Adding A Greenhouse After New Job ~ House Flipper Farm DLC

what's happening everybody real master welcome back to Morehouse flipper and I'm excited to keep going in you guys enjoyed the last video a lot uh so we're gonna keep going and I saw a suggestion that I was actually thinking about uh when I get to the 100th video of this because we are nearing the 100th video on this series uh I'm gonna do a live stream I do a live stream where you guys can choose that house we end up buying and then flipping and then you know suggestions as to what we do to the house that we flip um I I still have these houses I technically need to do the jobs for so I can uh unlock them to buy unexpected they'll take forever to load so I may end up trying to do this so these things are available but I'm thinking honestly I would probably try to aim more towards one of the Farms we could buy so that's what I think we may end up doing browser there is still 25 houses here to purchase so I mean there is a lot of possibilities in what we can get oh my God these Farms they are all expensive I had a feeling I mean the farm Lancer I mean a farm is not a cheap thing but yeah there's a whole bunch of places we could potentially buy for you know the live stream and that one I'll do but yeah I saw the suggestion I did want to say that is something I've been thinking about I think would be pretty cool to do alright as far as right now I kind of want to do another job um but I had a suggestion to try to like I do this here I can't all right so I was told that if I just do like this and we finish the building all right just like that and then we go Boop and then we finish the building and we go Boop and then we finish the building okay and now most building demolish the building all right and we demolished this building yes no it wasn't enough all right let's try this again let's add three more so this apparently can make some my skills go up really all right we can make our building skills go up really fast so I can actually unlock all the different things okay I do want to do another job today because there's still one more thing we have not unlocked so I mean that is something I definitely want to go through I like how easy it is to do this too this demolish real quick all right and demolish you okay and let's look at our skills real quick put that away okay so now I can now design large buildings heck yeah build them faster and cheaper let's do faster first because then I could theoretically just go through this even faster then right yeah because there's still this we don't I don't know what this last thing is and so there's still one more way to go on here all right go ahead and build that a little bit faster now a little bit faster now got a new skill point if you want more so they're even faster now all right there we go and now we just do the same thing uh I mean it looks like it's still like the circle you can see the circle going around and then just firm and just gets done okay did I get another skill point no I did not all right all right I need one more building erected there we go all right so now we can make it cheaper oh no I should have done the other faster all right well that's fine but yeah basically this way we can cheese it so we can actually get all these different bonuses and stuff and I think this is awesome it works it works okay so there's only two more I need four more buildings erected to actually get this so we're gonna max out our skill point this may be passion in the future where they make it so you can't do this but I don't know why it would to be honest I mean there's not really any other way to technically do this so I mean if you if you have the money to spend and you want to get the skill points seems like the perfect way to go about it there we go all right you there we go I need four belt total so we just do this you all right I love that I can just build this here and some I did see somebody ask if you can modify the buildings that we already have I don't think so I'm pretty sure you have to uh like that's probably gonna be something for more of the second game one I've seen them in the second game seems like the second game you can one start with a flat empty space and completely build up a house from there just from the little bit of scene of like the Dev stuff that's on Steam right now uh all right and we need what three three and we have this thing maxed out all right oh yeah I had to actually push e to build you and last one bam all right there we go so we now have our architect skill tree completely maxed out awesome all right I'm happy I don't need any of this here so I can make all this disappear all right there we go you could make some really weird properties I think with using this thing all right sweet so what's there's only one other Tech Tree which is this right here and I have not messed with this at all this is when I actually get to farm to the point I feel like we can actually do farming stuff all right so let's go do a job let's go do one of those Farm flip jobs and we have one available to us right now but I'm assuming this look if it's our last thing we need well you're way the crap over here you're way the crap over here sole solution peace and quiet in the skies and the old windmill surrounded by a sea of tulips who wouldn't live in a place like this Swan and Kevin simply love it belonged to her family a long time ago longer than one may expect Generations have passed and here it stood becoming a central point to their world but everything changes and so does the mill okay let's go my family has owned this place since 1878. our great-grandfather Flores wanted to become a Miller but with his name no wonder he ended up as the wealthiest tulip grower in the country thanks to him this area is so green and beautiful I wish it would stay like this forever it requires some effort though we've already got our water source and a wastewater treatment plant problem is electricity it's not always windy here so we guess that solar panels are our sole solution that in a comfy home is all we currently need all right sole solution cool cool so what are we going to be doing then buildings on the