amount of money was coming to you now that we've ran through that i find it harder and harder each day to find any reason at all to stick around and then i ask you to do something so simple like take out the trash and you can't even do that you're evil no i just don't like being around trash so much so that i'm going to teach you a lesson so you don't forget to take it out again you took out the to talk just leave me alone okay you know what i get it talking can definitely be a little bit overrated i mean i often think that when i'm upset i like to just go straight to the gym and sweat out all of my frustrations and my energy i think that it's a really healing experience now i know that a lot of people don't like going to the gym because it requires change and change can sort of be an uncomfortable sometimes even a painful experience but it is necessary for growth the same way that muscles have to get torn down in order to become bigger sometimes we have to go through a very similar experience in order to grow into bigger versions of ourselves anyway if you want a free workout i'll be upstairs for sessions on me okay if you want something different in life then you have to do something different to do something different it requires change and change can be a very tough thing for many of us mike decided he wanted different he decided he wanted a better life for himself he immediately got up and went off to the gym to join sarah change is uncomfortable but so is staying the same he worked out all of his anger and resentment issues all the pain of losing his first wife in a car accident he spent days and days and weeks and months in the gym working out with sarah getting himself back into shape and he began to learn to love himself again hey sarah i just want to say thank you for getting me back into the gym again i really miss this place i i feel 100 better just being back here again hey no worries you know someone reached out to me once when i was in a really dark place a complete stranger actually he invited me to the gym one day and really encouraged me to work on myself it actually saved me from this really abusive relationship that's part of the reason why i stopped you that one day i sort of felt like i saw a piece of myself in you so this is where you've been hiding huh daniela let's go no i said let's go and i said no i think you heard him he just said he doesn't want to go what are you his security guard no i'm his girlfriend my girlfriend i mean that's right that's impossible he's married to me well not anymore i want a divorce what are you doing i'm doing what you told me i'm taking out the trash you know what you're gonna have him i was only using him for his money anyway hey are you okay yeah for the first time in a long time i can actually say i'm better than ever come on let's get out of here hey wait did you mean what you said about the girlfriend thing well yeah unless of course you don't want to which i
