salamati abraca to sheikh muhammad mhmm oh how are you doing well I know you can was salam wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatuh I'm very well sure how you have me I'm very good it's nice to see it is like a Long Island or coming on to this podcast it's a pleasure it's a pleasure well I so nice it's always nice to see and speak to you honey dunya will Accra and may Allah's which I'll give you the same I start by saying at hamdu lillahi rabbil aalameen lahul hamdu lassen with an outward I mean why should Allah they will actually killer why should do and they say then I'm gonna be and I'm Hamid sallallahu alayhi wa sahbihi were turning it I only being I'm not bad chef as you are aware of at this time that we live in the doubts regarding Islam and the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam and the Mossad Dorota luckily the sources in which we take our religion from is on heavy attack many people are either on the receiving end as Muslims and all the the attack the attackers who are attacking Islam by either slandering the proselytism in his honor or the Quran and whether he came to us through a preserved reliable source or whether the student of the prophet salallahu alaihe salam is even a Hodja or a school yeah any doubts multi-facet different angle different perspectives at the time like district what are the obama built the principles what is the methodology that a muslim should take in order to overcome these doubts and are these doubts something new has it ever happened before are we the only one seeing it now Arakawa efika barik alaa al hamdu lillahi rabbil alameen o salat wa salam ala Abdullah he was surely nabina muhammad wa ala alihi wa sahbihi ajma'in so first of all she does not allow Iran for having me on the podcast and inshallah other hope we're gonna try to answer these questions together you and I inshaallah just you know breaking it down into small parts and making it easy for people so the very first thing that I that came to my mind is just to let people know the sources or the causes that make somebody go astray let me just go right back to the beginning what makes a person go astray so we find two things we find that some people go astray because they follow their desires and they know something is wrong but they they they are have a understand they understand that that thing is wrong they know it's not allowed in Islam or they know that what they've been told is a wrong concept but they follow it because their desires want it that you know they're following their Neffs and their Hauer and we find other people go astray because they become confused and this is what we came to talk about today this issue of sugar hut where people become confused as to what is right and what is wrong and I think it's profound just to think about the fact that the word the word itself Shuba the word that we take this word super-high-tech misconception or confusion or misguided notions and confused principles the word should high itself it has this this link to resemblance right something that resembles the truth so we're not talking about something that's openly obviously wrong that's easy for a person to deal with you know if somebody came to you and said to you that you know you should become a Buddhist for example that's it that's not really a sugar hug because there's nothing confusing in that that's there's nothing difficult for a person to understand it's easy for a person to know that it's wrong and it's easy for a person to respond to it and to say I have no interest in any other religion apart from Islam when somebody brings something which is similar to the truth it resembles the truth in some way it has some kind of link or some kind of tie that's where a lot of people become very very confused and not I guess what we came to talk about today it's not inshaallah is that right that even its prana when you really look deep into these doubts that are brewed a lot of the doubts especially like that comes from atheists you find that they are more like had media to lab in a year their concept is to destroy whatever's out there and they're not willing to bring a narrative they're not they're not willing to bring something forward it's like prove God doesn't exist so of course that God doesn't exist what other narratives do you have what other alternative have you brought to the table that's not the discussion I mean I wonder what change you know debates that atheist put forward and everything you tend to find 90% of the debates books that are written The God Delusion by Richard Dawkins you find that it's all about undermining you know religion and the existence of God you know not nothing to do with what questions are put forward regarding atheism can you answer these questions is can a theism be an answer can you explain everything Annie they don't have anything to suggest or bring forward also subhanAllah what you find is that they tend to use a lot I'm there to bury a claim they use fancy terms that appealing to the soul the person would like but really is it what it's claimed and this is something so hard we find that in beliefs are a healer and all I did at the early stages or the first thing he did was he came to Adam in Hawaiian he said to them and I do Luca Irish origin who'll do a multi-layer bla shall I not tell you about the tree of eternity and a kingdom that's never gonna end so he used the thing that he knows that mankind loved we loved to live forever we love eternity you know in the UK we love the when the government tells us this house is a permanent house it's not a temporary house even if the person is going to live in that temporary house for 20 years the fact that they've been told this is a permanent house you know the feeling is different so Ivelisse knows that mankind are like this they love so he told Adam do you want to eat the tree from a tree that if you eat from it you'll live forever and Kingdom mankind love to be in charge and this is what they used today free thinking they use freedom intellectual 'ti and and they look at religion as Dogma backwards medieval and etc so these tactics is handl I sometimes make people doubt the religion when these people haven't bought anything forward and they've not brought anything to the table absolutely completely agree shake house I was saying that subhanAllah in that case we're talking and we're really talking about somebody these people deliberately putting together something that the purpose behind it is to confuse those is to make people have doubt to cause people to be to have doubt right so even I said and then in that case can we not put forward the first principle and say maybe the first of these abbot is keeping away from sugar heart in general not exposing yourself to it before we talk about how do you handle if you are exposed to it the first thing is that you know that the protection is is better than the cure you know protect yourself by not exposing yourself to it and one of the things I I know it down and I saw among people today is that it doesn't matter about how widely okay there's no doubt we have information is widely available and sugar heart have a much wider reach because they can reach millions of people in a moment but people expose themselves to it and some people actually almost enjoy you know what let me read what this person has to say let me listen to what this person has to say let me hear what he has to say and what he has to say and they expose themselves to it and I just given it just the example that came to my mind is the example two examples from an imam even serine hey mooladhara the first example is when those two men came two men came to him and they said no had this worker be Heidi if you're a barber will tell you one we will give you a hadith he said look I don't want to hear they said it then Nakao Alec I will read an ayah to you it's not and then he said either I'm gonna get up or either either you two get up or I'm gonna get along somehow other people what did the people around him they said to him that what would have been the harm if he read you an ayah what would have been the harm perhaps something from that ayah would have gone into and either he feared that something from those something from the way that he would make to her if he would change the meaning of the ayah he would twist the meaning and something would fall into his/her and he's even Syrian the Imam of the turban and yet we have people today who expose themselves and enjoy to listen to all of these different super heart knowing that they're gonna there's a danger that those could affect them so when the man came up to him and he said to him you know Derek I want a debate meeting and then any man who Merrick said to the man if I win will you follow me and he said of course he said what about few win in the debate what do you expect me to do he said you will follow me he said what about a third person comes and he meets both of us when he what do you think we should both do and then he said to him we both must follow that person and then he said what I see in you is that your religion is not firm you're gonna jump from one person to another person in me a divinity minimally what anti-shock I'd have if I'd have been a shock a miracle for Hassan I'm upon certainty regarding my religion you seem to be doubtful and you don't have a position it seems you want to move from one idea to one narrative so go to someone like him and even more lies from hamara if you look at the Quran and allow me be no I am rahamallah and also before him his teacher even who came here I am Allah mentioned in that Oh terrible luckily when I come the second volume the even Kania said man he drew or on the methodology of the Quran is that it never brings the doubts the Quran doesn't suggest doubts but what it does is that when the doubts already spread it responds to it but literally cannot subhana WA Ta'ala he says in the quran sayö all who sue for her home in earnest the dim-witted ones are going to say Ya Allah come on target and undermine them and those who are going to be in the doubts but shake what you can't deny today is that we're living in an environment we're living in a time a situation where a lot of the people go to for example universities they have to sometimes read into these issues I mean for example my personal experience I was studying linguistics in university and it has nothing to do with religion and I'm studying linguistics I'm learning applied linguistics and when we came to the one of our one of the classes and we were studying phonetics and etc the the theory of Noam Chomsky which is is language you know the concept of behaviorism is language and innate thing or is it something that a person has to basically acquire or land as they grow older in that moment the teacher used that as an opportunity to basically you know because if you say that language is innate and that the question begs who who gave this person the language and the ability to speak and then here we say I Lama who began we said Allah did this you see this is our argument they want to eliminate that by saying this doesn't make sense and etc so the point I'm saying is that the doubts are coming from everywhere it's been pushed on to you even in some situations if you try to run away from it what does a person do once they are being engraved into these doubts they've been brought to their attention how would they deal with it and I know I'm speaking a lot about a mistake I fell into over the years some Hanalei which was when I looked at the people who hold these doubts actually the young youths the majority people suffering these issues are youngsters the youth and I I've found that there - comes a group of people who these doubts have entered their hearts and they've become yanny the doubt has settled in their heart but their purpose for them was they want to follow their desires so yanny when this doubt came they accepted it straight - and not on the basis that it makes sense to them but rather because they want to do zina you know the Sharia seems to be hard for them except traffic and another group of people share could not have an innocent mind they really want answers the doubt have settled in their heart a mistake I felt like I fell into was that when I don't need to I dealt with them in the same way and I was through accusations thinking that every every person was the same they had a desire to push these doubts and then essencial and finalize some of these people they became even more deep into their discussions so what do you have to say I've said a lot so much now it's like a lot of hair and I benefit from a lot and I actually came across the same situation especially when dealing with people who left Islam and in the first time I used to deal with them I used to believe that all of them were from that innocent group of people who got caught up in in doubts and confusion and they got to a stage where those doubts and confusion overcame them and they made a decision to leave Islam or they made a decision that they didn't want to practice Islam anymore and the more I delved into it the more I saw that first group that you mentioned that I saw a group of people that really they just wanted a justification for their desires actually they wanted to do Haram and they wanted something that would justify their actions so the Shuba was kind of the hand to fit the glove you know like when they it just it was just a reason for them to or a means for them to justify and so they would come with all of these doubts as though these doubts were really you know sincere questions they would have and I would find that no matter how many times I would answer them and we would get to the conclusion and they would say yeah I agree with you you've answered that but we realized that we never got anywhere because the doubt was just a cover for the desires but then of course there are people the other way around there are people who really genuinely got themself themselves very very confused and I I know it's a horrible feeling when you first hear a Chopin and I remember so Paula something that struck me profoundly when we were studying with some of our teachers in in Medina and I remember particular she acts Allah has Cindy have it all out Anna he would be so careful when he would mention a Sherpa when he taught as a leader when he taught us some of the chapters of a man when he would mention a Sherpa even if there was a student sleepy in the class he would send him out he wouldn't allow him to absorb that and just not hear the answer and not pay attention if he's if he sees one of the students is not paying attention and he say I'm gonna tell you a show about kedaranatha I'm gonna tell you a should have something serious which is gonna it could affect your heart it could it could take you away from Islam so you have to give it you know your full attention so I think that the danger is when when people first hear it and though we're talking about those innocent people now when those people first hear it it does