back here make a decision what are we gonna learn how to do greenhouses I'm sorry I got really excited uh something I wanted to do as soon as I saw that being availability huh Gardens full of colored Tomatoes corn and other veggies sometimes I think it would be more beautiful with art than our tools much more tasty too okay am I all right so here's the dilemma I was like I don't know what I'm supposed to do this is e to skip I want to protect the garden from our hands and yet I know the hens are happier if allowed to run freely so I gotta choose either a chicken enclosure vegetable fence garden fence I mean do the do that one then yeah the fence sounds like it'd be better for this then okay place a fencing gate a place in pheasant gate let's do the gate first I'm gonna go with some that's not what I wanted bleach Cedar light Maple yeah let's go with some light Maple I like the look of that okay so we'll put this hello do I have to actually I'm confused do you want this in a specific place I don't know maybe I need to put the pencil first all right whatever give me the light maple and you want this exactly where I think right here yes maybe okay there we go it's kind of if you look in the ground it shows it in a straight line but you can actually see it bends in the middle okay because I did not understand what they wanted for me there okay now we need a greenhouse okay right there all right put it over here oh my God I have two cats that are trying to fight on me right now I think I'm doing it right I'm not 100 sure you get like right on the perfect point it these ones all right right there there I can make a greenhouse at my place now though this may be what we're doing today when we get back to the main house because the whole this job is it's gonna it's definitely longer than I feel like the last one was the last one was insane we just like simply just did a flooded place uh I was I I was like the smallest job I think I've done in a long time but this one yeah there's definitely a lot more here we didn't get the last tool though I just realized it's not yet okay and then I just gotta put the square pieces up here all right and kind of like the specifics of where you got to put it is my only issue I'm having but that's like you know really just my own issue still snapping on pretty easily oh there we go good thing you can't place it on the missions I really enjoyed the pet update oh my God is that cat just constantly just underfoot it's like here's a new challenge to play in the fight in the game the cat all right so we got solar panels now all right uh chicken feeder oh I mean this is the chicken coop let's go put the chicken feeder over here let's put it like right there and then water trough right here but I also put one on this side too okay then you want bee hives um I think they're good over here all right six of these total but you will run out soon that's fine what do you talked about here we go six of those and then a scarecrow all right avoid chickens stay over there all right we did it we just did our first little actual like Farm action flip type of thing and I don't know since the first one all right I like it okay so now we are going to go back to our farm we've been working on I should be able to make the barn in the backyard now and feeling danger I keep looking on my shoulder because I keep having to catch freak out something uh I don't know I'm trying to think how can we do the barn roof though I don't know how we're gonna do that part because we have okay let's go here just first all right so we have our houses that we built out here last time but I was thinking I don't know how I'm gonna do the barn fruit not 100 sure how I'll do that uh let's go over here and I still didn't get my new tool I don't know what my new tool is I want to do another job just because of that but at the same time I don't all right so put this away I need nope not you you this there so do I still how second way to get up here all right and I guess we'll have horses at the back I don't I want to know if I can get rid of the floor here that's what I would really like to do I don't think you can I move objects hoe yeah I don't think I can I mean I guess I got storage up there or something but then have that our horse barn area down here I don't know uh let's put a where's the door door door all right but I have their little you know little Stables done so I'm happy with this go to farming Animal Care there was other things to add in here uh it's a cattle trough sheep and go trough there's the pig the cow where's the okay there's more cattle where's the horse trough or do I where do I put the horse food at I mean do they just eat another cattle one alpaca feeder water trough I don't know I mean that just says water so I think we'd be fine it's it's got to be just cattle it's got to be water and Cattle go ahead and give me this I'm gonna put this right up here by the door I'm gonna put it on the other side as well so they can have their water right there all right and then we'll put their food on the other side I think I like this one so I'm just gonna go with this black steel Essence is what we're going with in here all right there we go there we go all right sweet sweet okay so saddle packs saddle pad racks I'm assuming this is what I'd want right give me cherry I can change the pattern of the actual okay I see what's happening purple purple all right I dig it green all right there we go so we have a saddle saddle holder we'll put over here in the the horse feeder that's right I forgot they had their own little thing honestly I just give you brown so I think the cattle feeder was the wrong thing I don't think I needed that in here so I think it's this I'm pretty sure it's this that I needed I remember seeing this in that one we actually had to do for for the horses I swear there was a bed to lay on too right yeah straw animal bed here we go put that in here and we'll put this on the other side as well for the other one there we go okay I'm gonna sell this that this is not it is totally supposed to be the horse feeder right filled with food all right so hopefully they'll come straight in here when we're oh wait can