$6.8 Million SuperYacht Tour : Gulf Craft Majesty 100

this is the golfcraft majesty 100. now this as you can see is a really big superhero but what's impressive about this is despite its size you'd expect to be big inside but it's actually quite incredible just how much they've got into this yacht they've really utilized the space well and the areas that you get in this are quite incredible so i'm going to take you on board and i am going to give you the full tour we're going to go into everywhere we're going to go into the guest areas we're going to go and see the wheelhouse we're going to look at engines the crew area the galley the lot and we're going to start right here in the saloon this is really nice now you can see they've got these big windows that drop all the way down almost a floor level and with this light wood it just throws so much light into here feels so big and so spacious and i love some of the details like the way they've done this table here it's just so beautifully wrought and it's a great entertaining space you can see you've got seating here all the way around it's just a great place of an evening to sit and have a chat and just while your hours away it's beautiful now if we head on a bit further forward we've got crew areas over on that side we're going to go and look at those but we're going to head down this side first of all we've got a dining area here of course and you can see this seats four on each side just on each end so you've got 10 there very comfortably and then lots of little storage areas tucked around it's actually a very practical boat it's a lot of thought going to these and in fact it's been a very popular boat for gold craft as a result they sold a lot of these if we head on down this way again this is what i mean about storage they've tucked it away into everywhere and that from an operational point of view of course is really important now there's a side access door here we're actually going to come through that in a little while and then there's also that takes us down to the lower deck we're going to go and look at that as well of course but we're going to head up this way first of all the day heads is here that is in here and you can see we've got the blind there and we've got the toilet in there as well but in fact if you're out at sea you can push that button there and then you've got an amazing view out that's got to be one of the nicest views you're ever going to find from a toilet anywhere i would think we're in can at the moment that's what you're looking at out there so that's the day ahead and then ahead of this there's a bit more storage on this side again as i say this is really a boat that has so much practical thinking a lot of thought going into it all the way through head into here now this door here this takes us in to the owner's cabin so this is all the owners domain from here forward so you've got this beautiful dressing area and behind that then is this walk-in wardrobe so you've got wardrobes done right down here wardrobes here more storage here's a safe in here as well as you can see if we open this up you can see the kind of thing and if we carry on through here then you get to the heads the b day in this one you've got the twin sinks of course and then up here there's a really nice rainfall shower look at the size of that and again that amazing view out across here of course there's a blind again that will drop down you can see all the controls for the shower there let's reverse out of here back through the wardrobe area and we'll head on a bit deeper into this cabin because look at this that's beautiful i love the way that the bed seems to sort of float because they put lights underneath it that's really nice and these comfy chairs they've put in here just a great place where you can come and tuck yourself away and again that view if we come up through here because these great big windows you can see those blinds that drop down over them but with them up just fabulous and i think in here as well that light wood just enhances that feeling of space i mean it's not short of space anyway but it's the way they've used it i think it's brilliant there's so much light and with the pale wood as well it just works brilliantly let's head on back a bit further there's so much to show you on here we need to keep moving and this time actually what i am going to show you is that's actually a secret door we're going to use that in a bit so i'll show you what that does but what we're going to do first is head down to the lower deck so this is for your guests let's come right down here and then what you have if we head aft our two mirrored cabins you can see if i stand here they're identical and these are big double cabins again loads of wardrobe space down here again beautifully finished and again you've got those big windows everywhere you go in this it just feels light and airy and comfortable big tv in here there's a tv in a master cabin as well i meant to point that out but there's one again at the head of the bed and then the foot of the bed i should say to be precise which looks good in the head would it and then again that rainfall shower and beautifully finished with this pale marble very nice indeed so that's that one i'll show you the one next door as well it is pretty much the same but just to give you an idea love the way they've done finishes like this across here that's really nice so same kind of thing double cabin wardrobes those big windows and the ensuite as you'd expect on the page of this caliber all of the cabins are ensuite but that is a lovely big cabin isn't it if you've got guests who come down here they're going to be delighted let's head on a bit further because there's two more cabins if we head forward this again more storage tucked away down in places like this so every inch of this boat is utilized if we head down here you've got a twin cabin now in fact you'll see that there's these sort of grooves these stainless steel grooves on the floor that's because you can bring these together and make that into a double cabin if it's preferred the other thing that's in here is a pullman berth that's this photo up here and in the other cabin we have that deployed so i'll show you what that looks like phone system so that sort of intercom throughout the whole boat and so forth tv again air conditioning on all of these cabins you can see that's controlled by these little fellas here and the ensuite in here looks like this very nice and if we drop out of here and go across similar sort of thing as i say this one has the pullman berth deployed this is a nice touch this will just drop away for when you fold the bed away of course and then those big windows and wardrobes and so on all these cabins just feel so full-sized it is the proper super yacht experience for everybody on board the other thing i'll show you just down here while we're down here is this little area here again they're just using every bit of space and it just makes the boat very very practical so that is yellow deck four cabins we're gonna head on around and then this time what we're going to do is we're going to head back this way past the dining area and now here we're getting to some of the crew areas so if we go through here you've got access door out onto the side and the galley is there we're going to come back to that what i'm going to do instead is take a loop around this way and this then will take us up to the pilot house this is a brilliant area because you've got the helm up here of course but you've also got a load of seating around here so that could be for crew it could be for guests who want to come and see what's going on and this is where you actually hand the boat from you've got the vertical screens on here which is nice so you've got a great view out over the bow and then well you can imagine it's fully equipped so there are things like track stabilizers they're controlled by this little fellow over here communications these are for generator controls there's two of these there's two generators then these screens you can configure this