Amazing Goodwill Outlet Haul

all right so i just got done doing a quick 45 minute one hour a little hot shot at my local goodwill outlet um i got 23 pounds uh it was under 30 bucks it don't have a receipt on me i'll show you real quick what i got on this thursday really interesting finds check this stuff out all right first off we got a google home it's like an alexa but for google i have one of these i bought it a few years ago actually i think i spent sorry i don't know that if you have a minute i can show you a few things i can do alexa alexa cancel i think alex is getting jealous i gotta be honest uh anyway this is a google home uh i think i spent a little over a hundred for for mine um not sure resale value on this but uh happy to pick it up we have some out of print vhs we have easy riders i typically will lock these up i find them from time to time easy rider vhs magazine i think most of this is safe to view on youtube as far as the pictures on the box this is really out of print a rotten look at sturgess and then another easy writer um by themselves without the sturgis maybe a couple dollars each altogether i'm thinking about 16.95 life on mars complete um the discs are in excellent shape like new condition uh about 20 bucks um this is the fifth yeti cup this is the uh what do you call it um i forget the name of this yeti cup uh this is the fifth one i found at the local uh wayan pay the goodwill outlet um the others came with like all the yeti brochures in them and were sealed this one was loose there is a local academy i'm guessing that i got a deal on a bunch of these and uh put their logo on it that of course you know hurts the value i'm just keeping these for myself um these are fantastic little tumblers there we go tumblers i think this is what uh forget how many ounces this tumbler is but you know i'm just putting them on my shelf because these are normally at you know 20 to like 30 bucks um and these are brand new it's beginning to look a lot like uh halloween we got ourselves a fog maker um again another thing i'm just keeping for myself put on the porch with the halloween decorations don't know if we're going to have trick-or-treaters or if halloween is going to be canceled this year but you know happy to add a fog machine to the to the arsenal uh everest again something i'm keeping for myself i like this brand of fanny pack i'm masculine enough to admit that i like to wear fanny pack from time to time um for those of you out there that conceal carry you know that if you have a certain model of uh firearm that you want to carry with you these are an excellent place to store it if you don't want to put it in your pockets especially if you're out hiking or something love these uh everest fanny packs i like the color too so also going to a personal personal pile got a bolo for you guys to look out this is a bullard hard boiled hard hat you see that little that little uh symbol that the little logo there hard boiled i want you to hard boil that into your memory anytime you find a hard-boiled hard hat pick it up unless it's severely damaged hard-boiled hard hats are extremely extremely collectible i have sold uh hard-boiled hard hats for up to four or five hundred dollars before they are extremely extremely collectible and it's just one of those things that most people do not realize have value last time i got a large collection of hard-boiled hard hats it was in the free section among other things they're just throwing them out certain things like railroads aerospace stuff like that definitely you want to look out for but just in general hard boil hard hats and we'll go in detail with that another time of what to look out for so hard-boiled hard hats i know i've said that about 10 times already hard-boiled they're 11. uh here we have a 1998 i don't even know where this was actually uh the only the only name i reckon name is johnny rogers because i know he won the heisman 1972 husker probably most of these people i'm guessing most of these people sign this hat uh not a huge money maker but uh off to do a little bit more research but uh you know it weighs nothing so yeah i gotta own it uncle remus walt disney this is the soundtrack to the um band walt disney cartoon uh what's it called song of the south uh you know uh zippity-doo-dah guy um i don't think i've sold this exact uh 45 before um but i'm thinking about 15 pretty cool here we have a i need to clean up a little bit it works fine it's a remington uh rangefinder um it's gonna be the edge 500 or the t3 the interesting thing is i i can't find where this has ever sold on ebay um i've found comparable ones like online that have sold off ebay so i really don't know it's it's i don't know so i just had to grab it here we go uh home of jimmy carter official peanuts bowl this is going to be 70s definitely um i don't i don't know what this is about i don't know now jimmy carter was the 39th president of the united states this signature is wonky is all hell um i don't know if he signed this or not you know he is in his upper 90s i don't know when he would have signed this and i know to get your finger down in there you know you have less room so i don't know it looks like a jimmy i don't know it kind of looks like a d not a c so i i really don't know very light so i grabbed it that's pretty cool these are a bunch of postcards from the 1960s here's the original mercury 7. i think only a few of them are actually alive anymore i know uh grissom white chaffee glenn cooper uh they're all gone pretty cool uh just a bunch of 60s era nasa postcards um i have no idea i typically don't do postcards but i really like aerospace stuff i love nasa stuff so i'm gonna have to go through them and see how many i want to keep or sell and uh i don't know we'll find out it might be one of those things where i end up keeping them i'm doing a lot of that today and here i go again uh this is a excalibur dehydrator um these guys here go for quite a bit of money um again i know i'm keeping it because my current dehydrator is one of those dome dehydrators and this is just more space saving um the the only problem with it is that the cord was clipped um and in perfect working order these go for over a hundred bucks used um and i have no doubt that when i put a new uh plug on there it's gonna work these are pretty solid state so i think there's four or five trays great shape um so yeah i'm keeping that for myself now i know i teased everybody with the i i'm gonna imagine when i upload this i'm gonna post a picture of myself holding this and you all clicked on this to see it so until you know no more do let's let's get into this we have a complete orion flare distress kit um holds a standard flare we got flares you know it's empty um we got that there we have a it looks like uh maybe like a two meter ham radio and then we got these little red pop flares a bunch of those we got a mirror down there uh orange smoke uh all that fun stuff so you know am i gonna keep this for myself what am i going to use it for you know other than a zombie apocalypse i don't have a boat so um the problem with this guy here is you know i can't really list it on ebay i've seen the flares listed but the gun itself if you go to the sold you will see some that have sold but most of them uh if you click on them they're no longer active in other words ebay has pulled the ads so uh yeah i'm really surprised that goodwill sold this now i'm not surprised i got it uh at the weigh-in pay in reality anything that remotely looks like a weapon most goodwills are going to put in a bin to either destroy or send to the goodwill outlet that's how i ended up with it um what's the value on this you know i'm going to have to sell it locally of course you know i've seen kits with the flare gun the flares the smoke no radio for as high as you know 300 bucks i don't know i'm just gonna put it on probably not facebook probably craigslist is a safer place to put it maybe offer up and uh see what i can get so yeah guys thanks for watching i really appreciate it um this i just had to make this quick video to share this uh kind