I fill all of it with food oh you get a whole bunch of different kinds of foods there you go filled with water oh okay I didn't realize that they had their own things like this all right that way when we get horses they'll hopefully come straight in here and I can put them in here and they'll be all tucked in away where they need to be I can't get them now because this isn't technically our place and I don't want to make it our place until I have room for all the animals but I feel like working on the farm stuff a little bit today was one of the things I really wanted to do so we have this one set up and here as far as what to go for for the look I am going to go with uh panels and I'm kind of thinking brighter panels like something like this maybe I mean I do like that but now we're going with Japanese Elm but he's gonna buy a crap down of them take these upstairs and do the same thing I don't know what we'll do exactly up here but I do want to set this all up all right and then let's go out here and let's see about the roof real quick all right so we grab you and we're just gonna Spider-Man away up here there we go I freaking love that and then I need a roof so is there any way to get a different kind of roof like I don't want this shape is there a way to get off the pyramid shape like there's all these different kinds of forms of this stuff but I don't want a pyramid roof I want to like slanted roof I don't see a way oh yeah I don't see where all I see is a way to build gutters and I really want the gutters that sucks all right it's fine still it's still good because I can still put a roof on here that a roof at least looks weird but hoping to change it maybe we can change it and I'm in this thing okay so we got it right there that's fourteen thousand dollars for that roof cat's in the roof all right so if I change it from here can we change it to a different type of thing no just sell and just change here all right all right at least there's a roof on it okay and then as far as outside I think I'm gonna stick to a wood wood paneling as well okay so walls panels I think the outside I'm gonna go with like a kind of burnt look so let's cover the entire outside and this type of thing all right like so I'm gonna need a lot so that's why I'm kind of buying a crap ton of them I need to think about it but I actually need double because I'm gonna need to even stack them up higher okay so we have a lot of stuff to put up on this all right that's fine over here is the greenhouse area I still need a area for cows sheep and pigs in alpacas so that's what all the rest of this is going to be utilized for probably put like a little horse area over here for them to like be outside into uh what just happened saving so Greenhouse how do you do this so no it wasn't in here it was basically like structures so is this how I do it then we just go to the greenhouse you just say I do not know I guess I could have specified Greenhouse so it's not just giving me everything that's green okay so let's get our Greenhouse door first oh wait you're gonna make me put it in a wall aren't you yeah that's right all right then I lied we're gonna get the walls first 100 centimeter that's what I want right That's The Big Greenhouse one yeah that's what I want so these 100 centimeter right here and it's green so I want to make it a greenhouse because it's a greenhouse how come I can't turn it oh huh who what is it all of a sudden it's so big all right whatever it's fine okay one right here right here oh this is so much easier to build than a I was originally making it out to be in my head I love when I make a game harder than it actually is I would love to say that doesn't video as a live stream because I I'm sure there's a lot like I'm intrigued to see the ideas and how much that's gonna end up turning into a an insane insane Adventure so can I place the door in here right I mean tiny is relative of course okay so it is on the end like this again I don't quite know how to get it on top of the green I think okay you know what then I got this this is why I put this one up here uh uh grapple hook is getting into play this is this is experimentation day on this new building stuff that's basically one of the big things I wanted to do and that's what it looks like we're doing and it's working out just fine doing exactly what I was hoping I get an experiment to learn how to get this thing to work okay so if I put it over here here how do I get like right there I'm always wondering it's because I put this on here now it's all screwed up oh come on the tree pushed me off evil yeah there we go we're gonna try this again now where's the 50. does it make it get side all right sweet now I can put up the actual slanty ones right here no I don't really want to put them up that small that's a lot more pieces to put up and this is just a lot more a lot easier you know what I think it may actually be better oh oh no oh no I'm hoping that smaller one will fit in that one otherwise that's gonna be a problem right there I mean this is definitely easier doing this nice and good we got our we got our horse barn done today we got our greenhouse and our Greenhouse will be done today so this will be fine and then I think I want to try to at least get the uh possible organization of the outside buildings for the other animals done like I can figure out where everything's gonna go and I can actually put all the like you know houses for each one of them in their houses and we could potentially move everything in here today but I don't I don't think it'll end up being today I think that's probably gonna be at another point in time then we can sell that other house that I've been in forever which always makes me sad to sell those places but at the same time we generally get a stupid amount of money for it so you know what given that I had like six million at one point I have a ton of properties I'm down to 3.8 and I've been spending a lot of money on this place I have a lot of money to spend on this place I I kind of think that uh I'd be warranted uh yeah hey you probably sell some of the places oh my God I'm pretty sure the house that I have right now is the biggest house