well the simple part that most people don't understand is that every thought we think and every word we speak is creating our future it's as though our thoughts go out into the universe and are accepted and brought back to us as experience now that is a very simple thing but most people don't get it they don't understand that they've never heard it before and they think it's ridiculous but if you can really accept the fact that every time you think a thought and every time you speak a word you are literally painting your future making your dinner whatever you want to call it you are creating and you're creating your own life [Music] and this is simple but it's not easy to accept but once you accept it then you can start deliberately creating what you want in your life and you begin to be aware of what you don't want in your life and how you are contributing to it now i think this has been around forever but for some reason in the last 20 years the universe has wanted this to go out among all the people or all the people that are ready for it see most of us just think they think think think think and we don't pay any attention to what we're thinking we're just doing it but that's something you need to train yourself to do to begin to train yourself to be aware of what you're thinking and and one of the ways to do that is to periodically say to yourself what am i thinking would i like this thought to create my life would i like to have the experience that this thought could bring to me now it takes a while to do that but even if we could begin on the smallest level to be aware of our thinking we can start to make changes to begin with you start by doing what we call doing affirmations and that is making positive statements about your life that are positive and you do them deliberately you might do them in the morning you might do them at noon you might do them at night you might do them you know twice a day or whatever but you do this and you let this become a habit and as you start to do them things will begin to change maybe on a very small level i call it getting the green lights and the parking places i mean they're not huge things in your life they can be very nice when you get three green lights in a row and you're in a hurry doing an affirmation is either writing it down writing it on the wall or the mirror or using a you know just saying it what i like people to do is to stand in front of a mirror and do their affirmations because there's something very powerful about looking in your own eyes and getting and accepting yourself or noticing that you reject yourself when you're saying something positive about yourself so that would be a very beginning way to start say in the morning you get up in the morning you go to the mirror and this is a big one and it's hard for lots of people but you look in the mirror and i say and say i love you i really really love you and to begin with that can be so hard for people because they think of all the things that they think are wrong with them but if you can start your day saying that it's very powerful remember i'd like to think the universe is listening to everything you say and everything you think and say okay you can get that so then it starts to bring you in and bring things into you and i know this sounds far fetched but it's amazing how it works if you do a good general positive statement for yourself the universe will figure out how to manifest that how to bring that about in your life so things could happen that you wouldn't expect at all but they will happen if you think of doing your positive affirmations is like planting a seed in the ground it's not necessarily true at the moment but it is something you want to have be true so you put the seed in and you you you plant a seed and you expect it to grow or you may be plant three seeds just in case you expect them to grow and you don't wait two days and then dig in the earth and say what's happening what's happening you expect that thing to grow because you know there's a law and a process and the seed will grow if it is in the right soil and it has the right amount of moisture making it really a habit and doing it every day doing something every morning when you wake up that's a really good time and another good time is when you go to sleep at night and and gratitude works a lot uh if just being grateful for everything the more i always say the universe loves gratitude the more you're grateful for what the good is in your life the more good you get to be grateful about and it's it's like you know somebody gives you a present or gives me a present and i say oh my god i hate that color and it doesn't fit and you know that person will never give me another present but if you say oh it's wonderful and thank you i really adore it it's great that person is probably going to want to buy you a present every time they see something they think you would like and it's like that with the universe the universe loves gratitude if you have very strong beliefs within you that you don't deserve good things in your life and a lot of people have that then there can be delays and sometimes people say well affirmations don't work i've done them but it when they're doing for instance prosperity affirmations and they've done some prosperity affirmations and they say it doesn't work nothing's happening and i say well all right how many prosperity affirmations did you do in a day and they'll say three probably and they say all right how many poverty affirmations did you do this day and that could be 300 depending on where you're coming from and what are is running through your mind see i have this one of my thoughts about life is that only good lies before me and i've been saying this for many years so it doesn't really matter to me what happens in life because i know it's going to be good [Music] well there are lots of things you can do to help you become more conscious of what is going on and because so many of our belief systems really are unconscious or subconscious we're not aware of them they're just things that were bred into us as we were children is to take a little time to figure out what they are and i always say a really good exercise is to take a big sheet of paper and write on top of it say what i think about men and then another one what i think about women what do i think