amazing amazing um faith what has been like the most striking experience for you in the past seven days that's really hard to pick i think every single day has been good so far um but as a young person i think infinity was my highlight the drama i also love the youth ministry the singing the talking show i loved yesterday with sam adeyemi and there was a lot of nuggets and gems that i can take home and apply for my daily life and just every single day so so all together it looks like you got something from every day of the experience five out of five stars awesome awesome awesome and i'm sure that people who have watched in the past today's the eighth day you have had the same experience we know that this anointing for greatness has been now god would really like you know just amaze fi it's hard to say you know using specific words but let me ask you again with the specialized sessions what stood out the most for you i think um the one yesterday with somebody i mean like i said a lot of the stuff he taught it was common knowledge in the bible but i loved how he made it applicable to day-to-day life and i loved how he reminded every single one of us that self-leadership is where it starts so when you when you you're a leader to yourself you're able to serve others and the most important thing of all which the bible commands us is love so i think that was the highlight for me so pretty much a lot of times when we talk about leadership we sometimes forget the concept of love yeah so i think bringing it together and helping us to see love and service in leadership i think was phenomenal i agree all right okay so for the jinami session we definitely had the children doing amazing things and then the paul's session and then um infinity like you said right so it's great to know that god is doing amazing things amongst both the young people and i would say personally that afg has been transgenerational i agree all ages everyone will definitely have gotten a word through each of the sessions faith you want to say something more to that yeah i definitely i like like she was saying i think if you watch every single day no matter your age there was something to leave with i was crying at one of the old events yeah i was going to my friend's dad it was very emotional um i was really because you know you just most of the time you're just like oh this kid's singing but no it just shows that the power of god can flow through any age no matter where they are in life amen amen okay so i have a scripture here um mark chapter four that i'm going to read from verse 24 to 25 okay it says jesus was saying one of the most profound statements that stands out to me personally he said then he added pay close attention to what you hear the closer you listen the more understanding you will be given and you will receive even more to those who listen to my teaching more understanding will be given yeah i'm going to go back to the first line it says pay close attention to what you hear and a version actually says that the more that is meta to you like what you get pretty much is like what you what you take in is what you're going to give out now it starts off saying pay close attention right throughout the afg we have received all sorts of words from different kind of speakers you know it has come prophetically it has come as teaching it has come as you know nuggets like you said to different people but here's the trick that even after the word is sown we have to go back again and again we all have to go back to the word we all have to like pay close attention yes it means that you never get it one time just like no one learns algebra in school the very first time they hear it right so you have to go back you have to listen again you have to make sure that you're paying attention right over and over again so do you want to speak to that yeah i would i would advise every person that attended a session from afg don't just take your notes and throw it in the bag and leave it in the pamphlet that it came in yeah take it apply it put it on your mirror make sure make a statement pick something that you want to apply to your day-to-day life for the rest of the year even beyond into 2022 right don't just leave it in a pamphlet there because i think a lot of us we go to these conferences and we leave all the stuff we learn in the in the first bag yes exactly and we find it again randomly the next year you're like oh i remember from afgh so i i would advise i do that too so just making sure that this year i'm very intentional about what i learned exactly and you know jesus said that the word of god is a seed and just like every good farmer no farmer just plants a seed that walks away from it right so he puts that responsibility god has sent his word to us responsibility to say now god has sent me the word yes i have received this word right remember the parable of the sword after i received i want to get 34 increase i want to get 64 increase i want to get a hundred fold increase actually right from this word so what should i do pay close attention to it right god to you over and again and just so that everyone knows right god did amazing things so we have a testimony and they say to you he overcame him by so we have a one powerful testimony today faith would you please read that to us yes this is a wonderful testimony so it says i want to give god all the glory praise and honor to god whose faithfulness that never fails three weeks ago i took my final board exam and it was the hardest exam for me to prepare for about two weeks to the last day of the exam i had taken a practice assessment and failed while waiting for my results i panicked and was quite anxious i did not study for this one like i for the other two however the holy spirit reminded me that i could never earn god's grace and that god can never go back on his word neither is there a shadow of turning with him so why will he change when it came to my turn i held on to that and just kept saying god is faithful to the glory of god at 12 a.m on day four of afg i got my results that i passed jesus amen that is a powerful testimony and i'm sure that god yes yes the last day and the script just like this testifier said that god cannot turn on his word yes yes greater than the former so we are trusting god that the best experience we are trusting god that the today will be the cap of it you know much more than put put out your faith expectations be high don't say to yourself or through oh rather still all i have so day does not matter you know get expectation the expectation of the just the scripture says would be satisfied yes we're trusting god that today your expectations will be satisfied we're going to join them very soon in the century prayers but before we go faith do you have any closing words yes i would just like to say come with expectation i think keep and asking god that you want something out of today's service every sunday is an opportunity to share and be amongst believers so come expectant i'm excited bring your dancing shoes bring your notebooks to take notes and bring your bible it's when you straighten something who can bend it no one else but you that is why we have gathered this morning again to say thank you thank you for giving us life thank you king of glory for the breath that you have given us the air the free air that you have given us we thank you for the gift of health we bless you this morning king of