reveal yourself yahweh reveal yourself and deny reveal yourself for our god is a man of war and he comes to heal and he comes to deliver and he comes to say set us free even from the old place because you set us free with a happy limitation begin to bring us out of the old season and bring us into our next and bring us into a place where we lay down our lives to you let something be born in this service that caused us our hearts to be ignited we say ignite our hearts we say ignite our hearts burn us so god we want nothing but your will burn us so god we want your route burn us oh god we want your standard burn us so god we want everything that you have for us burn no god we want your timing burn us in the name of jesus christ we thank you o god if you're causing a new grace to be obedient up to you that you're causing and you're releasing a new grace to bow before you and in this service we cast our crowns we cast our crowns we give you our achievements we give you our trophies we give you our titles and we say manifest yourself we say manifest yourself for you are divine and we are the branches and without you we can do nothing so we say you are the god who is our source for you are all in all and we say that you are the lord of our lives you are the lord of our lives you are the lord of our needs you are the lord of rock calling let there be a marking in this place we say mark every believer mark the backslider mark yes oh god those that are struggling with their calls mark them oh god in the name of jesus christ i thank you oh god if you're causing a new release of jesus christ bring us into a sober experience we declare that this experience is not emotional but we shake it deep in us all god begin to do a deep work in us of god in the name of jesus christ and we cast down everything in this service competing for our attention competing for our hearts in the name of jesus christ we say that there is an open portal in this place in jesus name and all blockage all restrictions all mass all rocks are boulders coming between us and the will of god shatter it in the name of jesus christ and bring us into the perfected glory the perfected expectation of your will and we give you praise yes we give you praise for you are the actor and the finisher of our faith we give you praise but you are the one that speaks and the elements bow before you we give you praise but you're the one that spoke one time and the son is still doing what you called it to do may we your people we lift our voice before you and we let out a shout to the lord who is our maker lift your boys to this place [Music] [Music] the altar [Music] what's all the fuss about the altar two full years of variance and pandemics and pp loan fraud and unemployment gimmicks social inequality and funerals and black bodies hitting the pavement and to call our political climate messi is a gross understatement this season has been long and expensive [Music] and maybe among the crowd my sentiments are mirrored but when i hear the word alter personally i'm triggered see when i hear altar i hear sacrifice and let's be real somebody always wants something my mind my heart my money my smarts my brain my beliefs my time there's no relief because i keep going and going and i keep giving and sowing without receiving and reaping my resources are leaving and i've been praying and fasting for alignment and refinement and since we're being honest i don't understand the assignment and seemingly neither does god because there's a lot going on down here and i'm exhausted so any positioning at an altar is not one that i choose because for me the altar symbolizes something i have to lose and when the cares of life keep chipping and chipping an altar is going to be the last thing i'm gripping real talk [Music] see i guess i expected more from this walk like a separation and delineation of the difference between those who herald the goodness of god and those who instead mock what it means to be his to really live for him and y'all i'm i'm trying to stay humble but like david i too almost stumbled because i've been holding my breath for the saints to get wins while using the heathen looking like fraternal twins it seems like time and chance it's happening to us all we are equally represented in the rises and the fall so make it make sense what am i building an altar for i'm sacrificing for what giving my will in exchange for what consecrating myself dying daily being good stewarding what i have for what i'm building more altars for what oh oh it's just me i see i see you're afraid to admit that you're over it too and it's okay because i get it we don't always get to be honest around other christians see usually this is the exact point where you're reminded of all the stuff you gave and done when you were a lowly sinner a modern-day slave when you performed for love of a man's attention and broke your back for people without even an honorable mention but you didn't care you did it anyway so the saints tell you don't give up on god right right here on the heels of this transparency is where we often get rebuked and our spiritual fatigue and weariness is where we get reminded that god owed us judgment but instead of exercising his right to end your life god used his might and gave you christ graciously reversed your plight so now you owe him everything right [Music] this is the epitome of insurmountable debt but the offer of abundant life is as good as it gets so as an act of appreciation i accept this salvation and that's why i serve i bow i give i decree i love i seek i confess i weep at the very thought that someone like him would pick someone like me so i'm doing my all down here i think am i doing it right [Music] because it don't seem like enough cause i'm not able to be able and i saw what happened to cain got me asking myself if i'm doing this all in vain cause on the outside it really doesn't seem like much has changed why on earth would i build another altar because i'm supposed to because you said so cause all the bible greats did it what if i can't see god i want to symbolically take the natural elements of my physiology and build you something beautiful i really do but all i have are these ugly stones in my heart and this rotted wood in my veins and this shattered glass that is my hope collectively my materials are a joke but that's all i have will you take that can you use that is this messy version of me good enough to build you an altar that you'd meet me at in public or does my feeble state embarrass you if i symbolically call your name or reach for you will you keep walking by me like the secret lovers do insert the awkward silence because i've prayed this prayer before i've asked more than once but no answer but you know what i'm desperate right now i'm running on fumes and since i heard that this has worked for others here's my shot so not waiting on his response to my query or for his approval i take what i have and i go build i construct an altar with my confessions of unworthiness and my guilt-ridden apologies for wasting his poor and his love in times past then i take all that i am and ever hope to be and i place it there on the altar trembling at the thought that he rejected i still dropped my poorly packaged offering and then i dropped me bowing at my knee saturated in a full weep at the altar but then something unexplainable happens i start to feel lighter not empty lighter [Applause] see i thought laying down all i had to give was me losing proficiency but when i let it all go and told god he could have it i felt no deficiency and i actually felt safe i actually felt loved in the presence