[Music] go with me to uh put on acts 16 verse 16 in the new king james acts 16 verse 16 in the new king james i want us to start immediately with this and uh i hope you are you're with us are you guys with me and uh there is a there is a uh um a feeling of the last few months which many people have felt that are christians or that are in the body of christ and they have felt a um the only way i can put it is a suffocation or they felt where there's a spiritual attack coming on them they're trying to solve it with physical solutions yet there's a spiritual force behind it are you guys with me so you will see major churches uh ministers that were attacked um i was reading without without mentioning any names i was reading yesterday about somebody i know who uh a large large ministry who went through divorce and it happened last year as a shock and as they went through divorce they found out now about two weeks ago that the one party or the wife is actually controlled by a witch that is over and i'm speaking of world-renowned ministry and uh still doesn't know why it is being done uh completely cut the family off took some children and took a lot of money and carrying on with a ministry somewhere else and only speaking of a of an authority which might uh which they say is a witch that has gotten involved and uh you know but it's a then you see another ministry a friend of mine who uh great ministry i'm not gonna mention the location or anything like that and uh last year when we got attacked like that a lot of churches went through attacks are you guys with me even coming into this year there was a there was a coming over there was like a over spilling of it and uh one of my friends that i uh in another country he um opened up cases and stuff against him uh huge investigations and uh he had to stop ministering and even maybe get away from where he is without getting into detail because it's a public platform but the devil does not hold back when it comes to uh when it comes to a witchcraft spirit that suffocates the church a lot of us think witchcraft is spells or somebody doing voodoo are you guys with me uh when jezebel came into the church the bible says in the book of revelation 2 20 that she is a spirit and she was found even in the churches in the book of revelation are you guys with me yet she was a person in uh the book of kings whether in the days of elijah and elijah with married to a up she was a physical person yet the bible speaks about it in revelation as a not a person that is alive and jesus saying why have you allowed this woman are you guys with me put on for me before we get to this put on for me uh put on for me uh revelation chapter number 2 20. and i want us to deal with this those that are watching online we have many people online as well and uh i want us to deal with a feeling of suffocation that many has had and it fell it feels like you just cannot get breakthrough there's one key to it or one key to break through it are you guys with me same with your fasting i'll explain now uh let's go to revelation 2 20 is it on there nevertheless this is jesus words to to to the church nevertheless i have a few things against you because you allowed that woman jezebel who calls herself a prophetess so with a self promotion to teach and to seduce my servants so if you were study jezebel that was in uh in the old testament you would even see her feeding prophets certain things you would see when you get to uh when you get to ahab what happened uh what happened there uh that is not uh actually part of the sermon this morning but you see even in the book of revelation a warning goes out to her because she teaches and seduces again god's prophets and his servants to commit sexual immorality and to eat things sacrificed to idols are you guys with her so we can't really um we can't really uh uh relate to eating sacrifice to idols but uh if you take the scripture and you modernize it it will simply mean that uh she will preach and be over god's servants controls them and then sexual immorality will begin to be rife and before they know it they are serving idolatry and no longer serving god but it comes with a feeling of suffocation are you guys with me let's let's uh to eat things sacrificed to either let's go to acts 16 verse 16 acts 16 verse 16 in the uh let's read three first new king james so listen to this now it happened as we went to prayer that a certain slave girl possessed with a spirit of divination say with me a spirit of divination met us who brought a master's much profit by fortune telling next verse this girl followed paul and us and cried out saying these men are the servants of the most high god who proclaimed to us the way of salvation and this she did for many days say within many days there are signs when it comes to a jezebel or a spirit of divination and we can't really relate to what divination is i'll explain it now in a another translation it bothers you for a few days it feels like life is suffocated out of you just just you'll see now and she did this stay with him many days but paul greatly annoyed turned and said to the spirit i command you in the name of jesus christ to come out of her and he came out that very hour are you guys with me go with me uh verse 16 put into the young literal translation listen to this and it came to pass in our going on to prayer a certain maid having a spirit of python met us there who brought much employment to a masters by the soothsaying python in the greek means pythos are you guys with me so where new king james is saying luke james is saying divination what god was wanting to us to know is that divination operates the way a python spirit operates what is a python what does a python do he doesn't bite you he begins to go around you and he begins to suffocate the life out of you once you give into it he then begins to swallow you but he crushes your bones are you guys with me this is not found only in the church it is in families it is in marriages it is in businesses are you guys with me in kruger's door we're trying to put attention there but dear lord jesus it's suffocating there um but we will we will we will break through there okay but um so python spirit it is a not one church in that city goes past 500 not one church they are pastors either get killed or they give up or they're being controlled by a spirit of witchcraft by the people themselves are you guys with me so when we put focus on there we're receiving incessant attacks every single day every single day and it's not for me to go into really what what happens but uh that power has to be broken it is a subtle thing when pastors pull on a church they will think maybe it is uh maybe it is because the people don't like me or maybe it is because it will a pythos attack will cause you to always revert to a physical