Hello everyoneee, it's Saturday again :))) Today's weather is kinda chilly so I'm gonna make a burning hot firey cheesecake :))) Take note that you should use a softer kind of cream cheese, I just think that it's more fatty and creamy. I don't know how to explain but yeah it's just better :)) First I'll put 250g of room temperature creamcheese into a bowl God, Youtube's making subtitles so hard to make, it's so frustrating. And tiring :( (*subs note: at least you get to make it on Youtube :') I'm just runnin' up here) Use a spatula and mash the cream cheese up Remember that the cream cheese has to be room temp, the eggs and whipping cream too Then add 60g of sugar Mix it up til the sugar is dissolved. You can also use a whisk here When the sugar is dissolved, put in 5g of flour (any kind) All the other people add the flour at the end but I think the mixture is too watery so if you add flour at the end, it's just gonna clot So y'all have to believe me on this one and mix it up so it all melts together like how you wish you and your crush would melt into each other's hugs :) how sad Next seperate the egg yolks with your vomiting chicken. If not use your hands because y'all can never have this cute lil' dude :))) Put in the yolks and keep on mixing. Why do I have to mix so much? :') Crack another egg into the batter and, of course, mix :)))) It's super bothersome :) People should just call this the Mixing Cake, really :) Nope, my hands are fine, please stop looking at it, they're just gonna fall out any second now Even though I am joking, it actually is really tiring :))) Everyone is using a hand mixer while I'm here tryna be Souma Yukihira :') I was trying to be rustic and simple but I instantly regreted everything I've ever done before in my life that lead me to this moment :)) Add 150g of whipping cream and whisk it *sigh* of course we gotta mix it again :) This final whisk is for the boys :)) This batter is more watery than the usual cheesecake but we're gonna bake it anyways so it's fine For this recipe I'm using the 14cm mold, but you can swap it out for the 15 or 16cm Cut out a circle a little bigger than the mold (you don't need it to be a perfect circle lol) and prep it up Now pour the batter in the mold like Todoroki's mom pouring hot water on his face- Slam it on the table for the air bubbles to pop. If you see it on the surface just use something to pick it (like pimples lmao) Bake it at 220°C for 28-30 minutes depending on your oven (prep the oven before putting it in for 15min) Everytime I see the timelapse for baking cakes it's so satisfying :))) Especially when the cake starts screami- I meant rising :) This is the Fire Nation burnt kinda burnt cheese cake so roast it alive in there :)) I'm just saying that but wait til it's as burnt as you want When you're done baking, the cake will be k i n d a jiggly like that belly you have there :)) It will set after it's cooled down tho Do you think the prisoner shirt I got for PussyCat cute? :))) He's being arrested for stealing you guys' hearts. And also biting me :)) I like cakes that can melt in my mouth so I'm just gonna eat it right away :)) Ngl, but like, when I tried the recipe for this cake, I went all out when baking it and it turned black. I thought it was gonna be disgusting And it did turned out horrendously :)) The burnt part keeps on sticking to my throat :)) 3/10 would not reccommend After that traumatizing experience, I changed the recipe and baked it like in the video. It turned out so creamy and good :) I didn't put my cheesecake in the fridge so it's really jiggly :) It's even partly water The taste is so fatty and a mouthfull of c h e e s e. The whipping cream and eggs add into that so much too If you bake the cake just like mine, the burnt part will taste just like caramel and is so tasty The cake is just dissolving when you're eating it so it's gonna suffocate you like the failed cake over there :)) This cake is so easy to make, and it's so delicious (subs note: yeah you say that every video and I'm just here crying on the kitchen floor O-O) But it's seriously so delicious. Like if you have this for breakfast, you're gonna crave this in the afternoon right away :) Don't forget to subscribe and share my videos, guysss.
