I feel like we are about to take a journey together I'm like I should use the bathroom before we do this and like get some snacks today I'm sharing with you something like 75 different organization hacks from the Dollar Tree buckle up this is gonna be a long one let's get started [Music] starting right out the gate with the Dollar Tree mason jars a really great hat for these is you can actually repurpose the spouts from the like um pores of salt containers you're going to take the top of that when you're all done using that salt container you're going to trace this onto the salt container and basically just cut out the same exact piece and then you're going to swap that metal um Center piece of the Mason jar for this new cardboard piece use the same like metal screw piece to secure into place and now you've created your own pour for all sorts of stuff just a way to make these mason jars more functional storage and while we're at it you can also use the tops of Parmesan cheese containers that you can get from the dollar Dollar Tree these actually screw right onto mason jars as well and these are really great because they obviously have like the pore side and the Shaker side so just gives you a lot more versatility with these mason jars another hack I love doing with these mason jars is actually just a really simple way to upcycle them you're going to grab some of the Dollar Tree like the toy animals and then you are going to cut their heads off which always feels a little bit slightly wrong sawing off an animal's head but listen that's show business all right and then you're going to spray paint them gold to match the tops of the mason jars you hot glue these right on top and these look really cute if you're storing them out on like a bathroom vanity or out on your shelves or whatever now since we've already sort of just meandered down the path of cutting off animals heads I'm going to share with you a couple of other organization DIYs using the Dollar Tree toy animals another one with the heads cut off you can spray paint the heads whatever color you want I went for like a colorful theme is to go ahead and glue small magnets to the back of these lots of times you can find these magnets in the sort of teacher section sometimes they're in the tools section you can also buy piece of magnets on Amazon for about the same cost as you would get them at the Dollar Tree but these create like really cute little magnets for your refrigerator now another option if you don't want to have to cut off the animal's head but you do still have to impale them with a drill so I don't know how much better that is but you're going to drill down the center of some of these toy animals and then using little wooden dowels you can get these right at the Dollar Tree you're going to stick that into the hole secure it with some super glue or just some hot glue and then you're going to add these little alligator clips sometimes you can find these at the Dollar Tree I got mine on Amazon I will link any sort of like DIY items that I use down below hopefully if I remember sometimes I say it when I'm filming and then I forget to do it anyways glue these to the top of the dowels and now you've created these really cute little like memo pads these can sit out on your desk whether you're putting out memos you're putting out to Do's or you can even use them to display pictures [Music] okay next hack is get some of the magazine holders from the Dollar Tree and you're going to flip these on their side and these work really great to store water bottles I have kids so water bottles are abundant in our household and I think this is just a really great easy hack for storing extra water bottles vertically so they're not tumbling all over the place and as far as kids go this is really great because you could even store them by Kid and have each magazine holder be for a different kid okay for this next hack you're going to grab some of the burner covers from the Dollar Tree and then you're just going to go ahead and adhere these to the wall then you can get these little tiny tupperwares from the Dollar Tree if they sell round ones they sell square ones you're going to put a magnet on the bottom of these and then you can fill them up with all sorts of like little odds and ends this is great for like bobby pins and hair ties or in a craft room if you have like beads if you have little nails if you have little screws it would even work really great for spices in the kitchen but essentially now you can take these little tough ways because they're magnet and stick them on to the burner cover and you've got this great little organized area for all of your little Parts okay next up let's talk about the Shelf risers from the Dollar Tree I think the Shelf risers are such a great steal just to use on their own to go ahead and make more use of vertical space but maybe you don't have a shelf built into this place great for rental properties I use these all the time back when we used to rent but you can actually get creative with these and get more bang for your buck now you can combine two of these with just some of the Dollar Tree zip ties to create a longer shelf Riser this shelf Riser is equivalent to ones that I bought at Walmart that were I think somewhere between six or seven dollars each so for a dollar fifty I was able to basically dupe a wall a Walmart shelf Riser that was like three times as much money you can also get really creative with