or just making some pens here and all what Oh morning guys how are you know I have too much in the air here getting ready to start hanging here I started cutting as you seen in the last video I had to make a hammer strap for this hitch on this tracker seeing they don't give you one everything's in a hat on but anyway I'll show you when I get over there I'm going to go grab the big baler so I'll see you in a few and I get it hooked up so talk to you in a bit all right well how do you move some stuff out of the way but here's the old hammer strap that we made we're enough like I said they never give us one on there so the baler is a 1000 the ceiling the second time I've ever put that thousand PTO in there so not a big deal anyways we'll get hooked on to this guy I don't think I have the right pin in here I think the one I got is too thick but it's always nice to have a thick pin um yeah so I guess I'll get this hooked up I think the good pin for the baler that fits tight is on the bail processor so I'll have to run back there and grab it but I'll get our backed up and in place and then we'll get her to drug her out to the shop and go over the baler they shouldn't eat anything I had it all ready to go there last year and then decided it wanted the snow on a guy before we could get stuff ready so holy man is that everybody low all right well I'm seeing a few okay so hitch is a little high on this tractor but that's already forgot a high wind role it shouldn't get down there I don't think just that the baler sits back a little bit which I don't really care for too much but whatever I don't plan on using this tract on here the whole season anyways I got to get the release bearing fixing that and that's supposed to go in this week and yeah I already had Bernie had some trouble this morning on the hammer scoff I made I wasn't deep enough for where the hitch because like this and then the hitch was hitting inside like so the hitch are coming to the clevis part and it was hitting like in here like this and then I couldn't get the pin to drop in so I went back to the shop and took it off give it the old hot wrench and blasted some are there so see huh wrong way you know you never when you hook the hose up it never goes the right way it's already there it is there we go all right let's see spins are over nice good check the bearings blah blah blah blah blah blah I want to change a few pickup teeth on the bottom yet before we get into full hang season so but that's whatever I only got that et Christabel yet so anyway you gotta go and try and get the monitor in this thing somehow so we'll see you in a few I guess I think I got to take this out actually most guys what they do is pull that out and then caught a hole in there then run their wire through it but I think I'm gonna run it too and then just put a rag in there so long is the plan because it had a big speak end on there for now they're going to chop a hole in there if I don't I don't really always use this tractor on this baler it's the first time actually last year I wasn't gonna use it last year and I never did and we ended up we bought that old white then I ran to Baylor on there it's probably gonna be obviously better than missing it probably ride smoother it's a little bit longer frame this one does have bigger tires and wow this one's 120 PTO horsepower so a little bit bigger but look doc tractors a lot heavier too so feel white panel a so I got a ticket down here this we can get that engine yanked out and they got to do the clutch in it so I'm gonna get her back forehand tease I'm gonna get actually a in so kinda like we'll see you in a few I'm gonna pull her on to the shop and hook everything else up switch my hoses around and yeah Tina mitten okay guys you know what I'm gonna do a little part of the video here on this baler and tell you the difference between mine and Nicks so does everybody think so you got the same mall it's it's the same machine but everything else is running different so let's start over here cuz the doors open so are these this chain here runs the accelerator there's a beater in there we redid all the rubbers on there I'll show you when I get the hang gate open later and all of this stuff here is all the same other than he's got his reservoir I believe on this side his bail or his pine box is the same pretty much and I don't know if he's got this or not on here this is your thing tells you in your time magnet sends a signal to the computer I rebuilt the computer was it last year two years ago I can't remember and it was like 9,000 bucks just about but probably still cheaper than as you can see when I was baling with my 4490 I had the duals on my turn than the duals hit right here and bent this up but it's pretty good now it's good enough so that being said here's where you set your size of bail all the different sizes so this is where you start at empty comes up here goes down there's your four foot bail four and a half five five and a half six I usually go right to max I slide this son-of-a-bitch all the way down I don't I think I'm making five by fives right now is what I was doing I'm pretty sure so I made him smaller last year because the clutch was all fun anyways I'm gonna have to move that down so you take a wrench loosen your lock not this don't really take