bases loaded lance mccullers junior strikes out the side we go to the second two balls and two strikes to carlos correa with a new bat and a swing and a miss that'll be the second strike out of the night for sam hinches 51 hits in 35 and two-thirds innings astros with their first base runners abraham toro takes four pitch walk case chaz mccormick the runner at second hits this one to right field and deep looking up it's off the wall abraham toro will come in and give the astros a one-nothing lead as chaz mccormick another run batted in got in on him a little bit could be a tough play and that drops in for a base hit mccormick around third chas will score and for the second straight night a pop-up to right field falls in and it'll be a two-base hit for taylor jones how to retire the side but the astros score two on a walk and two hits two nothing houston came back and got him after falling behind in the count it's five strikeouts two outs in the second left center going back at the the outside corner at the knees on a 3-2 pitch and there's one away in the seventh got him with a high fast ball seventh inning stretch time in cleveland [Applause] on the ground and garcia can't make the play correa's gonna have to run this one down and they'll keep reyes at first base a good breaking ball and he strikes him out there's two outs he walked him tying run will come to the plate and the short stop he'll throw him out as rosario makes the play we go to the bottom of the ninth inning in cleveland astros will call on ryan presley ninth inning and clement reaches down and hits that one into right field lead off single in the ninth for the indians swinging a miss beat him upstairs in a three-pitch strikeout there's one away in the ninth 6-3 swing and a miss that ryan presley comes in and closes the door it was a three-run game plumber but it felt tighter than that for the final three innings of this contest yeah they had to fight for it a little bit you see on the scoreboard right there that the indians had three more hits than the houston astros they left a ton of base runners on base but it was a lot of good defense some good pitching the bullpen after brooks raleigh did a phenomenal job with stanic and blake taylor had a phenomenal inning battling through some adversity to get out of that and set things up for ryan presley to close this thing out to get his 13th save on the season a really good team game team win astros pitching strands 15 base runners in this one tonight as the astros make it back-to-back wins in cleveland they double up the indians tonight 6-3 as mccullers gets the win back with more
