all right here we go we have pop music royalty in the building right now my man aaron carter wow pleasure to have you here big fan oh yeah oh yeah i mean you're responsible for selling how many millions of albums at this point um it's reached about 65 70 million albums 70 million that's worldwide right internationally i sold 10 million records before i turned 10 years old wow so and i didn't even know what was going on this was before streaming this is when people had to go purchase the cd yeah i know it was before the internet existed yeah all that stuff i mean basically back in the day you can almost compare uh instagram likes and comments to what we used to do back in day which was mall signings right exactly so that's how you would connect pure to pure face to face with people even if it would just be a second of time it's no different than what correlates with instagram second of time well it's a great way to look at it so and i did so many mall signings i would bust that's what we did you shut down the mall well five seven ten thousand people and i had to bust through them in five hours an autograph a picture for five to ten thousand people in five hours yeah so that's kind of how i i correlate instagram and back in and that's why i have such qualms with social media because you know they a lot of people are jealous you know and a lot of people out there they they are they almost like want to bring people down when they see them going up and i've been somebody that has hit rock bottom many times in my life and with that being said i i feel like the perception of people who are also maybe rock bottom they want to keep you down with them so they don't want to really lift people up when they see themselves pick themselves up such as myself i feel you well it's your first time here so i want to get into the whole story so you were born in tampa tampa florida did you grow up in tampa i grew up in tampa uh we lived right in the heart of tampa and then we moved to ruskin florida which was probably 45 minutes away and then things kind of started popping off uh you know my brother and then with me i came about two years after he started so he started about he got put into backstreet boys when he was 13 years old my mother was seven years older than me and i started when i was six okay so so you guys are growing up and there is five of you it was five children from the same mom and dad my dad had 11 children ah okay you like bob marley but you grew up with five kids five kids yeah okay and you have a twin sister i do got it okay and from what i understand it was somewhat of a dysfunctional home you know i think each child in the family has their own two cents and their own perspectives in my opinion being being the baby of the family like michael jackson and like people like that what they try to do is they try to like older family members is they always try to become the patriarchs and the matriarchs of the family but the fact of the matter is is i'm 32 gonna be 33 years old and i am the real patriarch of my family because i look out for my mom i put her in rehab last year i put myself in rehab if i have problems you know i'm the only one who's actually done it in my family and then was able to help another family member do it and so i really i really love my family but at the same time it i would much rather be appreciated for my accolades versus shortcomings that i have overcome and transcended from if that makes sense i got you i got you because you know you talked about abuse from some of the siblings yeah like you talked about how your sister uh did something to you or yeah i mean you know what i mean unfortunately you know for me i had to really release these skeletons from my closet and be as transparent with the world as possible because i felt like this is the only way that you know well not the only way but one of the ways that people will have a newfound respect for me is because i'm not afraid to speak the truth people know that i ain't been arrested in the last year ain't nobody caught me on nothing and i've been having people trying to set me up and do all kinds of stuff i got five restraining orders right now you know what i mean for my family you know one when they're sending me messages on christmas you know after i wanted i i supposedly wanted to uh kill my sister-in-law and her unborn child because i broke up with my ex-girlfriend who's crazy russian [ __ ] and she made up a lie okay like nothing's gonna transpire from that nothing's gonna happen i hope the best from my family right but i don't like fallacies and i don't i don't i don't like to i don't like it when i'm shining shining the light on somebody else for their degree for them to try to turn around and make it about me because i i will tell you right now i'm i'm not an orlando brown all right i'm not one of these kids that didn't come back that was a disney start first of all when i did disney i always played aaron carter by the way i was never a character you're already a star at that point i was only aaron carter yeah when i did jimmy neutron i did mostly nickelodeon stuff i did the whole jimmy neutron soundtrack aaron carter and carter aaron carter it was never some sort of fake name so it was always me your brother before he joined backstreet boys was actually offered to join the mickey mouse club yeah apparently that's what he was talking about the other day yeah and he turned it down okay because they turned down like 50 grand to go with the backstreet but i might not have been like walking around yet okay do you remember like eight or nine or something when that happened so i might have been a toddler at that point okay well because you dropped a year after backstreet boys i dropped about two years after so they did they started they put everyone together at 13 years old and then they had sam licotta and uh of sam and and um charles and then brian and kevin came in and replaced them so baxter boys started taking off about the time that nick was 15. and then i was already put into tampa paragon music school when i was seven years old doing punk music because i was listening it was grunge days in 95 96 so i was doing kurt cobain tom petty bush savage garden you know um glass jaw like stuff like that that's and and you know as much as i have my qualms and my dislikes with my family and maybe things that they said that i'm upset about i still love them at the end of the day but i will call them out on their book okay so your brother kind of gets on first and you follow as a solo artist oh of course yeah is he already popping by the time you get signed or or is he still involved oh no they blew up right away as soon as they got rid of charles and sam actually off to the races man okay and then they looked at you like okay in a song called lover boy it was i think one of the first songs i ever did women being my lover boy and it was uh it was the first one and everything they were wearing like black jackets looking like fonzie and stuff like 1993-94 was it kind of amazing being that i mean you were what six years old seeing your brother blow up like that well the cool part about it actually that worked in a mysterious way is because i produce my own music you know and on my last album i love album we're almost at 2 million record sales yeah you know so great songs on there by the way thank you very much man love is love wins you know uh but it's just it you know i i'm just really proud of the you know the body of work that i was able to create after coming back after you know so long it was it was crazy you get signed around six six seven years old and was lou pearlman already in the picture in terms of management or production company well it was lou pearlman and johnny wright that ran transcontinental records right so they were partners all right and johnny wright who still manages justin timberlake to this day he managed me on and off you know throughout the course of my career not right now i manage myself um but they told me years later that my first single crush on you they did it as a joke okay they wanted to see oh well you know here's aaron you know he's spunky he's fun he's always coming to the studio with nick and you know watching max martin make all their music and that's why i wanted to be a producer that's what it meant a lot to me but like i mean uh wait what was it what uh go back to the uh the beginning well i was talking about lou pearlman well i mean well yeah well luproman you know he owned transcontinental and he did all the blimps and all the stuff and all the banners and then turned it into a record company he got new kids on the block you know and they they started with them backstreet in sync me and then britney spears you know so that was like and then they would always call backstreet boys nsync aaron carter and britney spears that lou promon would always call us his fantastic four yeah he was a powerhouse because we were the ones we were the four artists that he had that were making hundreds of millions of dollars and silly called the fantastic four and selling hundreds of millions of albums like correct you guys were really destroying it i don't think you could really compare it to anything these days as bad as that was it'll never be like that again yeah and not until i start hitting the music again yeah like seriously because everybody doubted me man they were like oh and when i released my album they were like someone said to me oh show us what great producers can do for you and i said go check the credits i'm the producer thank you though for the backhanded compliment will you drop your debut album in 1997 uh-huh self-titled title and you sell a million copies right away we sold a million copies in like two months it went it went platinum and gold in over 50 countries it was insane i was a little child and and i love my life that's why it's like you know there's different stories from the family oh they did this did this we had great parents man what got in the way was money cosmetics superficialities and fame okay because as a child entertainer isn't there there's a law the cougar law paul peterson created the cougan law in 1970 all right and it's called paul peterson the child actor cougan law 15 whose parents stole all his money so they made a law after so so my parents decided to find a way to get around that okay and they when i turned 18 years old i got hit with 7.8 million dollars of taxes that they didn't pay when i was 11 and 12 years old wow and all the penalties so and then i had to fight that and when i turned 18 i got trust money i got my trust money but they wanted to take all my money away from me right away because of taxes yeah and because i was the only one to have money and then and then and then i have to go spend a few years build myself a bankruptcy case with no money really i i went broke i spent i was completely like reckless with my money shoes and this and cars and all this stuff stupid and then i ended up getting booking a gig at the fantasticks for 500 for 500 uh shows i did 500 shows straight in an off-broadway play called a fantastic because it was the only place that would hire me and i wanted to go back there 654 dollars i made a week living in new york city okay so that i went from like hundreds of millions of dollars stealing bankruptcy and then while i'm doing the fantastic they garnish my wages and let me let me know the 600 or something they take from you okay yeah and then i get the bankruptcy though i get a chapter seven and the judge gave me a full discharge and said you have two options you can put your parents in in jail for failing to abide by fiduciary responsibilities for 10 years each or we're going to give you a chapter 11 or 13 and i said i will never let you put my parents in prison no matter how dirty they've been to me and the judge goes well i'm going to give you a chapter seven just because you said that and my attorney in the back my litigator started jan makamura he started clapping his hands he goes you don't even know what just happened at chapter seven there's a full discharge and they go and they pay off all the stuff because it's your responsibility so i got to start over oh okay so first album goes multi-platinum worldwide and then your second album aaron's party come get it which she dropped in 2000 sold 3 million like in the u.s alone yeah it did a total of like 9 to 10 million worldwide so when diamond you have a diamond album they never gave me my diamonds you didn't get your official diamond plaque but it's still wet they owe me like four job records is owned by rca they you got y'all can send me my diamonds now what was it like to be okay because by the age okay by 2000 you were what 12. by 2 000 uh i was about 12. yeah 11. i was 11. 