glory we are so privileged to be in your presence and we ask that all that we will do this morning will be to your glory holy spirit will welcome you the god of now come and have your way come and do those things that only you alone can do come and have your way in the service in this anointing service the anointing for greatness that as well live today we will go with testimony we bless and magnify you in jesus precious name we pray in psalm 123 the bible said unto you i lift up my eyes all you who dwell in the heavens behold as the eyes of the servant look on to the the hand of the mistress as the eyes of the maid to the hands of the mistress so oh so our eyes look to you lord o god unto you he has mercy on us this morning you have come not to meet anybody open your voice open your mouth and call on to him i say father i have come to meet with you this morning i lift up my eyes unto you all you father hear me this today hear me and summit today ask sami answer me today i have come today the bible said the the end is better than the beginning the today is an anointing service it does not matter the burden that you come with it does not matter what you have carried all these years today you will get your deliverance but focus on him and call upon him this morning i say father i lift my eyes onto you i lift my eyes onto you and i want to see your hands in my life today i want you to visit me today i want you to touch me today i want you lord to make way for me today i want you to heal me today i don't want to go back the same lift your voice call upon him this morning call upon him call upon him fix your eyes onto him the auto the finisher of your faith who for the joy set before him he endured the cross even the death on the cross that joy is the same thing he did it for you that you will receive your healing that you will receive your breakthrough that you will be blessed look unto him this morning call unto him i said father i have come to meet you i have come to seek you i have come into your presence this morning lord to meet with you meet with me at the point of my needs every burden that i have carried this long today oh god by the reason of the anointing lift it off my shoulder lifted up my shoulder he is the god that there is nothing impossible for him to do it's just the heart are you prepared to receive from him today are you prepared are you prepared to receive from him because we know his presence is here his presence is here to lift up burden to destroy yourself or to set free to make hole to heal he is here to turn around your situation he is here to lift up everybody up your voice unto him this morning and bless him bless him say father today i will not go back december because i know you are presence that is in this place holy spirit you are here you are here to heal you are here to save us you are here to turn around situations you are here to make us good holy spirit will welcome you do those things that only you alone can do glorify yourself in this service today we the arm of his strength surely i will surely for your enemies and the sons of foreigners shall not drink your new wine for which you have labeled all that you have taught all that you have done the five days that you have been in this presence all these days he said surely surely i will no longer give your grade as food to your enemies and the sons of foreigners shall not drink your new wine for which you have labored i tell him say father make this a permanent thing in my life today let what i will receive today let it be permanent what i have received all this week let it be permanent that i will have testimony to show that this is what the lord has done in the afghan 2021 i received my deliverance in fd 2021 i was made whole in fg 2021 i was restored in afghan 2021 i was blessed make it a cry unto him this morning father we thank you thank you because we know that your presence is here you are here to do great and mighty things sir we have no doubt king of glory will not shine this young lady come on celebrate jesus how can it be amen hallelujah this is my very favorite time in any service this is a time where we're going to be giving to god of what he has blessed us with it's a time for tight and offering i know some people have this notion that oh we've come again but i want you to know something i want to do something special today i'm going to take a scripture from genesis 26 and that scripture gave me a reason to give a seed offering today and i pray it convinces you to do the same in this text before isaac did what he did in this text in the beginning of verse 26 he said isaac had to relocate to egypt to meet with president abimelech but god appeared to isaac and gave him certain instructions i reminded him of his a abrahamic covenant his heritage of blessing but look at what verse 12 said amazing text in verse 12 god said when a is that what when isaac planted his crops so even after all the covenant of blessing that god had told isaac isaac still had to activate that blessing look at what he did in verse 12 he says when isaac planted his crops one transition says when he planted his seed that year look your seed is time bound and time specific look that year look at what he said he avested what a hundred times more grain than he planted this is someone with a covenant of blessing but he had to do something he had to put something in the ground for something for harvest to come and look at what happened in verse 13 i want to go he became a very rich man his wealth the problem with our african blessing is that he stops with one or two generations there is no posterity what you want to put in the ground today is what i call the seed of greatness that is what isaac did so you're gonna all what you have prescribed already to write today you have predated your check since last week for today's service i want you to put more zeros and make it from an offering to a sacrifice a seed offering a seed offering like what isaac did isaac already was blessed but something for him to set his blessing is in motion he had to put something in the ground your quality of seed determines the quality of harvesting we get so today i'm not here to call you i'm doing what i'm i'm saying so today take your checkbooks your credit card whatever you have to give a worthy seed offering and we will take our regular tights but this is specific i want you to give a seed offering that will change the generations of your life to come so i want you to do that prepare something amazing or what i've said is for you to just put one more zero for some people will be two more zeros there will be three more zeros as your faith can carry you this is how you will change your destiny forever it's called a seed offering a seed offering and i pray as you so god will bless you to lead us in a prophetic high praise none other than his name is sami or kosum so i want you to gut your seed together before we do that i want you to raise your seat up everybody raise your seat up whatever you have chosen to give god today i want you to raise it up to heaven and make a declaration over it yourself say what you want god to do just don't limit yourself it's a blank check so tell god what you want les katie brady father in the name of jesus as your children in obedience are lifting this seed offering and they are tied up lord i pray these same isaac blessings the same abrahamic blessings the same jacob's blessing