hello friends welcome to continental desi kitchen in today's video I am going to share with you all another healthy and tasty salad recipe purchase avocado and egg salad so let's quickly start with the making process as you can see this is the avocado fruit nowadays it has become a superfood owing to its numerous health properties they contain more potassium than bananas which help to reduce blood pressure they are loaded with fiber and our good source of vitamins now first cut the avocado into half by rotating the fruit like this now clean the inside part of the fruit with the help of a spoon next cut the avocado into long strips like this remove the outer skin now cut each strips into small portions like this keep the avocado pieces in a bowl now we'll prepare a salad dressing for that take a small bowl and add one tablespoon of mustard sauce one tablespoon of mayonnaise one teaspoon of lemon juice one teaspoon of olive oil one teaspoon of honey some oricon a powder and some chili flakes now give a good mix to all the ingredients my salad dressing is ready now take a salad bowl and add some diced tomatoes some diced English cucumber diced onions some chopped let's use leaves and chopped avocados season this with some salt and some black pepper powder give a mix to all the ingredients now generously add the seller dressing on top give a nice mix so that the dressing is evenly spread on all the ingredients now time to add the boiled eggs you can cut the eggs into any shape of your choice now I will add the egg slices on top like this and now sprinkle some Oregon or powder on top add a little bit more of salad dressing on top that's it my healthy and tasty avocado and egg salad is ready it's super easy and quick to make so do try this interesting salad recipe and if you like my today's video please do like share comment and subscribe to my channel for more such interesting videos see you soon again until then bye bye and take care you