11. going to 12. you've now sold over 10 million albums yeah just worldwide just with the first album then that was that was an album that was made for europe right and i did crush on you johnny wright was like this is gonna be you know we're gonna make it we're gonna see if it works but it's kind of a joke and then crush on you blew up i got my record deal that night from edo records that night because i opened up for my brother in the backstreet boys my first concert ever i ever did was in front of 50 000 people at seven years old i got a record deal that night yeah that night and it worked out for everybody and it worked out for everybody yeah yeah okay maybe except for me until i got about 28 30 years old and started figuring out digging into everything well yeah and just really understanding that you don't need a bunch of team of people of yes men around you you need to be in charge of your own business well around this time your brother's blowing up as well backstreet boys is selling millions and millions of records as well um were you guys close around this this age or not really yeah uh no offense to backstreet boys but my last album sold more than theirs did there you go so love you guys but i did do the sound scan okay well then your third album oh aaron comes out and that goes platinum as well four times four times platinum and you actually have a duet with your brother nick on there yeah okay whose idea was that theirs wasn't a guy i didn't want my brother on my album okay they were they were featuring his solo record at the end of the album promoting snippets for his his solo album ah okay because you guys are all under the same production company so they're trying to kind of cross market same record label but i don't like that i didn't think that was cool yeah but whatever what is your life like at this point after after dropping three albums and all of them going multi-platinum you still being young what do you think was the best moments of that era well so i guess we did so we did the self-title album and then aaron's party comes out that's when i cut my hair with my dad my mom cried and then i did oh erin and then at that point with oh aaron that was the cheesiest album i ever did in my life i couldn't stand that freaking album man it was so weird and just the songs and everything i mean i i and then i'm listening to it i'm just like this is like not me like and then i'm still performing um i want candy and aaron's party and how i beat shaq and then i released another album called another earthquake right my fourth album that's in 2002. and before you get to that the whole beating shack like he just did an interview the other day too that was funny yeah did you guys actually like run into each other or know each other oh yeah we we did a we did a little spoof thing for spite tv oh okay called the rematch yeah and it was pretty it was pretty funny uh did that a few years ago he is the biggest human being i've ever met in my entire life yeah i mean standing next to you guys doesn't even feel natural ass though when i was 12 playing basketball oh yeah i did it with my eyes closed you you beat check asking the tournament he told everybody playing basketball he already let everybody know that okay i got it shaq with all the rings right that shaq the yeah the super bowl champ they're not super bowl champion the uh nba champion yeah yeah that guy yeah yeah all right no it was funny though because he came up in a video i remember i was in australia like a couple weeks before that and i chipped my front tooth so the whole video i'm like trying to cover up my front tooth that looked like jim carrey's tooth and down summer and like i like he pulled up in his mercedes and it had the superman logo on it and everything i was like man i love shaq man it was it was it was an honor for him to come because he came and he didn't even he just was there man he didn't charge anything he was there yet about jack's check's cool man i did a mixtape with him at once i mean you know florida orlando like you know yeah people kind of like that record recognize each other so okay so then your next time earthquake yeah it comes out i guess it debuts at number 18 with like 40 41 000 sold but then it dropped to 41 number 41 on the charts yeah and it ends up being your your least successful album which was crazy to me because it was my favorite album i ever did as a child because i had do you remember on there i had uh when it comes to you to all the girls i had some really great records on on this and um the guy that sings no it don't break even no um he he wrote do you remember and produced it and it was one of the most incredible songs i did at that time and that's where i wanted to go i wanted to be respected as a singer and not just like these songs that were rap songs that were written that people are still like i it's cool like you guys can like party and like reminisce and stuff like that but i'm not a nostalgia store man like you're not gonna you know that's that's not who i am and that's not gonna be my legacy my legacy now is the fact that i did great when i was younger went through some family turmoil everything shattered but now i i waited and i learned how to produce and i went to school for it i got tutored for sale all this stuff mentored under certain people like dead mouse you know and mark batson and scott storch and some some really great guys i study bass nectar like so i'm really into making music is my passion like it really is so that's why the love album when i produced it man i'm proud of that man no one i got 500 000 followers okay on instagram but i have almost a billion streams now on my last album yeah i mean sooner or later is that like 90 million views on spotify alone that's your biggest song on spotify and that's off your your uh self-produced out but i want to talk about real quick real quick on earthquake yeah you're 15 at the time 15 yeah yeah 15 going on that that album ends up being 14 14. okay yeah almost about 30. that was your last album on jive and then it seems like right afterwards your parents filed a lawsuit against well we did the greatest hits one more yeah yeah yeah you did the greatest drive after the fourth one so the fifth one was the greatest hits and then you sued uh lou pearlman now we should do perlman yes now i looked into lou pearlman's story and uh outside of the group uh is it us5 or us five s5 us5 that's the only group that worked with him that didn't sue him every other group sued him and won for uh fraud and mr interpretation uh lou was apparently signed as the sixth member of the backstreet boys so he would get a cut of everything the bacteria guess what i don't blame him okay why not he put all his money and time invested everything into that group and gave them their careers that they still have today okay i'm not going to be the one that's going to be like oh yeah lou berman's no i'm going to tell you what complete i'm i like to pet sharks backwards okay well he was also busted for a 300 million ponzi scheme 290 yep 290 million uh yeah he ex he he embezzled yeah uh you know that a lot of money to rebuild church street i was 17 years old i did my last single with him when i was 17 years old my dad took me back after my parents divorced and my dad took me back to lou pearlman inside the shady deal with him right before i turned 18. i released a song called saturday night it immediately went gold i pr it was the first song i ever produced and that i did pretty much by myself and uh with another producer named aaron aceta and i already i'm i'm a very instinctual person so i already picked up what was what was getting put down so about five months before he was incarcerated and right before i turned 18 i told everyone i quit well lou was also uh accused by rich cronin of the group lfo of attempting to molest him as a boy and also claim that he was molesting other kids all right well how how am i supposed to speak on that man sometimes i feel like people be making these crazy accusations just to get some sort of attention and you know what that's nothing against anybody who has suffered sexual abuse because guess what i am one of those people all right so with that being said i don't know what to believe but you've never had anything happen bad with lou never did anything weird okay i've known lou since i was a little child man nothing he was a big papa bear he's like a santa claus man like why weren't the guys saying something back then riddle me that i don't know you hear these stories a lot though i know but riddle me that why are you gonna wait till he's dead and then start talking about it yeah he eventually had a cardiac arrest and died in prison i know uh you know well well you guys sued him yeah well my mom sued him and we sued him for the masters and i owned the masters now to my first album okay and you won that lawsuit iso yes i did and i own the masters and i'm i'm remixing it remastering and re-releasing it i got got it pulled off everything i guess he countersued you but they proved that you were underage when you signed the contract so the contract was like null and void bye bye felicia i warn everybody you don't want to sue me i will drain your accounts in court i will drain you at one point you were dating lindsay lohan and hillary duff i guess you could say that i mean i don't know if dating at 13 years old is a thing i mean what were we doing playing snake on our iphones and building legos together okay so just kid stuff it was just kid stuff man it was people try to make big spectacles out of a bunch of stuff you know what i mean and you know errands in this love triangle and all that with misconstrued information yeah okay well guess what i i i sorry baby but like i think when women meet me and they lose me they become really scorned and i've i've gone through a lot of counseling and therapy and couple relationship stuff and obviously four times in rehab that's what you do you learn how to set boundaries and certain things so like i'm very i'm very protective of