of god i felt respected parenthesis i said i felt respected by god but y'all ain't ready to discuss the importance of that tonight because it means you can't treat people any type of way anymore and you will be forced to leave your gift at the altar and say i'm sorry and come back if you call yourself christian but i digress i felt nurtured i felt heard valued and free and that moment the holy spirit began speaking to me and god he kept speaking and he kept speaking and he kept speaking and he kept speaking so i kept listening my soul took notes so that my flesh it could later defend and i hid his word in my heart so i could no longer have to pretend that i loved him it was at the altar that i truly started to love god i was changed now not the temporal kind of change but the permanent adjustments see the very chiropractic nature of the presence of god that through a series of visits caused my functionality to resemble that which he called and consecrated before the very beginning of the world vertebrae by vertebrae he snapped me into place and connected my nerve endings and suddenly the tensions and cerebral stresses broke now i'm free from what emotional disfiguration emerge a new configuration right there in my personal amount of transfiguration that was my deliverance i received deliverance at the altar clarity ceased its pattern of illusion carnality and calamity stopped their collusion into my understanding came supernatural infusion of my calling and my purpose so what's the point teresa what's the conclusion i was altered at the altar [Music] and while all of this was happening the only thing i could think about was how to make sure this moment was somehow made eternal and accessible so that i always remembered my encounter with god but so that someone other than me could at least have one now i realize that altars are essential but what's truly consequential is that i can use what i have to build what he needs i can lay all that i am right there at his feet strike a match to my sacrifice my commitment my seed then get up from that place entirely freed and leave a memorial of my exchange with god for everyone to see so that those who encounter it will come to believe in the same god of israel that saved me from me and they can be saved because of me and god's relational history how can this be all of this can come from the altar so the altar is as much about what i gave as what i received and it is my privilege to build one as often as i need and yeah i'm gonna light it every time without a doubt and may the fire that's on my altar never burn out my posture is different my mind is renewed my stamina sustained his motives are construed it's only right that says a place has been prepared for me that i go prepare one for you and so tonight and forevermore we build an altar unto our god from our hearts with our minds in our church and through our lives all nation chicago join me today and for the rest of your life building an altar [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] can you still just lift your heart and give your god some worship when i found myself sinking in despair yet and still the righteous right hand of god did reach for me in my sin father we thank you right now as a people groaning as a people hungry to create another milestone in your presence and we didn't come just for show or fashion to be able to see the who's who we came in here tonight so that we could experience your fire and we give you praise for it come on right there worship him come on that's it that's it my song says yes that's what the altar is it's an honest yes you've been giving him that force yes we're gonna give him an honest yes one that is not contingent upon the environment feeling good i got a yes in my belly that doesn't need environmental cooperation yes lord you whatever 2020 snatched from you whatever it felt like 2021 god said i'll restore the years now here's the punch line where you can get excited to sit down and do whatever you want look at your neighbor and say ava there is a win after the one now i'm gonna holler it later but there's a win after the one all of the worms that heaven had to rebuke off your future there is a win after the work all of the people that are excited about a brand new win do me a favor and behind your mask give god a great shot of praise like you came in here to get your stuff back the kingdom of heaven suffered of torment that you could possibly provide because once this night is over some of our parties are going to look like what the word of god said now now if that don't mean nothing to you i just want to prophesy by faith that whatever condition in your body doesn't look like the word of god yet welcome to the altar may the altar of heaven remind you of how your body should operate [Music] be seated i want to give you just a a few theological pillars to lean on because what god is going to do he's going to do the unexplainable and so because i want this moment to be infectious as infectious as a virus i want you to be able to have a form of language to describe to those that are standing outside what happened to you tonight i do believe transformation is going to take place here's the beauty something very quickly maybe four or five minutes tops about the power of an altar the altar has always been like a road sign for us to find the next destination god has always used altars if you don't believe it go ask father abraham where he found himself at a unique unique crossroads where he was confided in to take his son his only son take his son up to a mountain mount moriah and then sacrifice him there i think it's interesting that abraham rose early in the morning please hear me when you come into contact with an altar when you come into contact with the gifts of the spirit you have got to respond immediately one of the things that's going to be confronted tonight is your pace of response and as you hear the word of god you've got to respond according to the pace of god's presence so when he comes close to your heart when he whispers something in your ear when you hear a word that halfway sounds like it's yours you can't wait for it to make logical sense god is not bound to your logic your logic is not the lord but what is the lord is that god will step in environments that seem like he should not be there and then announce to you a brand new beginning and that's what happens to abraham early in the morning he took isaac he saddled the donkeys took some young men with him and went up to give the burnt offering which is his son now here you need to know this this is important here we see a type of god the father setting apart jesus isaac is a type of jesus and so it was that abraham set his son apart so it is that god set his son apart what you experience at the altar is a theological echo of the things that god intended to be established for the rest of humanity this is interesting because you and i have to come to grips that not only did he make his way up that mountain with isaac something interesting happened because isaac offered no resistance at this point many authors and theologians believe that he is a fully grown man not just some baby he could have easily resisted and fought off one of the patriarchs that we look up to yet and still isaac silently comes in agreement with his father about death and so it is that god got no rebuttals from jesus when it came time to lay his back upon the wood as well anytime you see these parallels from one covenant to the next you can take the principle of the word of god and use the principle as protection i'm not suggesting that you take your son and