Matthew here from miniworkgiving.com and welcome to another episode of the lost city our open sandbox Aegis Sigmar narrative campaign designed specifically for our guests [Music] age of Sigmar battle report Ray has traveled all the way from Illinois bringing his nergo forces who will be representing the chaos Alliance and he has already had lots of success throughout this week and now is fighting to take over baralam the city and stronghold of order in the realm of metal we are playing a much bigger game than usual because we're playing in a very important location taking over one of the strongholds of the alliances is kind of a big deal so we're going at roughly 3 000 ish points I say ish because we kind of both just kept throwing stuff in there and we'll see what it looks like in the end so and do not pay attention to any rules that might be broken based on composition because we went thematic here for narrative so kind of threw all that out the window as well I will be playing cities of Sigmar for my side with a little bit of seraphin help I based it all off the Tempest eye city which means I can bring Carriage on overlords as well and I thought that was the most appropriate one to represent baralam which is a Dwarven slash human city is essentially what it is in the realm of metal and so when I look at my Army it breaks it up into a few different kind of factions so let's look at the human faction first the whole thing is led by my free Guild General and he will be the general and then we've got a unit of great swords which will be his retinue we have a unit of our guard and a unit of crossbowmen now the realm of metal is all about magic and so we've got four wizards who will be representing each of the four Realms we've got the realm of beasts represented by a battle mage on Griffin we've got the realm of Shadows represented by a battle mage from the realm of olgu the realm of fire from a battle mage realm of Fire and for the realm of metal we've got our slan the slant who has kind of been overseeing everything going on in the order Alliance ever since null Baruch came back this land will be protected by a unit of three crocsicor then we head over to the Dwarven side and we've got a rune Lord who will be helping out in Priestly aiding a unit of iron Breakers and then we've got a special Anvil of apotheosis uh character here for this gyrocopter this was Rey's idea he insisted I do this so I just roll I just really souped them up and he's got a really strong gun he can zip around and fly but he's rather squishy so we'll see if he's able to do anything throughout the game or if you just get sniped in the first turn and then we move on to our Kara John overlords who are joining us we've got an admiral who was riding aboard his Ironclad and he will be escorted by a gun hauler as well and that is the cities of Sigmar serif and slash Carriage on Overlord dwarves Army and today I have petunia back again with her droning guard all of her children are back from the eggs after we hatch them we have four units of drones repaying the droning guard a group of reinforced puscoils that are coming from the ice fields and we have three of the groups of cultists the rothmeyer Creed one group of plague Bears which will be led by a pox Springer who has the Tome of a thousand boxes and then Mr nibbles is back again this time he was able to bring a blade of corruption from his homeland and he brought two play clock catapults because you just need Siege Weaponry when you're going for a big city and we have one group of nurglings hiding because wherever nurgle goes there's nurglings should point out some cool stuff that uh the nurgle Army is getting because they've been doing so well in conquering all the important territories so right now I'm not going to go over it in detail but right now they get plus one to casting for one territory plus one to unbinding and dispelling from another one they get a free artifact of power and a free umbral spell portal endless spell added to their army for free on the other hand because I own bear alone obviously and we're in the realm of metal obviously I get an extra command point in each of my hero phases we've created a custom scenario for this as is befitting of such an important battle so we've deployed kind of all over the table we have two little bites going on or two big fights going on really we have one in front of the city Gates and there's objectives on the table that Rey is trying to infect so basically if he controls an objective in his hero phase he turns it into a tree a novel tree if I control it in my hero phase I get rid of that nurgle tree and they do give him an extra D3 spawning points or summoning points per turn so we have two objectives on the one side of the table in front of the gate and then on the other side of the gate we've got to fight over the realm portal petunia has come down with all of the Flies and they've deep struck right into the city to take the round portal and so we have the slan and the dwarves all protecting that so essentially there's going to be victory points for holding objectives in the realm portal also we can destroy the walls or not me obviously I don't want to destroy the walls and there's victory points for holding the gate at the end of the game as well the territory rule for baralam is actually a random one you randomly choose one from the realm of metal we got that in each hero phase you roll a D6 just when it's your hero phase you roll a D6 on a six you choose an enemy unit and they get minus one save the rest of the game within three of the trophies with yeah which is on this table almost everything almost everything yeah and it's for the rest they sorry they worsen their save characters to play one for the rest of the game so it is cumulative of two so you can keep putting on the same unit if you really need to oh yeah so you just obviously if you keep putting on the same unit they're probably going to die quickly anyways for the first turn we're going to roll off and the winner of the roll-off must go first I got a two ah so did I re-roll six six oh no it's happening again let's go for four oh I win which one though there's four together you're right which means it's City's a sing bar turn one good luck you too in my hero phase you will have three command points so two four going second and plus one for your general being alive I will also have three one for going first one for my general and one because it's my hero phase and we're fighting in the realm of metal