welcome back to yet another episode of "Before you summon" Before we start I want to remind everyone of the 2.5 Anniversary Login Campaign Make sure to login for 7 consecutive days Before the 16th of June to get all of your rewards But with that, lets get into the next event called "Light Up the Fire" that will run from June 10th to June 18th This is a VBS unit focus event in the Cute attribute and it is of the permanent variety The commissioned song for this event is called
"Retainer Supplanting His Lord" (下剋上 Gekokujo) and will be added in your inventory on June 10 This song releases with 2 different versions a VS version sung by KAFU and a Sekai version sung by VBS and Rin with the VBS tuning and this song does not release with an alternate vocal but 2 alternative vocals will be released in November with An and Rin as the alternative vocals The event focuses on An this time, with Toya, VBS Rin, Akito and Kohane as the supporting cast and event synopsis reads as follows "Following the tremendous response they received
during their third event, " "the members of Vivid BAD SQUAD are filled with anticipation, " "thinking that sooner or later, " "they may be able to surpass RAD WEEKEND for real. " "However, in the midst of all the excitement, " "Taiga suddenly called out to them,

The event is of coursed followed by the After live show That will be running between the 18th and the 19th As always, when you join the after live show you get 300 crystals and a stamp The stamp this time around is a stamp for An called "With instinct! With intuition!" And in the virtual live shop we have yet another hat This time around, it's a plate with 2 Club toast and some fries and you can pick this up for your virtual live avatar for 3000 virtual tokens or 1000 gems And of course We will have an event gacha alongside the event itself called "Someone's Dear Ones" that will run
from June 10th to June 20th This is a permanent gacha meaning that all cards will enter the standard gacha pool
once the event ends And the gacha includes 3 focus character Including An and her card "Overflowing Feelings" "……う、うええ、うああああん……っ！" This is a scorer skilled card with the skill name "Those Tears Will Turn Into Flowers" And a scorer skilled card will grant you 100% score bonus for 5 sec at level 1 An's unique costume is called "Spirit of Love" and will come with both, a unique accessory only wearable by An And a universal accessory wearable by everyone
once they unlocked the costume The second character is Toya, with the card "To Know the Difference Between Us and RAD WEEKEND" "今、立ち向かわないわけにはいかない！"

This is a healer skilled card with the skill name being "The Truth Behind the Loneliness" And healer skilled card at level 1 will recover 350 life and give you an 80% scire bonus for 5 seconds Toya's costume is called "Spirit of Sound" And will come with a unique accessory only wearable by Toya and a universal accessory wearable by everyone
once they unlocked the costume The final character in the gacha is Rin with the card "Just Leave Everything to Us!" "このくらい朝ごはん前なんだから！"

once they unlocked the costume in the costume shop We also of course have 2 exchange shop cards The 2 star slot is taken by Kohane with the card "The Last Day of Training" and she is a perfect locker card Akito instead takes the 3 star slot with the card "A Way Out That Can't Be Seen Anymore" and this is a healer skilled card in the Mysterious attribute Getting over to the event team building of course, the 3 gacha characters with grant the standard 70% bonus as they are the event focus characters for "Light Up the Fire" But, we looking in to what alternatives you have in the 50% category if you are not going to summon from the gacha And this event actually looks pretty decent which is refreshing with the last few events bei. g quite hard to build Starting with our main character An for this event, she has 4 available options This includes her 1 star card Her 3 star card from the evebt "Legend still vivid" and 2 4 star cards 1 permanent and 1 limited The permanent comes from the event "Awakening Beat" and the limited one is her colorful festival exclusive card. from 1.5 anniversary As for the rest of VBS, starting off with Kohane She has 5 available cards This includes her 2 star card from the event "Same Dreams, Same Colors" Her 3 star card from the event "Find A Way Out" And 3 4 star cards 2 permanent, 1 limited Her limited 4 star card comes from the event "Beyond Prayers, the Tomorrow We Wish for Is..."
