The way he speaks makes me think he's not completely genuine but... That's just me. There's nothing new to this, it's just concepts we all know in the new age "mindset". He's just telling known things but it doesn't feel his own experience at all, it's like he is regurgitating things he have learn before. There's something even amusing when he says it's great to have "organs" because in the spirit realms we don't have them.
From my own experience, it's a relief when you don't have to "wear" a body anymore. Even when I'm able to do out of body experiences, there's always a feeling of entrapment with the body.
He is also saying "listen to your teachers". But he's not clearly saying who these teachers are supposed to be. Is he talking about himself ?