these using some of the other wire baskets from the Dollar Tree because you can put some wire baskets along the top and create sort of like this little organizer shelf when we first bought this house we had this uh bathroom vanity that was just horrific looking I'm gonna go ahead and show you what it looks like but if you have small children you might want to have them avert their eyes yeah I know it's not pretty but at least using this little shelf Riser basket hack I was able to organize this space a lot better another thing I love using the Shelf risers for is actually to organize shoes personally I find shoes to be like one of the hardest things to organize so the Shelf risers are actually really perfect for getting a little bit more storage because you can put shorter shoes underneath and depending on the depth of your closet you could even go like two or three deep okay speaking of the little wire baskets from the Dollar Tree one of my favorite like OG hacks that I've been using from the Dollar Tree forever is to use these little wire baskets with some Command hooks or even this the Dollar Tree like removable hooks inside of cupboard doors to get a little bit more use of your space usually along the bottom of where a shelf is there's like space that's not being used there and if you have a small kitchen that space is Prime real estate so you can add these little tiny baskets to store all sorts of stuff whether you're adding teas in there you're putting in like little odds and ends accessories for some of your kitchen appliances I've used it for like bottle accessories for my babies when I have newborns I also love using this on the doors for underneath the sink because it's a great place for storing extra things like sponges all right Dollar Tree sells these I think they call them shoe bins they've had these for years they're basically just clear bins with the plastic tops and I do really love storing with these one of my favorite sort of hacks for using these because they are one of the only larger bins that come clear from the Dollar Tree Dollar Tree has lots of clear bins that we are going to talk about later in this video but this is one of the only like larger ones is to use this for storage on shelves up high because this way even when you're like down low and looking up you can really see at a quick glance without having to pull the other the whole entire thing down to take inventory okay this next hack I will credit down below I saw this on um glue Guns and Roses YouTube channel and she took one of the little like pop sockets that you put on the back of your cell phone the pop sockets come in all sorts of annoying colors like tie-dye and like different cartoons so you can also give these a little spray paint in a single color if you want a nice cohesive look and these actually work perfectly with the Dollar Tree binder clips so you can take the binder clip store whatever it is that you need to store or hang on there whether it's your keys it's hair ties it's like a kid's toy it's whatever and then you can just slide it right onto one of these little pop sockets and it's the perfect little way to hang these next up let's talk about these sort of like long skinny baskets you can from about the Dollar Tree my closest dollar tree has a very sad storage section it's always very picked over there's not a lot of choices but these long skinny baskets are always available so I love to talk about some of the ways to make use of them I love this for kitchen storage I think they are the perfect sizes for sauces seasonings like the seasoning packets like taco seasoning they're great size for teas for things like emergencies and like your little single packets of things they also work amazing in your fridge for fridge organization because they are long and skinny you can make a lot of use of your fridge space speaking of kitchen storage in general I like a lot of their plastic storage for decanting stuff for my pantry if you guys have followed my channel for any period of time you know that I love to decant things out of the boxes and the bags that they come in because the boxes mags and things come in are usually not designed for storing they are designed for selling and for shipping and so typically you get them home and you put them into your closet and they fall apart and they break and they're a mess and it's not the ideal situation for storing these items let me talk about how that like fit in there perfectly I was really worried that I wasn't going to put both my popcorns in there that was like the perfect fit Dollar Tree has lots of great plastic and glass options for storing items in general I like to just keep it as cohesive as possible so I will buy multiples of the same bin so that it's cohesive inside of my pantry or my shelves or wherever I'm keeping it all right moving around along let's talk about the Dollar Tree Locker bins these are another sort of OG organizational item from the Dollar Tree but you can do so much with these one of my favorite ways to use these in kitchen pantries is to store a lot of like items together I eat like lots of oatmeals and stuff like that so I can create a bin that has like nuts and seeds which is all the stuff I would put on my oatmeal right so then when I go to make oatmeal I can just pull this entire bin out and I have everything I need without having to take like each individual canister out every single time I'm making oatmeal so you can do