about uh money what do i think about any subject you can think of and just write all the things that come down come out of your thoughts and whether they sound good or not just write them down and any one subject if you just write them all down and then look at them and see how many are positive and how many are negative and if you can take those negative ones and turn them around make them into positive affirmations then you can start clearing up what you believe about say money that is not positive for you and or is keeping you from bringing money in uh and and you can do that with lots of things in your life so you can really begin to realize what you do believe about these things so you can't change your thoughts if you don't know what your thoughts are there is a law of thinking and we are beginning to learn about it and it is like a computer if you have this gorgeous computer put in front of you and you don't know what to do with it it's a piece of junk but if you learn the language of the computer miracles happen and that is what the law of thinking is when you learn how it works miracles happen what you think and what you believe it's what will come true for you your thoughts create your life it's that simple and when we can get that we can make enormous changes but if you care about it and it's not working then without meaning to your thinking thoughts in opposition to your own desire but i actually care about being in movies for like the experience like i want to see myself i want to have this adventure i want to i want to travel a lot i want to i do it for the feeling i know it and so what i do in the process is like i sit down with i have always a sentence it excites me to know that in my dear reality i feel excitement and then when i hear it so here's an important question for you so what you just said to us it's really good if it's true and might be might not be this is really good this is what you just said to us i want to feel good i want to feel happy i want to feel free and that means travel and lots of fun things and it doesn't matter to me how it comes to me i will take those wonderful things in any way yeah those experiences but we think you also want to be in movies yeah because i love being in front of camera and it's in your vortex the things that you've been sifting and sorting have put that there so we don't want you to say i don't want it when you want it we just don't want you to focus upon something that is a problem subject for you and deny what you do want can you hear this important distinction that we've been making all day there's plenty of movies in your vortex there's plenty of movies in your vortex but the way to them is not by thinking about the movies that aren't happening right now so what do you want me to do we want you to think about anything that allows the circuit to be open because when the circuits open the movies will come anything that lets the circuit be open and the conversation about the movies often doesn't let the circuit be open because you know too much you've talked to too many there's too many starving actors out there there's too many people who aren't in movies there's too many conversations about only a handful are really getting all the things well i've been thinking about feelings and those feelings bring up memories of like past projects that were really exciting so that brings that feeling that's helpful if you stay there but often that feeling changes you said it changes if it feels exciting to you then milk it as long as it feels exciting to you and then i go to the next feeling but often it turns before you really get any momentum going about it that's the key in all of this so let's back up and make sure that everyone understands how this really works so first you get anything you want that's first next you've put pieces of it some big pieces and some small pieces into this vortex and so not only do you get what you want but your inner being and a whole lot of non-physicals know what it is you want where what you want is and where you are in relationship to what you want it's not just that you get what you want here's why you get what you want because you've already put a vibrational version of it and there are non-physical energies the energies that create worlds who are on it do you believe that do you believe that what you want is being tended to what you want is more than the individual pieces that you put in because what you want has gathered together with those individual pieces law of attraction has been shining on this vibrational version of it and it has become more even than the individual pieces that you put there and it's calling you all the time now when it calls you if you're in the vibrational vicinity of it you feel enlivened by it but if you're not in the vibrational vicinity of it it feels like a nagging wife or a nagging mother it feels like somebody trying to get you to do something that you're not ready to do it's almost like go away and leave me alone if you're really not a vibrational match to it so if you think of it it feels like you want to follow through with something then the more it's calling you from here it always is and the closer to there you are so let's recap you get everything that you want and everything that you want is known by your inner being and you as you said to us accurately you are at varying degrees of alignment and so it feels different to you at different times that's all right it doesn't matter if it feels different to you it's only important that you know that your inner being will never stop calling that the path is never going to go away the path to what you want will never disappear the path to what you want is always valid and therefore you the only thing that changes is your receptiveness to that path so if you're really resistant and you really want it you're going to have a lot of hard knocks coming up you're going to get it but it's going to be a struggle and oh you're going to write a book and it's going to feel so good to all the other starving actors who are reading it because that's how they develop the bogus belief that you have to pay a big price for your success it's because there have been a whole lot of people who have wanted it and not believed it who have gone about it the hard way and so they teach you that it's hard work to get