and that's the bear alarm thing then my slan I rolled two dice and each four plus gets me a command point and my General's adjutant being nearby on a four plus gives me a command point so basically I get two more command points Five Command points you have to use them all I I know they're gonna be gone I'm gonna do the the realm heroic Action for free because it's my hero phase on my battle mage with the Griffin basically it's a called adapter die I roll a D3 and it gives me a different thing based on what I roll that gives them a five up Ward save nice then there is a realm command oh we'll just do it now I know it's in the hero phase there's other beginning hero phase tough to do we aren't using Battle Tactics so no we don't worry about that and that we can both do um because it's zero command points and we choose a unit and they get a six up award unless there's five or more of them in which case they get a five up board so I'm going to give it to my greatswords and who are you gonna give it to uh the only thing that doesn't avoid the Catapult so I'm gonna pick this catapult so it'll have a six upward because why not and then we've got the do you lose some armor if I roll a six no close you're trying but uh no cigar and then I can do another heroic action I'll do four plus to get a command point I don't really need it you're gonna do the same thing yep I'm petunia no no wait I think we have enough command points this turn anyways and then my priest will pray to give them plus one rent on a two plus prayer is successful let's have some spells the sland raises his staff up high and he calls down a comment maybe needs a seven to cast he does get plus one to Casting though and he gets it I don't think you're close enough to unbind with anybody right all my Wizards are in the corner all right so he didn't get a 10 plus because that would be D6 so it's just D3 units anywhere on the table so two units anywhere on the table will take D3 mortal wounds he sees all the flies in front of him so let's uh start with them like is it unit of three three everything three yep okay that's nice and easy for these are four that's a one bring a four right well let's hit the brick of four and the pink ones okay the brick of four will take two and three on the other ones and I believe you have word saves on some of them everything so uh two mortal wounds on the brick are on the big guys okay let's take two and then three on the pink ones so they both take two and he'll cast Celestial equilibrium which you should have done first but I'm new to this which gives all my Wizards plus one to casting for the rest of the face needs a six he got it so now everybody's plus one to cast and then you know we'll throw up a shield he's gonna try to give himself a four of uh Ward against Mortal wounds and I get it with an 11 because I only plus two he's done let's move on to my battle mage on Griffin he's gonna cast strike of eagles which will do possible mortal wounds of them needs a seven to cast but I do have a plus one thanks to my slam and I make it with a 10. do you have anything that can unbind that I do I have been arranged for you have three over here I have three solid throw dice you might as well right I got a ten I get and you get plus one to this and you unbind it yes thanks to the one territory that you control I don't remember which one gives you plus one and binding uh the rust wood one cool all right so the rust Woods came into play that's cool yeah and then my battle mage from the realm of ogu will do Aura of Glory which is a 12 inch bubble of plus one attack melee weapons only that's pretty needs a seven it gets plus one and fails well all right the realm of fire battle mage is gonna cast Mystic Shield hopefully onto the great swords also plus one so I get a seven so you can try to stop that because you have more Vines and you do you don't even need the plus one yeah okay well my slime was good all the Mages out front we're not like free Guild General is going to spend a command point on hold the line and he picks a three free Guild units within his command range which is 18 and they get plus one two hidden wounds for melee and range attacks as long as they don't move so obviously I'm gonna pick one two three the slan is going to use a command ability it's called gift from the heavens and he's gonna put on the Cracks of Gore gives him plus one to save and fly so we're just trying to beef up everybody in case we get a charge that that is my hero phase let's go to movement which actually is going to be pretty straightforward because uh well I do need to March up the table because I can't just be like well I'll just hold the line because there's objectives to be had yeah so here is the before and there is the after running up and grabbing that objective the battle mage coming between those two buildings as well that'd be a terrifying sight to see a big Griffin two-headed Griffin coming through the the alleyway on the other side everything just ran forward they were not going to be in range of shooting except for the big ships of course they'll be in range to shoot and my crossbowmen Stood Still the shooting phase he's going to spend a command point to give plus one attack to this dude which will be good because it'll bring them from two to three attacks with his big Cannon and then it's gonna open fire it's going to do a solid shot with this Cannon and then all the carbines that are in range it's not the carbines it's the torpedo that's in range we're going to Target your blight Lords yeah or black kings blight Lords yeah the Blake kings are the guys on foot yeah and you're all up defensing yeah because we're gonna get shot a lot yeah yeah that's what happened four is to hit can't all that attack because he already had a command ability oh uh glad I didn't spend another command point an all-out attack you should afford to fire the Torpedoes hitting on fours that's better I wish it was the Cannons that did D3 plus three damage threes to wound not twos like the cannons yeah uh one wound up minus one so you're back to your regular save of what four up you're fine all right then we'll go to this little gun hauler and he'll fire a solid shot into them so two shots from him I am not going to all and attack him no Force to hit yeah that's too bad two's the wound hey this one's minus two so back to a five up five up and you roll a six okay and all the crossbows I can see will double tap because they Stood Still and fire at them they'll get plus one to hit and plus one