this with other things by storing like items maybe store all of your baking stuff right so put your baking soda your salt your baking powder that way when you're baking you're doing some cooking you can just take that out and then you have everything you need all in one like you know bucket I also love using the little clip-on um chalkboard clips from the Dollar Tree with these lacquer bands I use these for toy storage in my son's room for the longest time to make use of space above his little wardrobe you can also upgrade these all sorts of other ways I have used the Dollar Tree contact paper to cover these if you just want to give them sort of like an upgraded look the Dollar Tree has so many cute contact papers and like wallpapers right now stay tuned I'm doing an entire video about the Dollar Tree wallpaper that I am so excited about but that it's just a really easy way to upcycle these if maybe you don't like the color or you just want them to be a little bit more fun and playful okay in the school section one of my favorite back to school items every single year are these sort of like locking case bins I don't even know exactly what the Dollar Tree calls them but these are so good for storing as far as in mom life I love these for storing kids toys they are great for toys that have lots of little pieces you can also put different things inside of these and they're great for travel put some like Play-Doh and a couple little Play-Doh accessories in there because they lock clothes that is the big key to these they're really great for on the go another thing that I love storing with these is things like Electronics I recently um sort of redid where I store a lot of my like YouTube stuff like random cords and pieces to cameras and lenses and all of that sort of stuff and these worked really great for that and I love that they stack vertically just stick labels on them and they are an awesome organizing find from the Dollar Tree all right guys we're like in the 20s and I'm starting to sweat all right well we're on the topic of back to school you can get like obviously the composition books from the Dollar Tree now you can upcycle these if you grab one of the Q sort of like file folders that they sell they sell adorable prints and patterns for like basic folders during back to school and I just like recovered one of my composition folders using one of like the sort of cuter file folders and then you can even take the um inside pouch from the file folder and glue it on the inside of the composition folder so now you've not only updated this composition notebook to make it a little bit cuter but you've also created a little storage pocket to um keep like extra paperwork or whatever inside of it all right let's take this Dollar Tree laundry hamper I think that these are great finds because they are super huge but I'll be honest they are not huge enough for laundry I don't remember a time in my life when this size was the size that I used to do laundry so I don't use them for laundry but I do love using them for storage they aren't all that pretty but you can easily upcycle these with just some twine you can get a bunch of nautical rope like a lot of it on Amazon or whatever you can even buy it nautical rope right at the Dollar Tree and I just hot glued this around the entire thing I I wrapped it all the way around you can even create little handles and then when I got to the top I did like the edging along the top so the whole thing was finished and you just create this like really pretty sort of rope basket and you would pay way more money for a rope basket if you're going to just buy one plus some of the Rope baskets that you can buy like don't have structure so I love that this has a laundry basket insert because it creates a really good structure so it will really hold its shape whatever you are filling it with Dollar Tree sells craft paper which I love using for all sorts of stuff but you can also get just like a really cheap curtain rod you can buy literally these tiny curtain rods from Walmart for like two bucks or something and then use this to hang your craft paper on a wall and then I just weighted mine with two of the little bag clips that you can get from the Dollar Tree I mean you could obviously put something cute up on it like I did in this instance but you could also just use it to like write down your grocery list or like keep notes or whatever it's just a great place to sort of display thoughts ideas and lists all right one of my favorite hacks from the Dollar Tree is using their over the door um hooks these over the door hooks I love these I honestly think they're one of my top like 10 favorite Dollar Tree products I have hung like heavy winter jackets from them I have hung lunch boxes from them they hold so much weight for a dollar 25 but I also love these because you can actually combine two of them so you're gonna take one of them in the over the door part you're just going to straighten it out and then on the other one you're going to take the two outermost Hooks and you're going to straighten those out and then you just go ahead and zip tie that all together and now you've created an over-the-door hanger with two rows of hooks so this is great because you can do maybe bigger things on the bottom like jackets and then on the top you can do smaller things like hats and bags Dollar Tree has some of my favorite in the drawer organizers I love these sort of like plastic ones