bring him up here on this fire somebody's going to arrest you amen what i am suggesting to you is that you can take that which you told god you'd never give him and then in faith release it as your fathers did of old not only did isaac offer no resistance and neither did jesus the bible says and he took fire in his hand and the knife and they were both together and he abraham took the fire in his hands here as everywhere else in scripture you need to know that fire represents divine judgment divine judgment the fire of god cannot just be regulated to the book of acts on pentecost the fire of god represents divine judgment so it is that god uses his divine judgment when jesus is on the cross in order to judge sin because he is righteous and because he is holy sin cannot dwell in his presence yet and still i imagine if he could be god might have been conflicted because i cannot let sin tarry yet instill those that house the sin i'm madly in love with so what i will do through types and shadows all throughout the old covenant i will give you examples of what the prophets would soon prophesy about a soon-coming king and there would then come down through generations jesus the christ the one that could stand in between god his wrath and his creation all of it hinged upon the beauty of an altar you are not just at some normal sunday night service you are standing in the provision of god every place in scripture where there is an altar you can rest assured that god's provision is waiting to respond to what gets placed on that altar whether it is that you need healing whether it is that you need confidence whether it is that your children need to be delivered from substance abuse wherever you fall in line of need god uses the altar as a strategic inflection point for you and i to put our trust in the principles of god tonight we have an amazing opportunity to see the hand of god and not just as we've normally seen it but that in which we need to see it somebody's faith is on the line somebody's marriage is on the line somebody's hope is contingent upon god showing up tonight and over the next few moments i believe that heaven is about to respond i want to give you the best opportunity that i possibly can other than offering you jesus in this moment and that opportunity is for you to put something on the altar in a few moments your founding apostle is going to become possessed by the holy spirit from another world he'll gaze out into the future and he'll he'll smack you with things and he'll see things about your life and it will all be unto a point of divine acceleration [Applause] you do understand you are not connected to a normal man he is one whose life has been gripped by yes here's what i want you to do right before he comes i want you to get your offering together everybody get your phones out let's get ready to sew i can tell you specifically that what you're getting ready to sew to right now is going to go to the upgrading of our kids ministry and generation at large i have been convicted by the holy ghost that we need to invest in quality resources for our generations that are coming and so our young adults and our teens and our kids if you're if you missed having your kids and kids church today it was a phenomenal opportunity for black history month in in specific correlation with the city of chicago and so it was it was well done the staff has labored with great integrity to make sure that your children are being ministered to and so tonight's sacrifice is about to echo to children that they matter in this church i know you you hear them uh skinny pop popcorn collapse what i'm suggesting to you is that a generation is going to come to church in the coming days and they're going to see that my church cares about me because of the things that we can do everybody get an offering in your hand everybody get an offering in your hand in the coming days you'll be able to go downstairs and you'll see what you sow you'll see what you sowed and so get your offering together everybody watching online you can be as one born and christopher [Applause] let's acknowledge them my wife and i love honor and adore this family and we are honored of the lord to have someone brave enough to just do it differently and and to get it done in the name of the head of the church and not unto ourselves we honor and acknowledge that the power of my son the presence of my son who is killing the west side pastor david wilford is here [Music] [Applause] i have a spiritual son that looks the most like me we take pictures together side by side when we travel people like oh who is what's going on and uh he's here with us tonight with his beautiful wife from all nation chicago south pass is josh and kevin hart come on let's ignore he's a bad preacher y'all let's acknowledge him you may be seated in the presence of the lord um welcome back to altar nights as our pastor just instructed us altar knights is is about the altar and it's a concept that is extraordinarily important to me because i've seen nothing save the word of god change people like altars it's it's the ultimatum of god scream yes it is a demarcation of god it is it is a place where it is both territorial uh it has to do with the land a space a area a zone but it also has to do with the decision i'm already in here which means that by the time you've got to an actual altar or a charge to build one you had to make a set of decisions before you got to a land maybe you can't possess because of what you will not decide that's that's the power of the altar so there are those that may challenge you and there are those that may say hey you know that's old testament or that's not necessary but it's not true altars happen in seasons and moments around decisions because they are places that are built that cause the heart to recall what the revelation was from god this is why god revealed his names at stones and monuments rocks and altars your savior died somewhere called golgotha i'll get there so uh where we have is a theological concept of places and or moments in a life in a nation in a place where you've got to market okay so the way i'm structuring this is this is me and you in starbucks danish red lumps or whatever is your preference and i'm dealing with you about something that is ultra important i've been discipling people for a while and preaching and pastoring and all of that and i love it i think it's amazing but one of the themes that often comes up no matter if your name is mary bob geo joe john i i have struggled come on after this we're going to the altar we're literally going i have struggled with teaching people how to believe god for themselves i do have a word from the lord and the more hungry you are the faster it will happen people generally like to rely on others to believe god for them so it's like preach to me so i can be free pray for me so i can be free mentor me so i can be free sign my book hug me selfie with me but what happens if you're never afforded that type of proximity and you still need to be free can you believe god for yours because at night who you gonna call ghostbusters no you got to know how to believe god for yourself [Music] so i have a concept of what i would teach you if i took you to lunch after i found out your name and your favorite color if you have a father or mother i'd ask you if you knew how to believe god because everything i'm going to say is only going to be a reiteration of something he would say and if you have no belief in god for yourself you have already wasted my time you've got to know how to believe god for you if you have an issue a boundary a problem a break