it shakes a person the first time they hear something idea you know what is this and especially now when you hear these things like you said inadvertently maybe you're in university maybe you're watching someone who you believe to be reliable but they just some something came into your mind and we have to give people a methodology how to deal with that so that they can they can immediately find their feet and then later on how they can answer that in a in more detail so I still believe that that the best way of of people dealing with this is to take it in two stages or two phases and the first is how do we deal with these super hard in a very general way so let's presume share for example that I hear a Sherpa which I'm not looking for I haven't exposed myself to it I didn't sit with the people of innovation or the people of the atheists and the disbelievers it just came to me I wasn't intending for it and I don't know the answer to it so many times there are many these sugar hat many times Sao Paulo that tollable Elmwood we don't find in ourselves that we don't know that specific answer to that particular sugar so that needs that needs a solution for a general solution and then of course when we go further than that we start talking about the details of particular sugar heart and how we respond to those particular issues and when people can find the answers to those but people need to realize that it's not the case that every time a shopper comes into your mind you will have that detail that detailed response you sometimes have them would you say it's right to say you sometimes have like a vague sort of idea that it's wrong you know that it's wrong and you know that it doesn't make sense but maybe the the the details of it they might allude you at that particular time that you hear it even before so foolish of Herman and Nessie know at Minot Society says that every shoe ha you don't have to answer to every shopper you should you don't have to have answers to every doubt out there in the world all you have to have is the proof and the evidences see there's two things are that we have to understand having proof for what you believe and then being able to respond to the your interlocked are being able to respond to your opponent is a second step just because you don't have the answers to your opponent doesn't mean what you believe is it's none of order and it doesn't have no basis it's true for Kadena drazi for houdina drazi mentioning a point that you mentioned for generalizes tafseer book one of the reasons call is critiqued it was that he brings doubts and then he says say yeah he'll drop one how can even the answers will come soon so he doesn't give the response straightaway so he does your ardor Shuba he presents the doubts to the people and he doesn't and he doesn't respond to it straight away and as we as you mentioned as well I mean manager and its owner is that if a doubt is brought because it's widely spread and not every doubt is mentioned it only does that should be brought to the people's attention is that it's a doubt that's worthy of mentioning some doubts are me know oh how many baker and kabuki ani it's not worthy of mentioning it so the ones that deserve to be mentioned if you do then mention it have the answer right next to it what a delicate is a a man roster today his name is a father as married he had explanations on the books of muhammad abdul ahad he has a guitar put in what he taught on the caster sugar hat and some hana one of those evil things that he used to do was he would be all the doubts and he wouldn't respond to it he'll give weight to the doubts of the grave worshipers like it's something worthy of mentioning and that's another issue shape which is the concept of tallying veneration and glorification of the sugar hat like they bought a doubt we must respond to it there's that like like they have some weight some people they give it like like that weight what's your take financially yeah definitely so definitely sometimes I specific why I particularly noticed this in the field of academia because in the field of academia it's kind of respectful to give that you know weight to the to these kind or or sometimes people do it because they want to demonstrate their academic ability and so what they often do is they make a sugar how much much bigger than it is and they make people they make people scared and they they make them feel like this is they said there's no way you can answer this or you know that even the most knowledgeable among you will not be able to answer it so this is definitely a very very very good point about not you know we need to understand that a loss of hana tara has given us everything that we need in this religion and I remember personally just on a personal note that when I was younger when I first became Muslim there was some sugar heart that really it really struck me it really hit me and I I felt confused about it and it maybe even made me distance myself a little bit from Islam in the beginning when I'd first become Muslim because certain things I found out afterwards like for example the existence of different groups and sects and their different positions and and it really it left me a bit confused and subhanAllah the thing that brought me the clarity is to realize that every single situation we go through as Muslims and every single sort of difficulty that we might be presented with there is an answer there's gonna be an answer to that Islam has given us a method to deal with it and maybe this is a nice time to talk about the iron surah al-e-imran if it's never I'm not mistaken his ayah number seven right the the III in surah al-e-imran that sets out a methodology for dealing with these kind of things or can give us some guidelines to a methodology for dealing with these these kind of things in which all eyes are just said well II the answer al khattab min who I at amor come at a normal key table well haram mutashabihat for mladina vo ruby hymns even fair to be Runa man tashabbaha mean dear al-fitnah poverty I really wanna Alamo wheeler who in la la oración a fair enemy Apollo Nahum and the coulomb in India or bina or - echo little Albert this is just one example and it's not the only ayah we could bring but just one example of how allah subhanaw taala told us about a certain type of of confusion that could be put forward and how we should deal with it so Allah is which I told us that he is the one who sent down the book in the book there are ayat which are mahkumat and these ayat they only have there's only one would you say the correct way to say is perhaps there's only one clear understanding the ayah doesn't have multiple possible contradictory understandings - it has just one way of understanding it and those are the foundation of the Quran us that the majority of Islam is like that right it's just it's just simple and clear and there's one simple way of understanding it and there are other ayat in the Quran which are mutashabihat there might be different ways that you could understand it and there can be a right way and a wrong way and and it might not be immediately clear to somebody how that should be understood so the people who have a deviancy in their heart they seek to find these areas where there is a possibility of going one way or the other and they seek to use that in order to present an interpretation that suits them and ultimately those people who believe in a firmly grounded in knowledge they believe in all of it but they they return back that which is unclear towards that which is clear or that which is ambiguous it has more than one way of understanding it and they understand it in the light of what is clear and so pallid that just that simple understanding helped me so much that simple sort of concept of whenever you come towards something which isn't clear to you or there is more than one way it could be understood go back to what your firm about and what you're clear about and what you have no doubt about and then from there you can begin to understand that matter which might have some ambiguity in it and that for me I found that to be a really simple thing because when you first hear a shipper almost always you recognize that there's something wrong about what's being said so somebody says to you that for example recently we dealt with this issue of the Quran the Quran not being properly preserved I think that there's no Muslim hears those words except that an alarm bell rings in their mind and says that doesn't something is wrong about that to me I might not understand quite the details that are being spoken about there's some matters of alumina Koran there's some matters that are maybe too deep for me but I can understand that this what's being said here is something is fundamentally wrong about what's being said here and then the person when they understand some basic date they take some basic principles and basic rules and basic understanding of the religion they hold themselves to that and from there they go and they understand that particular matter in in more detail is something person if I found was a big help for me yeah I need the religion there's there were big things that which are clear-cut yeah I need firm and these things which you know there are majority had we can discuss their interpretive you know interpretations here or there but there are some things which I saw a bit can Leacock you as a believer as a Muslim you have no other choice for my kind of meaning when I'm minute in either la Orana your kun Elohim or Sarah to marry him I need the issues where you have to surrender you have to believe you have to accept it from allah subhanahu wa'ta'ala like i want to touch on an ayah that you just mentioned yeah well lady and radical Catawba mean what I had to come out scholars are even injera poverty and ought to be Arabic Athena and others they mentioned several new love this area and the the suburban Azul means the purpose in why the verse came down and this gives us a very good understanding which is exactly the point that we're talking about this I came down when a delegation of the people of nature on who were Christians Masada energy Iran they came to the prophets of Allah ally with cinema and they said yeah Muhammad you don't accept Trinity from us and at at least you don't accept Trinity from us but it's mentioned in your book and the Trinity is mentioned in the Quran so the question is where they said that Allah in the Quran when he talks about himself he says the word national we and they said we are obsessed we speak Arabic the word national is a plural and the minimum of a plural in the Arabic language because the Arabic has a movement and we'll send that and a Jana English doesn't have the English only have singular and plural like an Arabic has singular dual and a plural the plural the bare minimum is three and then four and then five and then you go you go up they said the minimum is 3 let's take the minimum our concept of Trinity is there so your Lord uses the concept of Trinity what did they do they took a verse that's ambiguous a verse that can a verse that has more than one interpretation because the word na in the Arabic language has two usages the first use it is a limb or abdomen after who someone who's venerating in self glorifying himself it's the way of royalty and the second one is and what the kalamaja royal the one who talks and a plural the one who talks and he's referring to him and others they chose to take the other one and abandoned the other other are the reasoning or the other meaning that the word Nana can carry if they took this area to the ayah in American Yahoo where he who Allah who I hadn't they would have known that this now here is the second second one which is royalty and it's not referring to a plurality as they put forward so this is an example of how from that time of the process cinema people using ayats from the Quran in order to justify what they are saying based on those verses which are ambiguous those various verses I wouldn't like to use with ambience but verses that have more than one interpretation they take one of the interpretations from it also there's an ayah in the Quran where the before Syria mentioning and they attributed to a tree monkey remember the allahu ta'ala anhu he said that the christians sorry the persian the austrians they used to send letters to Cafaro garage and least send letters to each other Rajesh would send letters to the Persians who are Austrians fire worship so they was an interesting and so what happened was the people of Faris the Persians they sent a letter and in that letter they said your your your your your friend granny Muhammad the man who is from you guys garage claims that he follows Allah and that he follows the commandments of Allah and that he venerates Aulani glorifies amanda he worships Allah but on the other - on the other side he claims that whatever is slaughtered by God is not allowed to be eaten and they're referring to when the animal dies by itself God is the one who killed it and slaughtered it and they used to believe that God slaughtered it with a golden blade whereas Muhammad is saying what I slaughtered it's Herald for you to eat but what God has floated with his golden blade you shouldn't eat it and so a lot of Hanoi to allahís and the ayah where I could mean Malamute carry similar were in the hula fiscal were in the shelter in La Llorona area in New Jersey do cook in autumn in the Kuna mooshroom well in our part to move him in the corner mutually kun this are a lot about agree to Allah what does he say that this dead quotes that they are trying to say Allah is the one who killed it it's and then what we did after that he said what inertia Tina la Llorona illa allah shaitaan sends revelation on these people all these things that are bringing to us doubts Shaitaan is the one that's bringing it to them and another I a lot about equal to Allah he says well cathodic Baraka d'eryka genetically novena I do a shout out in an eensy well Jim you a baboon in a Barden guru from o2 guru la cloche arabic maroof a Daruma Harun further humanized Arun so this ayah clearly shows us that they use decorative speech to fool the people to persuade them and the concept of doubts it's something that has always been done to Islam and it passed the test Islam has lived through all of that I remember when I was a bit stricter I when I was younger and I I said to whatever I'm a Shia I I don't wanna follow red hats and I were the follower a feeling well I have been well America when I Y what I reg follow the carotids assume that that's enough how's this Somalia and my shake shake more Alabama said something to me very powerful that touched me he said these four Imams they they made it through the time of the test of time and they lived through criticism their book their met happen scrutinized it has been tested it's been looked at and it still exists to today whereas you I'm just gonna come and go and your belief and your knowledge is gonna come and go Danny so this settled with me like a