It says in the video, he didn't correctly aim for the landing point on the runway and drifted further down the runway than he was supposed to.

He floated *and* got off centerline, which is what often happens when you float. The captain explains that he "drifted off" - I don't think he's saying just that he drifted down the runway, though he says that too. But the phrase "drift off" to me means drifted off centerline, and his hand movement that he's doing just out of frame looks like he's demonstrating that as well.

I went back a bit in the video from the point you started it at and you can see the drift in the very last shot down the runway before the captain takes over. They barely showed it; it's not the best editing. This seemed to be a crosswind landing (most are), and the correct technique in an airliner is to crab on final and then kick out the crab at the last second before touchdown, so your forward momentum keeps you on centerline before the wind can grab you. If you stay in the air too long after kicking out the crab, the wind will push you off to the side and that's exactly what happened here.

It's common to float when you're new to an airplane, because you get a little nervous about where the wheels actually are in relation to the ground. Since you're angled upward and at quite a distance from the main gear, until you know the plane well it's hard to gauge how high you really are. Of course you have the automated callouts but those only help to a certain, very general extent, and anyway it can be tough to process those immediately when you're new and trying to figure out the sight picture at the same time.

Floated too far down the runway. You're goal is to get it down with a specified area called the touchdown zone, which is about within the first 1,000' of runway.