they actually have a design where they clip together so once you've sort of decided on the structure that you want to use inside of your cupboard you can clip them together which is great because it really prevents them from shifting around all over the place they also sell these three packs of the wire ones not the wire ones they look like wire but they're like plastic basket style I guess is what I'm saying and three of these for a dollar 25 is such a good steal I've been using the same set in my upstairs bathroom for three years now and they're just like the perfect size for storing lots of little things one of my best tips is to go ahead and label these baskets it's just going to make it easier for you to get things back to where they belong I always preach this I know it feels silly sometimes to label things in our own home because we're like I live here I don't have to tell myself where to put stuff but sometimes you do and just having the label helps your brain skip a step and so when you're going to put something back even if maybe you know where it goes the label just makes it easier for you because you can autopilot to it you don't have to think where does it go because the label is just telling you trust me it just it makes life easier Dollar Tree also sells a lot of really great acrylic style organizers those sort of like clear organizers that look much more high-end and much more expensive than they actually are are one of my favorite is this like small three compartment one it comes with a little top this is so good for like little hair accessories bobby pins hair ties that sort of stuff speaking of acrylic containers from the Dollar Tree a few of my other favorites I love these little acrylic door drawers like mini drawers from the Dollar Tree you can buy ones of these like from home edit and comparable brands for way more money these do not look like they are from the Dollar Tree they are so good for storing all sorts of little odds and ends especially on a bathroom vanity I also love these sort of like plastic more sort of square container um acrylic bins from the Dollar Tree if you've done a lot of shopping at the Dollar Tree you know there's like different levels of plastic if you will and I love these ones because these are like the thicker plastic that feel nice they feel like the thick acrylic that you would spend more money on from places like The Container Store or whatever I use these recently in our Nursery to just organize this one drawer that had become a total mess I love how it looks really high-end I only paid it 25 for each of them and another hack is to go into the sort of like party section at the Dollar Tree and they sell the three section dip trays they sell those I think in two different sizes and these are obviously for like three different kinds of dips or like three different kinds of foods that you're serving at a party but you can use these for storage as well if you're just looking for like an acrylic style three compartment storage thing put these inside of a drawer inside of a closet or whatever and they work so good and because they have that acrylic look they look more expensive than they actually are for this next hack we're going to make a hanging basket so you're going to start by getting two of The Wire baskets from the Dollar Tree and then you're going to get these hangers that they sell for the hanging planters you're going to need two of these and then you're going to use one of them to connect two of the baskets together just count the amount of chains so that you're doing like an equal amount of chains for all three obviously so it's not lopsided and then you're going to use the second one to be the actual hanger and this creates like a really great just like double basket hanger I actually also created a three-tier one because obviously more is more right why do two when you can do three that's my motto that's not my motto I don't know and for this one instead of baskets I actually just use like the hanging planters as they come so obviously these aren't as enclosed as um baskets are so it depends on what you're storing but I used it to store stuffed animals in my son's room so it worked out great okay this next hack you're going to get a plastic hanger from the Dollar Tree a set of shower rings and one of the mesh um like baskets these are like mesh laundry baskets and then all you're going to do is you're going to put three shower Rings into the mesh basket you're just gonna like go through the holes and then you go ahead and clip these on to your hanger and this works great to sort of create some vertical hanging storage you basically created like a hanging basket okay so like I was saying earlier my Dollar Tree is usually very limited on the sort of like bins and storage containers they have I'm always very jealous when I see other bins that people are getting and then I'm like they do not have that at my Dollar Tree and so if you are in the same situation I am don't overlook the dish pans they sell these near their plastic drying racks and these can work amazing for storage you don't need to use this for dirty dishes honestly in my opinion these are not big enough for dirty dishes kind of going back to that laundry basket where I was like that laundry basket is not big enough to hold the amount of laundry I need to do in a day that would hold like 25 minutes worth of dishes in my house but these work great for storage whether you're