stopping EBay Scammers with this Sticker? Will it Work?

hey YouTube what's going on I just wanted to drop this video real quick because I know a lot of eBay errs and other sellers on other platforms if you are now well obviously in the future have an issue with that and that is fraudulent returns also known as the old switcheroo you sell an item this is a camera you send it they send you another one back identical but it's a different broken camera obviously some of the ways you can negate this is writing down the serial number putting it in the list and taking a picture of the serial number that will obviously kind of negate some of that not all of it but the smart scammers you know if you put the serial number down it might discourage some of them another idea I came up with and I don't know where I first heard about this it was somebody else so if that's you credit credit do but these are holographic anti-tamper stickers you might find them on products medical products some electronics I think and basically what it is is it allows you to push sticker my dogs are freaking out in the other room sticker like this has a hologram on it and it allows you to put that onto that item you make a note of that item that there is a anti-tamper sticker and they want to return it please return it with the original anti-tamper sticker will this do anything for eBay Willy Bay still force the refund probably unfortunately but it will definitely cut down on the amount of scammers that are gonna try the old switcheroo I'm gonna try this on I just this two days ago at Salvation Army it's a zero zojirushi zero she Joe salucci I don't even know how you pronounce that name really good brand Bobo look out for this this is a rice cooker they're very expensive new they're like 2 250 I just sold that for like 80 or 90 dollars so instantly so I don't think I'll have a problem with it but I'm going to give a test of these anti-tamper stickers I don't remember where I bought them I think it was a bay but I can't find the original one I found some on Amazon that are really good I'm gonna go ahead and put the link down below if you want to check those out and give this a shot yourself see ya anti-tamper and when you when you take the sticker off in case you're wondering that happens see how it leaves a little bit of residue behind and that sticker is not continuous it tells you that the stickers been removed and put on to another item so it's so I throw this tip out there I'm gonna start doing this probably only on higher-end electronics and items where this is applicable obviously you wouldn't put this on a clothing item or a hat it just wouldn't stick on but anything with metal this is hardened molded plastic maybe even would I you know I don't know possibly vulcanized rubber I'm not sure but yeah my tip of the week so there you have it my my tip of the week thanks for watching guys if you found any of this information valuable please consider subscribing if you enjoy watching videos about eBay reselling take Facebook Marketplace thrifting consider dropping a like and a subscribe until then we'll see you next time
