every time i come in the kitchen you in the kitchen whoa what's going on guys welcome to uncut kitchen today we're cooking an australian classic the chicken parmy blake's way what we need is oil panko breadcrumb i reckon the best garlic powder salt pepper some parmesan garlic eggs tomato paste whole peeled tomatoes some mixed blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheese soy sauce chicken flour and we're on all right guys let's get into it first you want to get your chicken breast and we want to [ __ ] cut up in the middle and fan her out get this gross last thing yum got it down a bit got that moisture off her the dog so chuck that flap over put some uh baking powder over the top like that and i need something so [ __ ] enough to finish my beer i'm going to use that again it's delicious oh oh [ __ ] i [ __ ] up all right so get your [ __ ] vp tally welcome to australia how are you i don't think i've ever put a lid back on a beer get on there all right try not break your [ __ ] chopping board it's a little bit more solar a little bit of pepper turn the bad boy on here [ __ ] garlic jesus smash you guys don't want to say this park chop the garlic and just like that i chopped garlic olive oil yeah it's that much in there yeah that i love my job garlic in [ __ ] off garlic let's get that aroma going open up all that garlic tomato paste about that much in my measurements were blakey about that much whole peeled tomatoes don't split can't don't flick in [Music] yeah get in there you [ __ ] dog let that simmer for a while and when you come back break down those tomatoes push them down this is gonna be a beautiful horse after that breaks down a little bit put some uh salt in there and some soy sauce some soy all right so while that simmer we can set up a base camp for a [ __ ] crumman so first down flower about yay your breadcrumb put your breadcrumb down like that and i'm gonna put some parmesan over it to make the breadcrumb stick even better some garlic salt about yay salt a little bit of pepper because i like my pepper mix that all around all right start i want to add a bit of that soy about that much mix that in all right eggs one two i'm sure you know what comes after two whiskey sister yeah it's breaking down a bit more trying to squish down on those de-skinned tomatoes oh it smells good oh no [ __ ] yeah i know everyone loves to go to the pub and get a chicken parmy and a [ __ ] beer but look we can do it at home simple as [ __ ] about 20 bucks all right let's get this bad boy going so see how all the moisture's coming out of this chicken this is what we want to do want to pat this down and get all that moisture out right because when we do dip this in we want less moisture and the crumb will stick to it a lot better this is your little secret guys if you've ever crumb [ __ ] wondering why it's all falling off oh [ __ ] it up get all in it get all in that dog usually cook one hand dry one hand wet but we're cooking one chicken parmesa so if i can pull your head in who cares there's a bad boy in here that'll [ __ ] covered in that egg well that's your drizzle into our breadcrumb and get that everywhere this is the important part oh look at that that's gonna be one good all right that's still simmering about a couple more minutes our chicken's crumbed i'll go down and turn on the oven because i [ __ ] forgot and i don't have a [ __ ] oven up here to us i'll be right back don't go anywhere i'm just going in the oven do you reckon i can catch this with a handle you've got it [ __ ] up all right that's breaking down now guys and a nice topping for our tommy you blotty beauty oh yeah cut this bad boy off the heat oh pan on the heat get that hot then some oil about centimeter thick and i'll cook this bad girl see how much that's panned out since we [ __ ] smashed it with a vb bottle well a lot of things are heating up or you're waiting for something to simmer or something to cook remember clean up clean as you're waiting and at the end of the day it's a lot nicer cooking because you're not [ __ ] cleaning up everything olive in [ __ ] she's hot i'm sweating probably just should have uh poured it out of the bottle it would have been a lot quicker maybe a little bit more and stop now put about that much in let it heat up let it [ __ ] heat up and then we're gonna drop this bad boy in once we put him in sizzle that sister and we're gonna put the sauce over the top and then the cheese and then we'll put in the oven and we pull it out and [ __ ] we are on oh [ __ ] hey hey man [ __ ] just just let's clean it up man all right guys you can see there's some [ __ ] smoke coming up bad girl you know she's ready now flop away from yourself remember you don't want to get splashed here we go oh yeah and don't worry if it doesn't cover it because we want to actually cook that side and then flip it anyway so you don't need to [ __ ] drown the bastard in an oil oh oh oh [ __ ] you could just see my fat jiggle that's so bad we added that out yeah [Music] all right guys get a little tray for your oven and once that comes out we'll sit it down here and then we're going to put the sauce on top and then the cheese and then into the oven and then only like a couple of minutes in the oven to grill that bad boy then we're all in it's chicken parmie tonight all right guys so you can see that brownness that golden brown around the edges that means on this side she must be gone not too [ __ ] bad oh look at that eh now don't worry if you're not thinking it's cooked enough we'll flip it again and flip it again and flip it again until you're happy until we reckon she's cooked oh wait smells good [ __ ] decent size too that's how you get your chicken parmesa big guys that it's important that rolling out that chicken bashing it down flat and that's how you get a chicken breast to fill your plate simple all right she's getting close let's flip it back over oh yeah here look at that brown and that little bit of color she's almost ready a couple more minutes in there we'll put on a paper towel absorb that [ __ ] all off then put some [ __ ] special sauce on top and then we'll put on some cheese and then we'll put in the oven and then we'll get out of the oven put in our mouth and we're [ __ ] on all right we'll pull her out oh careful the oil let it drizzle rest out a little shake on cut that guys let's put some sails on that [ __ ] spread it on now if you're like me you like a lot of sauce like that might be a bit too much for you guys but i don't know that's how i like it yum cheese to your liking look at that off to the oven we go off to the oven we go after you're playing around with your chicken palmy in here indigo [ __ ] off all right about 180 come back in about five minutes and she should be [ __ ] pretty good just make sure you got it on grill all right let's get this [ __ ] chicken parmesa the sauna oh now would you look at that that's [ __ ] devastating whoa chicken parma look at this look at that guys would you just look at that there you have it aussie classic chicken parmigiana and no chickens were hurt during this cooking right ah you get it join us next week at