can I oh Lord can I please put bigger ones this this is too small I don't want to put that smaller things in there if I put this here and I put this over here now is there enough room for me to slide these ones on oh thank God all right so this this is at least doable oh because I'm like I don't want to put this in this sounds like an actual nightmare I I had a feeling it was going to be something like this too where it wasn't gonna fully fit together like this but is it still gonna can I at least put the other pieces in the middle all right and we go back to 50s I mean it's gonna have an interesting pattern to it yeah cause I can do this all right nope I didn't mean to do that I want to remove wanna remove I redo all these things I know exactly how he had that's why I'm removing him okay so I want to put them up to the sides oh it won't actually let me put it up against the side never mind I guess these are apparently in the right place I was like what nothing's happening it's because the game was saving all right I mean this works then I could still have to go straight down the center like I wanted all right there we go you and get you okay so we have two different sets uh farming tomato seeds sunflower seeds pumpkin seeds potato seeds carrot seeds and corn seeds let's grow some tomato all right let's plant them all across here there we go and then did tomato let's do sunflower on the other side I don't know I feel like sunflower is more an outside plant let's do potatoes we'll do potatoes and carrots over here what what what am I okay I planted potatoes before but I've never done anything like this is stuck a baby potato in the ground that was like I've been in the bag for too long and grew into all this crazy giant potato it's tons there was so many potatoes from one potatoism it was amazing it was it was actually amazing on how much Toto all right it's like garlic to the tiny little clove of garlic and just massive massive garlic Grew From that I miss my gardening like I at the the apartment we first lived in had like such an amazing balcony on the way the sun hit it and everything that I had so much stuff growing at a four foot garden it was awesome and we just can't do it here all right so let's do pumpkin seeds in here all right I don't know what this weird thing is in my hand you just puncture the ground real quick all right there we go do I have to water my crops and they just naturally grow I don't know and then I still have other things by the way like this horse care stuff to go put in there forgot all about that all right the chicken coop too to get the chickens hmm you know what to be maybe closer to like the dirt White Steel all right oh no I should have done this yet I forgot how slow I moved when I go open this thing oh it's fine we'll get over there eventually I kind of want this area out here to actually be like a barbecue area so I think the chickens would be best kept over here because I do want this like horse ranch type area to be happening right there so I'm thinking this tree is going to be in my way isn't it nah this will be fine right there all right yep all these trees are gonna have to go and we'll just have to plant some more wherever we want them later on which is kind of my plan anyways but they're they're really just not in the best places oh my god I've already been recording for almost an hour really how does time flowing so much this game is Just have so much fun with this game I really do so that's why I'm glad you guys have been hitting the like button leave comments and it's been doing well because that makes it so nice that we can expecting I'm not gonna lie it's interesting we need some light in here and I also think I need to do something with the ceiling but um yeah I'm pretty much running out of time uh let's go check on this though I I didn't even realize I mean I knew it was there but it says the timer as long as we've been doing up in the minimap Corner I've been working on this property for three hours and 48 minutes already and I am nowhere near done like nowhere we've barely done anything inside put a tiny little bit in the kitchen just to figure out how I wanted the kitchen set up for Windows tiny little things here and there but for the most part we've done nothing we have started growing our own place so I at least have a greenhouse going we now have a barn for horses so I mean that's at least decorated we have a place for chickens though I'm probably going to put a little chicken fence around this whole thing and then yeah like I said in here is at least mostly done there was the one exception I realized that I said I was missing which is I needed the right here we gotta get we got to get the care for the horse of course we gotta put that there and then oh wait this is a horse mat you told me that I forgot that they had mats the whole time I forgot they had mats you know what there you go the mat's gonna be right there and you just get a whole bunch of extra hay in your mat I forgot about that that's right they have mess bam there we go all right all I did was give it more texture and then of course we could use lights in here as well but that's uh yeah that's a whole other thing oh not that give me ceiling lamps slap these things in here so we have some lighting for now of course entrance here and my switches all right bam there we go now we have these have been Lighting in here too but yeah I mean we have the basics of our play set up now so I'm excited about that we actually have a greenhouse now built which is awesome and this is growing stuff for us so we are going to start actually working on that stuff I don't know how it's gonna work here since I don't technically oh no I own the place this is my place it's just not our home base uh and then yeah I think next time we'll end up working on more for the cows I want to get the rest of the farm stuff in here but I think actually I think what we should do should we work on the farm stuff first or make this place my own by adding the animal things and then we can move ourselves in here like I don't know or should we work on the internal of the house because there is still basically everything inside
