um in this video i'm going to show you one simple method that you can use to add images in attribute soft shape files here i have a shapefile called temples that contains four of these points and i'm going to add image for each of these points to do so first open the attribute table and toggle editing now we'll create a new field called file path and set its type as text and then click on ok let's close it for a while now go to its properties and click on attributes form and then click on file path this is the new field that we have just created and now set its wizard type as an attachment now um we need to provide the path where the images are stored this is a folder where i have stored my images now let's click on relative paths if we activate this one we do not need to provide complete file path instead of doing so we can just give the name of the file stored in this folder and if you click on this one the folder or the path will follow to the file or the folder uh where you have saved your project make sure that this these two are activated and then click the document viewer as an image and then click on ok you can adjust the with a night of the image from here but for now i'm going to leave it as an auto and then click on ok now let's click on one of these points click here and select the image okay now it displays the image click on ok for this it's this one and for this it's this one and for this one it's this one so this is how you add images and after doing so save the changes so yeah now you can see these images thank you for watching
