hi i'm elizabeth starring in a mattel created video today we're going to build the barbie dream house this step-by-step video should help the assembly be stress-free the first thing you want to do is take out the instruction sheet and lay out all of your pieces spreading them out makes assembly much easier we'll start with the main structure first and then add furniture and accessories later let's start with the garage [Music] take the green grass and connect it to the pink garage floor just line up the connector points and snap then snap the white stairs to the garage floor and snap the purple wall to the pink garage floor now you can add the pool platform there are only two connector points so listen for two snaps and that's the garage it's perfect for barbie's convertible and it even fits the dream camper now let's move on to the front doors i just love these pink double doors wow snap the white column so the pink base pops by snapping [Music] to build the main structure stand it up and fold down the bottom floor then attach the front door to the bottom floor unfold the second floor and attach it to the top of the door then fold up the roof and attach the white support beam [Music] unfold the bathroom wall and flick it into place push the main unit away from you [Music] then snap the bottom of the garage side and top to the main unit [Music] now let's assemble the third floor [Music] fold in the wall and closet areas and snap into place [Music] and then swing out the room divider then snap in the small roof to the right side of the top wall don't forget to snap in all three areas [Music] snap a large roof to the left side of the top wall [Music] that was easy now let's build the elevator my kids are gonna love it attach the elevator to the track by pushing down the elevator button while sliding it onto the track then slide it all the way to the bottom unfold the top of the track and snap it into place so it sits straight then unhook the top end of the railing now let's snap the track to the house using these four spaces [Music] [Music] finish by pushing the elevator into place and done that's the elevator [Music] this house has it all you can play in the front and in the back let's put on the back patio it's the perfect place for a backyard barbecue [Music] a slide kids are gonna love this first add the support beam to make things easier the slide pieces are numbered just mash them up and snap them together [Music] then click all the side walls into place check it out a slide [Music] snap the small support into place and connect the slide to the house in three different places the top floor the support beam and the pool platform [Music] the easiest way to connect the slide to the top floor is to squeeze the two pieces together from underneath this is gonna be so much fun and that's the main structure now we can add some finishing touches like railings and the pool snap in the five small blue railings on the second and third floor [Music] and then snap in the one large blue railing in front of the bathroom snap the silver railing behind the pool area safety first [Music] and add the pool and that's the dream house we did it and now it's time for my favorite part adding furniture let's start on the first floor open the refrigerator and slide in the two shelves let's fill the fridge with all of these cute items now place the fridge into the kitchen [Music] attach the yellow chandelier to the kitchen ceiling then snap the table top into the stand [Music] [Music] now let's go to the second floor first snap in the shower head on the bathroom wall [Music] and slide on the shower curtain [Music] you can transform this cute couch into a fun bunk bed in three easy steps flip the bunk bed up swing the ladder out and click into place easy [Music] now you're ready for a slumber party with barbie and her sisters the coffee table flips and becomes a surprise bed for chelsea after you place the label attach the tv arm to the tv then snap the tv into place in either the living room or the bedroom hook the silver chandelier to the bedroom ceiling then slide the drawer into the closet [Music] place the bed and blanket into the bedroom [Music] turn the office desk around for a warm fireplace with more than 70 fun accessories you can customize your dream house finish by weaving the orange curtains through the bedroom ceiling [Music] how's that for a finishing touch now let's bring in some little fingers to help with these little labels [Music] each label is numbered in the instruction sheet so you know exactly where to put them let's start with the front entrance way okay apply the 219 address label to the front and the two silver light labels then apply the intercom label apply the label to the fridge door [Music] don't forget the orange juice and the dog food the puppies are gonna love that apply the koi pond label to the grass area look at those koi fish they're so cute there are so many fun activations for lights and sounds [Music] [Music] wow that's so cool you can even play outside the house come on let's have a backyard barbecue there's a grill and a beverage station and that's the