solution say with your deception the three biggest weapons of the enemy is fear number one deception number two destruction number three i guess with me same with the fear deception destruction meaning the spirit of fear jezebel the spirit of deception the spirit of religion which is a religious spirit and uh the spirit of uh distraction say with the pythos what does a python spirit do or a fondue they say distraction that takes place and they seduction and before you know it it's already around your body it will come from behind without you knowing it i guess with me all he needs you to do is to be distracted by some physical thing that is happening okay are you guys with him so so it says and it came to pass in our going on to prayer a certain maid having a python spirit met us there and she brought her masters much employment to almost as much money by sooth saying uh say with your python spirit python first of all let me explain it like this if you're dealing with a spiritual problem it has to be fought spiritually the greatest thing you can do or the most stupidest thing you can do is to sit and say ah but uh this is just a bible story we explained i think it was in our global school of ministry um thursday harmony is doing gsom let me see so i think we we explained it on first or tuesday thursday and we took exactly for you the point why satan has fallen not because of pride are you guys with me we think isaiah fought and he wanted to exalt himself above god and that is why he fell where the scripture says in the book of ezekiel 28 that he did much trading and merchandising he was buying and selling buying and selling and he created if you look at how sin entered into the world because we explained to the students this is feedback explain to the students that if god makes something perfect how could you have made lucifer is lucifer sinned and there was evil in him how did that take place because it's a contradiction to who god is he makes everything beautiful in his time where the bible says without form and void he makes things not without form and void he makes it beautiful in fact the scripture says he doesn't make things form and void that's why we see in genesis one verse one one verse two there's millions of years in between that and you see when the bible says that uh that lucifer in ezekiel 28 that he he did much trading number one number two he was the cherub that covered are you guys with me the word covers means to be established and it was the anointed chair of bhukka meaning he was a king over a people he was given rule over a generation or over nations or a civilization and we see how he was given rule over the planet earth are you guys with him before genesis 1 verse 2 he was over there were civilizations of people and then we see when the fall of man because the bible says goes on it says you are the anointed cherub that covers and iniquity was found in you how can iniquity be found in him if the very next verse says you are perfect in all your ways this is what we call contradiction of scripture god is making a creature which was lucifer and a son of god at bina high elohim if you study if you go through bible college and uh god makes him perfect in all his ways yet iniquity another translation says evil is found in him so now it contradicts because did god create evil and put sin in there are you guys with me something happened and we explained to the students the word iniquity means to misjudge or to judge wrongly to look at a situation judge it wrongly and he would take two good things and bring a mixture listen i'm just going to throw out this little bit just to for those tried to bring in mixture how did he do it uh he looked from the beginning before genesis 6 where the angels came down and slept with men way before that and this is in the scripture we take this from genesis 6 genesis 19 we take it from we took it right through the scripture and uh he tried to bring a mixture he said as lucifer was there in the heavens running the earth ruling over the earth in a place called the garden of god the garden of eden before he was in the garden that's how he got into the garden by the way but that's why he got into the garden in genesis one verse two and we see this he ruled over those people he looked himself and he thought god is perfect he made me perfect he made everything perfect how can i bring iniquity or how can i bring a disruption so he took two good things he took heavenly beings which is perfectly made he took earthly beings which was perfectly made and he mixed them together are you guys with me and because of that mixture you'd get two good things that can birth an evil thing so it took two good things that god made and just because things are good and perfect that doesn't mean they are meant to be together so what do you think the devil is doing today are you guys with me lgbtq what is he doing he's bringing and taking two good perfect things people whatever you know before they begin to put us in on news uh you may not say things people perfectly made perfectly made wanting them to come together to bring forth evil are you guys with me he did it in the beginning of genesis or beginning of time and he's still doing it so life is spiritual we look at fairy tales we were explaining to we were explaining to the students there's a difference between a myth and a fable a fable is something that is made up completely a myth is false but it is an undercurrent of truth there's a tone of truth that is there an element of truth it's just been distorted so when you get something like greek mythology or you even look at uh at children's rhymes uh jack and the beanstalk what is a giants in the heavens trying to get giants giants eating humans what happened in genesis 6. giants were birthed are you guys with me meaning life is spiritual we can choose to sit and live it in the physical and do physical things but we'll never overcome a battle with a physical weapon there's a spiritual weapon in our arsenal which is called prayer and fasting where jesus says this kind does not come out except by prayer and fasting are you guys with me it doesn't come out meaning there's a certain type of stronghold or a certain demon that has power of a holding onto somebody that cannot be removed unless fasting is applied or prayer is applied that means you'll come in a place with your christian life where you cannot remove an obstacle without fasting are you guys with me i'm gonna get now to the to the to the thing of python and how we deal with fasting the hold of python has to be broken by fasting are you guys with me python a python spirit that is why i'm saying life is spiritual so that if we talk like that you don't respond natural to me like respond with reason and say hmm you know the super spirituals and then next month you