to wound as well hey we got uh 10 cross women can see them so we got 20 shots hitting on threes from the plus one to hit [Applause] up two's the wound [Applause] not a single one wow that's 15 wounds you have three upstairs against these though I think you have way to dice you only failed two about three of those I bought these in a bulk bag from Amazon yeah yeah yeah I believe you I believe you and then you got a five award yep so two more wounds I don't think that even finishes one off right no it's got four ones left oh God well that's all my shooting yeah it went well that could have gotten so much words for you those three shots that missed their D3 plus three damage each so even if two of them got through and then you'd have a five up save okay let's just say I guess only on average I'd expect one to get through I was kind of expecting to lose one or two possibles yeah yeah so I guess even when I think about it failing the hits really on average when we go through it you'd only lose a few wounds from it but still it would have been nice to get one of them through or get lucky and get all three of them through that'd be nice too I'll take that that hurt yeah so you didn't take any real casualties just a few wounds there's no battle shock tests yeah and at the end of my turn nothing special happens I'm holding the objectives but they're not any points for me until I'm holding them in my hero phase and that's it let's go to nurgle turn one right away all your guys heal because they're Bonkers like that because we don't like to take damage yeah apparently you'll get D3 corruption points for the tree because that's what we're doing as a custom rule see oh we get three oh starting at six yeah plus the three for your territory we're ignoring the one for my territory and that's why we're doing D3 on each of the trees yeah heroic action on Mr nibbles What's it gonna be uh we're gonna go for a command point four plus no and then you can automatically do the realm heroic action because it's your turn yeah you'll mutate Mr nipples all right roll a D3 first one is plus one to wound for melee attacks okay heroic action on my end I have three command points still so I think I'm happy with that I think what I'll go for is you know what let's try to protect my battle mage on the Griffin we're gonna do the adapter die and he gets the re-roll ones to save so that actually kind of works out I hope so you got your free realm command ability you can choose a unit to get award save same Capital same catapult and I'm gonna give it to the great swords as well so level five up five up in five upward yeah they're nurgle now oh nice let's do some spell slinging what are you gonna do first uh first you want to start with Mr nibbles he's going to cast The Umbrella spell portal okay that you got for free yeah holding the one territory uh is that it needs a six which I got oh you got plus one oh you do have plus one to cast yeah well my slan can unbind three times table wide with a plus one so I'll just try to unbind it I do all right no spell portal for you and then and then we're gonna go for his uh [ __ ] Frost spell it's one of the new ones okay what do you need to cast that I need a roll of seven it goes off on an eight oh take some Mortal wounds and then he can't cast anymore I want to say that every single game I've played with Mr nibbles this week he has miscast at least once every single game stop just casting spells how many more loans does he take one maybe maybe he's got a five up board another five nope oh you saw it it hesitated and then it's like no Ray it was almost on the one two yeah yeah he's down to 12 and he cannot cast anymore is there any other casting one more it's you're out of range for his spell which is uh favorite boxes so we'll just do a Mystic shield from whom the little guy the little guy right there okay you got plus one to cast so do you get it six and the slan says no no magic for either of us except for the Frog yeah movement phase let's start over here we'll do a before and after just because there's a lot of little stuff to do and the after everything ran up except the artillery and the Vermin Lord and on the side too we've got nurglins reinforcing too to kind of be bodyguard for the cultists and on this side we got buzz buzz buzz buzz buzz buzz buzz of the drones moving forward before and and after please don't double turn me sir we're just coming to see what's going on we can't see the dwarves very well they're very small well thankfully my City Rules this temp aside you get plus one to save on the first battle run so any shooting you do I'll have a bit more staying power yeah but uh yeah that's the movement phase let's go to shooting where do you want to start Mr nibbles is going to shoot the free Guild guard four attacks go ahead threes by threes good job as good as my Cannon you see and these are these are the infinity dice too yeah yeah you almost got the whole collection yeah these cultists have two shots each right yep who are they firing at um let's go this group of cultists first they're going to shoot the uh greatswords bring it yeah okay 20 shots hitting on fours sixes of course are diseases is that that's a disease I'm assuming it's got a one it looks like he got two diseases because that's a one on that horrid Horrid die that shouldn't exist so these cultists will put the disease but they also put one on everything else within three is that for each six-year-old or is it just if you roll at least one set once per face once per phase okay yep so at least just once still that's a lot of disease a little bit of hug and threes to wound uh three wounds by plus one to save I got three up save and I have a five up award thanks to the realm command oh you killed one hooray there are 20 of them in total and one just died catapult into great swords same thing yep what do we got twos and twos one hit one wound don't you get more because I have at least ten guys no I hit one better oh and you do more damage too don't you it's 2d6 okay what's the Rend two end so I'm back to a five up save should have all the defense these guys [Applause] wouldn't have mattered so 2d6 damage you're getting me a 12. no five at board okay two more dies still that could have been a lot yeah next catapult I'm all out defensing the great swords same thing twos and twos hits wounds to rent four up save thanks to all that defense and plus one save ah they don't have three roll ones no that's the battle mage how much damage Don't Nine no uh I got a five-up