it anymore but anyways loosen this off slide it down wherever you want I'll show you back in here okay so you can see those wires in there that's your slide so all that does is when this gets down there your thing when you see that little magnet picked in there when that gets down to that micro switch it triggers the baler to tie now the difference between mine and his is I don't have a pump in here so this is all for your theis equals but we'll get back to that so yeah I don't have a pump in here so what I do have to do is I have to run my hydraulics off my tractor and that's the difference between the T and the a a is automatic T is for his tractor hydraulics so that's a difference but anyways usually what I do is I stroke the lever leave it on when I'm bailing then I can keep my pressure up actually sometimes they don't always leave it on but I usually set it for how about right there whatever that is not even sure I'll be about anyway I just watch the gauge and make sure it's up a boat there okay now doctors are talked to hydraulics when you make a sequence this thing here comes there's little divots in there okay comes back over to here when this little disc comes around it triggers this and that's what well first first this ask the trigger for your bail sighs and then it will open this up and they'll open another spool on the other side which I'll get over there and then when you start tying this goes over so far flicks the switch and then it brings the twine arms back so slowly when it gets to yeah it comes all the way back when it gets back to this position they go back again and then they come back again because when they don't really grab right at the start of the bail they go all the way and they don't grab till about here so then what they do is they swing over pause for a little bit and then they come back slow they come back slower then they go forward then they stop here and then they go back and then they come back and then not this thing here this right here your twine arms what's next service told me I couldn't get any more than I drove the waiver and they told me isn't warehouse anyway different story so this arm pushes on this cutter which activates this linkage right here and goes down and actually the points are supposed to be in there when it's cut but they're not so that's fine whatever see my teeth aren't too too bad I got a few to change on there too there I gotta change out but whatever I think I said it's good enough for now and so on get that a little bit of hate picked up that we cut here the other day so no I think that's pretty much it the tractor hydraulics like a city it's got a kicker on it Bale kicker there's another switch in here when the Bale kicker is out it'll tell you in the cab on the monitor and when you bring them back in that lets you bail again so that will shut that that's the end of the sequence now this one's got a valve push push pull valve for the lockout and I'm pretty sure next has a turn valve this for Martin remember what I've seen but anyways I told him I'm gonna do a video on it and then he can do one on his and sure what he's got on his I just found this here a couple years ago that was pretty neat anyways I'm pretty sure all this stuff is the same but this here so this is the sequence now so one of these do pressure for the baler other puts it here we go stress through the belt the other one runs your end gate so that's how that works and the kicker so and then here's where you set your your bail pressure when you're bailing you can loosen this off and that takes the pressure off this one down here is your twine arm speed I believe I can't remember it I'll have run this and so long as last year it was down just what happened to season and I just started to bail straw than that clutch blew up on the guy so anyways not to do I'm pretty sure this one here is belt pressure because it's in the same line then this one here yeah this one here is your pointer how much time you want on so that just sets your speed but if you go too slow or kind of stops you gotta make sure you don't go too slow but anyways here's your linkage for your pickup goes here on this guy turn your handle on the front up or down so we're thinking of getting a new baler this year too I found that header and I better get a header before we get a bailer so I don't even know if I'll solve this thing when I'm done with it I just keep it and use it for a backup or going to or whatever this one is a 96 8465 T okay so now what about this clutch the clutch last year ripped these discs right out of there the clutch discs themselves they told me our discontinued also so I don't know if I showed you this in one of my other videos what I've done to make my own clutch disc was I took the this all apart trace it out and I took I used one of those chop saw blade and I measured it where it needed to go and I broke it all out and I broke out the center I took us big socket I think it was this one here and I hit it and it broke out the center part just go around that clutch or the just one sprocket here I had to get this sprocket was 600 bucks so that's what I did so now I loosen that bearing off when I did all this and got this all - and straight and I don't know I haven't used it so I'm hoping that's gonna work but I guess we'll