A Day In The Life at FRENCH PUBLIC SCHOOL

many of you have been here since my first day of French public school and well time flies it's been a couple of months and it's time for my last day of French public school I've got some exciting things planned and it's gonna be a fun day but first I need some coffee [Music] [Applause] [Music] alright usually I wake up at around 7:25 every morning because I have an 8 o'clock class from Monday to Thursday but on Fridays class starts at 9 o'clock and today it starts at 10:00 because my English teacher isn't here all week and so the main noticeable difference about French school and American School is that you have different classes on different days and so it's not the same thing every day which is very nice it's 936 right now and it's about a 10 minute walk to school every day and I need to go a little bit early to drop off my books because I want to carry those around any more than I have to and then we'll get to my first class which is French let's go [Music] I'm leaving all right I'll see you [Music] all right so it's about a 10-minute walk to school every single day it starts with this nice walk up this hill and then yeah I'll catch up with you guys back to school I found my first day of school all the trees were not in bloom yet but now they are in it makes a huge difference it's absolutely gorgeous all right so this is probably the last time I'll be walking up this street and yeah that many times and it's a weird feeling but it's good excited and since my last video they've continued construction that's cool [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] all right so I've dropped off the books for all my classes so I got those out of the way my back feels a lot better because those were heavy now a French class in a few minutes there's where I have English class I have math class in there and then the canteen where we eat is in there and that's like a Technology Building this class is an hour long from 10:00 to 11:00 and then after that I have a two hour break because I would normally have history but today I don't because my teachers absence that's one thing about France when your teacher is absent you don't have a sub so in the United States if a teacher is absent there'd always be teacher and you wouldn't miss the class but in France you just don't class [Music] we can use vanilla berry achilles foundation of it see Misha Misha peppers on tone two tones that's your C Johnny I don't know Tony that's young okay dude I mean jeez can I show the other side on your first about Peggy who say we have Lucia [Music] all right change of plans I'm going to go down to the library and charge my camera it's running out of battery people used fu [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] that's the last time I'll be in there probably for my whole life something a little bit different about the bathrooms in France is they are unisex so boys and girls are in the same place it's actually kind of cool thing [Music] the famous French Bell now I need to get to lunch before the whole mob gets out [Music] we're gonna shoot - [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] so [Music] not quite the reaction I was expecting but hey the shot alright so this is my favorite place in the whole school ever since my first day this place has just never cease to amaze me just the sheer combination of the architecture the trees just all of it together just makes for such an awesome place to have in the school especially most schools don't have something like this or at least in America no schools can compare to something like this like look at all this stunning India up to the next or we go [Music] up the stairs and our in the D building it has a nice view of courtyard area so on this floor is where I have my ICN class information clay achieve new Malik probably pronounce that wrong but um yeah it's my class where I've only actually had it once the whole time I was here because the teachers cancelled it literally every single time but for the one time I went he was like do you want to work with robots or with the drone project and I was like what flying a drone in school the last thing I ever expected was for a teacher to let me fly a drone in the school and it was his drone too so that was just crazy their classrooms on the other side [Music] all right so the building right there is where I had French class in there I also have chemistry and biology in this building and then the building I mean now is where I had my math class so that's basically the layout of my school and where all my classes are it's a nice fun campus because actually surprisingly similar to my school in America the layout where they have different buildings this school here has around 3000 kids in my school in America it only has 1600 kids so there's a lot more volume and right now they're preparing what they call a ball later on tonight which is basically like a prom just unfortunately I won't be attending because I have a race tomorrow where I live in America North Carolina we don't have a lot of pigeons so I live in a smaller city or town we actually have a ton of squirrels instead of pigeons but I do have a soft spot for pigeons in my heart they are really cute and let's watch this guy fly you ready buddy ready to fly another one right now I'm going to be going back to the library to charge my camera because I still haven't bought in extra batteries and this one's working low so I'm going to go back to the library charge this camera up and then just read some of my book before I get my prize thing event at 2 o'clock so I'll catch up with you guys after that see [Music] [Applause] [Music] any vegetable max max vicinity [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] well I guess that concludes my last day of French public school this video has been full of plans changing I originally thought I was gonna have an almost full day and it turns out at one Rio class yeah I laid one class today but I saw was able to provide fun perspective what it's like to go to the French school thank you guys for watching and I'll see you in my next video I look forward to seeing you guys there [Music] [Music]