ward okay that's a good roll only four of them die stop it it hurts oh no it's love just love gurgles love and then you got these cultists everything into these guys into the guard yeah fours and threes for those beautiful sixes we got two sixes three sixes three is to wound [Applause] not bad got four out saves with the free Guild guard and two more of them die I am okay I'm gonna get rid of the ones that are closest to your Vermin large and then we've got the last cultist firing out to my Griffin all that attacking yeah that's what the opposite for 20 shots hitting on threes you said threes and threes he looks like he got some corruption in there we got four I see one two three well actually five yuck hooray threes to wound yeah I don't like that that's bad I got a five up Savory rolling ones thanks to the mutation well there's one one hey it worked I don't have a ward so it's just five damage warp safe plus one for your things right you're right yeah so thank you for remembering that so three wounds down to ten and you get five disease points on him that's all the shooting over there there's no shooting over here because everybody ran and nobody runs and charges I think you have one charge to declare is that right two where's the second first is Mr nibbles second one is the nugglings oh right because they deep struck in yeah they want to play with the birdie who who wants to go first uh Mr nibbles because it's more important okay I don't know what you need probably looks like a six or seven uh you got it with an eight so you're gonna go over and hit the great swords as well the current wheel of corruption thing is nauseous revulsion which is that I can't Pile in yeah I can pile in but I can't end up closer no with this one you can't Pile in at all as long as I have two different units on the battlefield the bile the sloppity ball Piper is the one that doesn't let you Pile in and then a nurse need a nine inch charge can you pull that one off no rerolls on them so let's go to the fight phase and obviously get to go first I do I think I'm going to stop the great swords because they scare me two plus D3 mortal wounds three with a five up award kill two of them we'll go back here see you later attacking into the free Guild guard yep so you're all on attacking yep all out attack for twos and twos so how many attacks let's find out 2d6 seven that's average not bad twos to hit all but one okay and then two Saloon sixes are something extra sixes are special well we got one six one one so this one's three rent so with my extra plus one saved from Tempest I and my Shields I do have a six up save against that nope and that's how much damage six damage nice and these are run two yep two damage each okay let's go five up save against those oh that was good so six so eight die though just mowing them down kill eight of them just like that I got four guys in range I can fight back okay plus one to hit and wound thanks to the command ability that I put on them if they didn't move they get that so threes and threes hmm yeah no rent what's your save ah four up oh you have a ward five up I have a board hey you take another wound snake snake out again yeah as we go into the battle shock phase we're gonna do all the corruption now so basically roll a die for each corruption point and on a four plus they take a mortal wound oh we forgot an end of combat ability for your Vermin Lord everything within three inches on a four up takes D3 mortal looms is that right so start with the guard on a four up four up nope and the great swords no no let's do our corruption start with the guard you got four of them yep how many Mortal wounds just two two and that goes down to one so two more ones in them then three dice in the great swords three Immortal wounds five upward three mortal wounds oh and let's go left to right fire wizard the general yes and the other guy no so three more great swords go down yeah I think I'm crumpling here two of these guys go down and then a wound on some guys are back there we got five disease on the bird and [Applause] three mortal wounds it's down to seven yuck this is not going well if you double turn me I don't think I have a chance I believe in you even if I go why are you just gonna slam you're just going to destroy everything if he double turn me there'll be nothing left we don't know that you yeah I do but that's okay because if I go next I think I still die but at least I get to unleash one more volley and kill a bunch of flies and maybe hold the back lines so battle shock wise I actually have an artifact on my general that's a 12-inch bubble of immune to battle shock so I'm not gonna have to roll it for anybody well you don't have to roll for anybody either obviously no now we're gonna roll off to see who gets initiative I win ties so just roll a one for me will ya that's a six it's close to one that's a five all right who's going next Ray I think I think me yeah yeah I think are you sure yeah a little bit so after careful consideration in realizing that you're just gonna destroy me if you go next yeah we're gonna make this more of an interesting game it's this is the big city battle it should feel like a big city battle or back and forth right yeah not nurgle came in and washed over everything with loving which it might happen anyways but at least it gives me one more volley and one more chance to do something over here yeah so okay I I can appreciate that thank you very much let's go to City the Sigmar turn two my hero phase uh slan and then my general can get me more command points on fours so that's two extra command points bringing me to five Hurlock action you're going for finest hour five star Mr nibbles okay I'm gonna do finest Hour as well but I'm gonna do it on my battle mage on Griffin yeah and actually no I want to recover let's do heroic recovery on them sounds good which he passes yeah and he gets and he gets three back can I swap one of those three to get rid of the disease you certainly can or do I have to swap all of those three to get rid of the disease just one okay then I'm gonna swap one to get rid of the disease then I will go for the extra heroic action of adapter die because it is my hero phase and he gets the plus one the wounded melee boy my free Guild General will use his command ability to give three units one two three because he's still in range of them the plus one to hit and wound if they don't move then we're gonna do the free Command ability at um the five up award on the great swords again and you're