Attorneys and family of Brice Rhodes plea for leniency in sentencing for triple murder convictions

just a day after he was found guilty of murder defense attorneys called Bryce rhods intellectually disabled in court today the comments were made during the penalty phase of the triple murder trial on Monday a jury convicted rhods of killing 40-year-old Christopher Jones and teen Brothers Larry Ordway and Maurice Gordon back in May of 2016 I can't even to tell you this [Music] ISP nothing is the say Jeff we were we just can't get over it we hear that chice suffers from an intellectual disability that's the current term that's what people use now when I was growing up we used the word [ __ ] I'm not saying that to be harmful to Bryce but I'm saying that to make sure that it's clear the jury will recommend a sentence but the judge will have the final say roads is facing anywhere from 20 years to life in prison