storing in the closet you're storing it in a pantry you're storing underneath your kitchen sink or whatever don't overlook these dish pans for storage one storage thing I love from the Dollar Trees they actually sell reusable bags what's one thing you never do when you have kids that's leave the house without snacks never under any circumstance do you leave the house without snacks personally what I like to do is when we get to the end of like a larger bag like we're at the end of a pretzel bag or like we're at the end of some of their Pirates Booty or whatever I will take that last little bit and put it into snack bags so I have easy to like grab and go snacks for my kids because obviously you can buy the snack packs and stuff at the grocery store but they always charge you more for it to be in little bags and then you're like throwing away these little bags and it's a bunch of trash all right next up we're going to make a DIY um dry erase board now you can really customize this in the one that I'm showing I got three of the frames from the Dollar Tree I got the square ones and then I'm just removing the glass I'm taking everything off then you're going to glue these frames together using hot glue I'm just creating one big Square I'm spray painting them white because I just want white for the style that I'm doing and then you're going to go ahead and reassemble the frames with the glass piece and at this point now you can sort of customize what's behind each one so you could obviously like put a calendar behind one you could put lined paper behind one to make it lines or however you want to do it you can really customize it but the thing is now this is glass and you can write on glass with a dry erase marker so you can use this for notes for scheduling for keeping to-do lists for keeping lists of grocery stuff you need to get whatever I love that it creates four different sections so you can have four different place for different kinds of notes okay this next hack is to create a bedside caddy so you're going to get one of the dish drying like um pads from the Dollar Tree and then you can get these like little Plastics they're like little storage bags I got this clear one and you're just going to glue it onto one end of the dish drying rack then you're going to take the end of the dish drying rack that doesn't have the bag on it you slide that under your mattress and now you've created a little caddy next to your bed for like your cell phone your like lips lipstick I don't know why you would be keeping lipstick next to your bed I was thinking chapstick okay next up I love the mesh laundry bags from the Dollar Tree for storing sand toys literally just throw these into your beach bag and when it's time to leave the beach anything that Sandy can go right into one of these mesh bags it's just a really great way to sort of like take beach stuff back and forth next up Dollar Tree sells these sort of like little stick-on rings they're for the back of your cell phone I think they're like a pop socket sort of deal like you put your finger through it so you can hold on to your phone but I actually should love you using these to store my sunglasses so you can put as many as you want sort of like across the inside of a cupboard or whatever and then it's the perfect hanger for your sunglasses put them right by your back door you just hang them up when you come in and they are always there when you're ready to leave next up to the Dollar Tree sells these um removable labels so obviously they sell label stickers but keep your eyes peeled for these removable labels they're the kind of sticker that's designed to sort of Peel on and off and I love using this for labeling things that switch out often very often the things in the entry containers will switch out whether it's seasonally or whatever you're cooking and so I love having some of these removable labels on hand for that kind of stuff in the office section you can get clothes pins and one of my favorite hacks is just take some of the sticky adhesive that comes with the um like removable hooks from the Dollar Tree you're gonna use just the adhesive part I'm gonna stick one piece to a clothespin stick the other side inside of cupboard doors or closet doors and these work great it's just a place to hold on to paperwork so I use some inside of my pantry for like my meal planning and my grocery list I also have used them in the past just to hold on to like extra receipts or bills that I need to get to if you don't know Dollar Tree sells scarf scarf hangers I love these for getting your scarves easily stored into closets because you can just sort of pile them all through the holes they're not all balled up and you can put them in to a closet another thing I love doing in closets to make the most use of space is using some of the shower rings and you're going to put this over the top of a hanger and this allows you to hang another hanger off of it you can do two three even four of these um down and it just allows you to hang multiple things from a single hanger on the rod so you're getting a lot more use of your vertical space in the tool section you get these super huge carabiners and these are amazing for storing hair ties because I don't know what it is about hair ties hair ties and socks I think they got together and they like hold a convention once a year and the convention is called How to Disappear without ever being found bobby pins too anyways these