that has perpetuated generation that in 2021 is still relevant i pray that anointing fall upon her seat today and it begins to germinate hundred-fold blessing million-fold blessing that will not stop in my generation will not stop india generation but we perpetrate for years to come we hear of rockefeller we have all these people there is a mandate this morning that lord will release upon us lord will receive this offering in jesus mighty name we are praying give it up for the minister sammy of course hallelujah can we sunday rather each you were born in september just stand up so that we can pray for you anywhere you are if we're born in the month of september just stand up let's pray for you father we thank you for your children who are born in the month of september bless you for each one of them we bring them before you today and we ask you oh god the god who has kept them through the years the god who has taken them across the valley taking them over mountains some blockages and barriers taking them across the plains of unpredictability and uncertainties and has brought them to this place of victory father we thank you we ask you oh god almighty that in the next 12 months whatever you have done for them do them in a measure give them grace give them mercy show them favor give them protection father give them provision and let your presence be strong in their lives in the name of jesus christ grant to god that one year from this month father when we gather to talk and to reflect will testify that the lord our god is good and his mercy is endured forever blessed be the name of the living god in jesus name we pray amen hallelujah john was talking about what has happened in the last kingsley and dr sam adeyemi it was awesome awesome awesome today is going to be all summer and by the end of his message and by the end of today's service it will be awesome amen you know cool crafted many many years from a distance and by the grace of god over the last couple of years almost six seven years now we we have been talking and he's imparted my life so much i learned from him when he talks to me i take down notes because he talks with the coaches he pays the coaches i take the notes for free thank god for that oh yeah so the pastor senior pastor of this stature probably said about him through the video introduction the next voice you hear after this is that of dr sam adeyemi ladies and gentlemen get ready sam adami is the senior pastor of daystar christian center in lagos okay just maintain your focus okay just be focused if you can see me when i'm picking up he did and he got the anointing and then went back to the same jordan that elijah and he and himself had crossed and he shouted where is the god of elijah hit the thing the thing parted for him ah people saw him they said the spirit of elijah now rest on elijah that's somebody's testimony here today that this conference and this service becomes a reference point for someone so they say bc and they say 80. okay there's a b-a-f-g and there's an after in other words for someone the story changes here the story changes here the things that are impossible with men are possible with god someone comes into that phase of possibilities and what was so difficult before today is going to happen so easy even you will be surprised the one thing you will be clear about is that it was not you because you're going to do the same thing you did before the results are going to be different now same phone calls the results will be different now same applications and proposals the results are going to be different now same emails the results are different now if you're the one i've been talking about say powerful amen please let's have a i'm just so blessed to be here just wish like the service would just continue brother sammy wow let's appreciate brother sammy you're so very specially you are a special gift just been so blessed today so blessed worshiping hallelujah thank you lord thank you pastor joe and pastor yemi thank you so much for having me back to be a part of this conference this year pastor joe you're looking sharp i must say in fact you are looking sharper [Applause] no sharpest i want to get a nobel prize [Music] so pastor yemi pastor nicholas has to greet you very specially she's she she's preaching somewhere she's preaching arizona this body is their puzzle in the house so we're grateful we're grateful to god we're grateful for the opportunity to see ourselves again and i am here not to preach a powerful someone because you have phenomenal teachers in the house but i'm just conscious of the fact that this for someone is an appointment and then i'm just going to speak as i am inspired to speak one of our young billionaires in church in nigeria said to me [Music] the first time we got to speak at close range he said oh by then i was running my doctoral program in strategic leadership so he said pastor how is your program going i said it's hard doctor a doctoral program is hard on any day the thing just hangs in your head anything that it wants to displace everything including god just wants to take number one place you know so he said pastor why are you giving yourself stress why distress eh just pray anything god tells you just come and say it he said because that's how i got my breakthrough he said my first deal real estate deal i needed money was a nigerian currency 20 million i said i had no idea where to get the money from he said i was in the service and as you were teaching he said what happens to me is i hear even what you did not say it's easier for me to hear from god while you're speaking so he said what you were speaking he said the names of four people just dropped in my spirit that i should ask them for money so he said right after the service and you stepped outside i took my phone i called the first one asked him to loan me five million error he agreed i called the second one the third one the fourth one while i was still in church premises he said that was it okay so stop all this stress you're giving yourself what he said made sense it's just that i also said to him okay but you've been listening to me see what you became okay he said so have you observed your circle of influence is changing the circle of friends changing now your friends some of them are governors and presidents said just fast forward to 10 years time what will i be saying that will make sense to you i said that's why i'm running ahead it's because of who you are becoming that's why i went to school so that i'll still be making sense to you in 10 years time right [Applause] but i'm prophesying about someone here that you will hear even what i will not say the spirit of god will break through every barrier to deliver direction to someone here today in the name of jesus a simple step that you take into obedience to god will result in big breakthroughs in the name of jesus christ so i read from ii corinthians chapter 12 and verse 9 new living translation second corinthians 12 and verse 9 new living translation each time he said my grace is all you need my power works best in weakness so now i am glad to boast about my weaknesses so that the power of christ can walk through me i'll title this candidate for the anointing i ask sweet holy spirit that you inspire me to speak to speak your word you know every single person that is a part of the service either physically or online or even the one that will participate in the