a fear a flaw a worry a care a concern if you've got a calling you've got to believe god paul you're i'm not telling you other people can't help and partner i'm saying the quality of your life the quality of your life will be based upon and predicated upon your ability to believe god for yourself does this make sense to you so what i'm going to do alternates was created the initial circumstance of it was the lord told me to create a city-wide altar call and in the apex of it he told me give a time where they will come and make it about the altar so this has never been a preaching festival this has always been about intimately and and and violently invading places of your hunger and or indecision and bringing you into god's purpose throw them hands up and scream at the altar so i'm going to give you these concepts and what i'm going to do is i don't want to say force that's a bad word and they'll sue me these days i'm going to encourage you to pray for yourself because elder jazz i feel god's power turn me up in this monitor so hell can hear me [Applause] somewhere we got the notion that when you were an intercessor it only meant what you could do for others there's this notion that when you are an intercessor and you have a prayer life the only gaps you stand in are the ones that they have and so it makes us feel narcissistic and and and bad or proud or arrogant when we've got to make quality time i don't want to put the the saying god you said this where is it and if that's not the prayer the other meanderings and roamings of the heart still need to come up i got one of my favorite subjects tonight and i'm not going to spend too much time in instruction because i really do want you to make a mark in your life tonight like this is what god is saying and doing and this is where he's challenging me and this is where he's growing me and this is how he's moving me so i have to give you these concepts concepts so this is what alternaise is about concept number one is a very interesting concept do not go here i'm going to reference it just write it down if you can first timothy 1 18 paul says something really weird this charge i commit to you my son timothy that you would war a good warfare according to the prophecies that have gone on before you are you ready here we are which means there is no such thing as prophetic word prophetic process prophetic promise prophetic provision without warfare you people that try to detach war from the word always end up deceived oh y'all you end up going off into all kinds of stuff because you don't realize what comes with revelation the immediate reaction to revelation is resistance but if you allow the resistance to make you overlook the revelation you'll have less and less of it because you're more invested and involved in what's happening against you over what god is saying to you so paul tells timothy who is a template and i'm learning pastor david we don't have as many timothies in the world as we think i ain't got the time i'll get there later timothy's are templates and what you can do to a timothy is test them and you can train them and you can allow certain triggering conversations to come up so that you can help them mature everybody thinks that they are in a position of discipleship and they're really in a position of deception because discipleship has never been about what you're comfortable with anyway um we wore throw them hands up and scream according to i didn't hear you say according to which means this your last prophecy will determine your next attack i want to sober you now and let you know that there is no random attacks they are all aimed at something god has already said about you and you know i love english one of my favorite words for the last month has been the word established because what that means is that whatever has been said and has been decided and has been done on my behest of behalf it's established but when something is established on your behalf best resistance comes to distract you from saying it if you don't believe me look at your own life every time god gave a new revelation a new insight a new i know y'all are too mature for this but i'm still a fan i mean like a fanboy of confirmation i like when the lord is sensitive enough to me to say hey i know i said it once but you might need to hear it i see this comfort that's why i think we got the holy ghost y'all want it for tongues i can do the languages thing but confirmation is also something that i love to use him for anyway so we wore according to so the here is what i want you to think about okay we're almost at our point um how many y'all and be honest because i want no diarrhea how many of y'all know or are a hoarder okay if you're sitting debating about it what do you do with the hangers from the cleaners [Applause] how many old socks do you still have do you keep and or retain the old grocery bags [Applause] took me a while to realize i grew up around a bunch of people they were hoarding and i'm like okay and and when you grow up watch me in an environment and you get accustomed to clutter wait on me i'm coming then then then then getting rid of stuff and moving stuff and clarifying stuff requires more work than storing stuff so in a cluttery environment just stay with me trust me the culinary environment one of the most disrespected items in the house is the shelf and in the charismatic movement what they what what was taught was that if you don't understand the word if you don't understand the promise if the prophecy don't make sense to you if it don't agree with your spirit whatever the hades that means if it does not bear witness with you but here's the problem there were things you did that was dumb that bore witness with you so how do you use your witness as the compass for what you should agree and obey too you shouldn't the worst person on earth to trust is yourself anyway so yeah you're not ready yet so so so they taught us and they preached if you don't get it if it don't add up put it on a shelf that makes you a hoarder do you have more words on the shelf than in manifestation open up i'm ready to move now i'm gonna ask you again are there more promises in your life that seem like they're sitting in somebody's attic than are in actuality in your life and has your heart grown a little tired of trying to contend for that that is unseen so now you're just existing and you haven't grown in years because you got tired of believing god for that that seemed to be the future you can never be a healthy christian who stops believing god right i know so one of the things that has come out of the spirit of god concerning altar knights and concerning this specific one and future ones is you will war according to prophecy which means you will be brutally ran into and confronted by things god said that made you sad now just because it didn't happen how or why or when or the way you wanted it but my job has been from the time of my birth is to remind the people of what he said so which means that we've got to engage this so that's principle number one we know wherever there is a word there is a war can we say that together wherever there is a word there is a war you will not have anything on planet earth that has a word on it that don't have a war coming to it all right i now i'm believing that okay why did paul tell us to not be ignorant of satan's devices technologies and idioms and programs and different things that work for different destinies and if you sit here and read your zodiac sign and act like that's the only map or basis for your reaction or your response to war you're going to be sadly mistaken and