AUTEL IM608 PRO - AUDI Q5 (ALL KEYS LOST)

[Music] hey what's up youtube how's everybody doing this is mikey's automotive today we have a q5 2012 that we're going to do aki's last okay battery is that on the vehicle please program at your own risk i am not responsible or reliable for any mistake that you make suv especially all right you guys so as you guys can see i have my maxi flash next to my obd okay and then i have my apc cable connected from my maxi flash to my tablet all right make sure that you also connect your xp 400 pro because we're going to make a dealer key so i keep on my maxi flash connect all right you guys so this car has a dead battery so we connected our jumper to the front by the windshield wipers there's a little door little hatch you can open it has a little plus sign on it connect your positive cable by the strum and there's a little negative cable okay so first thing we got to do you guys go ahead and turn on those emergency lights okay make sure that is on let's go ahead and go to immo mama mmo audi let's go to audi okay scroll down what's gonna audi okay now the first thing that we're gonna do is we're gonna go to smart selection selection smart okay what we got to do here is we're going to go ahead and input our vin manually okay i cannot read the venue guys so we're gonna go ahead and put it and put it manually okay all right so after you have entered your vin you're gonna see the vehicle information make sure it all matches up and press yes now basically you guys um this function is going to clear all the keys and erase all the keys so have all your keys in handy if you have more but we're doing knock his law so we don't have any keys and we don't care so estova is okay guys so we have our keys ready we're gonna go ahead and press okay so right now it's established via communication all right so right now it's asking us is the current key inserted a dealer key no is a currently inserted key a locked key no is it a learned key no so just make sure it says no okay not the name of dealer key so we're gonna press escape so let's go back you guys okay you can you can read this on your own time so we're going to go to key learning so the first thing that he's going to do is going to read the immo data okay you guys and it's going to give us a sign a little note that says the generalized bcm all right you guys so the bcm is usually located in the trunk of the vehicle so go ahead open the door on the right hand side there's going to be a little trap door go ahead open that up there's going to be a little black box inside that says bcm okay so as soon as you see that that sign or that notice that says degeneres bcm you're going to go ahead and unplug the cables from the bcm okay as you can see please the generalized bcm unplug the cables you're going to come back press ok then it's going to tell you to power on bcm so that we're going to go back to the bcm we're going to connect everything up and press ok again foreign all right you guys so after you powered on the bcm we're going to go ahead and finish reading the immo data as you can see it's almost done it's almost finished and then we're going to go ahead and make a dealer key all right guys so after we're done reading the mmo data our next step would be to make a dealer key it's going to ask us if we need to make a dealer key we're going to press yes because we need to make a dealer key for this vehicle p400 pro we're going to insert a key okay take it out the ignition put in the xp 400 pro and press ok and we are now officially making a dealer key yeah now our third step would be to adapt the key to the vehicle okay guys so we're finishing up that dealer key if you have another key that you want to generate go ahead and put it inside the xp 400 pro slot and press yes if you don't have another key person portland slot the xb400 pro pretty much all right guys so the next step would be to do the key adaptation to vehicle so we're going to do is we're going to go ahead and put the key inside the ignition it's going to ask us how many keys we want to put we're going to press one so almost ignition okay all right you guys so we have one key only that i wanna do so we're gonna press ok so it's telling us right now that if the vehicle has a transponder and they're putting a sequence to the keys that need to be learned so we're gonna go ahead and put the first key okay all right you guys we successfully um program the key to the audi so we're gonna go ahead back we're gonna go ahead and turn off the emergency lights we're going to go ahead and check our key and make sure that we successfully programmed it although the car does have a low battery so it's not going to start but you will hear trying to crank up we're going to go ahead and test our mall make sure it silica okay for double-sided keys house keys i have the little condor sc-009 so the same thing double-sided keys house keys and of course i have my diaphragm for my high security keys my vehicles okay we're cutting keys by code i have some keys up here you guys these are all old keys i don't even know what they are for i just have them those are all like lucky's mercedes ben key some old audi keys
