your scam is not like many of the other multiples i've seen really yeah did somebody give you a diagnosis of being bipolar all of the ways that in many ways in the hypomania um or pre-trauma therapy right so how do you know it's not just your brain's pissed off absolutely and so i i'm because you don't really have a bipolar scam really sleepy frontal lobes the frontal lobes are your brains break okay and when it's low and you've had intense childhood sexual trauma you split as a way to manage it and the brighter you are the more you split so your brain is not permanently damaged but it's struggling and it can be better okay you've already done so much work but there's more to do there's more to do i always think of people in four big circles so the biology you want to keep your brain healthy or rescue it if it's sort of headed to the dark place we have to prevent or treat the 11 major risk factors that steal your mind we're going to talk about psychology in your mind your social circle the connections um if seahorse is here represents your hippocampus it's the memory structure in your brain and every day you're growing them or shrinking them we have ants and dragons here and stands for automatic negative thoughts we're gonna kill ourselves because they feed the dragons and so i want you to live with these three words is it true i want you to be questioning thoughts come from another generation thoughts come from these other personalities that think they want to run the show or somebody just bumps you a certain way completely unintentionally and all of a sudden they're out and they want to stop them so is it true constantly questioning the thoughts that just percolate up social well you have this huge disconnection from somebody you loved someone you were attached to and then the spiritual circle which is so why do you care everything starts what do you want in your relationships what do you want for work what do you want for your money your physical emotional spiritual health what do you want have to define it write it out post it all great businesses have a business plan you need to have that you know to have a life business now a life business plan because that way when you're interacting with someone you go what does this fit the goals i have so you're constant and that's what your frontal lobes do they always go does it fit is it true and does it fit and when we strengthen them those things all be easier for you [Music] so this is our first circle and when i first started imaging i knew i should look like how do i know unless i look i mean i was just tired of guessing without anybody ever knowing what's going on in your head it's just stupid cardiologists don't act like this orthopedic doctors don't act like this and after i started looking at the brain i began to realize oh my god the brain is an organ just like your heart's an organ and if it's not working right you're not going to feel right because the brain is involved in thinking and feeling and then behaving i'm like i have to fix it so how do you fix a physical organ you have to actually it didn't get it didn't get hurt just by talking to it i came up with this mnemonic with my team bright minds it teaches us what the 11 most vectors are that steal your life and the first one is blood flow so remember i showed you your scan here's here's healthy and here's yours and i don't like it no we need to make it better so the 11 risk factor so we know you have one which is you have low blood flow especially to the front part of your brain our goal is to activate that retirement and aging you're young but i want to look for some of the aging markers when's the last time you had blood work um it's been maybe two years so i'm going to order a whole new plan okay inflammation you just need to find 20 meals that you love mm-hmm that love you about it that love me back yes because inflammation is a major cause of depression okay and dementia and low blood flow to your brain okay it's just feta cheese that's my that's my kryptonite feta cheese have you ever been in a bad relationship no just once or twice i'm not doing it anymore no well i'm gonna love people that love me i only [Music] just just get that same mindset with food i used to love fudge totally it was an abusive partner okay absolutely in genetics we already talked you have a family history of bipolar disorder suicide um [Music] stuff have you ever had a head injury did you see these dimples in the back so i have low activity in the front but if you fall on the back of your head your brain then bounces and hits the front and it's in a skull that has sharp bony ridges and so i don't know why god didn't put bumper grip why didn't you put bumper guards there hello no i didn't know people would play hit soccer balls that's so stupid i thought we were going to be in prayer and meditation all day yes and then toxins so you've never smoked and how much do you drink um i never drank until i turned 30 i had my first drink when i was 30. i don't really like it um but i i the occasional um maybe a full glass of wine now i'm a light weight but yeah i mean during covet i had a little more wine so probably three times a week more like i'd say this average once a week um but probably less than that not great for you um the american cancer society came out last year against daniel because as i said any alcohol is associated with seven different kinds of cancer wow um have you ever had infections um lime epstein-barr we think maybe you had covid you don't really have a code scan i've scanned about almost 50 people with coping really do their brain they're limbic brains are lit up it's really interesting sort of a surprise um but how are your hormones um i used to have a very high level of testosterone it it i think that it's probably i haven't had it tested in a while but it had been reduced in the last time that i tested it it caused me severe um or it helps to continue whatever else was causing my severe severe acne and it's also something my mom had well we'll check your hormones including testosterone how's your sleep fun very very eventful which is not how sleep should be um i i can fall asleep anywhere in the world at any time with anything going on if my body is tired just it's like everyone just actually my friend spent the night last night she was wanting me to watch this documentary and she was like i can't believe it you almost got to the end of the documentary it was literally like a few more scenes and like so i can pass out no problem i always wake up within three to four hours and i am very mentally active and like you know i've written books in the middle of the night poetry so we have the risk factors so now let's make sure we're doing something about everything okay and so for blood flow um exercise especially for you coordination exercise and then hyperbaric oxygen is something you can do in the encino clinic okay um you know acting is always new learning i love that yeah and so continuing to learn new things you should always be thinking in your head so what are the new things i can learn um for inflammation kill the processed foods probiotics can be really helpful okay i have one called pro brain biotics omega-3 are you you're not taking an omega-3 i'm not taking omega-3s okay i'm going to start you on one the supplements here is bright minds powder it's got stuff to increase i did the big nfl study sort of when the nfl was lying they had a problem about 15. and we scanned and treated 300 players 80 percent of my players get better and basically it's the bright minds powder the fish oil wow and not smoking pot and not smoking i'm losing weight if you're fat yeah um genetics i'm actually going to do a genetic test on you head trauma no more cheerleading roles no more cheerleading roles thankfully i'm a little too old for that man to protect your head protect my head um avoid toxic exposure which means less alcohol is better do you know the app think dirty no i want you to download it okay it's an app that allows you to scan your personal products makeup deodorant shaving cream whatever and it'll tell you on a scale of one to ten how quickly it's killing you oh um okay amazing that's incredible so like i use barbasol and on a scale of one to ten it's nine oh early death and i like myself way too much yeah yeah i'd use something now called kiss my face and it's a tube okay and you go oh but it's more expensive and it's like well not really because it lasts like a hundred times longer right and also if i die i don't you know really care how expensive it is because i'm dead i like to be alive i'm worth it yeah right saunas do you like saunas they're good for you they've actually been found to be a treatment for depression so if you go through i love the infrared low point okay go on to a sauna fauna one to ten where's your mood now uh 12. that's good um whenever you feel sad okay or mad or nervous or out of control i want you to start keeping a journal and i want you to write down what you're thinking okay and i'm going to teach you how to kill the ants kill the automatic negative okay thoughts so when you feel bad write it down and then question question yeah this is that is it true no one will ever love me right i'll never be normal is that true immunity infections i'm going to check your vitamin d level probably you're not taking vitamin d are you probably should okay i'm gonna add that just because living in the time of code yeah everybody should take vitamin d questions um however do we get so lucky to have you here on earth we can we can heal our brains and and we can look at our brains from a different perspective and it doesn't have to make us something wrong with us or something crazy about us