very very deceived war all right number two so so that's the theme of tonight we're going to contend for god's promises i'm using the word contend and i'm going to say it a couple more times so your heart can whack strong because i don't think you realize the slumber your soul may have been in because of what hadn't happened yet let it hit you and while you're like yeah i believe in jesus i'm still christian my faith ain't where it used to be and then the devil said that faith was naivety he he taught you that you were believing god for too much but is there anything too hard and and what what what what is the curse or the or the backlash from simply believing god and what would your life look like if you didn't believe god i would tell you it's called the asylum you stop believing god for whatever the reason is you have one other location to go the rubber room the straight jacket throw them hands up and say i must believe god come on if you're gonna get vitamin b's you've got to believe god if you're going to take caffeine you've got to believe god if you're going to have things that put you to sleep you've got to believe caught if you're going to have things that wake you up keep your belief and don't let the devil seduce you to indifference that's number one now this concept is kind of reiterated um in this in this principle that we see deuteronomy 29 29 don't go there just let me say deuteronomy 29 29 the secret things belong to the lord but whatever he reveals belongs to us and our children can you handle this now your last instruction is your children's inheritance i'mma repeat it i think you're all sleepy i want a hungry people god talks to you for who's coming through you and that's not just from a blood sense there are people watching your testimony for instruction watching your journey to figure out how to do this so when god talks to you it's not because he's born he's reaching everything in your area and panoramically revealing himself to everything in your influence and just because you don't know it don't mean he don't the secret things belong to the lord but whatever he reveals belongs to us throw them hands up get real ignorant and act like you from cabrini green and scream it's mine that wasn't churchy enough for me i want you to holla like your hair is napping everywhere and i want you to let the devil michael ain't lucifer let all know it's mine come we got away from that type of preaching because we thought it distracted us but somebody in here knows i still got a promise [Music] we wore according to prophecy i will give you this in in real time to show you how this works and then you about to have your first maybe altar call for you you the victim and the prospect and the candidate yourself nehemiah 4 is a very interesting scriptural template and the reason is because somebody has been burdened to rebuild something yell from your lungs preach i want to i will not be gaslighted i it takes more faith richard to rebuild than to bill [Music] when we study nehemiah you and i only consider the faith it takes to start but the faith it takes to start is not the faith it takes to start over and you people that bill want to bully other people that got a repeal but rebuilding is the harder task i did what you're trying to learn to do and now i gotta learn how to do it better come on let's go rebuilding is hard now all right we're still in coaching mode i'm just going to stop hollering rebuilding according to my study and investigation and exploration requires revelation i didn't mean that to rhyme it just kind of flowed that way what i'm saying is if you're going to rebuild something has to be revealed to you first i'ma tell you why a lot of you i'm preaching against discouragement as you started building before he started revealing i don't build until he reveals because the premise of my building is what he says okay all right so you got this situation you got this weird issue one of the characters the sand ballot uh uh uh tobiah you got you got and you got this weird prophetess lady no prophet aaron i'm not being disrespectful you got this strange prophetess lady her name is noah daya and she hears that they're trying to rebuild and she tells them or they just they come together and the literal kjv word says they conspire against this incentive and agenda to rebuild and what they say i'm making this short be patient and what they say is you go back and you tell nehemiah and everybody with him all the families all the soldiers you go back and tell them the foxes is going to be what tears it down let me warn you you may not lose your momentum and or money and no marriage over a big issue i would have used the word tank gun they were like the fox is going to tear down what you rebuilt pay attention to the small things that you've been overlooking for the last few seasons it's chilly i don't know yeah the stuff you've been postponing and putting off that could be gradually festering that major core pillars and values in your life and your function pay attention to that because the devil will try to use it and grow it anyway and so no dying comes together you know how y'all do you know that i got together and was like uh-uh i'm prophesying against him it ain't the lord it's my job to stop the work of the wall and and what we're going to do is sabotage scream yes because one of the devices of the devil is a device called sabotage it means that i will wait till something looks great and do my best to expose uncover departure rip destroy not be and or directly try to prevent the momentum of movement of sabotage i i i will befriend you with the intent of taking your man that escalated like i got close to you because i thought he was cute right i will get close to you to play relational bat gaming and chess for positional prowess and clout so now we cis when just last week you didn't know me [Applause] the strength of sabotage is the fact that it is a surprise attack so i want to relax trusting not looking not investigating and then when you close your eyes and trust me here i come with what's really in me you don't understand sabotage the wheat and the tear here i must grow together but they were sown while we were sleeping when you go to sleep people so mix things in the mix things grow together and those mixed things look alike until harvest so you come into harvest and you learn what's different so so so so so um in nehemiah four nordic does this sends these threats and here's what happens and we're going to pray nehemiah and his team in squad says all right everybody lose sleep cause nobody goes anywhere great if they're afraid of losing sleep i don't know how you gonna ever love the altar if you love slumber because a part of the issue and the edict of the altar was that it was supposed to be 24 7. so the altar is unpredictable you may get there and be like okay father what do you want from me and you may not know and you may have one need and he's reaching for something else but the thing he's reaching for is the reason behind where you're coming from and so you got to keep coming back to the altar and so that's the issue of that here's this unusual instruction and now we're going to go to work okay we've got to transition this and move to the other show uh nehemiah said everybody with me fighting with me if we're going to rebuild we're going to rest establish now this is for you your life some of your families need to be rebuilt some of your ideas and passions and even inspirations need to be rebuilt you can't keep going in this year looking like a zombie and feeling indifferent about everything and adapting this hellish american