see what happens so that's what I done from my clutches that's why there's a that new shiny piece in the middle that I had to get but the fiber disc plates were shot so I had to make my own like I said they were discontinued probably coulda went to somewhere and got something that was close but I didn't it's made my own so yeah and then I put this on every built how all this is all rebuilt me did all this in here straighten that shaft the shaft used to kind of go like this and I'm wondering if that's didn't wreck that but it was your ready to go anyways before and rectus blind on one side so what I done is I took all this out lot no three years ago I was bill and canary straw and pounded this off flipped it around and put it back on the shaft then I could use the opposite side of the gears so that's what they did Mary's I had I did have gathering wheels on but they kinda raw was in the way while I shouldn't say that they're not always in the way but they were with the four-wheel drive baling with it so with the duals if I would add singles I would have been fine I didn't want to take the duals off the bail that a little bit so that's why I done anyway um you know over there and this mess I could pick them up or whatever I might even put them back on we'll see how things go so my try to cut leave my window a little bit wider this here and then gathered up like that but then if I go to do square bailing then I'm gonna have to rake it anyway so I don't know I'll see what happens with that chip but yeah this might be a long video but um we're done here boys now I got to get my monitor and power it up in the cab there somewhere and run it out and here's the plug in that's what it's got to go to the back here so anyway I'm not really sure where I'm gonna put that yet but I'm gonna have to find a spot so I might have to buy that bracket that goes up top what do you call a monitor mounting bracket I'm not sure maybe I could find a place and even if I just leave it on the door here I don't know if it's out of the way but I think what it does goes to that bolt goes to those two holes and then there's two holes right here and it just puts a bar across so I don't know I might try to make something even like that we'll see but anyway good enough for now see how things go here so talked in a few okay guys back to this so I think what I gotta do I'm gonna cut this down a little bit cuz I got too much so just a zinger down here now I'll go do a dry fit and see what its gonna look like push had some angle on here but I don't so no font symmetric bolts ever gonna work really good there we go I might even take more oh no so I'm gonna go up to there with a piece of iron flat iron weld it on top and then probably a piece under there like so and then mount it like that so anyway that should work like this I'm gonna mount the baler monitor onto here after I paint it up and whatever so anyway I'll keep working on this for now and I'll bring you back in a few okay boys we got it out of the shop hello hey I got the hoses hooked up the wire hooked up I wrapped a rag up to stick that through the window kind of cheesy but it's only really way I could figure it out without cutting the end off the plug and putting it in here and I think this is what this is designed for you poke a hole in there and then stick the wire through but whatever leave it there so anyways there's a monitor I stuck it up here on this block of that we made stuck a piece of cedar hosing behind so it'll rub and yeah that's her I've been painting yet but I just got to get this little bit out here build up here after lunch before it rains I know joking so here's my monitor that goes with this baler so everything is run off my hydraulic I leave that lever ahead sometimes or when I go to tie I got to put it ahead if I don't have it ahead already and when it starts it sequence as you can see I can go into manual mode then run my kicker and run my twine arm I usually set it on all not there on delay that way when the twine arms come like I was telling you they stop on the end then they come back and then go back to the end and come back a bit and then go back I'll show you when we actually make a bail I got this monitor all rebuilt last year and my lights are still up I don't know why it's probably the little switches up on top of the thing there so and then there's a sensor down I think it's down there I'm not sure I can't remember but anyways one of them must be screwed up because it's showing Miz's like this but anyway you can put your lights on low beam high beam but your beeper on it set your how loud you want it and so on so it's pretty simple so everything is automatic um if you want to make just a Korbel you flick it up like that no let's see now the bails full there we go so that's what she does other than me showing you a running I guess that's pretty much it so there is the let me put it up there mount it there and then it's made a clamp to hold that up that's pretty much it I was gonna put it down here but then to be in my my view like down here and be down about here and be in my way here so anyway I thought I would had enough cord to go down and then back up but I don't think I got enough so instead of having it in the way of my gear shifts and everything I'm just gonna leave it there I