(The Tomorrow We Hope For. and her permanent ones comes from the events "Awakening Beat" and "THE POWER OF UNITY" respectively Akito on the other hand matches An, with 4 available cards in the 50% category Including his original release 2 star card His 3 star card from "close game/OFFLINE" and a permanent 4 star card from "THE POWER OF UNITY" And as an extra bonus we have his Happy Birthday card from the 1st year as a 50% option And the final member of the Band, Toya Keeps up apperances and also has 4 options. This includes his 2 star card from the event "STRAY BAD DOG". His 3 star card from the Release Celebration gacha And 2 limited 4 star cards sadly First one being from the
"A Song of Vows For You, Dressed in Pure White!" And the secnd one being from the event "close game/OFFLINE". This leaves us with the VS and this time around, it is a unit focus event meaning that all 6 of the VS can give the 50% bonus as long as they have the VBS unit tag and the correct attribute Being Cute this time around This also means that all 6 of them can grant the 40% bonus If they're still in the correct attribute, but instead have the VS tag This time around There are 6 available cards with a 50% bonus From the VS This includes Len's 2 star card from "Period of NOCTURNE" Rin's 2 star card from "Screaming!? Welcome to the Wolf Forest!" Meiko's 3 star card from
"Sekai's Cherry Blossoms, Interconnecting Our Feelings" And Len's 3 star card from the event "Bout for Beside You" And 2 permanent 4 star cards The first one being Meiko's card from "Awakening Beat" And the second one being Kaito's card from
"THE POWER OF UNITY" As for cards with a 40% bonus There are also 6 available options including Miku and Kaito's 1 star card The "The Madly Envious Tailor" from the 7 deadly sins for Luka The Happy Anniversary card for Kaito from 1st year The Happy Anniversary card for Luka from 2nd year and finally, the colorful festival Len from 2.5 anniversary And this selection is quite astonishing and I think it's the first time in Project Sekai history we can the VS is the strongest option out of everyone Seriously, why are there so many Cute VBS VS Heelo? But of course, there are 2 asterisks I need to point out for this event The card "Countdown to Christmas!" that is Kohane's 3 star card has not yet entered the standard gacha pool As it will do that in July And the 2 star RIn from "Screaming!? Welcome to the Wolf Forest!" Just entered the standard gacha pool with this event It is also worth mentioning that Akito's 3 star card from "close game/OFFLINE" enter the standard gacha pool with "Hidden Circus Gacha" in March So, if you haven't summon since then He is also off limits This means that if you didn't play during
"Screaming!? Welcome to the Wolf Forest!" or the event "Find A Way Out" You will not have the 3 star Kohane card or the 2 star Rin card But despite this I think most people should be able to put together 250% bonus team as there are 6 available 3 stars and 5 available 3 stars amidst this you also have 3 different VS and all of VBS being covered in at least 1 of the categories and this is not event counting the 4 star cards Of course, 4 of them are actual limited cards that are much rarer to have But there is still a wide selection of permanent 4 star card Some of them even quite old But I think the event building for this event is quite easy and I hope most people can put together a team with at least 250% bonus If not, a 240% or 230% bonus espicially considering the 40% category is well stacked and has 2 1 star cards that all players should have available to them even new players So with that Lets move on to the future usability of these cards And this time around all 3 of the gacha characters will see use in another event This event being "BURN MY SOUL" that will run from October 10th to 20th "BURN MY SOUL" is of course another Cute attribute,
VBS unit focus event But in the gacha is Akito, Kohane and Luka as the 70% bonus characters This means that Rin, Toya and An are all only available with a 50% bonus for this event This means that all 3 of cards have higher gameplay value as they are not available with a higher event bonus if you were to summon from both
"Light Up the Fire" and "BURN MY SOUL" As for the exchange shop card Akito will not not see any future use as far as we can currently see But Kohane will see use during the event "On Your Feet" that will run from August 10th to 19th "On Your Feet" is a Pure attribute, VBS unit focus event with Akito, Toya and Kohane as the gacha characters meaning that. Kohane is available with a 70% bonus if you were to summon from "On Your Feet" This means that the exchange shop card from "Light Up the Fire" has lower gameplay value if you decide to summon from "On Your Feet" But I still think you should pick it up as an alternative if something happens during summons Or if you are not planning on summoning from the event "On Your Feet" As a 2 star card is still a good available option to have
