Iit blows my mind he has the tools and knowledge to do something like this, but lacks a bandsaw for shaping that handle.

Putting the handle directly into the vice; is the vice material a lot softer? Ok, I watched the rest of the video and now I want to know why you didnβt bother preserving the handle - which to me is the βcharacterβ part of the cleaver. Itβs like throwing out the sarcophagus and preserving only the mummy.
This is like a weird ASMR thing, isn't it?
I read in the comments that the new handles destroys the balance and you will have more pain with it, but dont know, if anyone will ever use it
I think the original handle actually looks more comfortable tbh. Still fun to watch as always though!
