we're not on the actual interview but if you want to win time you can use those common phrases just you know to fill in the pauses oh yeah that's going to be nice yeah um um then let's let's continue like with the previous one so yeah at the time I came to the company I've SE that we needed some improvements and uh uh I think that was like a one of the uh one of the reason reasons that I was fired like it for this for this position as well um but at the same time um that we prepare existing uh existing defects we brought some something new to something something new to it such as U um this company um sorry it's it's quite hard to just put to put it together because um for example like if uh when I was working like for the smaller company it's easier to see your contribution like on a in a whole picture but when you working like a for for such a big company like a spectrum uh when you have like I don't know probably like a 100 teams that working across like a different features it's pretty hard to see the uh contribution on the um on a company level but I would said like it's e Toc like on the on the team level or like on the product level um if it's going to be fine that's you you shouldn't it's not exactly that you should be talking about the um the some numbers that you brought to the company overall as a whole company but you can talk about something that you brought to the team or maybe on some spefic part of the project some specific feature anything that you can like summarize something that you can measure that you could oversee that you've contributed to it and explain to us how and actually when you talk about the questions um how uh how did you do this or how did you do that c can you tell me about the time when you faced this or that you know when we talk about challenges um some problems at work or some problematic client or teammate um it's always good to use the start method have you heard of that um situation task action result uh maybe you want to check that one um afterwards situation task action results so first you describe the situation that you were facing for example you had some project and you contributed greatly you could see that or um yeah or or something that you had some conflict and uh still it's the successful story you had some conflict and you resolved that issue uh the situation the description of the situation that was happening then the task you had uh either it was a manager who placed this task um for you or it was yourself who defined that I have this exact task to do on this project or to do on this issue then the action that you've taken and always summarize what the result like what result it brought if you do not have the exact metric exact uh numbers you can always come with this uh with this star method to describe uh the the successfully resolved situation in the company okay okay um yeah okay then um I think it's going be a pretty good example especially like as AA engineer that should bring more quality and uh better maintenance for the product um uh I got a um I got a task to not like I me just the whole company got a task to switch the uh existing mobile uh mobile app uh to the new let's say to the new engine and what's happened after it after we implement this um after we release um this app to the App Store and uh uh Google play um we are first um our product especially like our feature is a first uh buy maintenance in a App Store and and a Google play as well which I think like it's a pretty big contribution from the from the K part and I would say it like a it's a b contribution uh of the framew work created by me okay okay sounds good well that's already better that's already a good start um maybe I share with you later the star method that you could uh check on and there's also the XYZ formula uh that you can use for describing the um the contribution the success that you brought to the company or to the team or to the product project uh well we talk about XYZ formula accomplished X by doing Z which is measured by y for example and uh yeah you use this if you have some exact data if you have some exact metrics that you could share but uh you know mostly that's for resumés that you can use um or this give more details um on the on the interview if you have the specific numbers but if you have just the situation that you can describe uh then I'd suggest using star method star method for now is uh one of the most common ones when it comes to Behavioral or culture Feit interviews with the clients I could now I need one honest comment from you guys tell me how useful was it for you did you get any helpful information or not really and if you do want to get help from