gonna keep putting on this guy is that right oh wait do I need to be an orange issue it well he's he's right there okay yeah he can do it yeah let's do some spells like Savannah's gonna start with Celestial equilibrium this time to get the plus one cast for all my Wizards needs a six gets it with a seven because I get plus one on him already nice then I'll go for the comet he's now a plus two and I fail it because he needs a seven and he got a six right it's going on we'll do Mystic Shield which he gets no problem hope that on the Crocs of course and then over here the aroma fire dude he's going to turn on the the aura of plus one attack and he fails it come on I needed that so bad then for free I'm going to cast the round spell transmutation of lead onto your big guy which I get with a seven you can unbind plus one if you unbind yeah well who needs spells uh sorry it was him that would do an ore of Glory so we'll go on to the realm of fire dude and he'll cast Fireball you fail it oh even with the plus one nice battle mage will do strike of eagles which is doing mortal wounds I get it barely with a seven and you unbind it yeah okay no magic for me on this side and we'll spend a command point to give them plus one save and fly sorry to close Tuesday if they're not re-roll ones we'll do is prayer on a two plus which is easy but this is the turn that matters so yeah so expecting a one to give them plus one Rend yeah okay guys you're ready for some shooting actually we got movement phase let's do that first yeah battle mage is actually going to abandon this side and fly over right to about here and then on this side we're going to keep all the shooters still because they get to shoot twice if they stand still or they get an extra attack which is essentially doubling it the crocsagors however are just going to move up a little bit not my flies not your flies the sland will then protect himself a bit more over here pasquals are going to redeploy for a command point because you want to get a little closer that's closer so you're just moving up so that when I charge if they're not dead after being shot they can pile in and kill my guys on my turn there's another sorry too close over there yep okay let's go to the shooting phase which is mainly over here no sorry it is only over here everything although I might consider shooting if I somehow I could kill him that would be awesome but I don't think that they're gonna be able to accomplish that um unless unless I move him over there and go for the Vermont I don't want to split my firing too much but I want to win on both sides you would hurt Mr nibbles he would he would hurt whoever his shoes whatever he shoots at yeah he's got he's got a good run and lots of damage yeah you know what I'm gonna just before the end of my movement phase he's gonna move never mind he won't be able to get range of urban Lord that answers the question he's staying over here okay let's start shooting we're going to start with our blessed dudes down here I'm assuming you're gonna all out defense you're yeah you're blight Lords maybe I'll have one or two left by the time I get to fight well let's start with them we're just gonna eat everything right forward and I think this is where we're gonna all out attack yes yes we are let's start with the torpedo I got one guy with a torpedo so two attacks hitting on twos oh one misses and three's to wound does not wound okay well we got that out of the way so here's the first half of their attacks twos to hit sixes don't say anything special unfortunately threes to wound that's a lot of ones and twos so it's only nine so far here's the second volley choose to hit okay the reason oh that's better oh that's good so you have a five up save against these at minus two Rend and then you have a five up Ward okay not bad good start just don't Spike this will ya do me a favor uh uh it's not spiked it's just lots of sixes so like you take seven wounds in total that will kill one okay you did pretty well but five up five up should do that well so one of them dies that was already injured and I think it injury does it injure another one oh yeah it puts how much was it seven seven two damage on the next one okay so the next one's down to six wounds yep it's gonna be all of that just to kill one guy oh and it didn't even technically kill a whole guy just because he was already injured from last time yeah he would have had one with that views before that's okay it's okay so let's do this guy next he's going to spend the command point to get plus one attack and then we're just opening the fire same unit because I really think that it's important to kill them at the big cannon hitting on fours we're gonna do better than nothing [Applause] no I bet more than just a little better than nothing well we'll see two's the wound tattoos yes okay I think it's only minus two so you get a five up is that a one is that a one no no it's a six Torpedoes next hitting on fours oh come on oh there we go that's good and threes wound so those are minus ones you got four up saves against those one gets through for D3 damage a hole two five upward let's go through breaking down to four wounds a bunch of carbines threes to hit threes to wound that's pretty solid so far yeah sorry four minus one so you back to four up yep and it's two damage each oh I make three of them so two five upwards and he even had to make one of those one damage you're down to three it's time it's time for Mr gyrocopter Lieutenant gyrocrafter to show his true colors he's gonna fire at them what's his name Mr gyrocopter okay sorry it's hero hero copter Mr herocopter Mr Hero country he opens fire it's a quadruple cannon fire thing it's just ridiculous it's four attacks threes and threes minus two three damage it can hurt you wanna see it do nothing though well half of a Miss told you three is the wound see okay all right minus two we got five upstairs I'm not gonna make any sense you monster so three damage on one of them five up involved I can still kill a guy if you fail with five upwards you made two of them yeah what am I supposed to do even you giving me the turn didn't matter you're playing nurgle if you roll a lot of fives that's how you play exactly so you'd have the two wounds on a guy I got the gun hauler he's gonna do it this is going to pop a shell Force to hit all right he's done and then we got 20 crossbows so 40 shots sorry I forgot the carbines and the gun holder threes and threes one of them minus one and you say who cares yeah right