very nice matter he'd have been sitting they've been critiqued they've been corrected they've been listened that so Islam however much people might think the attack against it is very hard and tough and Mahanama Islam is view it's not the case it's always gonna live through it's kinda like so what's gonna we're gonna see slam just grew glow and yeah for sure Subhan and that actually raises up a really interesting point which is that a lot of times these superhot are just repackaged remember when I was at the time that I was was in Madeira studying there was a particular individual brought out a book which was full of Shabbat and when I read this book and they were super hot around the topic of tawheed and sherek and when I when I was told of it I didn't read it but when I was told of it my first reaction was or you know we're gonna have to you know look at this and respond to it and we're gonna have to you know like really study this in some detail and and in the end when you actually gave it consideration you realize that this is just the same thing that people have said before it's just being packaged up wrapped up a different way few different pieces of terminology but it's exactly the same argument that the shoe of our Messiah and said unless you have there she answered it you know animal before that to hundreds and hundreds of years so it's definitely true that these super hat are something which are not necessarily new and Islam has definitely stood the test of time but I just wanted to comment on something you said she of course I think you know this issue of the majestic plural of the the Royal we or the majestic plural using the word we for an a single individual but the concept of a being tahleen being honoring Allah Spanish his greatness and his honor being so great that he uses the plural for himself even though he is a hat he's only one if we just give this as a simple example if a person heard this doubt and they didn't know Arabic so a person says I have no idea you know first time somebody came to me and said your Quran contains you know Allah speaks about himself in the plural and therefore your you must have more than one god you're not monotheists as you claim to be and this person who hears that shop huh doesn't know the Arabic language at all so they have no way of responding in the moment they can't bring a line of poetry they can't bring anything to prove that argument just the fact that you as a Muslim know la ilaha illaallah there is no God worthy of worship except Allah you know Cole ho Allahu Ahad say Allah is one that in itself tells you that what is being said to you must be wrong it has to be wrong and not in itself is stage one stage two yes we can talk about giving an answer and bringing your proofs and explaining to the even stage 3 being explaining those proofs to the person but in the first stage just for you to recognize that it's wrong I remember I always used to if I ever heard something that didn't make sense to me and I would recommend this to anybody you know like if you are listening to a lecture or any or anything really and you come across something that doesn't make sense to you I used to just underline it in red pen and I or circle it sometimes you won't have the answer in that moment you won't be able to respond and say this is the majestic plural and even if you think about it in English we also have the majestic Pro you know very famously Queen Victoria is you know said to have said we are not amused meaning I am not amused and either the point is in English the majestic plural is it exists just like Arabic but you might not have that answer in the moment in that second that somebody says it you the very first step is just to realize that what they say must be wrong why must it be wrong because we have clear evidences from the Quran and from our basic understanding of Islam which proved to us that what's being said to us has to be wrong and therefore the only question the question is not are they right or are they wrong but the question is why are they wrong we know that they're wrong we just have to understand why is that they're wrong so so hala even that small thing can be such a help for a person the first time somebody gives you something and you just feel lost you feel like what should I do just to understand that okay my understanding of Islam my basic the basic knowledge that I have the few small soul as I've memorized they tell me that what you're saying must be wrong and there isn't any contradiction in the Quran so there's no way that there can be an ayah that contradicts another I Paul who Allahu Ahad say Allah is one there's no way that we can have an ayah that says somewhere else that allies to or allies three if Allah said he's one there can't be anything to contradict that but I don't have a specific answer I don't have the details of the knowledge of Arabic to give that answer at that moment in time but at least I have that basic understanding of Islam that tells me that what I'm being told is wrong even if I can't explain why it's wrong at that moment and then don't be frightened to go away and ask people to get the answer because so many people what happens is they feel this nage thus need to instantly respond they must respond I must respond to this person right away so this person has said that in the Quran there are examples of Allah speaking him about himself in the plural and that person doesn't know Arabic so they feel the need to respond instantly so what do they usually do they say no it doesn't exist it's not in the Quran and then later on the person opens the piranha says look see nan-oh in and then the person feels lost they feel confused so instead of people feeling like they have to respond in the second in the moment don't be frightened for a person to say look as far as I understand you have to be wrong because Allah said Cole who Allah who I heard Allah is one and we say in Islam la ilaha illallah there is no God worthy of worship except Allah but the details of what you're telling me I'm not really necessarily familiar with what you're mentioning to me but allow me to go away to look at that I can come back and respond instead of that feeling like that we have today that you have to everything has to be instant what do you think she has that it's true I don't think there is anyone who's going to have an instant instant answer to everything I mean there are great imams like a demon chef rahim allah a guy a man came up to him and he said to him carefully each man the concept of illegitimate where's your evidence for it when you get it is malformed and al imam who Jeffrey said give me three days so I remember chef Eddie went and he thought about the the evidences he looked at the the discussion he he looked at the Quran from the beginning to the end and then he did it again and on the third occasion I remember chef it came across the ayah well my new chakra Solomon body might away in allahu la huerta railroad civilian meaning and welding he might have an awareness the agenda was that Messiah so Amanda chef it is a half of an imam a knowledgeable person with that all being said he had to think about the evidence daddy can i I hope this is not going to be a hard question hard point to bring forward to the people but when the scholars discussed the definition of fit and when they define second they say it is modified to become a Sharia al meriya and Makkah Sabha inability atop Syria scholars they say that that the fit is knowing the Jewish student ruling matter if I could a camera shutter real so when so let's look at the first point of the definition I'm trying to get to somewhere I hope this doesn't take the people of nomination Shahla so the the the the first part is my I refer to the commercial so they say is malefactors commentary is to know the calm of the Sharia the halal and Haram the word about that mister have bad the makuu had the mandu bet the Muharram at Waialae that I'm have a lot so scholars they said fit that's what it means so the one who has fit to school the fatty so the team must know the a commercial area so does that mean if Africa says Allahu Alem he's not a fatty because he doesn't have an artifact ramachandraiah does that make sense you know here discussions have come from this they said no it means that one of two he can answer the question straight away or if he goes and researches he can get the answer quickly but if he someone is that give me one year to get this issue that he's not a he's a student of knowledge and et cetera I'm gonna put some questions that the people of brought forward I shall eyetality you share in Charlotte I will try to respond it to it together in China together automatic he says and he asks question he says what do you think is the best when you see Islamophobes bring up doubts to the average Muslims and I want to add on to that because I think it's very good question automatic is asking which is this happened to me someone comes and brings you a doubt regarding Islam they either might be a Muslim or a non-muslim and what they are saying sometimes it is very sensitive that you're you get angry from the question because it's basically insult it's degrading but the person doesn't mean it in that way but your mind and your heart cannot accept this kind of statement how would you respond to it and how do you overcome answering that question and how do you also how do you deal with these Islamophobes will bring up doubts to the average Muslim how do you deal with it hmm so I'm sure you're gonna have some points to bring on this but I'm just gonna just a few things I think it's an excellent excellent question my other brother who asked the question it's a fantastic question I think from my point of view what you mentioned regarding that the the issue of of the anger and things like that that's very important very important that a person always responds in the way that is best because sometimes if sometimes there's a difference between a genuine a genuine the person genuinely wanting to do that and the person just wanting to get you to lose your etiquette with them and your manners with them so I think it's really important to bear in mind first of all the concept of either variability here as and respond in a way that is better you know respond in a way that shows the beauty of Islam in the way that you respond to them not just in the words that you say I think it's really important for the person to read to understand what's being said strip away the you know the the emotion out of it strip away the maybe the insults out of it what is actually because sometimes I really believe sometimes with the shabiha half of the show pas is understanding what the sugar is and that's why many times when you read books of the Messiah that deal with super hot you see that many times the very first step is just explaining what this sugar goes back to this or this sugar is a branch of something we had mentioned earlier or the it goes around you or how how do you mess it goes around this particular is this particular issue that it goes around so I think it's extremely important for a person to understand what is actually being said to them and then again I think that there are two situations either the person knows the answer I think they feel confident that they can respond with an answer or they don't know the answer they just simply understand that it's it's wrong at that point I don't know how you got before I go any further you tell me if you have some points on that yeah sure there is Panama you know what people tend to sometimes forget is that the presence of the sugar has sometimes has some high the presence of sugar hat sometimes has failed in it and I wanna mention some some of the points that even you take my mom mentioning that the wrote our broccoli one knuckle from them is number one there should have been crazy sometimes brings about a peep who was taught on the truth for example when you look at the early Muslims in Islam and email sorry and Bob Abu Bakar man Ali especially no matter the Allah and he said something very powerful he said Tom color on Islam your aura that the branches of Islam are going to be taken bit by bit in a nationally seminal article jahiliyya if a person whose grows up into Islam he doesn't know the ignorant ignorant days and he doesn't know the doubts that we've seen so sometimes the doubts is what helped the sahabas to see qu4 and this brief of Allah how filthy and how evil it is so when the people become guided from these doubts on Allah sometimes it brings about what is called read the tefillin Axia the opposite comes about and it which is good the second benefit that it has sometimes Hanauma is it brings about a whole back well Saguaro almunawara it brings about research I mean people go out and they research and they look more into their religion I know some handala brothers who've spoken to me and they said to mr. Han Allah we live in this country this they name in particular country and they say that the Muslims have been harmed in this country and he said before that I didn't care about my religion but when the government started subjugating us as muslims and causing hostility to us he said I started wondering let me look into my religion when my religious started to get an attack too much he said I felt like you know why not I research and look into it and I'm like I did them through yet also the third benefit I tend to find these doubts have and they bring immunity my mama also mentioned is it we it brings about high aspiration from the people it brings about high aspiration to defend the rental it comes about many people were not they'll care less about it okay I just want to pay my five-time daily now I need to be I need to defend my religion I need to stand up for my team and last but not least it helps the people of knowledge to very narrow their method in calling to Islam they start to know their audience properly now and they start to know the assertively completely down what message should I give my dower in I think these benefits come about Sheryl something has a very powerful statement where he says there are other laws in Halloween Eve economy you are at home for your hotel Huckabee Kerry Mattie talked about it if I add demography that was that it that whenever Allah wants to make his religion strong and he wants to ground it and he wants to to build it in the people's hearts allah subhana wa ta'ala he brings about people come out slander islam say things about the religion and this is the way for Allah to make his religion prosper and spread and be heard of I mean if these Islamophobes didn't exist a lot of people or they didn't come out a lot of people that have had heard about Islam I mean people love controversial things right so the religion becomes popular and famous so I I say that without a doubt doubts are not good and they have no benefits but Allah subhana WA Ta'ala he never creates pure evil we don't attribute to Allah subhana WA Ta'ala shuttle which is mad pure evil a lot about it with everything