myself and as i got older you know looking back on like lindsay lohan or even my first girlfriend amanda bynes you know um yeah it's my first girlfriend amanda bye yeah she she's had a rough patch she has two and i wish her all the best but i will tell all y'all out there or all the the orlando browns the amanda bynes everybody out there you guys can turn your lives around but you gotta realize there's more to life than just fame and fortune and money and cosmetics and people's perceptions remember this what someone's opinion of you is none of your business at the end of the day yeah and i keep having to make that a mantra to myself and just and just keep to that and just but at the same time being a people please doing what i do of course people's opinions or things they say are gonna you know hurt at times and anyone who says that it doesn't that does what i do they're lying to you well at one point you guys do the reality show house of carters yeah in 2006. you mentioned on no jumper that it you and uh nick had like a fight where you you choked him out until he passed out which never made it on to the cameras well no he said after i did it he goes that's the first time you ever came at me and then i'm proud of you he said he's like look at my head look at this yeah i was 19. i'm 30 i'm almost 33 now bro so were you guys really getting into physical altercations like that a lot during that era oh okay because at one point you were saying like a big brother type of thing you know i mean sometimes he would he would be a little overzealous but i'm here you had mentioned that he was making you drink when you were younger yeah i mean he he would he would do that but you know what like right now our family has been through so much in the last year and my brother just had a kid and my twin sister just had a kid they got restraining orders against me man talking about them it it rubs me the wrong way you know not not even if i'm having a conversation with my fiance if we're talking about this stuff it just it it it rubs me the wrong way because i don't i don't i i didn't appreciate uh uh my whole family trying to like allegedly you know prosecute me in a malicious way and using the court system to harass me and you know i found out in the transcripts you know that uh with the restraining order against my twin sister and my her husband that they were trying to get me baker acted and get a conservatorship over me oh and they didn't win so they could manage your money so they could sedate me for the rest of my life allegedly and isn't the transcripts that's what they were going to do well i had to fight for my life for that stuff i don't i want to get to all that i'm just kind of no i don't know going down the timeline okay so 2006 you get engaged to playboy model character yeah and i guess it was a grand opening grand closing kind of no no it was actually a publicity stunt thing that we were doing in vegas at the comedy uh the comedy store comedy club in vegas so it was just like it was just like a publicity stunt thing it was i i think i had tea many martinis that night and they were like come on stay june and do this little skit and i'm like all right it was all the half all the the half baked guys from the movie and i was like man i can't not turn this down i love these guys oh chappelle dave chappelle like uh a fish what what's fish's name i know you're talking about howard's alone yeah fish okay yeah fish was there and i was a big fan of fish all right so then 2008 you get arrested in kimball county texas uh yes with uh i guess you were speeding and there was two ounces of weed in the car uh no i was speeding there was one gram of weed in the car one gram of weed there's a gram of weed in the car inside nothing campbell county it's like a joint uh i had actually gotten pulled over by that cop eight months previously when i was taking an ex-girlfriend to spring hill in texas and i get out the car and i recognize him he's like hey man just you know be honest with me tell me what's up and i said hey there's you know i just came from california there's probably some butt or something like that in the car and he's like well feel free to i was like well feel feel free to look you know probably something in there like just crumbs and [ __ ] on the ground like and so he arrested me i went to jail for two days and uh just made some homies made some friends in the pen like and then two days later i get off and they drop the charges because of medical license and so i have no criminal record okay was that the first time you got arrested though first time man oh no i got arrested when i was 15 for a concealed weapon oh okay why are you carrying a concealed weapon because i was drug dealing okay and because my parents weren't paying me money right so i heard about and you were actually dealing coke and ecstasy because i was i was doing coke ecstasy and like yeah at 15 yeah being aaron c though the keys wanted the ecstasy aaron carter the diamond selling artist is selling drugs because his parents aren't giving him his money doesn't that sound kind of crazy when you say it i'm not really i'm a hustler man okay what i mean how much can you really make when you're i i look familiar i will not disclose that information i'm just saying though like put it this way put it this way when i started four months later my dad cracked open my safe and found a hundred grand in there okay it was like where did this money come from you lose something i said i got you uh i don't know i've been saving it up for my periums for the last 15 years your parents were basically just not giving you anything even though you were making millions of dollars no cards no credit cards and all i had was a cell phone okay and and then i had chores i had to shovel the sand and the what was your brother going through the same thing with your parents no he wasn't even around he was gone when he was 18. so when he was oh right by 18 he was already gone you were the last people we didn't see him anymore ah got it he he left everybody got it okay so you turn 18 and then suddenly you're like well there is a trust put aside for you yeah 4.4 million dollars i had in the trust but then but i went to guitar center and i spent 100 or five hundred thousand dollars in two hours on all studio stuff to invest in myself yeah uh to learn how to be a producer okay and i haven't stopped ever since and now it's actually paying off well 2009 you joined dancing the stars yep how was that experience uh it was troublesome yeah karina and i started dating halfway through she broke up with a fiance for me and then we started dating halfway through and then we broke up towards the end and then we lost so and then after that i actually uh um after dancing with the stars i i ended up in in what was this what year dancing with stars was 2009 then i ended up in rehab right yeah because i went to orlando and i started uh you know using uh really bad substances huffing duster huffing duster cans right and doing that someone else just got caught with that oh yeah uh hold on a second i'll have to tell you you probably know what this is i probably don't um brandon bug hall who played alfalfa and the little rascals it's sad it's a really arrested for huffing chemicals yeah aerosols yeah inhalants yep ac is around the same age as you he's 35 a little bit a little bit older yeah it's do you know who that is yeah i know who alfalfa is uh i don't know who the actor is um but it is so bad man because i mean it destroyed my insides i put so many metals and chemicals that i had to go i had to go to rehab over and over and over again to continue cleaning out like the metals that were in my body kind of like how an iron man got all that shrapnel in his torso when he got blown up and had to put that like that's how my body was it was full of metals and it was full of all this stuff and all this toxic stuff that my body is still getting rid of these days like you know and i've been i'm coming up on three years i uh i'm coming up on three years now and ever since i cleaned that up and went to aldo house last time for the three months that i went since then i've been able to rebuild my career again once again make a good amount of money buy my first house you know uh continue working on music i i do only fans which i make i have a really great fan base on only fans you do nude unonly fans oh yeah okay absolutely do you have mostly male fans or female fans or i actually have mostly it's it's it's in between in between it's in between it's mostly males okay well at one point you said you were bisexual yeah i mean i can find a man attractive yeah absolutely have you ever had sex with a man no so you're bi-curious i mean it's more it's more so yeah i guess i guess you could say about it i could look at a man and say he's well built i wish i was built like that but yeah that's what i don't want to have sex with him i will be watching like i or uh avengers not but i like thor's body like i want my body and [ __ ] yeah i wish i had thor's body but i do not want to kiss thor so that's kind of how i look at i don't think that makes me bisexual correct no i'm engaged to a beautiful woman right and i i am i am a heterosexual but that doesn't mean that i i can't say that you know i appreciate that guy that way he loves handsome guy he looks like a decent dude whatever you know what i mean because i appreciate a beautiful horse you know when i see a stallion i say wow that is a beautiful horse but there is not a next step to that where i i now want where you're gonna go commit bestiality right exactly that's where i draw the line that's where i draw mine too [Laughter] you know like someone asked me they're like oh who's your man crush and i said um like tom hardy like i like tom hardy great actor brad pitt good-looking dude you know uh easy on the eyes uh what's the guy who plays uh uh james bond daniel craig daniel craig there you go good looking dude yeah stink very rugged yeah sting got it great looking guy i would like to you know i would aspire to keep my looks and be healthy and stay in a straight narrow sure and it's like people can tell when i'm not doing well and people can tell when i'm doing well but i do have a medical condition that does affect my weight so i've been going through some some health stuff that's how much do you weigh now right now i weigh 120 and i'm supposed to be 175. okay you were six months you were less than 120 at one point you were like 110 105. when i did the doctors yeah yeah so i was what was the lowest you've ever been probably like 105 at 6 1 which is yeah me and you are the same height and i weigh 215. right so i my ideal is 175 so i'm working with my doctors right now because i have a hiatal hernia and dysplasia which is the beginning stages of esophageal cancer so it's a stress induced conditions the stigma behind it because not a lot of people know exactly how a hiatal hernia affects the body and what it can cause if this the you know so i'm almost like an avid spokesperson for these kind of things and how to deal with them and so i just have to kind of take a step back and really focus on my relationship and you know being engaged taking our time you know getting planning a proper wedding not rushing anything and just reducing any stress in my life or any sort of negative energies that are around me and if that means i gotta get rid of