for your event team building and ofcourse all of the cards from the gacha and the exchange shop will see use during VBS' arc ender event "BREAK DOWN THE WALL" that will run from the 9th of January to the 21st It is quite nice in all 3 gacha characters is usable in a furture event. But I don't have much more to say about future usability So lets move on to future limited costumes of these characters Your alternatives for new limited costumes for Rin, Toya and An is actually quite scarce this time around Rin is the first one to get a another costume though this time in the N25 unit in the event "Let Your Song Resound Throughout the SEKAI!" The event will run from August 31st to September 8th and will include Miku, Luka, Rin and Len This is followed by An and Toya's only new limited costume that will come from the event " Whip the wimp girl!!" This event will run from April 30th to May 7th and includes Toya An, and Kohane as the limited character Toya is of course the representative for VBS in the Sanrio Collab and if Sanrio were to come to the global server since Sega is allergic to announcing anything in advance it would come on December 5th and run to December 19th and as always, includes Miku, Saki, Emu, Airi, Toya and Ena As for re-running gachas for these characters it doesn't look much better We do of course have the re-run for "Graceful Marriage". this month between the 14th and the 24th. "Graceful Marriage" also has its 2nd re-run already confirmed for February 2025 The, we have "CYBER SNIPER" re-running in mid-August The 2nd re-run of "A Crew That Walks Forward Together" (Cinema)
in late November "Romantic Bride" re-runs in late December "Lion Dance Robot's New Year's Show!" in early January "Imperial Soldiers" in early March And then the 1st re-run of "Fluttering Maidens" or 2.5 anniversary
in early April And then final re-running event we will see is "The Naive Voice That Cries Out to You" in late April So you definitely have more options for re-running gachas
when it comes to An, Toya and Rn than you have new limited costumes But it's still not an amazing cast of gacha available an they are very scattered across many different months So with that, we arrive at our final question Should you summon from the Gacha "Someone's Dear One" And should you participate in the event "Light Up the Fire"? And as always The answer is Yes You should participate in every event and you should summon from the gacha that makes you happy As long as you have the funds available I will never tell you to not fo for a gacha that you like But of course There are a few stipulations we can always point out
when it comes to permanent gachas For one. They are permanent meaning that these cards will always be available through things such as Colorful festivals or paid gachas such as pick lists and happines packages This means they are a lot more easy to come by than say something like a limited card that will get locked in the vault once the event ends and you have to wait for a specific re-run It's also worth pointing out that VBS had a pretty good coverage of the Cute attribute meaning that these cards will be less valuable when it comes to a gamwplay setting though all 3 cards have seen future use on the Japanese server which does raise their usability a little bit at least It's also worth pointing out that there weren't many new limited optioned for Toya and An and the re-running gachas are quite scattered so if you really like "Light Up the Fire" Then this is a good event to go for to get cards for Toya, Rin and An And of course. a strong reason why you should go for a permanent gacha. is the pity bar available in the gacha which make it quite more easy to complete a set for a permanent gacha, then it is a limited event But as always The choice is yours if you want to go for the gacha or not it's your crystals, your account, and your happines we are talking about I am just here to give you all of the event information you need Before the event starts And I definitely understand wanting to summon from the gacha as the set is very emotional and has a lot if cool attribute when it comes to the card art and the costumes But with that, I don't have much more to say so, please, down in the comments what do you think about this set?