there is hair in it we may see the head or we may not see the head so I wanted to come from that perspective and that angle as well yeah absolutely I think it's an excellent point and I think just on top of that so then how should the person now deal with it I think then again we come down to the one of those two situations either the person knows the answer and they have an ability to answer and respond or the person doesn't really know how to respond to that particular situation so if if they know how to respond and they can explain with good manners and good etiquettes because remember it's not just about that Islamophobe how many times there's an audience of ten people you know there's one person who is you know like a Shaitaan you're not behaving like a devil there's but at the end of the day this there's eight other people listening who have an open heart and can be convinced one way or or the other so it's really important the person responds in a very good way and if they know the detailed response to that and they can give it and Hum Dil others excellent if they don't let them at least explain generally what they have understood about Islam or why they've and is not correct and then let them go and and look at the answer and say you know let me give me some or you know let me now go away and find out that answer for you because I wouldn't like to speak without knowledge I wouldn't like to give you an answer I'm convinced I'm sure for certain that what you're saying about Islam here is is not correct but I don't feel confident to be able to explain to you the details or I'm not quite sure and I don't want to explain to you in the wrong way so give me some time let me go away and let me you know let me get you the answer for that for example I just think that it's a person how a person responds is so important to this particular thing it's easy to get dragged down to their level and to get to a stage where you find yourself going back and forward trading insults and you're insulting them and they're insulting you and you lost all control of the conversation and sometimes if a person don't know how you feel about the ship well me personally when they're sometimes you feel a person doesn't want to know like you know and you sense that from a person like you're explaining to them say okay just bear with me a second and say no no I'm not gonna give you a second and they interrupt you in that case I sometimes think it's better to put up your hands and say listen if you want me to explain to you what the answer is I've got all day I'll sit and explain to you but if you're not interested in listening to me then to be honest is better that you and I part our ways let them to you know komali a Dean you have your religion and I have mine you know what I speak to atheists Pamela before I go into any discussion with them before I engage with them I say one question I always made it's the first question asked I say what does it take for you to believe what does it take for you to believe because this is the only very important question that you must ask because a lot of atheists don't want to believe so you're wasting your time you see it's like you're watering in the desert you see there's nothing wood there's nothing wrong with the water the water subhanAllah it's a means to produce vegetation but it's the land is not the right land that you're watering in so I sense a lot of people don't want to believe and we're trying to but what I analyze when I say is that this is I think it's very important the effects of these doubts I divided into two when it comes to these doubts that affect the people and adults come in are two types they are a threat which are her idea and there's more a threat which are their philia I always make sure that before I engage in discussing a problem with the youth or someone I always make sure that I find out what's the holes so etheric ad area and master ah tell her idea what do I mean by that what I mean is that there are external things that can have an effect on a person bringing these doubts to them so for example social media a person's of social media and the social media it's built upon one statement I say I lift off car lift off all come with a narrative that opposes everyone and you become famous that's what social media is built on so people come out with crazy things and just because they want to be known on social media so the social so some people are commenting on a video they watch about the preservation of the Quran or the prophet sallallaahu cinema or this and that that's one or like films they watch or you know music they listen to in films they throw religion in a negative light also universities these are all external factors that have an effect on a person University and studying university and engaging in these things for showers desires a need these doubts are put in a way very ignites this shower of yours and religion is there to control the desire and so people just love the freedom of doing what they want so they tend to and the fifth is that the way that the West is perceived to be today progression development and the Muslim world and the world the way it is it's like it's backwards these five I believe are the external main factors of why shower and issue has even spread in the first place whether they be Shuba or whether it be shower these are five general ways that it spreads the first one being social media the second one being movies and television and music third one main university and in having friends in university who are non-muslims and you tend to find a lot of people that should huh doesn't come because of a book they read in university is because they are friend with for example Daniel Steve or microwave or the gallery she's a friend way Samantha Judy Sharla hellooo Madonna and so she's told that her friend if she dies the way that she is she's gonna go to hell fire and she just can't reconcile between it she's like how is that possible my friend Samantha has always been there for me she's been honest to me loyal to me she stuck beside me whereas Aisha and Amina and Zahara have all forsaken me no so she can't reconcile between us the fifth one which is the fourth one which is Shia wet Danny these youngsters are very young and a lot of the people were targeted other young young generation so there's desires parents who say you can't get married so he goes and finds a girlfriend and the girl is like you know he starts to love her for example and she says you know what I'm never going to take Islam and we've seen cases where they've basically fallen short in a deal and this is affecting them last but not least the West is seen in our light where subhanAllah this is it after the Enlightenment look at the West they progressed and the reason why we progressed is because we got rid of the churches we got rid of the religions and that's why we progress no you progress because you stay away from it you know religion major you see and the second one which is share our I mean I'm not which are their idea how I mean more Astaroth which are definitely internal issues first of all the person has but fully acclaim and some people I've seen they lack certainty conviction they're just generally weak people when you talk to them they never have opinions as individuals if you put religion aside they're just always they need other people to tell them the second reason is peer pressure peer pressure has a lot of a lot of new people that's what was in me I want me Nancy medulla and I have four in a sob oh I don't wanna be in a Sabha - fitna - in a libero Ana watching hacer dunya or akhira the Apostle read this ayah shows pay pressure because this person is worshipping Allah on the side if good comes for everyone and everyone is happy he's with them and if everyone he goes he means the the third I found to be the things that cause the can be considered internal things that goes is bad for Johnny be tagged with you some people's 400 ship they lacked a bad guy they don't have no private or a better they don't pray I'm relay they don't fast Mondays and Thursdays they don't have camel ruku lube is very weak and they look at the religion as collecting information and narrations and quotes and references but the truth is your column is very weak so you have no shield you don't do at car so Muhammad SAW and so this affects me the fourth one is knowledge being very weak these a lot of them they have no little much knowledge of the religion and when I say knowledge I don't mean that every single person has to be like it leukemia Ted Rodina Suki and like that I'm not saying nothing what I'm saying is that the person has to have in which is very basic knowledge that's basic knowledge of their religion basic knowledge here means Messiah and related to our kid and Tahiti understand that very well and they also understand issues of rebirth that how do I pay my Salah I pray fast at zakat and the last the fifth one which is firaga bhakti would be me or who the person has free time the person is three times the see do what you want sitting around so what is he free time it can be in half it could be the worst thing that works against you so sure I found that these are the the things that caused these doubts to spread amongst the people and so when I talk to a person I always try to know where he is what where is it coming from and I generally am able to inshallah after looking at it from that perspective be able to help the person if he's luckily if it's external things that are causing him I tell him work on seeking knowledge you know do you pray Salah on time your pains about are you fasting Mondays or Thursdays I mean do you read around on a daily basis read something read something from the Quran are you also are you also sudden you see an exception what are you doing with your act of worship and etc if I said so much sorry no no no a lie that was very beneficial I think that's amazing there's a couple of little points I wanted to add they're not necessarily on the same topic but just came to my mind I think when we ask that question about regular Muslims who get exposed to things like Islamophobia I think you know no one should sell themselves short you know one of the most amazing things from the Karamat that you see time and time again that our lives or gel gives to his believing servants is that allah subhanaw taala inspires them with answers when they would not normally be able to give an answer and there are so many examples of times where great you know philosophers and thinkers have brought super hot and there's an old lady who is just from the are Martinus you know she hasn't studied anything or and subhanAllah just from the sincerity that is there she's able to respond and that's not just a one-off incident this that is repeated from time and time again instant in the books of Islamic history you see examples where ordinary people just from their sincerity they didn't expose themselves to the shopper they didn't go looking for it they didn't put himself in harm's way but ultimately something came to them and they genuinely turned to Allah and they got the answer and they were able to respond Subhan Allah in an amazing way in a way that is like a you know it's a gift from Allah and the second thing which came to mind no go fish problem is a powerful point that came to my mind an auntie one time she lived in she lived in Italy and a lot of the Somalis when they came from Somalia and they went to Italy the the churches were the ones that were giving me you know like the funds and the the money comes from the gun comes from the church the church are giving home and subhanAllah one artist said something to be very shocking she said I had a discussion with one of these priests and etc and she said to the priest and the nuns she's like how are your children how how was the kids and you know nuns and priests don't have like you know you know married they celebrate yeah how you're doing this they said we don't have kids we don't get married and she said oh but why do you say God has a child very good she just stopped him she said you guys are saying that to have to be with a wife to have a child is wrong it's immoral for us we don't do that that's weakness and you attribute to say that same thing to allah subhanaw taala yeah and he subhanAllah you know I read that argument before Abu Bakr back heel and he did that before argument to the Christians but he bright very edgy that they bring this forward it's a very shocking thing some handle on but you see that the people upon their feet Baba who have not been tampered and you know Allah Allah very they have others which are very wise now yeah very wise and that's like that's it that's inspiration from allah subhanaw taala to be able to answer like that without necessarily having studied all of their arguments or just a simple person looks at it and says how can you say this about Allah when you yourself say that it's something which is impure so it's amazing answer the other thing that came into my mind is the importance of we and you touched upon it as well that car but just dua and ask and vicar and just you know asking allah to keep you safe and for example from the supplications that the prophet sallallaahu i yourself used to make the most frequently among the I remember two that were mentioned that he used to make the most frequently but one that comes to mind llamo Carly bell coupe said Cal PR Edenic alterna of the hearts keep my heart firm upon your religion this is a dua to protect you from superhot from confusion among other things but you're asking allah subhanaw taala to keep your heart firm because you don't know when you know a person and it brings you back to that point that I made at the beginning if I am you know my Corolla fella I meant my Corolla a little Comcast you know some people feel like they're never going to be affected like nothing will ever affect me I'm never gonna fall into this I'm never gonna be affected I'm not gonna listen to these doubts or I'm not gonna be affected by them but a person doesn't know what's going to happen to them and so just asking a lot to keep you safe and when you hear you read from the the the the biographies of the scholars the great scholars of his lab and you hear they so how how they used to supplicate to Allah to keep them safe from fit and from trials and tribulations and I'm a little high for example his is Bob he had minute dinner Ferrar and for our benefit in from the religion is running away from from trials and tribulations and calamities and a person asking Allah to keep them keep them safe Ali Mohammed and others that they used to frequently they used to be terrified of the fittin of the Dajjal for example they used to beg Allah to keep them safe but we in this time may be a lot of people forget about that they forget about asking Allah to keep them safe from these doubts and even the Hadean of Somalia saying I'm aware he said he does indeed Allah be Arbonne fan anhu if you hated the girl in a land and run away from it the