in this video I will show you nine awesome insta 360 ideas that can be done with any 360 camera the first idea is the pass-through shot I personally love this one and use it in almost all of my videos in order to do this shot you will need to get your camera very close to surrounding objects so be careful not to scratch it I have found that the easiest way to achieve this shot is to go through a subject's legs however there are many other things you could use for example in this clip I went through a cool rock formation [Music] this shot as cool as is but with a little bit of post-production work you can take this shot to the next level and turn it into an impressive transition [Music] the next shot is the follow can because of the invisible selfie stick I often only see people filming themselves while this still gives incredible results filming a friend can look even cooler the follow cam is pretty self-planatory have your subjects walk forwards and then follow them with your camera feel free to be creative too try adding some rotations or a tilt up in post-production [Music] the next idea is 360 photos nowadays everyone takes photos with their phones but 360 photos can be so much more impressive insta360 technology stitches three pictures together to create one amazing HDR photo with vibrant colors in this example I use the extended selfie stick to put my camera behind me to get a third person view you can also make more abstract photos and create a tiny planet like in this shot there really are endless possibilities the next idea is the low ground or shot to make the shot walk or run with your camera as low to the ground as possible this will give the illusion that the camera is moving very fast and it will Amaze your viewers in addition to that it gives a very cool perspective from down low in this example I put my camera low as I walk through a group of reads and I am very happy with the result the next idea is the top down shot this view offers a very unique perspective and looks as if a drone is hovering above you in order to make the shot hold your camera above your subject the extended selfie stick is also recommended as it puts your camera higher into the air the next shot is one of my personal favorites the dive shot in order to make the shot move your camera downwards next to an object this is most often done with a tree but can also be done with a small waterfall or any other object with height when moving your camera try to move it in a smooth straight line for best results as a final touch add some rotations to the clip or maybe a small zoom in during post-production the next shot is the exact opposite of the dive shot and it's the rise up shot instead of moving your camera down the length of an object move it up I like to use this shot with a person as my subject as it reveals the location around them [Music] the next shot is the third person view to make the shot Mount your camera on a selfie stick and put it over your shoulder this one is especially useful if you are often filming alone and don't have anyone to film you when doing the shot be creative in this example I started with my camera behind me and slowly brought it over my head and eventually in front of me this shot is so Dynamic and shows the entire scenery around me [Music] the next idea is the fake drone shot and this one is a classic I use this one multiple times in every single one of my videos to make this shot Mount your camera on a selfie stick and run with it try to keep it as steady as possible in post-production keyframe rotations to give the effect that it is flying I will link my full in-depth tutorial at the end of this video and in the description box below those are my nine favorite shots with the insta360 1x2 and I hope this gives you new ideas to try with your own 360 camera [Music]