everyone and start over let's do it i and i've done it many times before it's called hitting the reset button well in 2012 your sister leslie died of a drug overdose she did 25 years old 27 27 27 club was that your twin sister no i have nightmares about that all the time too sometimes like i'll wake up and i won't realize which sister is gone and it's like really hard for me like i wake up like is it did angel die or leslie sometimes i get confused when i wake up were you guys really close you and leslie leslie and i were very close leslie and i she was my best friend you know you know we went through a lot of stuff leslie you know had some uh some some things that she was going through but if you watch house of carters which i've been doing lately too and i and i've been watching leslie a lot on it and i'm like wow none of us were listening to her and all she was doing was asking for us to listen to her and her emotions and her feelings my brother would turn away and walk away from her you know and i had dealt with my previous stuff with leslie in the past you know that she obviously healed from you know and for and said she was sorry to me one day for and so you know going through abuse like that at a young age she was the one that was abusing you she was yeah because she suffered from bipolar and and she had some you know it runs in the family so yeah most of the people in my family that have the blue eyes actually are the ones that have the bipolar disorder yeah my friend uh disco d who's bipolar he ended up hanging himself uh in his mother's house uh i mean it was that was a rough one to go it's it's it's it's horrible and there's such a stigma behind it you know i did the doctors uh recently with my mom when i took a rehab and they were clipping things where i i said to them i said everyone keeps trying to tell me i'm diagnosed schizophrenic and bipolar and and manic and what i that that that's what i said and instead they clipped it to where it says i've been diagnosed bipolar and schizophrenic all for clickbait okay well my my ex-mother-in-law was schizophrenic and she would talk to herself she would hear voices okay when her and you know her daughter were just around she would talk to her voices at one point her voice has told her to kill herself and she jumped out of a window you know schizophrenia is a very very serious thing it's not like just one of these regular you grew up with it so i've been around it yeah so talking to me would you consider me a schizophrenic absolutely not would you consider me manic depressant uh doesn't appear to be because there's there's a persona and there's and then there's what i am behind closed doors right and that there's you know there's a difference between you know that kind of persona and then my pop my personal life you know and i will stand up for myself and i will be loud mouthed i'm entitled to my freedom of speech so when i see people smearing my name or coming at me i'm going to come at you with my words first my intelligence and i'm gonna try to get you to calm your ass down and if you don't i'm gonna have process servers come find you well your your sister leslie's funeral nick didn't show up to the funeral no he did not was there a reason why i didn't show up because he was performing two hours away for a solo concert in front of 200 people in rochester new york that was more important did that cause the big rift between you and nick what do you think would you be pissed off at your brother if you did that yeah yeah i got on a bus i was broke as a joke i got on a bus and i used my last bit of money that i had to fly every single one of my family members to leslie's funeral and i was broke yeah i was like panhandling trying to raise money i had to get on a bus in koreatown and my greyhound bus in koreatown new york city and and and drive there on the bus because i had to pay for the rest of my family's tickets right because the next year in 2013 that's when you filed for bankruptcy yeah so you were already on the edge at that point yeah uh-huh of course yep well in the bankruptcy it said that you owed 3.5 million the bankruptcy said 3.5 and 3.5 million yet because they got most of the penalties taken away first my because i had to hire tax uh tax specialists forensic accountants and they had to go back years and years and years cost me over a hundred thousand dollars just to file the bankruptcy because we had to go back and we had to prove it and it had to show that like you know so it was it was definitely detrimental but it was a learning curve because man there's so many people out there that no offense but like man they can't even handle that heat yeah but they got families they got houses they got beautiful stuff and what you can't handle the heat because you think you're gonna lose 10 million dollars but you got another 10 million stored away so you're gonna leave your family like i can't stand that stuff i'm a fighter well i think around 2016 and you had mentioned this in uh your no jumper interview that's when your brother nick was accused of raping melissa schuman 15 years ago yeah do you know melissa i know of melissa uh but what i will say in regards to this is is when i got on on instagram live with melissa schumann that's when all the restraining orders came after me right after uh-huh okay right because she tries to gather here she i guess she tried to file a charge against him but it was past the statute of limitations correct eight years yeah yeah although i heard that this law has changed well that's what i heard you know talking to a reporter friend of mine and you know like that one hopefully they'll just arbitrate and pay pay he can pay everybody off or whatever it is allegedly and just i don't care but the fact of the matter is is when i speak i don't get cease and desists or defamations of character or slander you know why because i'm telling the truth and there's factual information that circumstantial factual information that backs it up so therefore if you do send a lawsuit like that towards me anybody out there i will countersue you and i will win because i have the factual information it's freedom of speech and it's public knowledge well but at the same time let me explain something nothing interrupts you no good there are going to be people out there that are going to they're going to make lies they're going to make fallacies they're going to want attention grabs they do it to me they they want to label me as a pedophile and all this kind of crazy stuff and or and it all started happening right after i started talking to melissa schumann where is this whole pedophile thing cause i was kind of doing some research and i was seeing some accusations but i had no idea what they were yeah so so basically with what i do i've been doing this since i was a little kid right so not only are like the older sisters really my fans but their younger sisters are my fans too and a lot of the times what they'll do is they'll lie about their ages right so there's this girl i'm not even going to say her name but she's getting handled we'll take care of it my attorneys and i but she was coming to me at this fantastic when she was like 17 16 17 years old which is consensual by the way but when she did come i was given a heads up by a lot of people that she was lying about her age so when she kept showing up i kept telling her go away from me get away from me and now she's all over trying to say oh aaron carter groom me and all this stuff well no [ __ ] you like absolutely not because i got the screenshots of you and then i ended up hooking up with that girl four years later in a threesome okay all right and she chased me 13 15 hours driving everywhere from north carolina from georgia to florida from here to there bull is both i'll i will i will literally i have no qualms with addressing it people who are scared of that kind of [ __ ] they don't talk about it they won't look you in the eyes like i'm looking at you in the eyes and they they won't do that you know what i mean like that's what they'll [ __ ] do no we're living in the me too error where you could accuse anyone and ever of anything with no proof and why weren't you you know anything like yeah why weren't you doing it then yeah you know and then same thing goes for like melissa schuman okay well why did you wait till the statute of limitations exceeded yeah you know the time frame well you're doing by 2017 you're doing various tours and uh there's a situation with your drummer oh yeah my drummer uh he stole some money from me and then i turned around i fired him and then he he broke my jaw in three different places and then it was for a charity uh charity gig for a seven-year-old girl who's not gonna be around for about two more weeks so i so i ended up i ended up firing him at soundcheck i turned around i said man i can't work with you anymore because he said oh the gig was for 27 thousand dollars i said that's a weird number and so and then i get in the car with the dad and i said oh it was for thirty thousand dollars right and the dad goes yeah so i looked at pd and i go all right so you pocketed three thousand dollars and you made me pay you three thousand dollars for this cake so i went in the sound check and i tried to keep my cool and then i left the sound check i walked down i said petey come here i gotta talk to you man right now get your ass out here and and he's a big black dude man but i ain't scared of no one so i was like right in his face be but i said you're fired bro i said i've been with you for 17 years and you're gonna lie to me about this stuff i said you're fired man i said it's over bro you either apologize pay me my money or i'm turning my back on you you could take your ass back to chicago right and then i turn around and i wake up a glimpse in the ambulance with them my whole jaw strapped broken in three different places cracking and clicking and popping i couldn't even move glimpsed and then i woke up in the hospital and i finally regained consciousness after like two hours of basically being cold knocked out because he sucker punched me when i turned around and he broke my jaw and then he left washington dc got out ran away because cops were looking for him and then i went back by myself and i re-broke my jaw into other places just so i could finish this concert for this little girl oh wow so you actually sang that night i had to i had to do it for her she was not going to be with us for too much longer and i had to fulfill my duty that's dope well that same year 2017 your dad i guess takes your tour bus and goes to florida yeah well i'm the one who suggested that he did that okay get away from his ex-wife or yeah ex-wife and he ends up dying he died and do you know how he died we don't know we don't know if there was some some suspicious stuff that happened with the ex-wife because he died on the day that he got the the divorce papers from ginger from his ex-wife he died that day my father was also allergic to morphine and her father was staying with my dad and that man in the bus while they were divorcing and that man took morphine so you think that maybe he was given more feeding killed absolutely okay i'm sorry for your loss my dad died a few months ago and and when leslie died she was she was found by the emts with whole xanax pills lodged in her throat undissolved and then i was told later that she got into a