Please note that this website is currently a work in progress! Lots of interesting data and statistics to come.
While everyone seems to like welcome to the internet more(it's a GREAT song) this song just has a quality I can't describe that catches me and doesn't let go.
I can't stop listening to this song, then walking around the house shouting
GETCHAFUUUUUcKinHANDSup
Loved the special and apart from the content I also have to say musically he's improved so much.
Some straight bangers in there that aren't just good "for a comedy special", but good period.
I loved this special for so many reasons. First off that he made it all himself! I was just amazed how many shots/examples were included in white woman instragram. I also really dug how we got little behind the scenes moments of him testing gear, fucking up a take and starting again and just having all the gear strewn about the room.
Also it was hilarious but also deeply introspective and by far the best art I've seen about the pandemic, he just covered every base so well. I think others have mentioned but quality of his songs have even improved so much I dug all the genres/styles of songs he played with.
And not to mention it was so good and funny and interesting without a crowd! I actually think it is only the beautiful work of art it is because it was contained in room he was in. I was expecting this to be more live feeling with cool lights, but it was a god damn masterpiece of a production!
I think Bo is a cut above the rest. I hope to one day be like a 10th as good at both standup and video creation as he is, but this super charged me and was so inspiring!
I have generalized anxiety which I manage pretty well with exercise, proper diet and sleep. For whatever reason, a few weeks before this special came out my anxiety got on top of me and I was feeling really down and not myself. Nothing crazy but it was lasting longer than usual and taking a toll. I decided to watch the special one night and it rocked me, hard, but in a good way. It's hard to describe. It felt cathartic. A few days (and rewatches) later the fog started to lift and I was able to get my arms back around my mental health and I feel much better. Hard to explain. Hope everyone is doing well.
This whole verse is beautifully written.
You say the ocean's rising like I give a shit.
You say the whole world's ending, honey, it already did.
You're not gonna slow it, Heaven knows you tried.
Got it? Good, now get inside
Easily one of the best songs of the special.
I've had this stuck in my head since I watched the special. It... hurts. But in a weirdly good way? Like, I still feel like shit but it's comforting to know I'm not the only one that feels like shit?
The 'Inside' special on Netflix is probably one of the most profound and introspective things I have seen in a long time. It was such a journey... absolutely gripped me the entire way though.
That fact that it sort of felt like the intention was for it to be scripted, but slowly deviated from that but you couldn't quite tell if that was actually part of the script or not... really fucked with my head, but in the best way. By the end I felt like I'd been tricked into experiencing art being created rather than a comedy special and I was totally fine with that.