guess for now I'm gonna wrap this in a some cloth or some so don't rub on the console but other not she's ready to go so I guess we'll see you in a few okay let's do this again there's a third time first time I had it on photo second time I forgot to hit record so go to manual you can run your twine out on automatic like I did the ejector same thing on here see the twine arms down there there you go and that's just run off my se B now I can go to home [Music] and there's a speed that it ties on see how slow that is when they're running pto speed it's about I don't know quite a few wraps of twine so anyway good enough there we go no we can flick her back to manual everything I mean automatic everything's on all don't no delay for the twined arm and we're ready to go so I probably won't video making this first bail because using your first bill is usually a bugger but anyway and I would like to take my loader off but for this little bit I don't really care that's good enough so anyway let's see in a bit hey boys she's not very thick crop in here anyways I get from about top hole come back this way it's not too bad but that's not bad I guess for the year up to health but anyways we're getting close to making a bale here and like I said I can't go real fast yet everything in the chamber is all kind of gets rusty after the baler sits over the over the winter so like I said this is my first bail I've made this year so it's going to go a little bit slower but that's okay we're getting close to making a bail so I'll bring you back and show you the kite cycle so see in a few alright so that means we got a full bail no you just stroke the lever ahead and what it does is it grabs it whines and it's on delay right now so I mean so I arms out and both the twins are going right now this box is capable of doing that but I don't have don't have that on my baler itself so that's kind of how she goes I guess but anyways these are a I do I leave the red on the black there on that dial for a little couple rounds and then I spoke the lever again and just let it go on its own just kind of do a little pause there or whatever but I don't know we'll get out here in the Benton see how that came back like that so that's what it does you little girl now as soon as I see that then I stop it give it a couple seconds on there and then I'll follow through it deliver cut the tines off hopefully yes we'll see anyways there we go okay let's go and I'm just talking to Tyson and I made a bail I said I better go let her go do a bit you here just made a bail it looked like one didn't cut there that's all might be stuck in the might be one stuck in the yeah there stuck in the thing there there we go good enough I'll fire that back up look at that hey you guys Oh mint Jess you guys can smell that I like that smell anyway I don't know how many bales I'm gonna make I got everything all hooked up here and I wanted to I wanted to show you guys here yourself oh there we go okay so I finished that cycle that means the bales done tying the lights off all you do is you pull your lever back you don't have to back up or anything because the this Baylor has a kicker on it so we can kick that bale out there we go and then I'll just shut this off I'll go outside here a minute I'll show you I'll show you our first Bale there it is so that's pretty much it so everything like I said everything's done automatically the kicker goes out now when I go to start back up again to finish the cycle the door will close and then this will close after so that the door doesn't hit the Bale looks like I need to move my thing in from the end there a little bit I don't know if I can keep going she's not quite cured yet but they're talking a bunch of rain so I think I might just bail it all up anyways and what the hell so alright I can feed it right over anyway as the horses will eat it a couple calls and the art I'll eat it so but alright I'm gonna keep going here and see how things go how much just bail up this thin stuff and I don't know that have you over there I might have to wait to see what happens but you can't have arranged that I don't think it's gonna rain not much and if I get guess if it doesn't I don't get it buildable whatever that's gonna have the rain and you know the story so anyway guys that's about it for this little video of the baler I talked to Nick already for you so he's gonna do he's gonna do a video on his baler on the 884 75 T there's no T in there but he's got a a his is automatic like I said he doesn't need hoses that go to those factors there's got the touch box I believe it's the same box but it's got different computer in his but anyway thanks for watching don't forget to subscribe make sure you do please I guess that helps give the thumbs up tell your friends guys there's a thing that's telling directors a little wheat tit right there that's one of the sensors to show how full your bail is which way you got to drive and stuff and I think there's some up on there too those rollers right there they all gotta kind of work in unison to to make a nice nice roll bail with this there's nothing wrong with this another or not a little fluffy spot there or the kicker hit it but anyway guys thanks for watching and we'll see you in the next one maybe we're gonna get some rain later [Music]