service after today and i'm asking lord let destiny happen let your kingdom come let your will be done put someone in alignment with your divine plans and purposes and then further let the power of the holy spirit come on each one to empower us to fulfill destiny to break through limitations to walk in absolute victory in the name of jesus christ thank you lord in jesus name all right so that's a lesson i learned many years ago about how oysters make peels or how pills are made in oysters how and you know you you pick them up on the ocean you know and they said when a grain of sand enters the shell it irritates the oyster it irritates the oyster and then the oyster in order to get away from the pain secrets fluid you know gradually secretes fluid that forms around that grain of sand ultimately it is that fluid that solidifies and becomes a beautiful bear in the process of wanting to be free from pain okay to isolate the source of pain to get some relief it produces the power and that's what you have going on in second corinthians chapter 12. paul they are puzzled i mean the phenomenal apostle paul began that chapter by describing his encounters with god and the level of revelations people in other churches people in at the church in current that paul was a fake so and then he said look i was caught up to the third heavens is that i had things there some of which i was not even permitted to share with human beings he said but so that i would not become proud said i found something in my life a messenger of satan is wondering why should i have to be dealing with something like this when i am disappointed when i'm this powerful it it doesn't fit so he said concerning this thing he said i prayed to god three times i pray to god through this thing does not fit my life i am supposed to be successful take it out it's not fitting the pictures are what do you know about the picture leave it that actually is what has given me the opportunity to channel grace into your life wow he said because my own power works best when you are weak i don't want to walk when you are strong because when we have the results we won't know who brought out the result you will have something to brag about i want to walk in that area where you have nothing to brag about the bank was going to close at 5 00 pm they had been praying trusting god for this money for days the money was not showing up now it was the last day and the hours were ticking by 4 45 a man walked into the office and and brought out an envelope and said you know what i was saving some money for something but the lord just spoke to me and why do you always wait till the last minute you could have brought this thing days ago you know it was like this thing was going to fall apart he said the holy spirit replied and told him oh no i wait the last minute so you can exhaust all your options i don't want a scenario where i do it and it looks like i was one of the options no i wanted to exhaust all of your options then i show up now you know it's me right weaknesses so that the power of christ can walk through me amazing so what god squeezes out of you when you're going through difficult times is anointing ask the only fruit we find it easy to use the anointing oil right to use the olive oil as anointing oil but how did the fruit come about how did the oil okay good so i'm not contesting that it's scriptural principle you received it right but it's post-dated check so when the holy spirit begins to take you through the brother and you wonder what's going on but i thought i received the anointing where is the anointing it is working in fact it's the anointing that is now organizing your life and taking through you through the curriculum of the holy spirit oh yeah what he squeezes out of you when you're going through those difficult times is the anointing of the holy spirit i look back now and i realize the things that caused me pain that gave me stress as a christian that drove me to pray they are the things that make my story inspiring now interesting like but when i was going through them it wasn't easy it wasn't easy you know like i shared one of my stories yesterday how i visited many embassies and got a lot of rejection before i was able to travel out of nigeria very interesting scenario you know the the british guys those ones they were my customers at the point i remember at the point i told myself i will wear these guys out if they refuse me i'll go back again if they refuse me i'll go back again so i went that year they refused me a visa i was back the following week so when i got to the window where they were getting the application the guy looked to say you were here recently i said yes okay then you had to go yes you put in your application then they gave you an interview you came back was when i came back the second time that they said okay we'll be getting back to you they held the application i think it was it was eight months later before i heard from they just hanged it i think they got the brief they got the idea i had made up my mind it was going to cost money i'll just be going back tell people look i teach persistence but for once just because i was sitting there and had my interview with the holy spirit before i met the visa officer and the holy spirit told me you will not get this visa so when the guy interviewed me beautiful interview everything was going smooth and all of a sudden he said well i'm just sorry i won't be able to give you a visit i wanted to push more documents at him he said no no don't worry i believe you i believe you if somebody says he believes you whatever you want to say after that he said he said he believed me he said but i'm just sorry and that was when i said okay can i have my passport please smiled out because and it was not the devil then it was god and i went back and prayed and the holy spirit spoke to me you know and said he wanted me to stay and build our church first okay and the church exploded you know after that so to me it was supposed to be rejection but it was actually redirection some of the people we are bitter against are actually helping us so what's the point of the bitterness god is using us to redirect us to the fulfillment of our destinies amen what i love about that experience is the fact that i was going i would have been bitter against the visa officer believing it was the visa officer that was the devil or the devil's agent i am happy about the fact that in that scenario i shifted my attention from people from the situation and focused it on god and that was where everything changed and that's the question i want to ask you today are you focusing on the pain why are you focusing on god the moment god gave paul his perspective paul switched to rejoicing even though the situation had not changed can you imagine he even said as it is now i won't even be ashamed of the issue now i'm going to brag about it so that is where the anointing is coming from bring it on yeah that's what he said he said so now i am glad to boast about my weaknesses so that the power of christ can walk against can walk through me so if you're one of those people that believes that the fact that a child of god you are blessed by god you are anointed means that your life has to look perfect i think you are making a mistake one of the things that is likely to happen is that when you come close to people that are anointed blessed by god functioning under grace you're going to be