carabiners are a great way you put all of your hair tie eyes right onto the Carabiner and they are secured and they cannot attend the convention this year all right next up we're going to do a little DIY UK popsicle sticks from the Dollar Tree and I'm going to use them to create one of these hexagon shelves these hexagon shelves are so cute but they are very expensive if you want to buy them and so why not DIY them right it's like that Meme where it's like why would I buy it when I could spend 500 in five hours making it instead this is not going to cost you 500 it's going to cost you like 10 or something it might take you a little while it's not the destination you guys it's the journey but also the destination because these shelves are really great okay so in order to do these you're going to start by creating one hexagon shape using a set of popsicle sticks and then go ahead and Trace that shape out so that you have a guide to work from and then you are essentially just going to glue these popsicle sticks together into the hexagon shape and then you're going to keep going working clockwise or counterclockwise as long as you're sort of going in One Direction and it's going to build on top of itself until you've created nice width to your shelf and then obviously you can use it just like this I decided to go ahead and like stain mine a color I'm using chalk paint that I'm like watering down and sort of wiping away so it gives that stained look and then that's it this creates an adorable hexagon shelf you could create a couple of these and sort of like put them on a wall I just think these are so cute they're so high-end looking and they literally cost you a couple of dollars to make another great storage DIY is to get these crates from the Dollar Tree and I'm going to glue multiple of them together I like to use like sometimes some E6000 or some super glue you can also get these clamps at the Dollar Tree which are great for crafting you can clamp them while they dry then you're going to get one of the wooden rulers from the Dollar Tree you can actually just peel the inching part off of this and you're left with this nice like wooden piece and you're going to measure and cut these to create shelves inside of your crates and then the last thing that you're going to steal is on the back of the Dollar Tree frames they have the little hinge that's used for like the piece that props the frame out and you're going to add the clamp to the back of your crates and then you're going to glue the other end of that hinge to your wooden piece from the ruler and now you've created this little sort of like crate stand display shelf I wish I could think of a cooler name for it but this works so good for like sunglass storage or even jewelry storage if you're using it in a closet you could also just use it for your makeup tons of different and use this for this I think it looks so nice Okay next up if you have a closet that has horrible Lighting in it the closet that we had in one of our bedrooms was like this it was literally so dark that even when the light from the bedroom was on you could not see anything in there I just got some of the little LED lights from the Dollar Tree I love these LED lights when we were talking about like my top 10 favorite Dollar Tree products this is definitely one of the top 10. these are so good they have little stands on them but they also have an adhesive backing so you can literally just stick them right up to the wall so add a few of them inside of that dark closet and you can tap tap tap on the lights now you can easily see what you're looking for in that closet and stay a lot more organized in there okay the Dollar Tree has been selling these metal like flower garden bin things for quite a few years now five or six years but I thought why not upcycle them if you want the style to match your home a little bit better I am just going to paint the entire thing in some white chalkboard paint I'm sort of like wiping and rubbing it away as I go and what I love about these metal bins from the Dollar Tree is that the writing is right raised so once everything is dry you can sort of sand it away and get that sort of rustic look where it's like the words are coming through but it looks sort of like Farmhouse Chic or whatever and you've kind of upgraded this into more of a caddy and this would look so cute storing things out on a bathroom vanity put in some soaps and some dish towels okay random Dollar Tree product that I think is amazing for uh storage is their suction hooks these um suction cup onto like glass onto tile in your bathroom you basically stick them on and then you twist the hook downward you get really really amazing suction like this is going to hold so much weight if you have a place where you are needing to hang something that's on tile or glass along with the over the door hanging hooks of the Dollar Tree sells they also sell ones that you can just Mount right to the wall which I love because it gives you a little more versatility on where you want to hang them but I'm going to show you a way to sort of upcycle these because maybe you're hanging them on a wall where they're going to be a little bit more prominent now obviously you can spray paint these and make them any color that you want to match your Decor but another idea is to get some of the wooden beads you get these as strands in the craft section and put one on the end of each hook it just immediately is