Prophet didn't say go and challenge him and questioning him and interrogate him and ask him why is he causing this mystery for let me let me even do it even share don't don't what what some people might say don't you don't just let's go and hear what he has to say let us go on let's go and see what he has to say and then her exhaust the thing that's that's the sad thing a lot of people are gonna do that and the prophecy run away from him run away from him yeah like commanded in that's in the narration that it's mentioned that man that will that will say that he will go to the Dajjal for the purpose of that he thinks that he is yes I mean he believes that he's a strong believer but ultimately in the end he will end up following the Dajjal because of the the the shoe bahut that yielded that the job was was sent with so a person really needs to people really need to to make sure that they're not over exposing themselves to things and that they're asking a lot protection from these doubts ins confusion and attaching themselves to people of knowledge that was another point that I I wanted to just part I like you mention it also about knowledge from the internal things that a person we a weakness in knowledge but even if you're not if you're yourself not studying Islam formally but at least attach yourself to people who are you don't have a list of people I mean I personally would have a list of people that if I felt confused about something from teachers fellow students people colleagues thought that I would go to and say I've heard this and it's confused me could you explain it to me or could you give me some more information about it if you're not going to be somebody who's gonna do that study yourself at least have those people in arms reach you don't have yourself and even more than that give at least if how those people give time to listen to those your heart give time to listen to proper Islamic education and good lectures things that will raise your Eman things that will give you knowledge that will be in itself a means of protection and also sometimes when people think about protecting themselves from sugar hurtin and effort generally they they think about in a very narrow sense like they think the more they study those particular sugar hat the more they will be for example protected and maybe they make neglect the wider concept of protection in things like a taqwa Romania tequila Allen Maharaja for example a person just being a person of a taqwa a person who tries to obey Allah and to distance themselves from disobeying a line everything that they can that in itself is a means for Allah to make your way out of your difficulties and among those difficulties could be a sure path at that settled in your heart and then also from the points that I thought was important is repelling the Sherpa from your heart and I know there were some questions that were asked I saw them popping up on the screen as we were talking about sort of a Louis worse in the heart and internal strike phone but one of the most important things is that is the action of repelling it the feeling of I'm gonna push back against this I'm not gonna accept it I don't want it I'm not content with it this feeling that I have in my heart I'm not going to allow it to settle I'm gonna push it back even if I haven't got all of the answers at that moment in time I'm gonna say I'm not content with this this is not what I believe for example check some Nora sorry I was a Korea asks a very good question he says Salam alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh how do we educate educate ourselves on what is for us while there are so many doubts to address I think that's a very good question I mean what because the Shubert is so much when am I getting at the time to study grandma horse autofit oh I did 40 Mustafa hadith in will bear and a little bit my honey and when am I gonna study all of these Sciences and the doubts are out there and this is something a lot of people asking many different perspectives I think is well it's a very good question to ask now one of the things that just came to my mind is that being able to answer if we're not just talking about protecting yourself we're just talking about being able to answer now like that a more advanced age it's not built upon a narrow understanding of one particular issue rather is built upon analyze which one knows best all of those Islamic Sciences coming together you're just as likely to find an answer and and we know how many sugar hat the core of that sugar is a mess Alleluia it's a linguistic matter it's a matter that's dealt with within the Arabic language for example or it's a matter that's dealt with if you within the books of all effec for example and I just feel that what we have this idea is that because we constantly firefighting and feeling like we have to extinguish the Sherpa by learning the details on that there are some people the only thing they know or the majority of what they know is are the answers to particular sugar hat whereas what I found to be more powerful and Allah knows best is by giving out that time to study those different fields and by allowing others sometimes to you know not necessarily feeling that you have to take all of that on board and like you said at the beginning not everybody has to answer every sugar that gives you the time and the ability to be able to answer in a much more confident way than somebody who the only thing they're doing is firefighting they're just going out there and they get an a sugar and let me try to learn answer to it and another one comes so they're learning Islam through sugar hat and that's not really how that's not going to build somebody with the strength to be able to answer and I give an example of that that whenever you hear the sugar hat you hear that it's like you know it's they come like bullets one after the other after the other and the person makes more changes in them if your methodology is that you're gonna just learn the answers to those and try to respond to them all the time they only have to make a small change before you don't have an answer they just repackage it change it around and you don't have an answer for it whereas by giving that time out for all of those Sciences you even even a step by step and a person shouldn't feel what's the word they shouldn't feel overburdened by it it's not a case that way you know sometimes we're looking at the end of the road and thinking when am I gonna reach all the way over there but that's not the goal the goal is to die on the path not to reach the end of it right this concept of everything you have to believe everything you believe has to be based on the response it is so everything you're believing in and you're going to believe it has to be the right way it's not necessary that you respond to the opponent's doubts case-by-case determination now that's no one can ever is impossible you know mr. Hale to respond to every single shooter because not every sure that's worthy of mentioning number one and such some super hats they may require research from you but there's always a general response and I always say that every sub hat has two responses Haeju web which is movement and a job which is exhausting a job which is wouldn't mean a general answer and you kind you've mentioned that for example any person who is told that no we're not aiming plural and Trinities in the quran only can disable oh la la la that's a general answer and I was taken back when I read the pick up a blue Tama I was really reading a lot and I'm trying to extract many things from it he's kitab Naruto actually were not able to tell him Allah he says that the weapon of this Sunni hallucinogen is the Quran and the Sunnah and it for us when anyone ever comes to us Karl allahu taala caller illumise illumise because we believe these are the two that are evidences and a lot of the times people are debating they're discussing things so if it's a Muslim you're discussing a weight of course then add election area should be the running point if it's a little bigger innovator tell him you take the Quran it a the sooner you take the each map are you sure those three that are evidences for you ha and remember Hamid when he debated how many people to add the garvey of the concealer hardened over the mortadella I haven't my mama first we rejected to debate with him I don't want to debate and then he was told you have to debate and then amateur I don't see as a scholar you know a personal knowledge why do I need to debate with me and I could have they said you have to debate and Mamun said you have to debate today Muhammad then stood up and he debated me when I'm a debated all he said was Karl allahu taala allah rasool ullah sallallahu is element and a lot of muslims have this impurity complex they think every response has to be radically as to be an intellectual response only and that the Quran and the Sunnah is a key I don't know man it's not it's not actually using it know your weapon and your your your fortress is the Quran and the Sunnah that's its innovative if you're debating with the non-muslims I always believe that the Quran it must be used but of course if you tell them Allah steady they won't take it right but the arguments of the Quran are solid and anyone can use it the student of the personality cinema you don't have to say the Prophet steady you can just use the concept of what's in his happy against a non-muslim and I've done that many times you debating with the non-muslims there are ayats' accusing the Quran to respond to his doubts for example the issue I of curcumin highly shine a moment Harlequin I'm Holocaust am aware of the ballet ok no you can use those I feel lacking shuckin and while regarding it the issues of fitrah and Allah lady photos the ayats which come regarding cetera well at about wa ta'ala created us all futurliner chief economist re-elected needed help in their cherished in America next Thomas and I asked regarding the fitrah you can use so the hadith of the Prophet said mommy monolithic how are we done you know salanio you might be sorry honey referring back to the quran and the sunnah as your evidences is profound and it's something you can use and you have something shaker if i can just one very small point it's exactly what you said but it just it just came to my mind that one time I remember asking one this used to trouble me and I can't I went to one of our michype and I said to him shelter what's troubling me is that sometimes when I'm talking to these non-muslims they're not accepting from me the the Quran as an evidence and I don't want to go into logic I don't want to debate them through philosophy and logic I want to talk to them through the Quran so the Sheikh he said what you need to use is I did electronically at on Sharia evidences that are intellectual evidences logical but they have a basis in the Quran and the Sunna and exactly the Shiv mentioned to me the same ayah that you mentioned I'm holding cumin Ryuichi and I'm home Antalya where they created from nothing or did they create themselves I'm hard up a similarity well up badly okay note or did they create their happens in the earth rather they are not sure this is a logical argument but it's a logical argument that has a basis in the Quran Allah Sun and I think that's a really powerful point to give to people when people feel like this the only choice is either I quote the Quran or either I talk with philosophy and logic but that's not the case you can give logical arguments that have a basis in Islamic texts sorry for interrupting you but I just wanted to highlight all the audience because it's the reality is reality if I want to take another question from someone they met Bashi Bashir he said how important is it for the door at the to learn these Western ideologies in order to defend Islam how important is it I think here that Sheikh my what I would say about this is that people have to have a balance there has to be a balance and these matters if we're talking about the tough our seal the details of it they become far Lukey fire they become a collective obligation for some people have to have that detailed knowledge to be able to respond but actually I often believe that a lot of people over emphasize the importance of of of those things so for example this culture we have now of comparative religion and the people who spend years and years studying the Bible and studying the all the scriptures of other religions and the books of other other sects and groups and so on and I'm not gonna I think it would be wrong to completely exclude that on a on a total scale and say there's no place for it but I believe that it's become far too common for what is what is needed I don't know if you agree with me on that she or not she has true the concept of the Muslims especially the duarto to act the person also very good question is it into art a person who knows what is for him and what is his evidence is without a doubt for him to then go and study the evil that's out there to respond to it especially if it's spread and without that falls under ours too sharply Larry sharply well I can lead to RP or maniacally shop I mean a lady worker fee so if a person is grounded in his own religion he knows the deal has understanding then without a doubt to respond is is worthy it defends the religion but what you're finding is people use like a blue taenia as an example and say look in blue Tamiya he refuted the Christians devata Khattab could Alger Abu Sayyaf remembered LED no mercy he also refuted the the monastic are the Greek audience and he wrote a book on the morale among the team or he refuted emily's be refuted individuals and their ideologies like he is that horrible a chronicle the reconciling between revelation and reason what we say is that Abel Newton was grounded in his own religion and he had very good understanding of the deal he knew the Arabic language on a very high level he also knew their habits and he's memorized many of them he is also know he knows the Koran and the different color art of the Quran so sometimes what happens is we suffer from this and I think it's very important to mention this which is we find a people come forward and say I'm gonna respond to these doubts but what they bring about is worse than what we have already and I think this is worthy of mentioning that we trust them we believe in them they become famous in defending Islam from the Christians the missionaries they are they become famous for debating with atheists and then later because of the bill Barton was John they haven't got much knowledge of the religion the shooter has that they were trying to defend they go they turn back with doubts and they say moo Hari muslimah honey is collected by men ignore it and I don't want to mention names but there are people like that we've become they became famous to defer to debate with these non-muslims somebody can come back with these doubts themselves and the reason I think she I'm sorry but the reason I think is because they haven't had enough