fight with ginger and ginger knocked her out in the shower and then gave her a concussion they laid her down to sleep and then she died ginger is your dad's ex-wife ex-wife yeah so i'm coming together so you're saying ginger has something to do with killing both of them killing your sister and your father absolutely okay and i'm not gonna stop until i figure it out until i get to the bottom and i haven't stopped now does your mind then she took all my dad's assets everything everything that he left behind for me oh man i was supposed to inherit 500 cure-all relics because my on my dad's side is all veterans 500 curious alex then my family gets my uh my gun license or my uh the tro which gives me an epo in california if you get a tro in california right so but i get my guns back in a couple a couple months so well does your mom go into rehab around this time what around the time your dad died no i put her in rehab last year okay so that that happens later yeah okay yeah yeah she when my dad died you know she hit her hard too and uh i just saw her plummeting and just drinking herself to death and listen i'm a recovering addict you know what i mean so it's important for me to not have any triggers it's important for me to keep up with my aftercare it's important for me to get rest and live a healthy prosperous lifestyle not like in no offense orlando and all those people not not like the way you guys are doing man there's other options out there for you there really is man you don't have to like limit yourself and put blinders on thinking that fame and fortune is all that it is i've made hundreds of millions of dollars if not over a billion dollars in my career alone by myself and i will tell you money is the root of all evil do i like money yes because it helps me pay my bills i can have some toys i can spoil my woman i can buy her a big ass ring you know what i mean you know getting the things that she wants you know what i mean like that and like beauty salons and do businesses but there's other but you just got to be smart and you got to take responsibility for your own shortcomings you mentioned the show the doctors you do that in 2017 and then you go into rehab afterwards they saved my life yeah the doctor this is your second time in rehab what after the doctors no after the doctors i went to rehab and that was the last time i went three years ago and then i put my mother in okay so i went to rehab twice about two times i've been to rehab three times three times yeah i went to betty ford center and then i went to a la house twice i mean in the time you know that you did the doctors you were 115 pounds correct that's six one six one yeah terrible it's it's it's it's terrible because you'll get people out there that'll body shame you i mean it's crazy because if people look at like my grandma native american indian then look at my grandpa scandinavia and my grandpa was a pole vaulter we're all skinny you know we're not supposed to be chunky monkeys in our family well after you get out of rehab the next year that's when you drop the love album i i i they actually sony and steve zapp they did it in such a very weird way they decided to release my album when i was in rehab man in rehab what's the point since you can't promote it obviously correct yeah the point is is look how bad aaron's doing go pay attention let me just let's click bait aaron some more ah okay and sony owes me money that was the marketing sony enough that's why everyone keeps trying to attack me and destroy all my money making things and my shows and my concerts because i'm calling out on all all the people that owe me money well yeah i mean that album sooner or later like i said where's my money 90 million pay me my money and that was your first album and how many years michael jackson man told me never to sign with so many records and now i know why he did michael jackson told you never to sign with sony because he had a bunch of problems with sony he went on stage and flicked them off and said a few to him okay how well did you know michael jackson very well i have his jacket man you have michael jackson's jacket which one the one that we we did at the jackson 5 20th 25th anniversary special swarovski crystal oh that one yes that one what was michael jackson like in person he was fun he was jubilant he when he was around people that had good energy he was cool he could be himself but he was very introverted and he was very upset at the world because he told me he said aaron i came out with bad thriller and off the wall and i came out being really tough like a young brother and i did it and then these people just started attacking me and i'm a pedophile and i'm all this stuff he said and then he's like i had to change it he's like i had to go to human nature and heal the world and earth song and he says like i had i was almost forced because i came out portraying a bad image which he wanted people to take him seriously and be like don't mess with me like beat it yeah yeah bad album off the wall thriller those are all three aggressive albums yeah if you think about it then he changed the game up and human nature was on thriller yeah okay yeah but that was the segway into it now i feel you no yeah he became softer after bad yeah he had no choice because and there was no social media around that there was just news had you been to uh neverland yeah i smashed his birthday cake in his face okay when you hear about the allegations you know did you see leaving neverland did i see you leaving neverland i think i watched a little bit of it isn't that the thing that uh what's his face did wade yeah did you know wade yeah wade was the guy who pretended to be my brother on the aaron's party interlude albums because nick wouldn't show up so wade robson came and did it instead and pretended to be nick okay so when you hear that wayne did uh skits and aaron's party it's wade robson when you hear that wade robson claimed that michael jackson was molesting him and now he's suing the jackson estate and so forth what's your take on that who's suing wade he's suing the estate yes him and the other guy are both suing why can't y'all go out and make your own money get a job at freaking starbucks or something man come on i mean jesus christ bro like sorry to use the lord's name in vain but like yo man why you got to go after he's got kids he's got an executor of the estate that runs at great raffle like i don't i don't understand why don't you see the pattern they wait till they're gone to accuse them of being pedophiles so nothing improper has ever happened to you i mean they don't do that to me they're calling me a they're calling me they're calling me a pedophile so nothing improv and i'm alive so nothing improper between you michael jackson ever absolutely not absolutely not it's it's full i mean i'm writing a book and i'll talk about it a little bit more in depth when the book is finished but absolutely not and that's why i'm so appalled by it i just it doesn't make sense to me it doesn't make sense about luke perron because he never did anything like that to me it never made sense with any with michael jackson because he was nothing but nice and kind and loving to me i smoked weed with michael okay how would we when you knew i was 15 16 years old okay i did the song what more can i give he called me in to do the song with luther vandross he picked luther usher celine dion uh me my brother and destiny's child and billy gilman and those people he picked to do what more can i give well from your perception why do you think a grown man like michael liked to be around children like yourself well he told me he told me and that because i asked him i'm you know me i'm yeah y'all know me now i'm very candid i was like so what's up with like you know your thing with like the little kids and like your statues around your house of like peter pan stuff it's like what's up with that why why'd you call it no why are you calling it neverland like you want to live forever like no he's like he started giggling and he said he said because the best way in the music industry to stay relevant is to always keep instilling a positive message into the younger youth and showing them different sides of life like for instance like even me like i invited a family over to our house the other day that we just met in the parking lot that their breaks broke down four kids two parents so they could swim in the pool because it was really hot you know what i mean and so there's there's the mentality that he had and i spoke to him a week two weeks before you know he passed away and he said man i just can't take this anymore man this is really yeah he's like this is my this is this is the this is it man this is the final curtain call for me so you guys kept in contact all these years really yeah up until right right before he died and when he moved into the other place out in beverly hills or wherever he wherever it was at and yeah well i mean i think it was tough because everyone loved michael jackson but then you know he started getting all the plastic surgery and and so so people started looking at them a little weird that happens why body shaming um yeah i guess in my face man i don't care but it's because i get body shame because i have high cheekbones from being native american indian and i'm skinny here yeah well michael jackson's mom said he had a villa ligo and he didn't want to look like a how she would describe a spotted cow so that's why he bleached his hair exactly so it's like he he he went through that and when i would hang out with michael i would i would he would always have like a pumber soul or whatever what a parcel or whatever what is that oh the umbrellas like parcels what are they called okay i think that's what they're called so he would always have like these parcels right and every time i was at neverland i was like put that [ __ ] down and i make his ass go out into the sunlight parasol a parasol yeah i never even heard of it but yeah he'd wear masks all the time it's kind of funny how i made him take the mask off went outside i made him put the parasol down i i was like dude just jump in the pool man have some fun like there's nobody around stop stop tripping i always was telling him that because he was so concerned about everyone else's opinions about him all the time and i i've learned from people like that and i'm like you know what i'm not gonna let that kind of behavior affect me how bad did you get how bad did you get affected when you heard about how he died uh i was uh i was just shocked when when death hits me it hits me in a really different way i kind of just become shocked and i introvert myself and like i'll have really like bad like girl cries for like three seconds and then okay i'm fine and then like you know like but it it it any any death state you know it's sad because you got to remember ernest hemingway said this you know ev every you know not every man you know truly truly lives but every man dies you know what i mean yeah so we all take the same path in life well uh august 2019 there's a situation with uh lena valentina your ex-girlfriend yeah where she reportedly threatened to stab you she did she didn't stab you she threatened to stab me right in front of my real estate agent and right in front of her husband and that's why uh she got in a lot of trouble she tried to troll me and then she gave up after i