disappointed and soon you will be gossiping you will be disappointed because when you come close to them you will suddenly find out that they have flaws or they have things they are dealing with and then to you it will be an anomaly to you to be they must be doing something wrong they must be fake oh no that happened to me once i got close god god gave me a mentor i got close to him then i now saw his human side and i saw some dimensions to him and in any case even very different from me temperament wise so i saw some things i didn't like and then i was going to get you know distracted disaffected and then the holy spirit said to me hold on why did why did i connect you with him i said for the grace on his life to flow on my life he said exactly focus on that i did not call you to do assessment on him on that he said what you don't know is that he is aware of those weaknesses and that it is because of his conversations with me about them actually that's why i'm putting that amount of anointing on his life and if you can't deal with that then you can deal even with your own flaws so i stopped focusing on people i just only realized that nobody has any power to do anything nobody can hurt me without god's permission first corinthians 10 13 there is no temptation that has come to you that is not common to man there's nothing somebody else people have not seen before he said but god is faithful who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able to bear the key word that always jumps out to me there is the word allow allow that devil has not been invented that can hurt me without god's permission that's what you get from the story of job we get bitter with people for nothing honestly we get bitter with people for not they don't have the power we ascribe to them we make a lot of noise about the devil he's doing this he's doing that he's not that powerful he can't do anything beyond what he is allowed to do satan was created to be a messenger for god he's created an angel and they've not changed his job description just that he's a rebel so whatever he's he wants to do sometimes god allows him to do some sometimes god does not allow him to do something he's still a messenger so even when he's acting crazy he's helping to fulfill god's assignment no one can hurt you without god's permission and they always have limits amen i'm not going to ascribe to anybody anymore more power than they really have not any boss not any government official no one nobody amen satan just distracts us makes us better with people okay makes us better but he's the one trying to hurt us actually i have a lot of stories with immigration stories it was january 2009 i arrived at heathrow and we were opening an office in london that week so this was thursday morning and i had just employed a young man a manager he resumed office on monday and i was just going to put him through you know and we're going to discuss the things we would do for the year and then you know i saw the immigration officer i was smiling it took me a few seconds to realize the lady was not smiling you know and then before i knew it he asked me to sit down give me a of your past said i should sit down i waited for some time and then a customs officer came and said well they said i should check your bags so we went to the baggage claim area he said i should take my bags the only thing he observed was at the bargain claim area people were greeting me good morning sir good morning sir so he stopped and asked one of them you know him say oh yes who is he guy said he said oh you're a good man okay so i'm gonna i'm going back to tell them they'll let you go okay in a few minutes thank you only that when i got up there i sat down again for quite a while until another person came a lady british nigerian she said they said i should check your bags okay we went again she was checking through the bags checking through she got to a point you know and she was chatting with me said i hear you a pastor said yes accidentally you've not met before you've been coming here to preach say yes apparently you've not preached in my church before she got to a point she said look what's the point really then she said look i better check everything you know she said just that when i woke up i could not have imagined i would be doing this you know when i woke up this morning ah that was when i sensed there was something went back waited again before they now picked me i said i had to go and do an interview long and short of it i ended up at the detention center oh yeah at heathrow i spent the whole day there i saw all sorts of things other people that had been stopped by immigration people crying wailing all sorts you know then before they came back and said you know what we're not allowing you in cancel my five-year visa you know and the interesting thing is that you know i said this was january night we did christmas in london we had just left ten days before okay so i can't even i couldn't at that time i couldn't remember the last time they asked me any question at immigration at heathrow why are you here okay have a nice time and then this one like joke you know like like a movie you know but having you know come with the holy spirit up to that point i had no business with the devil my focus was on god so at the detention center it was just so holy spirit what is this about you know what is this about let me back up to let me back up to the last refusal i got at the british embassy before i began to get visas and how okay we had this appointment we traveled on family vacation to greece and italy just came back and the next day i had this appointment at the british air commission so because i had issues with them i felt like this time this time all the documents were okay there was money in the account we just came back from europe so and then i had my letter of invitation came from kicc and apart from the letter of invitation they wrote a letter how did they guarantee for financial indemnity or sometimes i've forgotten how to try to that they should be fined if i did not return to nigeria so with me all the documents were correct everything set only that i was refused again and then in the middle of the night about 2 a.m i woke up went into the study lay on the floor and said holy spirit i was so sure it was time so what's the problem this time say yes the way you want to structure your traveling i have a problem with it it will distract you from what i asked you to build here so whenever you want to travel you will ask me i'll tell you where to go you will go straight there and come straight back home as a deal if that's the issue as i stood up from the floor i just heard my spirit write a letter to the high commissioner so i sat down on the desk drafted the letter and then asking him to review my application so when i got to the point where i was relaying what happened at the interview then the anger came and i was putting it on paper i was angry with the visa officer that interviewed me honestly i was then the elizabeth said don't be bitter with anyone write what i ask you to write i say okay i'm now it's not my problem i ended up with a beautiful diplomatic letter you know got to the office asked my personal assistant to go send it by korea what i was requesting for was another interview two weeks later also maybe 10 between 10 days and two weeks i can't remember exactly my peers ran into my office holding a letter you