will clean the teeth. Are you ready? - Ready. - Then, one, two, three, open sesame. (all laughing) This is a little straw that sucks out any extra water in his mouth. (Elmo slurping) And now I'll clean the teeth with a special kind of toothbrush. - Oh yeah, the toothbrush makes

special bib on Charlie here. - Bib? - Now it is not like a baby bib. This is made of paper and it will help keep Charlie's
clothes clean and dry. And now I'm gonna bring
the chair up and back. (Julia whirring) Yeah, it makes it sound
just like that, Julia. Here, listen. (chair whirring)
- Whee! - Quite the ride, huh? There we go, okay. So now I am gonna put this
light right over Charlie so I can see her teeth clearly. Now this light is gonna be very bright, but I have these special
sunglasses you can wear. Huh, what do you think? Right. - Okay Julia, does that feel okay? - Mm hm. - Hey, that is a cool look on you, Julia. Okay, you ready? Light is going on now. Great, okay. So now next, I am gonna
put on these gloves, and I am gonna put on a
face mask and a face shield. And these are gonna help keep
everyone healthy and clean. Here comes this shield. Great. Now I am gonna start Charlie's checkup by counting her teeth. And I am gonna use this little mirror to help me see all of the teeth. And look, even lights up. Isn't that great? Okay, you ready, Charlie? Open wide. - Magic words? - Oh yes. We decided that the magic
words are one, two, three. - [Both] Open sesame. - Hey, I love that. Okay, well, one, two, three, open sesame. Hey, it works. Okay, let's see how many teeth you have. One, two, three, four, five,
six, seven, eight, nine, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17,
18, 19, 20 beautiful teeth. Now I am gonna clean Charlie's teeth. And I am gonna need some help from a friend here, Mr. Thirsty. - Remember Julia, it gets all the extra water outta my mouth. (Julia slurping) - Yeah, Mr. Thirsty does
sound exactly like that. Okay. One, two, three, open sesame. And now I am gonna clean Charlie's teeth by using this special toothpaste. This might feel a little different from the toothpaste you have at home. See? And it comes on a very stylish ring. Okay, and I'm gonna use
this special toothbrush. (Julia buzzing) Yeah, that's right, Julia! You got it. And I'm gonna turn it on now. Let us clean those teeth, Charlie. All right, all done, Charlie. Your teeth are looking healthy and clean. Now let's see 'em. Oh, look at that smile, sparkle city. - Sparkle city.

takes care of your teeth and helps keep them clean,
healthy, and strong. My dentist uses special tools. There are big tools,
like the x-ray machine for taking pictures of my teeth. And small tools, like the dental mirror so she can see my back teeth easily. And the coolest thing is the chair. It goes up and down, and even tilts back. This chair is very comfy. I wear glasses to protect my eyes. The light is very bright. My dentist wears a mask and gloves. Now she needs to check my teeth. So I open wide. My dentist uses a pick to count my teeth and check each one. Now she cleans my teeth
with a very special brush. It buzzes. The suction device is a very useful tool. It clears away the
extra water in my mouth. Now my dentist flosses my teeth carefully. Flossing is important because
it cleans between my teeth when my toothbrush can't reach. And when we are done, there is a little sink
for me to rinse out. Finished, all clean. And it's really important to brush and floss my teeth twice a day at home to keep them healthy too. Visiting the dentist is fun. I like keeping my teeth clean and healthy. D is for dentist. The letter D. - Hello, Cookie Monster.
- Oh hi, Elmo. What you got there? - Elmo has some crunchy
fruits and vegetables. Elmo's dentist says that they will keep Elmo's teeth healthy and strong. - Boy oh boy, they look

crunchy butterfly snack. Can you help us, please? - Hello, Cookie Monster and Gonger. Welcome to the celery farm. Sure, I can help you. Celery is a vegetable that
grows out of the ground. These large celery plants
start out as tiny seeds. The seeds are planted in soil and they're put inside a
place called a greenhouse. With time, they start to
grow into small plants. When they're a little bigger,
we plant the celery outside. There's lots of celery to plant, so we use a big machine called
a transplanter to help us. The celery grows and grows,
with long green stalks, until finally it's time to pick them. The celery is cut, the bottom is trimmed, and some of the leaves
are trimmed off the top. They get packed into boxes
and stacked onto a truck. Then they're sent to the store, where people can buy
them and bring them home. The celery is crunchy and delicious. Here's some celery for
your butterfly snacks. - Thank you, Ms. Farmer ♪ Celery, celery ♪ ♪ We're going home with celery ♪ Okay, Chef Gonger. We got celery all washed and clean. Now, me wonder, how we

celery into short pieces. - Got it. Cowabunga! - Then we fill the
middle with cream cheese. Then we use the apple slices and the curly pretzels for the wings. - There we go. - Oh, and straight
pretzels for the antennae. - I'm sorry, the antennae? - [Gonger] Yeah, those two
little sticky up thingies on top of the little butterfly's head. - Oh, pretzel antennae. Wow, celery butterflies

just need a regular checkup. Pediatricians are doctors that help kids. Pediatricians use all kinds of tools, like an ear thermometer
to check your temperature. They listen to your
heart with a stethoscope. - [Grover] Sounds good, doc. - [Narrator] And check inside your mouth and throat with a tongue depressor. Sometimes doctors give you shots to keep you from getting sick. There are all kinds of doctors, like dentists who take care of your teeth, or optometrists who
take care of your eyes. No matter the kind of doctor, they all wanna help you be healthy. - Boy, being a doctor is really important. They help people every day. Hey, that gives Elmo an idea. the doctor needs to do is check the patient's temperature. - A thermometer.