knowledge of their religion ground themselves in the Dean in the first place and it definitely was the community and course their problems sure and and some of them also shows that I was gonna add to that that some of them what you find them doing is they go down to the the level of that person and to they accept a lot of the 'soul the of the person that they are arguing with and so that in itself causes them huge problems it's not just that they don't have the the knowledge to respond to the particular issue but many times for example there are many many times where there have been debates between Christians and Muslims and those debates even though the Muslim had that answers and was able to articulate them I ultimately believe that anyone watching it would believe they lost the debate because they sunk down to that person's level and they ended up with a lot of lower as him a lot of things that they were forced to agree to and to bring on board just because they had agreed to those rules instead of explaining their religion as it is and as it should be and clarifying the truth and responding to the doubts with knowledge what they did is they they brought on board a lot of a lot of things that cause a lot of things that cause them to trip up later on or that caused them later on to have to agree to certain principles and certain concepts that they that later on cause never even that person themself to doubt Islam or to fall into major sins and so on chef don't you think even when it comes to concept of debating is always important to distinguish between the land that you're debating I'm this is my personal opinion my personal opinion that the debates are not as fruitful as they are in the land of the non-muslims as they would be in the land of the Muslims and I've seen that because when people commit Islam in where we live today in the UAE the dynamics are different and when they come and you ask them what brought you into Islam they say you know we've been in this country the safety the dimension things I mean Islam is dominant here Aslam is here Muslims are here and they've taken Islam not because they intellectually convinces them but also from a interaction and how they were dealt with also the fact that the power is in the hands of the Muslims and not them but where is you who came to their country debating with them and saying I'm trying to bring you to salvation of this world and Hereafter and I think the that it doesn't affect as much as it does also it opens their audience it opens your audience to listen to their doubts so who's really benefiting and you are them because to be honest when the Muslims came 30 40 years ago to the to England and countries like that they were very conservative they were closed they kept themselves to themselves these debates have now allowed Muslims to hear these should have been brought into their households through satellites and things like that so there are a lot of things that need to be looked at to be honest and observed it's hard to say well I because I've over the years been watching people we I thought so Hana la alarma very clear efforts they hired what they've done for the Muslims they've defended the religion and when I had private concessions with some of them said I was taking back what they believe what they have yeah I need a sugar has stuck with them and you mentioned something very powerful chef and I think it's really important it's really important that the do art have a relationship with the scholars they have a relationship with the scholars they go back to them they consult them in what they want to say they want to do their works are revised and observed your content is looked at it's critiqued you I think that's one of the biggest things I found that in the Taoist scene has been an issue yeah I would totally totally at the reference point and ignoring the scholars wherever they are I'm not saying that there were a scholar of scholars of a particular land I'm not saying I'm saying scholars are humdinger there they're spread around the world so stick with the real Emma ask them speak to them consult them discuss with them and see their feedback and that's an issue that we suffer from Hannah in the West we have we have people who are metonymy self-taught they study themselves and they have no guidance from the scholars so what are you gonna expect he's just gonna go wherever his mind takes him Sir it's very true today a couple of questions in Charlotte Kyla how do we deal with doubts in salah abdullah rosette asks how do we deal with doubts in the salah so he's talking about Wes Wes and Chuck in the Salah so I think this one we definitely want to distinguish between this and what we had been talking about earlier so that people don't confuse between the two issues in their own mind that this question is is a question relating to with us and and there is an overlap between with wasps or whisperings of the Shaitaan and Shuba hat or they can be for some people for example people having confusion over their state of purity and my inner state of purity or not and sometimes the root cause of that is a knowledge based sugar that they they don't understand the difference between the states of purity and what breaks it and so on and some rules they don't know and things like that but here we're talking about something a little bit different now so the question relates to the Salah and it relates to somebody who is suffering from whispering in the prayers and how should they approach that maybe we can answer this by talking about some really simple principles that a person can hold on to that will help them issue a lot so much in this type of situation so I just mentioned one and then maybe we can just pass a few together that will help the person because sometimes I think if you burden a person with lots of instructions in that kind of situation they feel very confused so I think one of the most important things that a person has to build upon is that certainty is not removed by doubt and I think that is one thing that if a person learns it and learns the implications of it 70 80 percent of the problems they suffer in the Salah would go away so give a simple example like let's say for example a person has doesn't know how many raka at they prayed in the in the Salah they got confused did I pray to or did I pray three so they're sure about two but they're not sure about the third one the third one is where the doubt exists so here they build upon what is certain they stick with two and they continue on from there and then they make their surgery to sell at the end likewise the issues of purification I'm not sure if I broke my waddle or not maybe I did maybe I didn't what's the certainty I'm sure I made it but I'm not sure if I broke it maybe I did I possibly could be might be then that's another another you know thing that again you based upon what you're certain of and also another separate issue that I think is really important is that for example a person if you're talking about a brother who's suffering from whispers in the Salah one of the best things he can do is go and pray with the Gemara but stick to praying in the Java because other people often their insight and their opinions is stronger and more wise in that situation with a person who's suffering like that the person doesn't really understand isn't able to judge for themselves if they've done the right thing or the wrong thing but having people around them can make such a difference I remember a brother came to me with the issue in woudl and he said like I just I keep making water again and again and one thing we taught him about this issue of certainty and doubt and things like that but he was still having that problem and one thing I simply acessories I said to him look why don't you just have one of the people watch you make water and if they told you that you made the world all properly don't make it again don't repeat this action again and again and again Lyonne Kalevala when I've said in Laos aha you did your best you tried your best and somebody told you Shahla look look it's fine trust in that and leave it because giving in to the sugar or giving in to those wasps causes the problem to become far worse the person gives into it so you see them praying though six seven times they prefer each time this is nor my prayer got invalid and they stopped praying and then again they pray again and again and again and sometimes the person says I made such that I made sudra the cell in every solid that I prayed all of them and the person breaks the Salah and starts again let the person do it once to the best of their ability and don't let them try to keep on repeating every time those are just some things that came to my mind I guess you have that's why I don't like Janna many it's German many compliments it's to sterilize these issues very common amongst Muslims but those practical steps for an ally should should work for the Machado China she had a question here by Nora who that is how to achieve your aim how do you change I'm gonna leave this one to you because I answered the last one this is yours now it's your turn the first thing I believe that will help when it comes to bringing about your pain is looking at the I Acharya I mean reading the Quran the Quran instills in your heart certainty that's what a lot about in many place in the Quran when he speaks about the Quran he mentions fli to the brunel Quran Allah who Lubin Aquifer ooh ha is there locks on their hearts variety the Beruna Quran what economy and II really like the way they do 50 laughs Angela and Faramir Deborah Laura marry her Annie marry her who like Amelia who know Radhika so the contemplating and pondering and thinking and analyzing the Quran it helps to bring about certainty because the Quran has answers so many things that we need rather the Quran has answers to everything we meet as Allah said ma farratna fi l-kitabi min shay'in' has left anything for us that's the first looking at the ayat Azshara yahoo the second one is an ayah to Konya the universal sciences the universal science bring about certainty looking at the Stars the moon the Sun a lot of an Italian if you focus on Milwaukee what an adenine in Milwaukee it brings about so hot that when you look at the sign Allah Allah this is not happening it could not have just come about without Peter so brings up a certain said when you look at the world in one travel travel especially especially these shows shows that took about coming in the world I mean animal I love to be charming this see you know he you know it's Pamela amounts of the world how its melting in global warming how he's fascinating it and no one lives there today it is it is a reporter his name he's at and he's losing all these things on the wildlife and animals no way he breaks the animals down and how each animal is distinct and somehow I was watching a program on beds and how there's a type of bed when they want to get married they have to do particular things to get Maggie and either Akal and a way that these animals are also organized la la the third thing I believe that brings about certainty is a do our work tomorrow or in a la supplicating from us Hannah Rita ila and begging him I liked about attics close to his slavery that's Ella career idea I mean for anybody would be with that with a diary that I am for the study buddy what do you mean we will be longer she asked a lot bigger masters cried to him I also believe what works is being around people who have certainty whose personalities is strong a very strong personality they they don't get easily taken by doubt that's thrown at them here or there you be around people like that and how they are we take off from the other people and when I call a shake and I say chef there's a shoe by one the and so forth and the chef says to me is that it I before you even touch it I feel like I'm hovering in the air and it gives me the reassurance at Hanauma and then when he gives the answer to me it's like my heart becomes content with it even more so I think those steps generally what I would say helps when it comes to a certainty man and also staying away from doubtful things in the first place don'ts present yourself to doubtful things stay away from it it brings about certainty now anything you would add to it you know not - I think it's amazing this excellent see if a questioner here says she says he says Mizzou cancer she says how was the approach of the self when it comes to debating with disbeliever so I really began to relieve I'll leave you to start that one inshallah now tell me what you think the the a lot of hard work either when he talks about discussing with the other opposite a lot about Battaglia he says would read us a video a big have been dick much one more about her sanity when I did humility and it will pay him from this he said that people are these three types he growing divide the people on two three a person would really severe Arabic America there's a past you don't need to debate with them or they need for you is to take them out Starbucks sit with them have a nice interaction with them Scoville nineteen don't go out Starbucks with say okay but I was thinking about good dealings and your kindness in your generosity and you caring for them just change their perspective and you just have to be gentle with a disability can be a sec mighty you just have to do with you have to use wisdom that can happen the second one is a little reminder is needed you're good dealings is not enough you have to deal nice with him and also you need to tell him happy we have you ever thought about this why this and this and with the reminder that we're touching the third type is what the ideal humility awesome he's the stubborn one the hard-headed one the arrogant one that's the one you debate when the next Cerie measures are in place and there's no other way to get through to this person you have to you're in a situation where you have to then you do and that's the static that you find today's panel I a lot of the Muslims they've made every non-muslim into the third category colossal me a non-muslim straight way debate show him how he in scripture is distorted and how his scripture is in his changing and it's and that and then the non-muslim destroyed goes into defense and he does want to hear from me I always mention it but there was a non-muslim who came to me and he said to me under man I was debating with a Muslim for 12 years and we would back and forth in college in University in this and that and he said that he never ever told me about Islam I don't even know anything my stuff oh we all I was doing it I've proven my religion so the way that goes Annie for me personally I am totally against this whole and I say totally this whole hi Park Bauer in the UK I'd say the same I'm totally against I believe it's nonsense it's wasting time and the benefits are very little in comparison to the harm that it brings about under and their problems in it and people are in the park and the messages are empty I mean people are