going to elevate the look of this hanger before you spray paint it if you want to get really crazy like I did I actually went ahead and bordered the entire thing with the beads as well before I spray painted it it doesn't look like a little cheapy like metal hook hanger anymore so suddenly looks a lot more expensive and finished but only cost me 3.75 in Dollar Tree products okay one hack that I love for organizing all the 8 million cords that we have in our life is to get one binder from the Dollar Tree and then get some of the clip and pencil cases then you can go ahead and label each of these I like to label for the different kinds of chords but you could also label them based on like what the chord is for like camera cord I was gonna say VCR cord who uses a VCR Cali many USBS micro USBs why are there so many kinds of USBS I don't know then you just store the cords inside of the pencil cases inside of the binder now you've got just basically a binder of chords but they are all organized and you can find everything you are looking for Dollar Tree sells spice rack risers and these are really cool actually I think it's a really good find for only a dollar 25. now a little hack with these is um they aren't super long and so they might not be the exact size you need but you can actually sort of combine two together and just like keep sliding them to make the width that you want so they kind of become like these adjustable spice racks and you can make them shorter or longer to fit your desired space and if you're gonna be really crazy I'm going to link a video down below where I actually upcycled one of these completely using Dollar Tree poster board as well as some Dollar Tree wooden contact paper to make it look like a wooden spice rack riser a Dollar Tree organizing hack that I use literally every single day is I hung some of the little removable hooks on the inside of the cupboard doors where I keep a lot of my baking stuff and I use this to store my cups and my teaspoons literally the best place to hang them ever especially after you wash them they're kind of wet then they're just like drip drying you never like digging through a drawer trying to find them literally my mom was visiting the other day and she was like this is the smartest way to store teaspoons and I was like I know Dollar Tree coming at you next up Dollar Tree sells these sort of like wire Square hangers and I think these are just such a good organizational find from the Dollar Tree you can get creative whether you're using S hooks with these or binder clips or you're like just hanging stuff on these you get one of these for 1.25 at the Dollar Tree and they sell like sets of four for 20 or more on Amazon so I just think these are such a great find for organizing and if you can't find them you can even just use the Dollar Tree cooling racks you hang these on the wall with some Command hooks and these work amazing for storing all sorts of stuff one more hack using the Dollar Tree cooling racks is you can actually Bend these now you could use a needle nose plier but you can actually Bend these right with your hand and essentially you can create like a little C shape with these to create small little shelves so you could Bend one and hang it on a wall and just use it for like paperwork use it for your journals your planners like your books whatever you can also turn it the long way and bend them this way to create a shelf for things like spices and toiletries now what I did here was I took a little bit of just wire you can get like floral wire at the Dollar Tree I just wrapped it around the two ends to create like little Stoppers so the stuff wouldn't fall off the end of my shelf obviously but again just some Command hooks these will hang right on the wall and they work great for storing all sorts of stuff in the office section of the Dollar Tree you can get this pencil organizer and I love this you can store so many pencils and pens vertically I think it's such a great use of space especially if you're somebody like me who at your desk you want to have multiple kinds of pens and like highlighters or whatever I actually literally just had somebody ask me the other day they're like where did you get that awesome pencil organizer on your desk and I was like holla Dollar Tree that's not what I said I was like it was from the Dollar Tree that's kind of more what it was like Dollar Tree also sells these cable organizers they're just like they don't look like they're gonna be anything all that special it's like a very easy thing to pass up at the Dollar Tree but they work so great for wrapping cords so it doesn't get all tangled what is it by the way I just had this discussion with my husband about a hose somebody please explain science to me the physics or whatever when I take a straight item like a hose or a wire and I put it down onto the ground or into a basket and I don't touch it right maybe I shove it to the side a little and then when I pick it up again it's all knots how can somebody explain that science to me because I don't I think I'm a fairly intelligent person and I cannot understand how that happens we don't want that happening with our wires so this little organizer keeps them all wrapped up so you don't have to worry about that [Music] the Dollar Tree sells these shoe organizers you can actually use these for storing all sorts of stuff I like to just hang them on the backs of doors or insides of inside of closets to