I used to be a cake decorator for a large box chain stores. Only difference was we defrosted cakes and then decorated them. Miss doing the decorating but don’t miss the corporate BS

Interesting how not automated this process is, this could be the same factory producing cakes in the 1960s. Basically just a big bakery in its process, very labour intensive.