get divorced and then the month there after you lose your children because you fail to see that there's a spiritual element are you guys with me the moment you get saved the devil is hungry after your blood he is hungry to seduce to betray to deceive to put fear on you to distract you and to take you once we give him to those thoughts so what do python do it'll give you thoughts and it will amplify the wounds of the past whenever there's a spiritual attack it will amplify wounds of the past are you guys with me meaning you all of a sudden feel like things that you felt when you were five years old or rejection that you battled with or pain or emotional hurt listen the birth of jezebel comes when emotional abuse and emotional hurts is not healed are you guys with me when we look at jezebel or when we see this at jezebel running a church or this or that and uh we think okay but maybe it's because of the makeup or maybe it is no no it is emotional hurt that hasn't been healed so if you are a man that operates in insecurity and you try to control you are a breeding ground for jacebel if you are a woman or a wife let me say a husband let me say wife if you are a wife that loves to dominate or make decisions or take control or take charge it's a breeding ground for jezebel i know people don't like this i'm looking at me like a blair stats the blank stare are you guys with me python will make you think that your problems is physical when it is spiritual it is not a casting of a spell it is pythons to suffocate the church when paul and silas they were on their way to the place of prayer when the women with the python spirit came out they were on their place to pray they had a prayer life are you guys with me it doesn't mean that the spirit only comes to people who are weak it comes to people of a prayer life they are fasting they in the word all of a sudden it's like that spirit comes in and for many days paul dealt with it until he got irritated she was there many days and then after many days he rebuked her are you guys with me why did it take many days because he had to discern what is going on yo the spirit is speaking as if they are of god they are worshiping god they are even prophesying and saying they believe in god meaning that spirit is in the church it will move walk act everything like god but they say suffocation and only one small walk to many days did he begin to feel irritated and say something is wrong the atmosphere has shifted are you guys with me the atmosphere has become tight or the power of god is suddenly not there listen when jezebel enters a church the power of god leaves it leaves your life you will feel that your words are vain or empty are you guys with me is this not the message that people like i don't think so okay i'm gonna give you the root of depression or things that people get into say with me pythos we're speaking new testament is that okay revelation 2 20 that woman jezebel you allowed what that woman it's a spirit so jesus looked at a spirit and saw a woman that the church allowed into the church not a woman jezebel can be upon a man but it's a female spirit oh yes with me um uh when python will come on you it'll suffocate and choke out your prayer life you will feel that you just cannot pray pray you'll feel that you cannot worship god you'll feel like you want to open up the bible you just cannot read what is happening this is suffocation already once you begin to give into those feelings that is where you are getting cut and taken out are you guys with me and the church that operates in power and the prophetic is a target for jezebel and python every christian that is on fire is a target for python when paul and silas were on fire that target was set upon them when they came into a city to disturb what was going on there they began to had revival people changed you see just before the chapter there they got people saved and and there was a move of god and then the python spirit will come in it's meaning just when you get traction it feels like something is being crept up on you and suddenly you you find yourself a week later or two weeks away later you have no more hunger for god you have no more thirst for him you all of a sudden are distracted you have like thousands of thoughts through your head are you guys with me so what does fasting do say with your focus say it again say focus moreover listen to this when you fast say with you when you fast not if you fast do not be like the hypocrites with a sad countenance for they disfigure their faces that they may appear to be men to fasting assuredly i say to you they have their reward but when you fast anoint your head and wash your face so that you do not appear to mean to be fasting but to the father who is your father is in secret place and your father who sees in secret will reward you openly go with me to verse 22 two verses on listen to this in the context of fasting are you guys with me the lamp of the body is the eye if therefore your eye is good put into me the king james version if therefore your eye is single say with me single your whole body shall be full of light next verse but if your eye be evil your whole body shall be full of light i saw you full of darkness if therefore the light that is in you be darkness how great is that darkness let's stop there he's speaking about fasting he goes with me he's saying listen when you are fasting it means that you begin to cut out flesh cut out things that distracts you and you have the ability to focus on prayer or focus on the things that you are what the voice of god something you want to hear are you guys with me that is what fasting does it separates you and it's it cuts things away that shouldn't be there and he said look the only way that your eye can be single is to be focused and to be do it by fasting if your hand commits you to sin cut it off if your eye commits you to sin pluck it out what was jesus saying i believe he was speaking physical there but don't take it physical it's to happen in the news also people do that but i believe you spoke physical there because literal there because every verse every scripture in the bible must be literal he took it so serious he says listen if your hand will take you to hell cut it off it'll be better that you're going to heaven with one hand than into a hell with two hands what does fasting do it cuts off things out of your life for your eye to become single and focused when your eye is single and they say fast you're beginning to force your eye is single and focused your whole body will be full of light are you guys with me the devil is afraid of light not the anointing he was the anointed cherub jezebel is not afraid of the anointing she killed many anointed people she killed prophets she's afraid of one thing we'll show you now are you guys with me