broke up with her i started dating a new girl after i broke up with her a month and a half later and then she came to the house and lied to the police and told them i was overdosing on drugs inside and had them break out the back door and then just just to see who the girl was inside okay very very very toxic bad relationship someone who just you know i i really don't have anything nice to say about that person so i would rather you know what they say if you don't ain't got none nice to say don't say it i'm just seriously it's just like like i i don't know what it is like i'm a good dude and if i feel like i'm being taken advantage of or my boundaries aren't being respected i'll let the relationship go well i'll leave it well after that at one point nick carter goes on twitter and says after careful consideration my sister angel and i regret that we are required to seek a restraining order against our brother aaron today in light of aaron's increasingly alarming behavior and his recent confessions that he harbors thoughts and intentions of killing my pregnant wife and unborn child we were left with no choice but to make every measure measure possible to protect ourselves and our family and i guess your twin sister angel also filed a restraining order against you right so with those measures why would you get a restraining order against your brother right that wants to kill your unborn baby and wife and then send him messages on christmas saying i love you so much hope you're doing well you were forced to give up your guns around that time yeah i had to i got an epo from angel not because of nick but they they're my nick and lauren they're all like the ringleaders behind it how many guns did you have to give up uh like 15. you have 15 guns oh yeah you're ready for war i just i'm an avid collector i like to go shooting ranges you know and then i believe in my second amendment i i got guns too i just don't have 15. i collect them i grew up with like a 410 shotgun by my bed a military policeman father so we grew up all shooting guns i mean all my family members have guns like and then they so to to to answer like repeat that for me again because there were some key words i wanted to respond to after careful consideration my sister angel and i regret that we were okay why is angel involved why would she be involved why would she stick her nose in between the two brothers why when that's my twin sister okay next one my sister angel and i regret that we were required to seek a restraining order against our brother aaron today okay in light of aaron's increasingly alarming behavior and his recent confessions that he harbors thoughts and intentions of killing my pregnant wife and unborn child okay so my recent confession where's the confession tape um don't know where is it at was that based on this declaration of character slander and malicious prosecution are they saying it was from a lyric or no no i don't know where they're saying it okay all right they they're they're they're they're they i i went like four months of a depression time when i wanted to leave lena and my sister and lena both sit me down and my twin sister goes you don't want to kill anyone do you just like that and i'm like what what do you mean what do you mean she's like uh you don't want to kill anyone do you and then what happened is lena when she got kicked out of my house she called angel right away and she told angel that i wanted to kill my sister-in-law an unborn child when i'm the one who introduced nick to lauren kitt yeah i've never heard of not only that get this get this they used in court they said their attorneys used in court and they said i was unloading my guns in vegas but it was right in front of my house with my address in the back so that's what they presented to the court and my attorneys laugh and they go that's right he's not vegas that's his address behind it and he's unloading the guns with the california locks on them out of his car and and so they're sending out people and team that's why tmz won't touch me they know not to touch me well i guess you did a an interview with the la times in september of that year of 2019 where you said i never said that you also said that you know your brother nick who's a member of the backstreet boys is using his power and publicist to try to silence you as he champions as he champions women who say they've been sexually assaulted correct sounds aaron as he champions women who have been sexually assaulted and the the fact of the matter is is i'm the dude i'm the kind of dude in my family and the man in my family now i will own up to my free or my shortcomings because i have been to rehab i have been through that stuff i don't want to harbor anybody else's skeletons in my closet and it's never your job to give those to me you know and i i wish the best for my family but leave me the [ __ ] alone guys angel corey nick uh lauren oh yeah y'all better stop what you're doing laurie knight the people who are trying to like laurie knight this this old manager of my mind said uh she got caught and got doxed by this guy named rick batstuba and saying i work directly for nick and angel we want aaron's old phone so they can go into that phone and it's got her number on it and everything well you said that a backstreet boys fans would show up at your house and try to get in your garage and they broke down the doors they called cops they swatted they they were calling bomb threats to your house they were called no they were swatting me which means they were like saying that i was overdosing or getting police to come to your house basically and break down the doors right down the door if i if i would do like a sleep stream on my youtube they'd say oh he's passed out and overdosed on drugs and they call the cops they called the cops on us the other day because we deleted our social medias so anything they can do to try to continue building cases is what they're doing and they'll go to lengths that you are unfathomable yeah as uh that documentary says unbelievable harvey weinstein so at the same time like i will never accept them into my life unless they send me an engraved apology it doesn't have to be public but let me let you guys all know something out there if you ever see us ever again they apologized well right after that i guess two weeks later you got your face tattooed i did yeah okay the medusa uh she stands for it's a great greek god a greek mythology so the medusa the reason why i got it tattooed on my face was for a couple reasons one a defense mechanism two if you stare into the eyes of medusa and you're a man she would instantly turn you to stone right you have bad intentions or whatever it is because medusa was a victim of rape oh really that's the medusa story yeah yep and then she was sent and cursed because of it because she was raped so then so that's why i have the medusa but that's why i have the love but this doesn't say love it means lion in my finnish language so the way i spell it the way it's under my eye that means lion that's why i have this lion tattooed here everyone always oh love love love love nope it's not love it's lion it means i am strong like lion one of my good stylists and buddies keno benz told me he said remember aaron you're always keep this in mind you are strong like lion and he's from saint kitt so and but like i said you know i i really do wish them the best of luck but don't send me emails don't try to provoke me and get me when i'm in my saddest moments to violate my restraining orders because that's complete all right i'm sorry but if my brother ever said he wanted to kill my fiance or wife and her um and our unborn baby i would go to his house and i will whoop his ass i say meet me out on the street put your restraining order down meet me on the street and buck up well march 30th and i would never speak to him again why would they would you ever speak to somebody in your family ever again and send them an email saying i love you so much on christmas six five six months after you've got a restraining order and accused him of wanting to and set him up for murder for hire and all kinds of crazy i feel you i got one thing to say today get out of here you [ __ ] so then march 2020 there was a domestic violence incident where aaron you claim that the woman sitting next to you right now choked you and the police came and she was arrested yeah she was arrested yeah for the first time for the first time yeah uh it was uh i mean she was going through hormones and stuff while being pregnant when we didn't know that she was pregnant and there were some personal issues that were going on in the relationship that kind of were already there was no foundation right you know like i mean i don't know it was a big misunderstanding yeah and the cops didn't really give much of a say i came out with my shirt off like yeah and she was really trying to just like pull me closer and obviously she's got crazy ass nails and i was like knock it off you know what i mean and they saw that and then they didn't really give us much of a choice so okay well melanie martin ladies and gentlemen uh how would you say the situation went before the police showed up how the situation went yeah from your point of view from my point of view like i said it was just a big misunderstanding it we i did not think it would go to that point at all i didn't think we would it would i would be so aggressive and you know and me too be that way i mean yeah it takes two to tango man well like in the articles it said that you were trying to break up the relationship and you were asking her to move out yes and that's what kind of led to the choking and the punching well she we had a disagreement about you know something that was a boundary that was crossed and i had i had let her go at about we broke up at about seven o'clock amicably and she went and did a pregnancy test and came back 12 hours later to show me the pregnancy test and i was like i don't know if i believe this or whatever it is you know and this was you know before she got arrested you know that same day and comes back 12 hours later at night shows that i'm like nah i don't want to do that so and she was extremely hormonal like it was and um i have a lot of sisters dave so there was no reason for me to like get any epo or press charges or do anything like that because everybody like deserves a second chance in my opinion and it was there's a lot of emotions going on there's a lot of lessons learned and i mean i don't i don't know what what would you say about about about it and that that we've um that it's in our past and we're trying to not make the same mistakes yeah like and and that we've just we've been discussing with you know with frankie my um he's helping manage me right now uh and just how we didn't really have a solid foundation you know like what was he you know like it was it's it's just like a relationship is based on a solid foundation and we have it now so so we didn't have a solid foundation so it all crumbled well you went on youtube i guess right afterwards and you said she choked my trachea then you showed like a scratch on your arm scratch on my side and then she definitely uh came at me because she wasn't and i don't know if like her she was just flailing her arms all over the place but she got me good i couldn't talk for like two days and but it wasn't it wasn't like it wasn't like