culture that's called casarosterol everybody do what they want to do and i just move on and mine my business and drink my water shut your mouth that's not the gospel it's pride and arrogance conceit if you're building with me take take the instrument that you used to be in one hand lift your hands now we're about to move okay you are about to become ambidextrous i know you got tired before because you were working with one hand but if you think that was something you're about to get ready to work throw them hands up and say with both hats and god will make sure you're not overwhelmed but you need something in one and something in the other some of your attacks have been because only one of your hands were occupied and the devil knows your weak side okay put your building thing in one hand and then he told them put your war weapon in the other so they were rebuilding with both hands occupied and with one they were building and with one they were battling and this is the perfect picture of how we're supposed to contend with the word of god i'm not supposed to look at god's promises and act like i'm blind i'm supposed to i know y'all ain't heard this in years but i remind you you need to pray prophecies over your life the stuff that god has said don't just belong in journals why do you have them collecting dust on your cell phone why do you have them world changers words written down on little cute notes they're not doing nothing bad and if it didn't change you yet all you had was a tinkling symbol but when i can transmit my word into my world by praying my prophecy it made everything make sense [Music] something has not happened yet in your life that's worth fighting for there is something on the delay you may not believe it or see it or know it but you've got some promises that have yet to physicalize because of your refusal to contend for where god said it let it be it's not about what god said it's about how ready you are how positioned you are it's about if god's promise would poison you because of your immaturity it's a it's about if the destiny is dangerous because you're so busy being distracted it's about what he tried to say to you before so we're here tonight at all tonight and um i love to prophesy i promise you i do you're not abraham and sarah and and there is something going on in the second heavens that's mocking threatening and tempting you about a subject of barrenness and there have been things that have gone out and been said i know none of this the things that have gone out and you you've gone up and down i i just had a vision of you on a roller coaster and something is happening where you're trying to re-decide or reimagine your life if it doesn't happen you got a back-up plan it's it's supporting you and how you exist but if you will believe god there is a story happening in your midst it's a powerful story happening in your midst concerning what god does for men and women that stand against our statistics and even science in some ways to believe him yeah you'll bring forth and it's going to be powerful god's going to show his glory through you now when women have to live their lives as a joseph and stand as a pillar among their sisters their siblings i know it very often gets overwhelming to the extent that you grow numb even if you're nice anybody know a nice numb person the lord is showing me the one that sings okay and god's going to allow you the right to not only redirect the the interaction but it's going to release some pressure from you from now here's the hard truth from some prophetic words that cause confusion there were some prophetic promises that came that brought more confusion than clarity and it's impacted how you believe god but start over hey it's moving and slowly start over and start over by what god has shown you and believe him for that where was i i do love to prophesy but tonight i ain't got time to be prophesying to everybody ask me why i'm about to be petty then i'ma be spiritual again ask me why because i had uncle remuses today [Applause] [Music] [Applause] now [Applause] man i'ma do it one more time now no y'all ain't ready that'd be too much i just think harold is juicy like it's i think so but i had some uncle remus today thank you jesus hallelujah we're going to speak some things and pray some things over ourselves we're coming to the conclude of february into march and it is vitally important that you focus you focus so we're going to believe god tonight through the power and resource of prayer to highlight burden grip show confirm affirm validate direct things concerning you and that's not something to feel bad about now here is where it's going to get a little risky i'm um moving in a different deeper kind of miracle thing so a lot of in the working of miracles to be factual so a lot of what you pray into will require a miracle we need to do a whole year examination of what a miracle is why it happens where it goes what it costs miraculous things are happening in the earth period and don't ever allow science logistics statistics analysis try to prove you otherwise as long as there is a word from god there is a miraculous power we believe in miracles glory we believe in miracles it's dangerous to groom another generation that does not believe in miracles we've got to pull them off of tick tock and make them get to the tablet so that they believe in miracles i want them to believe in miracles think about how dangerous it would be for 40 years from now children didn't believe in miracles we grew up on this stuff we grew up on healing and deliverance and the raising of the dead believing god for things whether they happened or not we still believe we went to the hospitals and prayed and prayed and put height and put oil on walls we still believe and that belief has got us anchored even when it didn't happen how he wanted to my belief is the basis for every breakthrough i've ever had [Music] so god has a word for you and a very specific one but it's coming through you you will be your own prophet tonight isn't that fun i know some of you happy to the mug i did that for finally he see the gift anyway um you will have the opportunity to address something you've overlooked now in prophecy men in prophesying and prophetic things and prophetic hearings one of the things that you will run into as you grow closer to the lord is you're not going to understand everything when he says it or if you feel led to it here you're like well i play games i make sense the biblical term for it is dark speech what he'll do is he'll say something to you encrypted because he made you and your wiring will respond in research we call that research the bible calls that seek it looks like this god you said that now the seek is what did you mean what does that take if you don't ask questions after he makes statements you don't have a seeks so when you say lord i'm seeking you that's just not about more singing and dancing it's about the power of the inquiry after the instruction the lord says stop don't go and you like i just been feeling this and you suppress it the danger of suppression is this the more you suppress instructions from god the thicker the wall of the soul gets the more i tell him no the easier it becomes to do so this is why he keeps us in a position of conviction if you have no conscience paul called it a seared conscious if you have no conscience there's no steering wheel to god your decision-making it's you you can't bind feeling bad after you did something stupid so you deliberately disobey god you feel bad afterwards now that shouldn't last long that's demonic but you feel bad afterwards you like