need to see me you need to see this it wasn't an interview they said the application for visa has been approved come and pick your office out it's also dead right so i'm just saying having been through that and knowing okay now that it is the fact that the holy spirit is jealous over his plans for my life he doesn't want me running his agenda on my plans he doesn't want any addition he doesn't want any subtraction exodus 25 verse 40. moses you know god said to moses seed that you build according to the pattern that was shown to you on the mountain according to the design that was do exactly that so once i realized that was the issue that's why when i was then detained i mean which was which was supposed to be a really rough deal i was perfectly calm i said holy spirit what is this about he said yes he said i'm going to move you in a direction in which you would not have gone if this had not happened i say okay we're ready for another redirection so there was a flight be a flight out in the night to abuja so i said they should put me on the flight and please make sure that i was in the business class [Music] when it was time to go it was real movie when it was time to go the two gentlemen came two officials came and said sir you won't be going through the normal route we will have to escort you today to the plane he said that's fine and then as we're walking he said sir you look very different from the normal kind of people that we deal with here so we'll explain to you what's going to happen we're not going to walk straight okay to the boarding gate we'll have to take you in the vehicle okay and this that vehicle they said it's actually a cage we just want to warn you if you get a phone call don't pick it because there's a camera in there to be recording you all through i said oh thank you when we got to the plate they said sorry we're not giving you a passport we'll give it to the head of the crew when you've left uk space airspace they'll give you your passport that's because if the plane comes back within the at the uk airspace uh you you are not supposed to get your passport they will bring it back to us thank you movie right so once we were out of uk airspace the head of the cabin crew came and said reverend what happened i said don't worry just some slight issues with immigration will sort ourselves out said okay so here's your passport when we landed in abuja as i was walking out of the aircraft then she said reverend all the best to you well sorry you won't just be walking straight out of the aircraft these gentlemen from the nigerian immigration are here to take you say oh okay thank you so the moment the two gentlemen saw me they just prostrated don't worry let's go i'll explain to you so what's the point i'm driving at if you see anyone blessed lifted anointed and in your own thinking your assumption is that by the time you are that blessed you are anointed it means your life is perfect if at the proof that god loves you and the proof that you are anointed and blessed that you have grace that your life is perfect i'm saying you are grossly mistaken because the problem there is that it tells me right now you are not dealing well with your own issues and you don't need to tell me before i know that you have issues the things that ordinary people in the world will see in a person's life and write the person off say write the person off as a failure something's wrong with the person it doesn't work in god's economy like that paul the apostle says those things actually god told me that's the reason why he's pouring grace into my life because his power is you know is revealed in my own weakness so i'm i'm not going to hide my issues why do we find the story of joseph so inspiring it was the challenges what's the challenges and i love what joseph himself said all of us know a normal person that goes through such situations should be bitter but he was not when their father died his brothers thought they were dead that it was the presence of their dad that was restraining joseph so they came and lied he said our father said before he died and you should have mercy on us genesis 50 verses 18 to 20 new king james version genesis 50 18 to 20 new king james version then his brothers also went and fell down before his face and they said behold we are your servants joseph said to them do not be afraid for am i in the place of god but as for you you meant evil against me but god meant it for good in order to bring it about as it is this day to save many people alive amen so he was saying i know you guys think that you were in charge all that time that you were deciding on what to do okay you thought you were in charge you were not you know the first discussion they had was to kill him and then one of them said he's our blood let's not kill him why did the discussion go like that it was god's intervention i'm telling you that at the meeting where they're mentioning your name god is showing up on your behalf he is putting limits putting boundaries on what satan can do don't glorify him he's not as powerful as people think he is they could not kill him because god had shown him a vision of the future one of the major things a vision from god does is to preserve your life no devil can kill you until the fulfillment of those visions and dreams god gave here you remember some 40 people got together and made a vow that they would not eat until they had killed or killed paul did they kill paul no if they kept their vows then they died of starvation i trust them they suspended the vow you can't kill him until his time comes okay so they then say oh okay then they saw the ishmaeli they saw those traders come in and say let's sell him let's tell him i sleep let them carry him to a far country so that we would never even see him anymore and then they went to tell the dad that he was dead they were deceiving themselves why did god allow for him to be sold to traders going to egypt because interestingly there was a dimension to the vision that god did not tell anybody he will always remain god the secret things belong to god the ones that are revealed are the ones we can do deuteronomy 29 29 god did not tell anybody including joseph himself the location for the fulfillment of the vision it was egypt when the discussion got to let's sell him to traders to carry to egypt god said yeah yeah go ahead with that because that egypt actually is the place for the fulfillment of the vision that's why he was telling his brothers i know you thought you sold me actually it wasn't you it was god that was sending me there are two dimensions to it so you look at it from the human angle it was betrayal it was selling into slavery you look at it from god's perspective it was sending everyone that walked against you until today was helping you thank them all the bitterness is unnecessary hallelujah your challenges are meant to put you in a state of total dependence on god that's all god wants to get out of it so little bit they say father i say exactly your voice is sounding like music to my ears he says i prayed the first time nothing happened i prayed the second time exactly you need to pray you need to need god amen you remember jacob gifted man talented with prophecy about him even before he was born and then i don't know what the problem was with isaac he named the young man according to the circumstances of his birth instead of naming him by the prophecy two nations are in your