she was like ah i'm gonna kill you like it was just like no please don't leave me please don't like and and so transcripts and then how things are interpreted through transcripts from police records can be completely different than how it was spoken of because i never wanted her to get arrested i told the cops i said she don't need to get arrested nothing like that who called the police uh who who i don't know who called the police no no not none of us the cops did or youtubers i'm not sure we don't know were you guys live when this was happening like on instagram or you no we weren't we weren't live okay we weren't live and it's just neighboring people like stalking like lurking leaching moochers like people trying to make a quick buck off of some you know some like it's just that's kind of how they you know they come at me and it is and no disrespect and and not in the egocentric way but like yes i am on a steady incline right now and i'm not going to stop letting people know that and that and that's mind body and soul so it's more than just the like success or career it's our relationship you know that's gonna come first well melanie you get arrested and you're held on fifty thousand dollar bond right so you can get out um every time it was during covid and the the person that i called said they would be there within two hours and they showed up two days later so yeah yeah it was the person that you called a bill bondsman are you sure about that yes a bail bondsman okay yes i wasn't bailing your ass out okay i didn't know your phone number oh i didn't even know his phone number to call him well that'll be your next tattoo considering you have air in there so we'll just put my phone number underneath it yes there may be a barcode all right for the future no phone call that i gotta make enough there will be no future you you are not larissa i know from 90 day fiance yeah three times you've been watching no no it it it was it was a big misunderstanding fortunately the district attorney dropped it okay you never pressed charges no of course no i don't press charges on women men sometimes they just lose their cool man okay okay so in april april 22nd you guys announced you're having your first child together correct so yes you were pregnant during the whole arrest situation yep so then right after the arrest seven days later you announced that that there's a baby on the way but then june but seven days later we i broke up with her for six weeks you broke up with her while she was pregnant correct okay how do you feel about that looking back on it now i didn't believe that she was pregnant and i thought there was some some dumps happening in the relationship that she needed to learn from considering i've picked up certain relationships in my life so i was just like well i don't know what to believe i don't know what to believe because i got 20 people out there telling me that i have their kids yeah but she could take the pregnancy test in front of you like she didn't yeah i got you and then so but but that's i mean that's neither here nor there essentially because you know she had the miscarriage and god works in mysterious ways so i i truly believe that you know we will be able to get to that point where we can or she can feel comfortable trying again because neither one of you has kids no okay how did you feel when you found out about the miscarriage we're still sad about it yeah it's tough man it's tough the six weeks were really tough being a part you know i went to another relationship and really tried to like just domesticate myself and settle down a lot more but my heart couldn't let go of her so i was just like and then i kind of saw some like destructive self-destructive behavior from her and i was just like well i can't let this happen to the woman i do love so i just don't want people taking advantage of her and that's what a real man does for his woman and for his fiance and wife we're not dating hey this is my this is this is the first real engagement that i've ever i'm gonna be 33 years old this is not a joke this is the real deal eventually maybe possibly hopefully i can rekindle everything with my family we can come come to some sort of agreement that's like all right let's let bygones be bygones and let's just shut the [ __ ] up about each other and stop and make stop making this a family battle and a war for everyone to keep making money off of us right because you guys are now engaged because we're engaged and i didn't get to make it to my brother's wedding and i apologize to my brother i always did but if they want to have a relationship with us and with me and they know their little brother i'm a very good person like i do the best that i can by everybody so we would like to see them there but at the same time if we got to rebuild a family in our own family i will do it i will construct it myself i will use my bare hands metaphorically and physically to rebuild so you and nick just don't talk anymore it's not that we don't talk it's just that he always tries to be a father figure to me and it enough is enough and uh you know how about hey bro congratulations you bought your first house like i've been telling you to do for 10 years never got that call or that accolade so that that's it's a little offensive it's like you guys see me doing good where's my appreciation you're coming over here spending time with me and now all you guys got at my new house besides nick and you know angel and all them and then it's just like okay but now and now you have restraining orders against me i am i'm so confused do you have a favorite backstreet boys song uh i love bye bye bye tearing up my heart um uh what's the other ones uh god must have spent a little more time on you okay uh throughout classics yeah all in all amazing in sync songs yep those are all nsync songs oh did you yes yes no i'm a low-key like intellectual troll right yeah you know i'm i'll just be honest like i was a little too old for the whole boy band thing it just nah you were you totally got me on that one that was a good one those were all insane i was wearing an insane shirt yesterday is there a backstreet boy song you just hate that just gets on your nerves no they're all good they're all good those guys slay man yeah yeah they slay there's a reason why they're still around doesn't mean i like i i don't i like all of them or their fan base yeah because there's their bsb gang stalkers and their their their mommies and everyone trying to smear my name and when my brother does an interview all you see is comments about aaron aaron aaron on his posts so it's like hey man enough is enough let's put a stop to this and it's going to take two brothers that's going to be able to do it i remember on uh no jumper you mentioned there was a an interviewer or something out there where someone compared you to justin bieber and they said oh we're glad that justin didn't end up like aaron you know what i'm talking about aaron rosenberg did an interview a week later with billboard magazine aaron rosenberg is justin bieber's entertainment attorney his name is aaron rosenberg i released my love album after almost 15 years of being gone in the game billboard does an incredible article for me awesome thank you billboard but a week later and guess what i've been doing this for 24 years i know the monopoly on the industry questions are approved especially by an entertainment attorney the first question that they asked a week after i released they did a an interview with aaron rosenberg after my article incredible i was like so happy and stoked i'm like cool billboards and got my back a week later aaron rosenberg they let he approved a question allegedly that said how did you you know how did you get justin bieber to not turn out like aaron carter and that was very offensive all right yeah and at least pay homage which justin ended up doing which i appreciated but he's got justin paid uh yeah he said oh i bought your album when i was and he commented me we taxed it a little bit like that oh i think i remember that yeah yeah like and texting for a little bit like and then i kind of just like stopped talking to him because i do my own thing because i don't like to be trolled i don't i and i will troll i will totally guide you right back trust me my army is strong i got people working on the front lines too okay so and he allegedly started getting all these people to control me and do all this stuff so i'm catching everybody in my black web everyone's being caught in the black web right because logan paul you know sending trolls after me jenna shays selena powell's uh you know i don't know if adam 22 is doing it i hope not we usually cool um shane coyle all these people were smear campaigning and doing all this crazy they literally don't stop themselves and they're going to get in the lobby well i found the the post i guess justin bieber you know when speaking about you he said uh bold move with the face tats i respect it but paved the way thing is with that face yeah that emoji says oh yeah paved the way what did you pave the way when you're tickling your dad's balls and i sold a million records sorry you didn't i went through i'm no offense but right well i was gonna say it's not like justin's really been the ideal artist either i mean between nother have i though the the one less lonely n-word video that came out you know i'm talking about to the i mean he has drug problems to the point where people were watching him 24 7 and so forth i didn't even know that oh yeah yeah he had drug scans or he had brain scans not drug scans i'm sorry he had he had brain scans and things like that interesting yeah well you know what yeah uh that's why at my age in my three years of sobriety that when we text messaged and i haven't even spoken about it until this time yeah he actually he did an interview or something of that sort and justin bieber gets candid about past drug addiction getting sober he said i felt like i was dying okay well that's going to happen and that's going to happen when when justin when you uh here we go he said my security and staff would come into my room at night to check my pulse people don't know how serious it got it was legit crazy okay so did he get the help then i was waking up in the morning and the first thing i was doing was popping pills and smoking a blood starting my day just got scary okay well at least she's showing humility which i can respect and addressing it publicly yeah i i can respect that um i don't know if it's necessarily like people like that doing that but let me explain something to justin bieber's screwed abroad all the people out there everybody this is not how the music and the the music entertainment industry is supposed to work you're supposed to unite forces and you're supposed to lift others up with what you have if i was above justin bieber right now i would help justin bieber you know get to my level so i expect the same thing especially when i am fixing my life i am going through the same things okay so uh bsb did an nko tv tour so there should be an aaron carter and jester b bieber tour that'd be dope okay period in the story if you want squash beef you do that and you pay homage that way then i'll have the utmost respect for you but i you know like i'll troll and i'll pick on people i don't give like get over it you know get over it i'll pick on you too justin i'll give