devil i'm living my best life i command you no that wasn't what that was what there was was a resource from the holy spirit to insert discomfort into your heart so you don't return to your vomit like a dog [Applause] when i was immature i preached something on this scripture and i'd never preach it again because you would disrespect me if i did but returning to your vomit like a dog it makes me wonder how many of us retort return to old stuff because we're afraid of the possibilities of the risks of the consequences of what could be coming next or we don't like the anxiety of living in the middle i know y'all because that's what it is you had no anxiety when you had everything you wanted when stuff started changing moving adjusting and growing something may have been revived in your nervous system that may have made you act in ways that's not your normal self so when you get into that here's what i've done and we're here i go back and review the word of the lord i get my weapon and my word hey what'd you say did you say that because that's another very critical part of hearing god is asking yourself again was that really you was i offended when i heard that now i don't have time but there is a such thing as false prophecy i know we don't want to talk about that and there is a such thing as a divining spirit people can project things on you or you can imagine things in your mind and make it god because you really deeply desire it to be which is why the best place to stay is here because if something comes i tell my wife all the time i don't know who's saying this to me prophetic people prophetic people learn to hear from heaven and hell at the same time let that sink in because i i took the risk to say it but now i'm out here so i'm gonna keep saying you don't realize that your faculties were not just turned on to one realm when you learned you heard stuff prophetic people and this is why prophecy must be judged and this is why council needs witnesses and this is why we need to verify our revelation by that that was written in the scriptures because when it opened up it opened up to the spirit and there's more than one thing out there so in my maturity when i go to my i say i don't know who's sitting in this vision this could be heaven hell or tylenol or depending on the day something else i just don't know what's operating out there but because of that the way we contend with revelation is by the altar lord okay you ready let's open up i'ma get your faith lord in 2017 i believe you told me this we're at 2022 and i see no sign no indicator it looks nothing like i thought now here is where worship comes in now i know you're not wrong in anything you do so so show me how to partner with what you still want to do because you're not an indian giver if you said it you promised you would perform it so if it has not happened i understand that i'm immature and fleshly and carnal and impatient and maybe i'm rushing uh overestimating my immaturity but at least let me know that i'm not wasting my time believing [Music] i'm going to make you do a painful exercise and we're going to we're about to pray right now what was stated what was said man this is here what was stated whoa come on come on your daddy's death did something to you [Music] and you fight weekly with the thought of quitting [Music] but you can't do that not here and not now this is a season for you to wax like gideon he's been pressuring [Applause] it's gotten so bad that you've thought about whether illinois was even for you god's going to reaffirm your heart and restore your faith to believe again [Music] hope deferred makes the heart sick [Music] so we only got a little while but you need to do this for you this is how i occupy this is what i never understand when people say i go to pray and i just don't know what to say man please when i go pray i'll be like well most of it is complaints but after i get done with worship i'd be like now let me ask you something [Music] you have destiny words you have directional words you have confirmational words instructional words you you have words that bring deliverance they perform very different things and there's a lot of them that you're ignoring and that's why you're not motivated for what you used to be motivated by grab a hold of it i think you told me this now powerful lesson that you have to keep don't ever turn into one of them tongue-talking weirdos that espouse the belief that i know that i know that i know that i know you have no knower stop believing that stupidity that's called intuition and a lot of times it's wrong we're relying on the holy ghost and the word of god okay now you're going to have to really really really really really be sensitive to this in your life because you don't want to prophesy your own ambition you don't want to go into false leadings or lendings you just want to be led and being led is a very very very difficult thing does this make sense to you so in this there may be a word or a promise or a vision or a dream that stands out like oh crap this is 2022 and i remember when so-and-so laid hands on me and said this sugar who are you yeah ava who is that behind you baby what's your name stand up throw yo throw them hands up real quick something's about to hit you okay you are uh these are 20 year old tears i don't know what i'm talking about and i don't have to the lord knows you're crying over 20 years of stuff it's not the most recent situation that you think and it's not even the most recent decision that you've got to make in the next two weeks what it really is is you're crying over 20 years of not feeling heard come on the pressure of having to be strong and the pressure of having to figure it out and the pressure of having to figure out when jobs change i don't know what i'm talking about when roles change when rules change it's been something that has been very difficult for you to deal with and it's even impacted your sleep to the extent that it scares you now and it scares you and you're afraid to tell anybody because you want to be big sister almighty i prophesy weakness upon you now that you will learn the beauty and the power of living like magdalene before him coming to cry when you need to in worship when you need to and and invite when you need to vulnerability and that thing that happened at 16 in that locker room that took your vulnerability from you is no longer part of your story and your life god has already brought you out of the trauma of that memory and that image if you've got the holy ghost scream like you're crazy in here now [Applause] come on now he reveals it to heal it he repeals it to heal it he oh it's coming i put it in my hand wow my bones are aging come on something's coming out of the bricks in this building and i believe it's the promises of god jehovah we welcome your word in here hey it's not oh what is this this is not my word it's not my word it's not my word i hammer does it not smash to walk in pieces lift your hands let's go i don't know the rules if you need if you need to find a literal place at the altar all i'm going to do is cry out for you that's what i'm going to do if you need a wall if you just like want to stay where you at or come on what i'm doing is resetting you open your heart god is not a man that he would lie nor is he the son of man that he would change his mind he has no need to change his mind come on let's position our hearts [Music] step number one step number one while you're here [Music] god god has more resources than you have need and right now you're in a job frustration you you ha you've been looking for a job a specific kind in a