womb even if you lack creativity in choosing names for your children name the first one nation one nation two or first nations second nation why name somebody isa islam is hairy because he had a lot of hair on his body the second one they said he was struggling with his brother because he had the leg so obviously he wanted to come out first this guy is a clever guy and then jacob was struggling with that all his life unable to trust god depending on his calmness and his cleverness genesis 32 god goes again into survival mode and then began to resume and later we we then realized it was god it was a manifestation of god jacob had to was always in competition had to always win had to always skim find their way through at the point then they said god knocked his hip out of the hip socket created the weakness because that's what we're talking about right created a weakness even then the guy was still wrestling then god said it's okay i'm leaving and for the first time you you hear jacob say ah if you don't bless me i will not let you go he says why didn't you start from there what is your name say we have to deal with this problem from the foundation what is unity says jacob the clever one from today your name is no longer jacob your name is now israel the prince of god oh thank anointed when he meets jacob the man who had vowed before he left home that he would kill him jacob he saw ran towards him hugged him and kissed him wow because the person he vowed to kill was dead and buried this was a new person now anointed with the character of god did i hear you say amen so whatever it is we're going through this is the purpose of it but we will not take our focus and put it on the problem that we will learn to put our focus on god and learn to depend on him as our helper depend on him as our provider depend on him as our healer depend on him instead of quarreling pray instead of fighting pray instead of being bitter pray just focus on god amen just focus on god so i close with second corinthians chapter 4 verse 7 new king james version then i will read new living translation second corinthians 4 7 but we have these treasures in 18 vessels that the excellence of the power may be of god another verse new living translation says we now have this light shining in our hearts but we ourselves are like fragile clay jars containing this great treasure this makes it clear that our great power is from god not from ourselves amen [Music] so you read that verse you remember the story of gideon and how god wanted to deliver israel from the midianites through gideon and god told him to blow the trumpet gideon gathered a large 32 000 people showed up and god said i don't walk that way i don't if you get the victory you will think it's because of the size we need to trim down these people by the way you don't fight with people that are not committed he says make an announcement anyone who just got married and is still on honeymoon he will be distracted anyone who just bought land or just planted the farm hasn't eaten the fruit from it and so let them go back 22 000 people said [Music] we'll see you later ten thousand left god said there's still too many bring them down to the river let's test them a little bit only 300 made it and gideon gave them jars of clay but put touches you know with fire on them inside and they approached the enemy he said when i blow the trumpet smash those jars of clay and then bring out the light and let's trust god for victory so when i read this passage of scripture it just you know describes exactly the same thing we're carrying something powerful we're carrying something something very powerful it's the anointing the only thing is as long as we don't learn to depend on god as long as we've not come to the end of our human ability that power will be held back that means our jaw of clay is still in place okay our dependence on our human ability is still in place it's shielding the light it's frost it's blocking the flow of the anointing that jar of clay needs to be smashed to pieces so that we will have nothing to brag about when we share our story when we share our testimony it would be obvious only god can get the glory did i hear you say amen this conference marks the end of struggle for someone honestly that if you've experienced grace from god you you will appreciate what i'm saying you you really struggled and struggled to do something you struggled to get something and then when it is god's time when grace kicks in you get the same thing and you wonder could it be this easy exactly it can be really easy especially when it's impossible look at abraham and sarah as long as they still had some ability they were playing tricks that was when sarah came up with this fantastic idea and they produced ishmael and then abraham went to god and said god it looked like you were about to be boxed into a corner because sarah is past menopause me too i'm on the way but just before that happens we organized something so bless him god said oh fine he came from you so i'm going to bless him know no god wants to get all the glory i'm calling someone today into a prayer of consecration total dependence on god lord if it is not you then i don't want it i'm not going to do it my way i'm not going to ski what you give me is what i have if you scheme to get it somebody with a better scheme will take it i'm calling us to that place of consecration and for someone today honestly what i hear is name change they called you poor they will be shocked name change someone will leave the service and you will know that all those negative labels they pulled on you have fallen off what was impossible is becoming possible each time he said my grace is all unique my power works best in weakness so now i am glad to boast about my weaknesses so that the power of christ can walk through me will you by your head with me and pray lord i don't want to waste my pain open my eyes to see what's really going on i take my eyes of the pain i take my eyes off the challenges if i ever thought somebody was my problem i take my eyes off them today if i thought it was the devil i take my eyes off him today he's not worth my attention i'm focusing on you show me your glory let your power be revealed in my weakness i commit today to follow you i commit to obey you i commit to do it your way i ask you to anoint me afresh empower me afresh to fulfill the destiny you have for me thank you yourself what's that coincidence in verse 13 he was anointed in verse 14 his name was mentioned in the palace no coincidences with god no coincidences with god i'm declaring that by this anointing this empowerment this anointing for greatness coming on someone here that heaven will cause your name to be mentioned where it matters the next seven days the next seven days your name will come up you for everyone that said this prayer my brothers and my sisters thank you and thank you because jesus said there is joy there's celebration in heaven when this happens you threw a party in heaven because you love us so father we just pray lord everyone that said this prayer thank you for forgiving their sins thank you for removing the nature of sin satan's nature every human being inherits thank you for removing the nature from them thank you for putting your own nature in them so father we just pray teach them to know you personally intimately teach them to love you and teach them to love other people the rest of their