you know you'll do it too so don't act like you don't all right pissing the bucket bro i've done it too all right i pissed on sharks it's okay well you said i know jumper that you feel like you've lost everything and lost all the respect from the industry and the labels yeah well it's not that i lost respect because i'm getting record deals out the yin-yang right now so uh and i keep turning them all down because rackus records my record company which means love and finish rakus reckless raucous records was supposed to be done through a subsidiary through sony records but steve zapp took over instead and i used all my money and allocated all my funds to even create the whole love project so under my belt with my my label i am now technically considered a major record label even though it's independent because of the sales and streams that i have that coincide with racket's records so now i'm taking it to a different place so i'm a ceo of my label i find artists i produce them i write them i sign them i pay them i put them in real deals that they're not getting screwed over and over on well when you went on no jumper you gave him a chain uh i love my love change love change my most prized possession i gave to adam well i remember he did a video they said uh you know aaron hall gives adam twenty thousand dollar chain uh i spoke to him today and i was asking about the chain story he told me that uh he got it checked out and the the chain was fake no he's out of his mind i've done diamond testers all that well that's what he said okay well abby his words are adam giving my chain back okay that's what he said all right well i'll want my chain back then okay let me keep the hoodie keep the hoodie i'll take my chain back yeah i i i was there i i molded it i was there when it was molded and and had all the diamonds put in it and i've tested it like i don't know what they keep doing but everyone keeps trying to say that about my change logan paul said that about my channel i think i heard something okay so give me my chain back too okay actually you can keep it thank you logan paul well you said last year that you made a 4.9 million off of real estate that year so is that like your main business outside of music i've definitely been getting uh a lot more involved in uh commercial real estate commercial yeah okay so that's where it's starting to pick up and you have a weed shop coming uh we're working on it right now so we're just cultivating and getting it set up so finding the shop going to buy the shop do all that stuff so yeah and then um we're buying um a salon too for her that's that's her dream that's what she wants to do and so that's what's going on that's dope when's the uh wedding date we don't have a wedding date we don't have that yet no um i don't know let me talk baby i'm mr yippity over here yeah i would like it to be you know after the whole covid after the world's back to normal fully and everyone's healing and never yeah exactly everyone's back to normal economy is better i think i think it's important to work on our relationship our trust our boundaries things like we like i said right we got the foundation wasn't right before the house crumbled so it's time to rebuild the foundation and make sure it that it's solid and concrete is placed correctly so that the house will not crumble yeah i mean there's no hurry i got married for nine months once that's one of the big mistakes of my life okay so we were like we're like oh we're gonna let she was like let's go to vegas and i was like um yeah no and i was like i'm not doing that i was like i'm not doing that because in in in retrospect looking back like i i would like to you know even the all the turmoil and stuff that's happened with my family i want to see them there yeah you know i think that's you know i want to see them there do i like them right now no yeah i mean i don't rock my family either like i don't like i said i don't relate sometimes you know you don't pick your family so sometimes you just get a lame group of people you really don't but bob marley always said this and i love this quote he always said don't ever think you need friends you need family he always told his children that yeah yeah i don't know you sort of form your own family at one point you do you do in essence but friends do come and go yeah they really do it's rare that they stay around your whole life this is true this is true do i have any lifelong friends that's what i'm saying i got a few from elementary school i got one from elementary school but it's rare that that family really separates and takes years off like such as friends do yeah yeah but like i said sometimes you're just born into a lame group of people uh i i think i love my family but sometimes i think they're just a little overzealous and and i wouldn't necessarily call them lame but i wouldn't i would say i would say their behavior is lame yeah and i would say that we just need to just chill out or just we can stay out of each other's lives and i'm okay with that because i i will prosper in any way because just as long as i have my health i truly have wealth i don't need money to have that there you have it well aaron i appreciate you coming in uh monumental story thank you uh tens of millions of records sold uh ups and downs ups and downs wins the losses the rehab surviving yeah phoenix rising from the ashes like you got to be tough guys and everybody out there that's watching this interview i hope that you learned something that like even me like you might see like certain like erratic behavior or you know stuff like that but there is a persona to me and then there's who i am behind closed doors well look you woke up this morning and you get to do an interview that's part of your day you you came up here in a in a range rover and you get to go back to a nice house there's someone right now who doesn't have a job who's wondering how they're going to pay their rent because there's no the 1200 check has already been spent and they're wondering whether the eviction ban is gonna continue because they haven't paid their rent last year i mean last month either so i know you know as hard as you have it foreclosure yeah as hard as you have it you have it really well i know to the majority of the world right yeah you know what and honestly i i feel very very grateful sometimes i i'll stand outside my house and be like you know what this is incredible because i feel so blessed and i thank god every day for this and i look up to the stars and say thank you lord you know for giving me a chance to like you know to do this again and actually have a newfound respect and appreciation for what money is because it comes and goes and and i i i just want to stay in a good incline and and build our family like and and take some time off 24 years doing this i deserve a couple years off man yeah effects like i've been struggling to get back i've gotten back i've lost it all i i don't want to do those three things anymore i just want to be domesticated and chill and just like you know yeah but i mean the love album kind of showed that you were you transitioned from a child act to an adult act which i would say most people don't pull off and and thank you i appreciate you know we had a great team behind it yes i do have some qualms with like steve zapp and and sony records but they know what the success was of that album and all i ask is that the industry and the record labels do right by me if you want to work with me in my music otherwise i will do it myself just like i did with fool's gold when i released it and with no label but myself and it made the top 50 spiders spotify viral charts in three minutes with a million place you know my last question is you see a lot of child stars whether it's music or whether it's movies that as they become adults have a horrific time oh my god dealing with life you know we talked about orlando orlando brown um we talked about amanda amanda bye i don't know you orlando but um you know uh you see it you see it with child actors all the time you know from uh from different strokes you know what gary gary coleman raven's doing a good job turning her life raymond raven did pretty well and it is a singer she was the black widow on on my she did a really she's doing a really good job she's doing great watching her justin timberlake did pretty well uh brittany has some problems brittany has a conservatorship brittany has she is is under all these medications which allegedly my whole family was trying to do to me in the trans transcript state the same thing they did to britney spears sedate me and get a conservative ship and run my life lindsay lohan had a lot of problems someone who you were connected to as well yeah uh you just see it a lot what do you think when you look at as someone who went through this series yeah we can dig deep here bro as someone who went through this yourself what do you think is the the thing that's in common in all these cases if there is the ideal what oh no go ahead no i think they let the public get to them too exactly the idealism yeah the idealism of fame and fortune and to keep chasing after that star but you got to remember if we're speaking in metaphors all stars burn out so why keep chasing after a star go find yourself a new one yeah i mean michael jackson is is you know the last example of what i'm saying here was someone who was a child mega star who became an even bigger adult man transcended yeah but but he struggled you said that you spoke to him two weeks before he died he struggled it struggled with this to his dying day yes he did yes he did he was sedating himself and he was not he didn't want to he didn't want to be doing it he didn't want to be around he people were just hurting him left and right yeah and it's not that he didn't want to be around it's just that he he was just trying to numb a lot of stuff that was going on with them yeah you know not even just with drugs or anything like that but just yeah reclusing himself internally well aaron i appreciate you sharing your story i think it's a very powerful story thank you uh and a cautionary tale at that you know there's there's someone that's singing in the mirror right now at five years old that wants to be the next aaron carter well you know what you know what uh there's we're all gonna make mistakes in our lives and you can always turn your life around yeah you really can yeah you can turn it around you can switch up your attitude they say an old dog can't learn new tricks but i actually know how to train dogs and old dogs can learn tricks okay it's a fact yeah so and i'm not necessarily an old dog but like mentally and spiritually it's time for me to step up and just chill out focus on my music and then you know reach reach our goals i want to teach music one day conduct an orchestra do scoring for music for films and you know continue to work on my own music release my own stuff but at my pace not like oh my god i gotta get this out right now because i'm desperate no i want it to be good perfect the best that i possibly can it took me three three years to make my love album hmm who showed okay so three years and there's continuity there's a there's a continuity in it yeah you know there's no errors in that it it flows no doubt all sonically it flows so it's great i love it so we're gonna end it aaron man appreciate you coming in yeah peace peace