and then here's half of the crossbows threes to hit because then plus one to hit and wound twos to wound no Rend second half threes to hit all right three up save [Applause] oh my goodness that was a good roll oh bunch to go through though yeah you cannot it's crossbows taking you down oh you got another one right here we all defend yeah what did I use all my points on start with the two malls hitting on threes the plus one to hit and uh sixes count as two hits so you have to put those in threes to wound okay the five go through minus one so back to your four up boo you only failed one two damage two damage oh they don't go through down the two wounds then the Moonstone Hammer hitting on twos sixes count as two hits oh oh three is the wound one of them minus one only so four up save that's three damage so I could kill a guy on average I should but not with your dice I did they killed a guy and wounded Miller so after they fight I pick an enemy unit within an inch I roll three dice um every six is a mortal wound yeah and the Zero Mortal wounds permanent Lord's gonna Pile in and to avoid the great swords yeah they scare me how many attacks okay five five is enough to kill me twos to hit unless one mortal one mortal Tuesday [Applause] and that's I don't get any saves against any of this so 10 damage yep all right he's dead uh doesn't have the ward nope oh okay no he got the uh plus one to wound and melee attacks oh and I give the word to the great swords which you just piled out of they scare me yeah yeah I don't know why there's only eight of them now well the free Guild guard get to Pile in and do nothing they'll get plus one to hit wound but uh that's all that's going for them oh man threes to hit with the plus one they're Reese to wound got four wounds no Rend so you get a three up one goes two go through five upward oh they're supposed to hurt you again they're supposed to be each time the little guys almost enough first off then you got your bright blight load over here what's he gonna do I just want to get just within three of uh those guys iron drinks yeah but everything's gonna go into the Crocs scores I'm just dragging them in what are you hitting on threes by threes okay no sixes and threes uh three so there are three option right now to go through how much damage just one each okay then you got the mount yep six texts uh one disease point oh it's on mailing ones too yeah okay and four no round so same save three up one damage yep so nobody dies I can actually one Downs down here and we got a disease point on them iron Drakes are gonna come in because you brought them into combat we'll get a few swings which is probably like six or seven four is to hit you [Applause] and Forest of wound yeah oops oops there we go two wounds no end see what you got a three up yep you're fine good the end of combat you're handing out some disease but then he's also gonna try to do some Mortal wounds on a two plus yeah one mortal wound okay so one of them just dies and then you add a disease to each of these and guys over there too as to the disease over here so two on the coxagors oh they don't die and then one on the iron Drakes one of them dies so you don't finish off this one crocsegor so that's good he's alive and then we got a bunch over here I'll tell you what happens battle mage took a wound and one more great sword died battle shock phase you could roll a six and that last guy runs wouldn't mind to see that is it a dancing Matthew it is not and I do have to do a battle shock for these guys because they've lost two three I think just two yeah if you're all six I lose one no okay so I managed to kill three guys and you killed my battle mage so not looking too good for me even though you gave me the turn I was hoping to kill a lot more over here I think it was about a fair trade we'll see what happens so in your hero phase you are holding these objectives so they turn into trees just to get them as close as possible more Garden that's right we'll put one right here too which gives you 3d3 summoning points plus the three oh golly okay six seven eight eleven more bringing you up to 17. pretty forgotten my turn to do the resting thing and I think we forgot your turn as well last time so we did yeah yeah so that even though yeah all right on a six you rest somebody's armor heroic action petunia will try to get a command point and you do get one I am also gonna go for command point on my general and I do do get one nice the Mr nibbles will do the free heroic action of the mutation the adapter die I guess plus one to melee wound rolls which I don't think really helps you because you're already moving on twos right uh no this was a great man sues I had a finest hour last time um okay that's good and then I'll do the free Command ability to give a ward save actually you know what let's put it on the crocsagors oh it's only a six-up word on them true the iron Drakes yeah we'll put the iron Drakes just in case you manage to strike them a few times sounds good five aboard and you'll keep giving it to your artillery in the back because everybody else already has a ward your turn to cast some spells that I will unbind yeah my slam what you gonna do first uh Verma and I was gonna cast his washroom spell which is uh uh dreaded pestilence something like that and it goes off on 11. all right and I do not stop it with a 10. really what does that give them uh it's a pick one unit so I'm just gonna pick the guard this engage with them so eight unit eight dice I'll just roll this twice every fourth is Immortal yep so eight Dyson totals we'll just do this twice one two three four five so we got five dead just like that goodbye you get it and then the free realm spell transmutation of lead I stop it oh I got an eight do you have plus one on mine I got on plus one oh yeah I understand yep and then Let's do let's just do a Mystic shield for him okay Mystic Shields okay so it's a 10. I stop it with an 11. very nice and then you have one more spell yep he'll just do favorite boxes do it now the slands that have unbinds so just one of my regular Wizards they do unbind it we don't want magic this game we're just in the realm of metal the realm of magic this is a magical right yeah the moving phase obviously these flies are gonna buzz buzz buzz forward doing their best to uh go after all the fun stuff petunia wants to be over here I think you can just barely fit stay more than three inches away coming after that slam it's okay just move it a little farther so you don't have to