lives in jesus name heavenly father i thank you for everyone that occupies a leadership position here because you show me that leadership is spiritual warfare leadership is spiritual warfare and today father in the name of jesus i receive grace for them especially whatever the challenge may be i declare the siege is over the warfare is over we declare victory and father thank you because the season of restoration is here i hear that in my spirit whatever satan stole maybe have been time it may have been opportunities it may have been relationships down for a moment but um this is a strategic service you know when god is about to do something he enters a different zone so i would like us to be a part of the service and focus as we wrap this service up thank you so much dr sam for that word thank you for ministering life thank you because i believe with all of my heart that will be testimonies from this message amen do i have a witness here uh you know as he was talking it was saying so many things that you know so we'll talk about some of those things much later but thank you so very much now we're going to do three more things number one we'll do an anointing we're going to anoint everybody it's going to be self-anointing the echo here places too much self-anointing so we're going to do an anointing and after that we'll get the children to come dance and then we'll take our thanksgiving offering for the day and those of you who have not given an offer you'll have an opportunity to give an offering okay are we together on that let me read two passages for you isaiah chapter 10 27 it shall come to pass in that day that his burden will be lifted from of your shoulder and his yoke from around your neck for the yoke shall be destroyed by a reason of the anointing or the anointing all is a is symbolic of the holy spirit it comes upon you and it is able to lift up burdens and destroy yokes acts chapter 10 verse 38 it says how that god anointed jesus christ with what the holy ghost and with power remember the anointing oil is symbolic of the holy spirit they anointed him with the holy spirit and with power who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed of the devil one translation says that he went about doing good and healing all those who are harassed harassed by the devil the devil harasses you in different ways a plethora of ways thank god for the testimony of dr sam this morning he has articulated particularly for those of us who are immigrants one of the ways the devil can harass you can torment you i've shared my story here many times you wake up in the night in cold sweat wondering what will happen will you get this letter of approval the devil harasses your mentally psychologically financially he harasses you it harasses you physically harasses you professionally harasses you relationally it harasses you in many ways plethora of ways some of you are aspiring politicians you want to get into government the devil will harass you he will strangulate some of your relationships he will create hostility he will create chaos somewhere dry up finances and the financial support you need for your aspiration the bible says that the anointing of god put that scripture back he said how god anointed jesus christ with the holy ghost our power and he went about doing good and healing all those were harassed by the devil for it shall come to pass in that day that his burden he was talking about the assyrians but which is the euphemistic of the devil his burden will be lifted from off your shoulders and the yoke shall be destroyed by reason of the anointing oil so i say all of this to steal your heart and put you in readiness so that as you anoint yourself kovi 19 protocol i can't anoint you nobody's going to anoint you we do self-anointing and we have prayed and trusting god that as the all touches your head as it all touches any part of your body the grace of god the glory of god the mercy of god the power of god will flow through you and accomplish the purpose of god for you in this moment lift up your burdens break every yoke destroy every element and representation of the devil upon your life in the name of jesus christ do you believe that do you believe that so i you we the ushers will guide you you will pick you'll just they will guide you you're going to use the spoon scoop the all anoint yourself come back to your seat and sit down and be in a prayer mode and after that i will pray um i'll pray a prayer following the anointing okay are we ready watch us so just follow your guidance you walk you get up scoop the spoon anoint yourself and come back to your seed please let's move quickly let's just move very quickly give us some that you have said that it shall come to pass in that day that the burden truly shall be lifted from of our shoulders and the yoke from around our necks for the yoke shall be destroyed by reason of the anointing or today once again we have walked in in compliance with that ordinance we have been anointed with anointing all and i ask you oh god almighty that your word will come true for every single one that every burden on the shoulders of your people today let it be lifted up in the name of jesus christ every yoke that the enemy has wrapped around the shoulders the legs the limbs any part of their life their body their endeavors their space their places father today in the name of the rexorita christ we command that yoke to be broken in the name of jesus christ and we demand oh god in accordance with your word that in this place on this day for everyone who has participated within here or at home father let there be a new beginning let there be a new day let there be a new dawn let there be a new experience in the name of jesus christ for if the son of man shall set you free you shall be free indeed this is an anointing order for freedom but this is an anointing for breaking out let your people break out new dawn new experiences new encounter new levels new eras in the name of jesus christ father we thank you today because we know you are able to do beyond what we have asked and in accordance with your word blessed be the name of the living god in jesus mary name we have prayed and the people of god say amen glory to god put those hands together and give god praise be seated for a minute i'll be sitting for a minute um let's take our offerings for those who did not give their offering the first time and those who want to give god a thanksgiving a thanksgiving offering even if you give the first time i want us to give god a thanksgiving offering for what he has done for us this one week it's been awesome it's been wonderful and if god can be this gracious he will do a lot more before the end of the year amen you know reverend has preached such a powerful message you will not die before your time you know the devil will not take you out before your time you know if god gave you a vision you will fulfill that vision in jesus name amen glory to god so uh the platforms are on the screen uh the giving platforms please take away my capture people because god has brought us a long long way and you know i keep telling some of our leaders i said well a lot of hiccups as a church but thank god we have entered or we are entering that season where we are about to to soar amen amen okay so those of you are coming here today for you for the first time you've never been to this church since you came out of the garden of eden and we