what you want but it isn't hard work to get what you want it only takes alignment to what you want and you have to figure out what thoughts you think help you and what thoughts you think don't help you and that's pretty simple what thoughts feel good and what thoughts don't feel good so sometimes the thought of that wonderful time you were having when you were involved in a project feel good to you and sometimes they don't see if you can identify what makes the difference the thought that feels good feels good because the thought that doesn't feel good feels not good because because i'm on a certain vibrational level and the thought is the next one but it's easier than that it's like the thought that feels good was all of a sudden seemingly out of the blue you got the call and the feeling of elation about that yes yes that thought feels good and every time you think that thought it helps you every time you isolate that part of your life experience and you think about that moment in time it helps you it opens the circuit it opens the circuit so if you could think that 100 times a day you'd open that circuit a hundred times a day and that would make a difference in what unfolds to you but then what thought doesn't feel good project didn't continue or you got the casting directors always say oh you still have a little bit of an accent you're not quite right for this and how does that feel that feels like shutting down so every time you think that thought boom close the circuit every time you think that the boom close the circuit so do you have the ability to choose the better feeling of those two thoughts yeah you do and that's all there is to this do you have the ability to think about your lover coming or think about your lover staying away forever it's your choice it's your choice you get to choose and if you're choosing by how it feels now now you're choosing open circuit closed circuit open circuit closed circuit open circuit closed circuit and the more you choose the open circuits then the more momentum happens and the more your desire dominates and the more beliefs that haven't been helping fade into the background and the more what feels like magic happens to you and those who are watching you say oh man what's going on with you i just heard you say that for the first time the other day and you're already doing it i just heard you talking about blue glass and now the room's full of blue glass i just heard you commenting on how you'd like to be on that project and boom magic you're on that project the universe will give you as fast as you will let it everything you want and don't be hard on yourself because you didn't know don't be hard on yourself if it takes you a little while to figure it out that's part of the process it is so much more fun to know that you want something and know you're not a match to it and then deliberately improve your matchiness and at the same time notice the response from the universe until you have an absolute undeniable understanding of the correlation between what that thought felt like and what happened next because that gives you such a feeling of empowerment and then you're no longer just waiting around for somebody else to decide that you're appropriate for something you decide that you are and you line up with it and then you watch them come to you because you decided it you see you've got casting directors and concierge and agents you have all kinds of consciousness working for you that you've just got to open yourself to and let them do what they do and i do that by always looking for the better feeling thought not always that's irrational as much as i can as much as you can and not to make that happen but because that is the preferred feeling choice i we know it's a big price to pay for all the wonderful things you want to feel good all abraham i felt good for so long and sure i got lots of magnificent things but what a terrible price i had to pay feel good all day all day every day there's not one right thought there a million better feelings that i can choose from there are endless endless choices oh this is really good we really appreciate this conversation the right thought is the one you can get and allow it's as good as you can feel that's the right thought don't try to get somebody else's right thought don't try to repeat what abraham has said as right as it gets is as good as it feels but when you're consciously aware of it then it just gets better and better those right thoughts that are right for you and we don't mean right and wrong in the scheme of right and wrong across the board around the world we mean what's right for you is the thought that opens the circuit the most and what's less right is a thought that pinches the circuit off a little bit so a good feeling thought is way righter than a not good feeling thought but a thought of despair is in the terms of right and wrong and we don't really like to do that but a feeling of despair is as wrong as thought can get a feeling of anger is a much righter thought than a feeling of despair a feeling of revenge is a much brighter thought than a feeling of despair and a feeling of overwhelming is a much righter thought than a feeling of anger or revenge and a feeling of hope is a much righter thought than a feeling of overwhelm but a feeling of belief is a much righter thought than a feeling of hope hope is laced with doubt you're hoping that because you don't believe it be sure to kind of want to be your whole being he'll be not being walk hoping but belief that's a much stronger thought than hoping but knowing knowing knowing and so as you replay in your mind the things that you've lived you know how that felt when that call came you know how it felt when you got to be directed by someone who was good you know you know how you feel when you think about projects and you're not killing it with doubt you know how that feels can i think about the feeling too if you can do that that's even better because the feeling has less resistance even than the thought that causes the feeling because the thought might spark the other end of the stick the feeling won't oh you know how many new things you've led us to that home with you the intensity of your desire you said it to us first you said but it keeps being new it keeps being different that's why the evolution of who you are