worry about wobbly bases Here Comes petunia hooray and then buzz buzz buzz forward so many legs and wings are running forward swarming around the realm gate gotta surround everything with lovely bugs push forward towards the gate take down the last Defenders just scooting on up right there move on up by the way if you like how the rotmeyer are painted they were painted by my friend Ken at the cool ghoul on Fiverr the cool ghoul yeah on Fiverr yeah he also painted on Mr nibbles which was a very nice I really like Mr Noodles hey everything has moved but you got some summoning points yeah apparently there's a hero returning Toady the Magnificent Kermit the Frog he's here I've made a point to bring him in every game and he will always be here when I'm here okay there he is shooting phase Mr nibble's gonna try and free himself with his tail that would be nice how many shots just four hit none threes and threes oh he could still kill them that's a disease point at least nope oh no he doesn't do that he doesn't do that one damage five up you don't kill any okay we got our what's next we're gonna do uh this grouper up Meijer shooting into those guys yeah trying to get rid of them so that you're Vermin Lord can charge the next thing fours and threes Fair number of diseases three is the wound freeze okay I could survive that yeah four up safes I survived with one guy left again you gonna do it again yeah next unit occultist we're gonna do uh two guys will shoot him oh everything else will shoot their guitars oh the two won't be enough you're only hitting on fours I know them that means there's one left that let me do exactly what I wanted to do a whole artillery just to take out one free go guard that's the most valuable free Guild guard ever it's it's threes and their target um I think I've only got the first two in range so the first two are gonna go for the uh dwarves and then the one on the back has to shoot the coxagors good attacking the Crocs of course yup threes one hit one disease one safe friend saved and threes and threes [Applause] and threes they got a four up save against that and how much damage each there's one each oh wow five up board ah three die I was thinking of pulling the three over there but that won't matter because you've got them pretty well actually you know what I got I got a I got a plan say I'm gonna pull the pull three from over here another group firing at the Croc cigars please oh and okay four no run two go through how much damage there's one okay okay so it does kill one and there's the next charge phase petunia anything but a double one and you're in you're in here she comes buzz buzz buzz buzz buzz and the these drones to the clock score anything but double one they're in six dude kind of tough actually bases are getting in the way yeah the wings are a problem no that bass is actually big enough that it can't get in oh well I'm not gonna get all of them in though just the front two there we go yeah might as well roll for these guys see how far they go that's real high anyone no that's not wrong I swinging over here Mr nibbles just push him up there into a couple of the heroes if you want to combat phase starting with the drones into the Crocs scores two of them are in within an inch and we're just gonna kind of pile up there no no you'll be further away okay yep so two the two base we fight three by threes three used to hats all right one additional got a leader peace and to use the wound any rent oh good roll no four up oh I gotta okay roll so four wounds that kills one that's all their attacks oh I don't know where to go next because all this stuff over there sucks so I guess we go here how many wounds is left in the blight Lord he's a full he's got a golly I'm not killing him like I could by the Numbers kill them but oh sorry yeah it's the hammer guy or whatever yeah sure we'll do we'll go we'll try to kill him we'll shoot all an attack on him it's a nice hit on twos sixes are an extra hit and makes up for that one miss three's to wound there we are minus one three damage though nope you're good and then he bites uh we choose the unit we roll three Ducks yeah one more to wound would you get a ward no no it takes one Mr nibbles how's he going to attack is he going to split his attacks ah he is planning to split but I have to see how many he gets because it's 2d6 that's right how many how many oh golly did you want to do your monsters Rampage we forgot to do that um like stomp on something I'll Stomp The Great Sword all right two plus he's dead yeah goodbye so three attacks how do you want to allocate those all into one guy obviously no we're gonna go risky we're just gonna we're here for fun soon to the general one another wizard okay how much damage can they do Max three six each okay so Tuesday hits I'm gonna say that the red one is the fire wizard so you can just Roll Along okay foreign mutation yes oh my that's 12 mortal wounds to my general oh no it's there are three rendered the general but there'll be six damage each yeah so 12 12 ones yeah he's dead yeah against that just two damage to the wizard okay he's almost dead he killed my my general and almost killed my wizard I guess this land will try to hurt petunia so six attacks threes to hit they're really lost threes the woo minus one one damage that's all he does what do you got a four up against this yep four up one damage each five afford well he takes a wound off you yeah take one and then the blight Lord can attack what's he gonna put his attacks into everything into the iron drinks try to kill as many of them as possible yeah five threes and threes one disease only two hits yep run damage to one round one damage they both go through five a board one dies and then the mount bounce nope no Denise three nor end four up how much damage just one five up one more only killed two and then your plague bear is gonna go after that uh realm of olgu wizard yeah I'm only gonna get one heading him but it's better than nothing I want to attack fours and threes good duck a few attacks in the iron Drakes into your blight Lord fours into fours we got one of them and you didn't save it five upward there we are and now petunia into the Slime just gonna what right there just get a good look at him in the eye yes Olive attack yep the axes on top one disease nothing oh golly that's petunia yep the pincer the hugs hitting on with the plus one twos all right and winning on trees huh five two ran two damage oh I'm a six up save so that's six damage and the big Stinger twos