field and you and you've been frustrated about it especially over the last two weeks because a need has grown deeper but get ready i see you put your resume out and i see you spending hours hours online looking for work and what the lord wants you to know is very soon the table will turn but it will be my favor come on it will be my favor [Music] in january you had a very critical need and another part of the nation was calling you and you obeyed god and stayed where you could have and then i see something that went wrong with some type of potential roommate and what god wants what god wants you to know is that he's going to stabilize things faster it will be at the rate of your worship it will be at the speed of your worship all right step number one let's do this you ready what makes worship beautiful is honesty i want you to allow yourself to feel your disappointment bring it down now whether it's your fault or whatever my disappointments concerning this have been i'm at the altar i have no choice but to be vulnerable but i carry these disappointments about things that have not come to pass i believed you for them come on open your heart open your heart let yourself cry don't try to be a tough guy in front of god it never works that way i believed you and i got disappointed so first thing you need to do is release the disappointment okay cup i'm waiting for that sound you've got to release the disappointment of it i believed you to change it i believed you determined i believed you to grow it i believed you to move it i believed you to do it for me faster i believed you and then you didn't do it for me and then you did it for them i believed you i believed you yeah right here i believed you i believed you and then my mama and daddy told me i was dumb and then now i'm out here embarrassed because i believed you and now it really does feel like after two years of being by myself that i'm going crazy because i was believing you and then i couldn't talk to nobody open your heart now the surgeon is here i believed you and nothing occurred nothing about my world is different it's been years and years and years and years and years and i'm tired of growing every year fasting and praying and singing and dancing and it doesn't seem like it's paying off i want to be like my peers come on let me coach you i want to go and pursue my dreams cause yours are too hard i deserve real love i'm tired of everybody breaking their promises to me people are trash [Music] come on a little more i believed you i believed you i believed you step one now when you release the disappointment of that [Music] next place to go but i'm willing to open up again come on this is where it gets scary [Music] because the place in your heart that that disappointment occupied is a place that needs more faith there so you can't just say lord i was disappointed without saying but lord i'm going to believe again [Music] god is not toying with your emotions it's teaching you to rely on him for everything you need [Music] now there may be words and pictures of things that are coming up in your heart the lord is delivering you china from fear of responsibility [Music] and there is a you that's being created now that's giant it's massive but the part of your calling and your mandate that scares you is the one that started at the top of this year and you've got to fasten yourself to this call to maturity and this mandate to leadership you will be replicated you will be duplicated you will be an example and i'm sorry you will preach the gospel of peace for whatever reason for the last several years you and god have had this discussion about whether that or not that was something that was worth your time and so what you said verbatim was i'll share the gospel in different ways [Music] but your mouth has been burned and bruised by the precious lamb of god and there is an agenda of grace that's in you and one of your favorite subjects is intimacy with god being known and knowing and you will instruct a generation on how to know him wow in the power of his sufferings but also in the resurrection of his power it will go beyond the song because the song is only there to color the story what god wants out of you is the story [Music] and then the song will help but you will sing of his wondrous works stabilize yourself now because god has need of you all right let's be brave let's be brave what are you believing god for what were you contending about was it god's fault or did it just not happen how you want it who didn't get delivered who didn't get resurrected what need was it met what cancer wasn't healed what outcome or event came out that offended you okay now can we believe again something's happening y'all i i'm telling you now i s there's a very rare formation of some type of mass and god literally literally just dissolved that thing back there i see it as clear as day will you lift up your hands and and shout and somebody has iron in their leg over here and you've been suffering with agony and pain over there and the lord is moving and that uh uh in about row 12 somebody had a violent car accident that impacted your back god's move and that spinal issue in in in the way that needs to happen come on are y'all ready to go after this let's reach for it oh yeah roses and they don't mean what they should have meant we take out that disappointment on more than one party without knowing so then we shut down and abandon our call we walk away from it all even if it's been just 90 days we walk away from it because we're tired of lying roses honey god's delivering you now what the lord wants to show you is there is a rose that is greater than the roses you've got [Music] it's called the rose of sharon and what you've been looking for is jesus the problem is you thought he would be manifest in human form but trusting and relying on the promises of men will never get you where you need to go and it'll never solve your living situation it won't ever do it father deliver her from deceptive roses come on even as even as late as friday night justice [Music] living in one place you're going to be mobile and you're going to live several places but the entire time according to the legacy that i'm looking at in you that you will travel and you will build and you will counsel and consult and grow and you're going to be interviewed it's going to be really wow you're going to do miracles the whole time and it will be that the power of god that flows through you will confound atheists now the lord knows something that none of your parents know your sibling does not know about questions you have before him he wants you to know he's about to pull you in as close as you've never been before you came out of a very serious season of fear and now you're yourself and on this spirit that is coming upon you for this next phase of your life is going to revolutionize you will always be asked to take more responsibility than you want it will happen in your your clubs at school it will happen as you go and god says he's going to grow you up in there responsibility it's resource and and there's going to be a response of heaven in your direction because of how you made up your mind to plow and content what i taught tonight for whatever reason the pressure and this burden what god is going to teach you how to do is lose pressures to make you more flexible and more pliable and to give you more time something is going on right now on your calendar world that's trying to request more time god says it's the test of the leech and what he wants to do is move you in the direction of this next level of favor because it's coming travel is