in the partner arguing but the messages there's no deluge there's no lessening and if you look at today the entire Darwin in a high level has become argument debate instead of nurturing cultivating do you think that the sahabas took his run because the Prophet was convinced them when he spoke to them I've delivered and always not always some of them a lot of them took his son because of the prophets I've derived with celebrity a long time and when he said I sent to the city of Medina when I entered the city of Medina I saw the messenger sallallahu alayhi wa sallam others he said phenomena eat toward her when I saw his worth face out of two I realized and all a second Spanish not line this is not the face of a liar and then he said I came close to him I Drive mister I'm is a Jew he's a matter of Scripture I read he he knows the signs and characteristics of prophets so he said I came close to the prophet and I heard the Prophet Allah he said I may say the prophets Allah is telling me he said after Sarah while time of time what son will be lady when a Sunni agenda to be salaam he said this was the first thing I had and it's affected him and he entered Islam Jui Balaam remoter him Jame remoter him he said remember Buhari narrated in Issa I had this story of Duane has a has a benefit in it which is that the scholars they said that jubail and this time was a non-muslim and he said I soon will I pray maybe I'm hammered pray salat Real Madrid in Mecca the process Eliezer besides - OH - poor and then he said it he ready I am Hulu community shame America and he heard the ayat it touched him and then he said caracal be on your tail my house was about to fly out and then he said and this was the first time Walker uncle goofy Walker an email vehicle we let the Eman settled in my heart this was the first time you see did the Prophet debate with him the Prophet argue in him the Prophet recited the ayats he had the message from him and this settled in his heart the scholars took a benefit from this as a side benefit for the students of knowledge that jubail heard Quran when he was a non-muslim how is it that we took it from him and we don't take the narrations of the non-muslims in hadith so the scholars they say if a person is a non-muslim when he takes the narration the condition isn't he Islam when he's when he is taking it the condition of Islam is when he's giving the information so he was a Muslim and he told the servants about what he saw so anyways the point is that these other factors that are missing from the non-muslims today a lot of Muslims are not showing this side of how we are at home with our families how we are within spiritual side with a lots of Chanukah and our Ravenna debt and the way we worship Him how we are in the way we deal with those who oppress us and wronged us yeah any habit or should I they were in Mecca and they were being oppressed and they were being wrong and the Prophet was saying to his companions don't do anything to them first I be my tomorrow either I mean wish she came and either these were also factors that are missing from the non-muslim so we want them to take this time from one perspective which is debate argumentation so that's why I say it's not the it's not a benefit this high park height that many people are in tune and I don't for me I've never come across the selleth and the Sahaba Taurus we realized our element packing their bags on Sunday going out to their to a particular place where the non-muslims all come together and just debated me you're there to just randomly stop any person and you debate them a lot of the people were there are therefore making content so it's like this may continue yeah I mean I just need something on my sermon this is the easiest way to do it and people love it but I think debates I'm talking about my personal experience if time could be rewinding again and I could go back in time chef I wouldn't do no debates I would not have done no debates and I believe it is counterproductive it's better time in this case on this station maybe maybe we can say then that this whole issue about debating and debating among the self it requires some tough seeds some some break down and I think that when I've seen people deal with this wrongly what you tend to see is a blanket answer is that really in reality debating is not our that's not our our bread and butter that's not our that's not the core of what we do and it's not the core of what the self did Ramona laughed at the issue of dude responses and think that's a different matter but because but the issue of debating with a person but there might be some circumstances where the masala of it outweighed the math I see for example where a person the Shuba is what's the word it is widespread it has spread out to all the people and the people are becoming affected by it and saw the person sees that they have within them to the ability to take that out of the people you know take that of the people by the permission of Allah georgette but that's that's more of a and it's TIFF not an exception to a general principle rather than taking a situation like that and extracting from that that we debate everyone and anyone on on any issue rather we saw that the quote that we've mentioned earlier from even Syrian you mentioned that Imam Malik and others it's not it wasn't from the way of the self that their default position was to go and look for the people of bid and to debate with them but there might be situations Hallet conditions that come about where somebody's evil is widespread and a person feels that they want to be they have they own the best way to bring about an end to that is to challenge it but again everything has to be those every situation it has to be taken in its own merit but I don't I don't see any evidence that the general methodology of the Salaf assaleh removal our Allah was to go and look for these people to debate with them but that's different from the matter of route of responding to them in in writing which was moon tasha from the from the cellar for human law a litter when they will see a deviant ideology they would respond to it well even check if you look at the these scholars mohammed if you looked at an imam hassan taymiyah and other scholars you find that two things number one debates were times of necessity when it was when they were pushed into it and or it wasn't then going out there looking for it and wanting it that's number one generally speaking number 2 ship what I found is that see every stitch every person has a situation which is these colors were known for Colleen educating the people benefiting the people nurturing the people and times this might happen we're having people who aren't just known for debating and I've not come across a particular Imam who only became Imam through debating that's something I haven't come across we have people we don't have dews from them we have no we don't have Tali they don't have they're not connected to the messages you only see them at pulpits to debate the non-muslims you only find them in High Park debating with the this flannel Ireland so I think this is a point as well that needs to also be taken into consideration another thing chef is that and I think this is a very important point which is that the overwhelming majority of people who are debating the non-muslims they themselves lack their own religion so they're looking at the comparative religion and they're bringing back home Allah a big problem to the Muslims 10 years is debating with the Christians everyone is happy Muslims are all passing his video and some ham Allah ten years later this brother has now become filled up with doubts what he turns back to the Muslim community with doubts now he's bringing these doubts to them and say look and they saw him as a role model so he's gonna take a lot of people with him it's happened I somehow know like counted seven people that I have in mind but we won't mention names we do not want you so it's a sad problem sure it's a trend we push you forward you defend our religion from the numbers in the 80s we believed in you you come back and you start saying very scary things now well how do we deal with you now you become a problem part of the community that's that's that's an issue we have another thing should handle my chef is that the the relationship in the last panel Khalid this is another I keep bringing this issue up but the issue of having a bond with Allah so jameth on your personal scale and you're you having good relationship with allies with Allah I think is a big factor that's missing in the Dow it's separated from one another that all its seen as is defender religion all it's only seen as is that you know debunk this argument but your personal self personal email yet it's it's low it's your vulgar in your speech and your honey so I think that's a part that we need to and I'm honestly speaking to myself out loud that needs to be focused on as well Jeff there's a lot of questions that people are asking so inshallah Tyler before they get upset let me go through some of their questions yeah so which we trying our best to get through as many as possible but is it we wanted it's really important to give the questions there right as well to give the bet better to have a few good answers than true I asked who deal asked does learning secular worldly education increase the shoe bahut in a person I think that secular learning let's call it were I prefer the word worldly because you know the the cons this concept of secular in itself this idea that the worldly sciences should be completely cut off from the religion is it itself problematic for us what we would really like to see is that these worldly sciences are considered that they don't have to fight against Islam but the problem is the way that people learn them and I think in this I would definitely say that the first thing is that a person doesn't busy themselves with knowledge that doesn't benefit now there are some worldly knowledge that does benefit and Muslims can take a benefit from that worldly knowledge but that worldly knowledge it should be a servant to your religion why did the Muslims excel in mathematics why did the Muslims excel in the movements of the stars to serve their religion for calculation of the prayer for for the things that mattered to the Muslims it wasn't that they learnt those things for the purpose of them in themself just for the sake of knowledge in itself or just for the sake of those things in themselves rather they learnt worldly Sciences to help them one way or another to get near to Allah so Jack that's the ultimate goal also it's really important who you take who is your teacher because ultimately you are influenced by every teacher that you have and even if that teacher is teaching you mathematics or teaching your history or teaching you English altom utley that teacher conveys some of what they believe and imagine sure when you're studying linguistics and how it's impossible it's impossible that a teacher will not convey some of what they believe and that's why it's so dangerous for a person to say oh this person's only teaching me dot so I think a person has to protect himself against that they have to take only what they need from that and even worst and that is learning Islam from the non-muslims and this is why she had caught to be honest with you every time somebody tells me about this and you know I'm at the moment right now I'm in Newcastle and we have nearby Durham University and there's a very famous non-muslim who's very famous for his knowledge of Islamic finance and the Muslims queue up to learn from him and wallahi what do you want to learn from somebody who spent their life learning Islam and didn't come to the conclusion la ilaha illallah what do you want to learn from that person after that what good can you possibly learn from that individual after that and then anyways in any case even if a person just takes the minimum but to treat that person then as a sheikh as it as a you want to to behave like I tell me you know like sitting at their feet and writing down everything they say to me honestly you take the minimum that you need in order to get that knowledge that that will benefit you and you're ultimately you know in your worldly sciences that will benefit but as for a person who spends their whole life in these worldly sciences or learns them just for the sake of it or venerates the non-muslims who teaches them and raises them up to a level I worry about that I think that has a lot of dangers in it for that person a lot of means that could put super heart into that person's heart and at a minimum I would say an example if we talk about Darwin's the Darwinian theory of evolution for example and how many people have become confused and lost because of this ultimately if you do come across this for example all our children who study biology at GCSE you they're gonna come across this right they're gonna they're gonna come across this concept at least they need to realize this contradicts my religion go back and get the Islamic answer to it and if you get that you will not have any I mean you'll look at it and say it it's nothing it's it's a it's not even a theory it should just be termed under funny philosophical thought because it doesn't come us learn it's not it's not in me in the first place it's not even scientific to even call it scientific but the thing is that people absorb this and they don't go and get the cure and now they got poisoned but they didn't go and seek a cure for it until it grows in their heart so those are some things that I would say about the worldly worldly sciences what do you think I was a courier I asked the question is that if someone gets affected by a doubt and can't remove it does this indicate that there's something wrong with this person's sincerity she's gonna leave that one for you I mean I I think we kind of touched on it before there are some people you see the doubt comes to two types of people there are people who they don't have sincerity they're looking for things to go in mind with their desire desires Shuba coming to them and they'll shower already there so some some sisters they don't like the hijab they don't like you can't have a boyfriend and etc and they there's a boy who doesn't it can't be a rapper or he would you call him he's not he's not allowed to have a girlfriend or you know I'm not United and he comes across these things and then he looks for anything to show Islam is not the right true religion and the reason for it is a sickness in the heart of that person that's one time but there are without a doubt a group of people who these doubts hit nominate sincere they want the truth and they want a good answer those people I used to be full I used to fall short in the way I used to deal with them and sometimes the way and the method may not have been productive so it's nice to be very gentle with them because they are looking for the truth and sometimes they might be asking so much questions because they've been collecting these doubts for