ALWAYS Get Brilliant Skin Tones with This Cheat Code!

hi there this is amish from pixem perfect and today i'm going to share with you a cheat code to get brilliant skin tones in photoshop in just under three minutes isn't that amazing step number one is simply downloading the skin color palettes the link to which are in the description of this video once you download them they should look something like this now back to photoshop step number two is finding out which document profile you're working on to find that out just simply click on this arrow at the bottom and just check document profile for me it is srgb step number three drag and drop the corresponding skin color palette onto the canvas so if you're working with srgb just drag and drop that onto the canvas if you're working with adobe rgb that should be your pick and similarly with pro photo rgb so in my case it was srgb so i'm just gonna drag it and drop it over the canvas in photoshop let's place it right here at the side and make it a little larger so that we can see the numbers and reference from them step 4 my friend is creating an average skin tone select the background layer or the subject layer make a copy press ctrl or command j we always want to have a backup now with the help of the lasso 2 make a selection of the areas that perfectly represent the skin tone you don't have to select the areas where color was added with makeup just natural skin tone areas remember to add to the selection just hold the shift key and add now after making the selection go to filter blur and then average now we have created an average reference skin tone press ctrl or command d to deselect step five simply create the most magnificent thing in photoshop and that is curves so click on the adjustment layer icon and then choose curves step 6 match the average skin tones to the closest sample select the curved symbol in the curves adjustment layer click on this scrubby hand right over there once that is activated hold the shift key and the control key and click on any one of these averaged skin color areas now first let's go to the red channel you will notice a point already created right now you can see that the input is 181 what is it closest to in this case i would say let's pick this one because it's closest to 190. so with this point selected let's set the output to 190. we will simply dial all these numbers in this color now let's go to the green channel let's set it to 142. so let's type in 142 in the output all right now let's go to the blue channel and this we will set to one one nine now you can just turn off the color palette or delete it and just delete the background copy or the subject copy with the averaged skin let's take a look at the before and after so this is the before and this is the after now you can decrease the opacity of the curves adjustment layer if you like but for me 100 is fine also if the skin gets too bright or too dark you can open up the curves properties and in the rgb channel at the top just create a point in the middle and bring it up or down to balance it out so that's how to create brilliant skin tones in photoshop with this cheat code if you want to understand how this works in more detail please do watch this video thank you so much for watching i will see you in my next one till then stay tuned and make sure that you keep creating