store like little odds and ends they're great in nurseries if you have small kids for things like lotions and diaper creams and you know extra sunscreens and binkies or whatever I also have used them in my daughter's room to plan out her clothes for the week anything that I have to do less in the morning when I'm getting my kids ready is helpful so I do like to pull out what they're going to wear for the week and so these little shoe organizers actually work really great for that okay a couple hacks using the Dollar Tree napkin holders I actually have an entire video of hacks using these but I'm going to share just a few of my favorite organizational ones the napkin holders are amazing for a store in like papers for storing envelopes for just like using as like a paper organizer on your desk you can even combine two of them using zip ties or get crazy combine three of them they work really great for storing books as well or even keeping a book open on your counter like if it's a cookbook while you're doing some cooking in the kitchen you can even in with a single command hook just hang these on the wall now you've created like a little like on the wall you can see in these videos here I like really get crazy and diyed these up a lot using things like yarn and paint you can make these so cute instead of combining the back to back you can combine these the long way and create essentially like a little shelf I just think it's such a smart way to use the napkin holders now another way that I love using these is actually to flip them vertically and you're going to zip tie them together and you've created sort of this like long o shape and this works great for storing paints for storing nail polishes you can even go vertically if you get one of the Dollar Tree paper towel holders you can do two of these sort of like oh Circle shapes and now you can store like a ton of like your kids markers your kids art supplies I actually found that these were the perfect size for storing K-Cups I obviously spray painted my entire thing all white so it was like matchy matchy but I think this is such an awesome storage idea using just a couple of the Dollar Tree napkin holders and a paper towel holder and on the topic of paper towel holders these work amazing for store wearing your hair scrunchies and your hair ties you can just like stack them up on here you could even do bracelets if you wanted you could store ribbon vertically this way I also love flipping these vertically you can use it in your closet to like hang out your clothes for the week you could put it vertically next to a toilet to store extra toilet paper right this is so smart it gets the toilet paper like up off the floor and it perfectly holds three toilet paper rolls and I even used it under my shelf to hold on to mugs now you will want to take it and sort of bend it upwards a little bit if you're going to hang something heavy on it and then you can use this to hang extra mugs this will work great to make more use of vertical space in like cupboards and pantries another thing I love doing with the paper towel holders is because they're sort of essentially like a built-in handle is you can create different kinds of caddies with them so the first example here is I added three of The Wire baskets from the Dollar Tree onto these and created sort of like a little fruit basket you could obviously like put different party foods in here as well like different tip different kinds of chips chips or different like party foods to sort of carry it around as like a little caddy you could also just get some cups to add to these you can get like a thing of cups at the Dollar Tree and you could go four along the bottom and use this as like a utensil caddy for um like dining outside or going out to the picnic table or again for like hosting a party put all of your Cutlery in here and you can even go vertically even higher I added a few more cups and now created an entire art caddy so I use this for my kids like arts and crafts supplies just put like markers and crayons and scissors and like whatever in here and you've created a little caddy for your kid to put down on their table they can do their arts and crafts and then move it away or use it for yourself if you're a crafter right keep all your little crafty stuff in there and then you can just move it around when you're ready to use it we are going to end with just one random organizing product that I love from the Dollar Tree and it is these basket labels I have used a lot of basket labels in my life and these ones that you get two for a dollar 25 are probably my favorite the clips are really great they're made of this like heavy duty plastic but then the inserts are actually these little pieces of paper so I love this because you can write what you want on them stick it in there but then over time if you need the basket for something else you can just take it out and like write whatever the new thing is on this if you see these definitely grab them all right my friends that does it I'm literally sweating I'm like hungry I need a coffee and a snack and like some deodorant maybe I don't know why I'm so hot it's sort of weird but I'm also like eight weeks postpartum so I'm just sweating all of the time let's be honest you guys as always thank you so much for stopping by and watching I really hope you're having a fantastic day please remember to be kind to yourself and others and I will see you all in my next video