and threes oh they all had a piece that's the round on this one two end six up he's dead yeah that's 12 damage that doesn't matter I only have three wounds left yeah and the mighty slan goes down to petunia I think there's a story element that's happening right there I don't mind that slam being permanently gone that's everybody make it oh I guess I got the wizards they get to do with that they're part of the army okay into the Vermin Lord forced to hit threes the wound nothing into your uh plague Bears Nothing see I got our disease points you could kill that one right there if you roll two threes because you got plus one to your disease yep he's got just two and he's dead and the other one has two as well you won't kill him but you can hurt them the other one gets a third actually oh okay still can't kill him still can't kill him well he is down the two wounds oh actually forgot the end of the combat stuff from him because on a four plus you do D3 more to lose to him it's like maybe I'll finish him off right here four plus four up nope no and we forgot to do this one as well on a two plus you'll do immortaloon so kills one more oh wait no it doesn't seven disease points on the crocsegor though so he's most likely dead we have three wounds left he's dead for on the iron Drakes we possibly lose three more but we have a five up board so two die so two more iron Drakes die and the crocsagore dies well Ray this isn't looking too good for me you've definitely one on this side I got one little wizard left and he's not gonna do anything obviously he's Brave so you're pushing through still have a bit of Firepower on this side so uh let's just find out at the end of your turn who goes next yeah can I double turn you back or stop from being double turned yeah yay I get to choose it's my turn yeah it's my turn I'm not returning the favor all right I got two command points one for this being my city still for the moment yeah I don't have a general anymore or a slam to get me extra command points so that's fun um and I don't really have any spells to cast because I'm pretty much ignoring that now that little little dude but we will we'll pray to get an extra rent on a two plus hey they have two rent now instead of one it's time to get some Revenge so movement phase they're gonna hold still we're going for the moral Victory here we're going to mortally wound petunia what I mean by morally wound is we're going to take them out and then you can just call them Wordly wounded Not Dead so everything basically is going to focus on petunia except for the iron Drakes who are actually stuck in combat so they have to fire forward so we'll start with that do you want to finest Hour petunia we did forget heroic actions and stuff yeah I'll find a star okay and mine will be I don't care it doesn't matter this is just a moral Victory thing because obviously you're overrunning me firing into that one last blight Lord here's the grudge Hammer torpedo and it hits one's on a three the wounds minus two Rend uh six up nope D3 damage is two damage five upward you fail both so he's down to Five Wounds ten shots from the Drake guns hitting on threes ooh threes to wound all right all right six up minus two sixes one so he's got five but he's got five ones left so you gotta fail all five board saves it's happened before oh he's got two wounds left thank you Scotty thank you Josh moral Victory time because it's been a command point to give this thing an extra shot and then we're just opening fire here's the big shell Force to hit today we got two hits that time that's the most ever he's warming up two's to wound hey that's minus two so your finest Hour yep so I put me to four up so you're rolling once [Applause] Torpedoes with the extra attack forced a hit threes to wound two more wounds at minus two all right four up okay one of those gets through four D3 damage two damage with your ward saved five up one gets true so he's got 14 ones left fourteen oh then we got the carbines hitting on threes ooh and threes two of them at minus one okay two three up three rolling you're good okay so uh yeah sure why not continue bra all in attack on a two they all hit waiting on threes hey they all wound these are minus two three damage a piece this is what's gonna do it we're gonna take a chunk out of you here four up saves getting some help from the team three rolling ones and twos oh golly that is not statistical help from the team gun hauler fours okay and then we got the carbines threes and threes one wound up minus one you saved it what a surprise Last Chance 40 shots from the crossbows four is to hit threes to wound all right you got a two upper rollable against that so seven of them so far and none got through what a surprise second Rowland bad rule yeah I think we know how this is ending three is the wound two more can I at least get one wound through these are 17 000 damage each almost yeah they're really big crossbows well I did nothing hey hooray in my my moral Victory is what I took one wound off of him oh no that was there before no no he took one more oh one more yes yeah one more yeah I doubled the number of wounds I took off of them which is good yeah so I think at this point we can call it a mega kin of nergo Victory because the rest is just an exercise and moving forward and rolling Dice and removing the rest of the models I don't think there's any doubt as to who is going to win this whatsoever I don't think there's any doubt after the first turn but still it was worth playing out to see if there's some swinginess that could have happened I wish could have happened at several points yeah but the nurgle has moved in the slan has been destroyed I think I'm gonna I actually gonna make the decision as the game master to work that into the story because he was the warlord kind of of the order side I think I'm gonna get a slant's head and just craft it to the base of my guy there you go you can bear Alum now belongs to chaos and so it has happened bear Alum has fallen to chaos megakin of nurgle have successfully taken it from the order Alliance slaying the Grand Master sland in the process removing most of orders foothold from the Realms surrounding Baruch I hope that you guys enjoyed watching this I've Loved setting up cool tables like this and doing cinematic things even if the game ends up being a little silly or one-sided that's dice for you and also it's just you know the various factions and how they all interact with each other yeah but if you want to be like Rey and come on