so long one or two seats may not be enough and it may seem like they're not sincere but they are so take time out for those type of people and I promise you if he's if you really show it in a nice well-mannered way a lot of the times those people do turn back to the truth and they become very solid and strong in their religion so I wouldn't say that if doubts enter your heart it's lack of sincerity noble sahabi came to the prophet sallallaahu ceremony he told him about that the doubt of who created Allah or jela enters my heart and the Prophet then said to him rocketed Iduna Derek do you find that and then he said yes and then the processor I said had a study from a man and what he meant by that is that when that doubt comes and you repel it and you ignore it and you just push it away it shows it you were a man and you don't want to give way to that you see so that's coming to you it's from the whispers of shape on and you have an enemy it's not going to give up on you but what is then needed is practical steps that you need to take number one seek Islamic knowledge don't let is now stay in your heart come out ask don't ignore it if you're sick you go to a doctor and if a doubt is in your heart you're ill go to the doctors which are the scholars and the people of knowledge as a postal artist Rama said in the hadith in them and she ferries to an the cure to ignorance is questioning the people of knowledge is there anything you want to add on to that ship no just just idle as well to say about the difference between someone having a general feeling that it's wrong and trying to push it out there Kesari hey man this is what a man is someone might not have all of the answers to it but they they feel it's wrong and they push it away from themselves and they don't like it that in itself is like the Prophet SAW as I'm said like sorry man this is this is what this is clear a man when a person feels like that whereas a person might in terms of they might not still have all of the answers that they want for that or they might not still for example if we talk about some of the mesial of our world cut off a person might go through their whole life and not have the the detail that they want from that that they that they might not understand it to the detail that they want but the fact that they have understood what is required from them and they believed in it and they say I believe in it and I understand the basic concept but I'm just still struggling with a part that's a different from a person who absorbs the shrub ha and makes it a part of them and I mean sort of sort of just absorbs it and takes it in and is happy and content with it and allows it to grow versus the person who is pushing against it and saying no I'm not content with it but you know I I understand it to a point but I still have more learning to do that's a different situation goes to a different different situation and Allah knows best there's a important question that I think sha Allah deserves the entire podcast I think maybe another podcast would be very good for this is that a lot of the times issue had come from people who pushed the concept of yaki there's a still a Finnish issue there is difference of opinion and the exterior has become so wide so wide that now it has under it so a bit things that are monogamous elements mammalian totally caption something that was agreed upon them yeah I mean they come and what they say is difference of opinion we're hearing if you laugh on the concept of LGBT in Islam we're hearing is still having issues of evolution we're here we're here still have on any shoes which you would never think in your lifespan that this would be mentioned and it would be discussed like that people who were we believed in them we trusted them to come out and research for us and give us a solid answer in the author death orthodox traditional narrative but what they do is they come up with a jolly the poet he said fill a tertiary man about hedonic or Oklahoma to fill mihalick fare SHINee the only one in army they can relate to the school military slang like where has all of this come from Danny it's shocking and I think this is a very important discussion in the in the in the in the in the Dallas scene right now and that's the I think is really important so important and I think that there's two I mean there's just two very small things because I don't want to leave it with giving without giving something one I think the first thing that would come to mind is not every act a laugh is considered worthy of this given weight and consideration and we know that from the mesial of each matter for example so if you have a matter that there is each man upon and then afterwards there comes an individual who comes with a statement that is shot that is it goes against that each man and they come against a and they just that one person not every difference of opinion is given is given way to it that's the first thing and the second thing that comes to my mind is that the fact that there's disagreement in something doesn't mean that the truth is found in both and that's why how many times in the Quran does Allah mentioned the disagreement but that happened between al khattab or between a healthy table and the people who are from the mushrikeen from the for the people of Quraysh and Allah Azza WA JAL guides the believers to the truth in that act Allah so that when Eliza will guide you to the truth in that it shows you the fact that there is if t laughs doesn't make it permissible to take both of those opinions or to consider them to be equal or to say whichever of the two you is fine because allah mentioned the differences between al khattab and allah mentioned that he guides the believers to the wit to which one of them is true - the Huq and that's that shows us that it's not the case that the fact that because some people have the idea that the fact that there is a difference of opinion in something makes it permissible for me to either choose or to give weight to both things yet the people of the book differed over things that Allah never give them any authority for and Allah didn't permit them for that differing he didn't say that you allowed to have that differing or each one is allowed to have that opinion while there is a truth and there is a war mother but I'll happily LaDonna there's nothing after the truth except for what would if I don't do that just just this point is very important the first point you mentioned which is where a so cool-looking a finger at a bar in Lima Colonel / Hubble began another e-everything laughs is given weight we have to doubt it and that's why scholars back in okay - whatever element walk therein it corrects the people say Latin Cara famous at indicator is it - wrong it's meant to be that in Cara FEMA said she had and there's a difference between a giraffe and HT had it's enough means we talk enough we have the Christians and the Jews and then we'll be done the Salafi is considered we don't accept it but the issues of HT had HT hug our issues which are based on interpretation and the text is not clear in this matter and I leave that for another discussion in sha allah - ina what is each tea had very looser if and what not imagine a few tea style and he left which is right aside sorry also another thing that you mentioned shape which is very important is that I tend to see there are a lot of people who are now trying to supposedly trying to defend its laughs check they are putting themselves because you mention something very important and I'm trying to connect it to that which is how the academic researchers are done as an as a researcher if you're writing a dissertation in university when I was studying mystics and whatnot you can't be bias to any view you have to sift through every opinion you can't have a preconceived notion you have to come with an open mind and then evaluate the discussion and a lot of Muslims this has creeped into them the whole religion they look at it from outside they say that this is what the traditionalists have said this is what they are when equality alaikum as in academia have said and they cross check them and then they come up with litigious manifested are you not a Muslim are you not with the traditionalists defending Islam no he's an outsider looking from Islam outside his name is Hamid holiday yes sir he's got different names but he's looking at Islam from outside he looks at the statement of micro here and the statement of a blue taymiyah has two statements human being said this and when I went across check both of them this is a big problem and I'm sure like opening up to reading these researches and these articles that are written in different I'm taking back how can I Muslims premise and discussion be like this that's a very important thing is Hannah I'm seeing also chef a lot of the people because they lack is slab attainable sincerity they lack a lot of issues related to the be their knowledge of the religion is very very low and because they're low in the deep maybe because they're not good be the Arabic language maybe they haven't mastered this or that they go to these secular knowledge and they they feel like I'm gonna English I was born and bred in the UK and so this is all I know I'm gonna defend the religion through this not knowing that you have to study these Sciences and you mentioned something very important and I want to inshallah conclude on my side from this and inshallah you can do your final conclusion is that these non-muslims when they attack Islam they attack it from every perspective you can't just memorize the sugar and the answer for it and that's your dower you have to know these Sciences deeply if you want to defend yourself for example somehow sometimes the sugar by going to issue a sorrel fifty you need to be able to respond off-the-cuff in high pot the numbers and goes to issues affecting you you grab him on that it goes to also issue of now an Arabic language even grabbing n-word by an angle by dr eggman money issues guru the colossi how the quran is written and the poetry is written you should be able to respond from that perspective you also need to know issues of tawheed you should know issues of art either and the life within Islam and what views they hold you have to understand you have to know the taraji of the scholars and when they were born and when they died you need to know the robot and sallied of the hadith and the most Allah hadith and it would go through a time you know what not the honey debate doesn't go according to a script that you're following I remember one of the debates and I want to mention what it was the atheist was debating the Muslim looked at the Muslim and he said we asked him a question he said do you know Arabic it is just simply ask that question so this shows you to have a lot that you know if you don't know Arabic and you can't read Arabic tall stretch the Muslims out don't bring a soup hands and outs leave us alone Allah will be someone to respond to these people and that's why some of the scholars they used to say Larry Larry I do Surat do but they will be Barton you can't debunk a full soup with another function and that's what's happening a lot of people are bringing new principles to defend the deal with a bottle principal themselves somebody who's saying we don't take the sahabas for example as a Hodja what higher are we waiting from you and how are you going to defend a religion if you're saying that taking the Sahaba this is not the religion a person who says I don't take Hubbell I had in art either or this is a mess Alamo telephone fee e ya what how are you going to defend the religion or grounds are you going to defend the religion and you're going to be a butter on us a harm on the Muslims so I ask Allah subhana WA Ta'ala to keep us steadfast and strong upon the religion and resurrect us with the profit and the righteous people you have any closing common comments justify just a very very short have advice just to all the people who are listening and we want to say first of all just akamalik ireland for you for giving us your time to sit and to listen to what we had to say but I really we just want to emphasize that one of the things I've seen that so causes so many problems for people is people having a lacks it is your attitude as it relates to exposing themselves to doubts and they fall under that sin of a lamb Norman Michaela they feel that Allies never ever gonna cause anything to happen to them and whatever they watch on YouTube and whoever they listen to and whoever they read or whatever they do they're never ever gonna be harmed and it's a very very dangerous it's extremely dangerous thing to feel that you are safe I mean on record a lot do you feel safe that Allah will not cause something to happen to you so a person has to keep himself safe from exposing themselves and their children to any kinds of doubt and confusion keep ties with people of knowledge be people who are constantly learning your religion because one day it might come to you that you have to answer and there might not be somebody around that you can ask so keep that you know connection to learning the religion keep the connection to the people of knowledge keep yourself away from doubts and confusion and just remember that what we said is that there's there really is always two answers to every single sugar there's a general answer where you haven't you you know that it's wrong and you have a very simple understanding of why and then there's all the details as for all the details nobody gathers all the details in one person no person can can bring all of the details to every single sugar that has ever been asked so don't try to aim for that but try to raise your basic level of Islamic knowledge to a stage where you have the general response to every shopper and you start to develop the detailed responses to some of the most common ones that you might come across or your children might come across that would be just those were some of the most important pieces of advice that I wanted to convey to people to conclude analyze what your knows best serve article on peak it's only canonical talk with your Sheikh Mohamud speed-up I honestly believe in Shaba the listeners and those who are watching I hope they benefit from what I said I know definitely they're gonna benefit from what you said insha'Allah insha'Allah showers you've never any bless you on to you and your loved ones and the Muslims all over the world also my last high note Allah reward the brothers who took their time out who are working behind the scenes to make all of this happen and put in the everything in place a lot also bless them and reward them abundance and also I want to say it is a kimono henna for those who are listening to us and taking their time out anything which we have said that was wrong is from ourselves everything which was wrong it's again from us and anything that he said that was right is from Allah His Messenger some hanok a lot more of a ham dick shadow a leader hey Lala a style fiddle cover to me
