biology at northern arizona university he was a renowned writer and published scientist earlier in his life he had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder he fell in love with his wife anna at utah state university where he had earned a bachelor's as well as a master's degree they married in october of 2003 and went on to have a daughter in 2007. they named her ava on june 9th the family was returning home after attending a wedding in salt lake city when they pulled off to the side of the road so that brian could take his medication that is when anna needed to make a 911 9-1-1 what is the address officers arrived at the scene and repeatedly asked brian to get on the ground within a minute they tased him after a short while the officers tased him again as they ordered him to remain on the ground one officer said he went down he tried to get up and i told him to stay down and i tased him again after tasing him for the second time the officers called after him but he did not respond they noted that he had no pulse he had died at the scene of apparent cardiac arrest three years after brian's tragic passing his family settled in a wrongful death lawsuit against the police chief and the city on the 22nd of april 2019 the sound of breaking glass awoke john doe it was 2 40 a.m on a monday and he had a feeling that more than one person had just entered his home he immediately picked up so can you see them speaker the intruder who had been shot succumbed to his wounds and died at the scene they used a canine to search for other suspects but did not find any there was also a lack of evidence suggesting there was never even a second suspect to begin with [Music] braylon noble was an autistic three-year-old living with his mother and grandmother in a home located at hunter's ridge apartments on september 4th 2020 braelyn went into his room and shut the door but when his mother dashnake cox went to check on him he was not there after searching for him to no avail braelyn's grandmother bobby called 911 yes we have a missing three-year-old verbal i'm sorry your name my name is okay that's his name oh my god b-a-y-l-n or b-i-a-y o-y-l-i-n b-i-y oh okay i will be wearing it um and uh was it was that that's oh and shirt i don't even know what shirt he had on this what color was the shirt t-shirt with the orange at the bottom it was the gray one you changed it also but i don't even know what they put on them okay what's your phone number did you guys go back by the creek inside the creek anywhere yes we went all back there and by the pool area the swing area all of that and on the back end on the other side okay he's nowhere in the house no we looked in the closet and everything okay yes you're looking like the hamper blanket yeah because we only have one bed in an apartment okay all right oh okay they're coming now all right [Music] toledo police toledo fire and rescue and the fbi and local volunteers all joined in the search for braelyn his mother had said that if he was found he was to be taken to the police station the fbi offered a 5 000 reward for any information about his whereabouts as the search continued braelyn's mother said i know he's crying i know you can't get him to stop crying he's being picky he's not eating and even if he's scared i won't be mad please just drop him off to me i just want him home that's it five days after braelyn went missing the toledo police tweeted a tragic update the body of a small child had been found in the pool at gibraltar heights official id will be made by the coroner's office the investigation is now turned from a missing person to a death investigation info will be released as it becomes available the investigation is still ongoing and it was revealed that detectives are looking into the 911 calls itself after claims were made that the words i killed him can be heard 18 seconds into the audio the identity of the person who said this is yet to be confirmed i appreciate you taking the time