one's navigation this takes you into the systems on the boat the moment it's looking at fuel and water levels that kind of stuff and this is cameras there's cameras all around the boat this is actually looking out the back but the door is up i'm going to show you that area because there's a jet ski garage down there but with that door down of course you can watch the boat in against the pontoon you can also look at other areas like the engines for example on here as well so very comprehensive throttles here thrusters and so forth but that's a great zone as i say if you're on delivery and the crew want to come and just chat up here they can do or if guests want to come and see what's going on perfect but what is absolutely brilliant then if we come up again this one's actually got a sky lounge so you've got another separate upper deck saloon area that is lovely love this little table here for example and this is very very comfortable it's brilliant for example if you've got a whole group of people on here and the kids want to come up here and play computer games for example you've got a big screen up here that you can use for films or games or whatever else also this whole area will close off because there's doors that come across here and then these windows you can see this one's half down they're huge powered windows there's buttons over here if i look at the port one for example hit the down button you can see look at that and what that means is you can let the air through here now this is a really open area on a day like today which is warm and nice but if it's a bit chilly or indeed really hot then you can close this whole thing up you've got amazing views you've got terrific view out across here and it's just another really good livable area the boat is full of them in fact there's so many different zones both inside and outside but that i think is a great feature let's head out onto the upper deck half cockpit now what they've done here is they put a bar area in so you've got your sink and then you've got things like fridge and i suspect an ice maker somewhere yep there we go i think that's called a skillet and then at the back this is all been laid out with freestanding furniture so you can lay this out however you want really and it's just a lovely open area you've got the big bimini top over so you get plenty of shade that's one of those cameras incidentally that we were looking at on that screen at the helm but another really great zone on the boat now that little staircase there will take us back down to the off cockpit we're not going to go that way we're going this way because this will take us forward with this beautiful stainless steel work on here stunning if we head on down here that's that big window that i dropped down electrically like so and then we head on again that is the uh the helm station in there and then there's another area up here that's what i mean it just keeps on giving this boat i mean yes of course it's a 100 foot boat you'd expect a lot of space but it's amazing even for 100 foot boat just how much they've got into this so there's a fabulous area up here on the bow you've got sunbathing as well and if that's not enough for you if we head on down here another little seat this is a brilliant place you can tuck yourself away when the boat's cruising down the coastal in harbour if you're stern two birthdays you're often around the med you can sit here and your view is out across the front that's superb your anchoring kit is up here as well of course let's go right to the front because i think i'm going to take every area and we're going to do exactly that so let's step up here and that is how she looks from here that's a big impressive chunk of super yacht isn't it let's head down this side what we can do here now let's head down i'll show you some of the crew areas and the crew rooting as well which i think is pretty impressive so there is a stairway down here this takes you right back to the aft cockpit one thing i didn't mention is the drop balconies can you see how that comes down and out like that that's a side section it drops electrically and you drop in those railings and that just increases that space back after hugely but we're going to go this way and this is taking us back inside and i'm going to show you the secret door because for the crew obviously you've got the saloon back here and the dining area the crew can come in through here and then they can go down to the cabins or they can go forward to the master cabin but they can also go through the secret door and this routes us into some of the crew areas so what have we got here we have got ice maker fridge there's a load of cool storage on this actually this is all storage in behind here there's another fridge then tucked away in here and this is taking us into the galley really decent size exactly what you'd expect and very nicely trimmed again actually because again you've got this beautiful marble you've got the light wood you don't feel like you're into a sort of a more domestic area of the boat it feels every inch the super yacht experience you get everywhere else love this big sink cooking over here of course and here and then a load more cold storage here so this is um fridges and freezers and so on it's all miele equipment as you can see mila mila we haven't had mila on the channel for a bit so you'll have to excuse me oding on it mila fantastic now if we go this way that's that stairway that took us up to the helm position there's also a door here that goes out for the crew to go straight out onto the deck and then if you're serving food of course so then you're straight out here into the dining area very very nifty now we're going to reverse a little bit and go back into here because there are crew areas down here so if we go back around here and down now this boat is at a boat show there's a lot of gear down here and it's fully crewed at the minute so i have said we're just going to show one of the cabins because they're exactly the same hello sorry you okay i'll sneak through this way thank you thank you there we go that's what you have done here so there are two of these and both of them are ensuite so if we look in behind here check this locally in there there we go so you've got your toilet and there's a rainfall shower in there as well and so on so four crew can sleep down here in these two cabins there is the laundry down here as well as you can see more miller equipment that is the other cabin there we're not going to go into there because there's a lot of gear in there at the moment and then more storage in places like this now that's only one of the crew areas there is another and we're going to head that way next so let's go back up here and i think we'll go back out through that secret door here we go that's the forward owner's cabin up there day heads on this side and if we head on back that's down to the lower deck and then again you've got rooting out through here side door here and then access back to the cockpit there's a couple of things i want to show you back here and then we're going to go down and take a look at the engine space these are these drop balconies i was mentioning and you can see just how much extra space they give you because normally the cockpit comes to here and then these lift up against it but you drop those down drop these in and you can stand out here then what's nice is you can actually look right down the outside of the boat that's fantastic same on the other side but this time what we're going to do is we are going to head around here and find another crew area down here so this then is taking us down to the mess area like so again this is what i mean for a hundred foot boat to have a proper mess area and completely separate crew areas that is fantastic there's another galley down here so they can prepare a bit of food down here whatever they want to do and again more cold storage and places like this this is the captain's cabin and i have asked permission that says carronly what i have asked and they said that's fine so what you've got on here is bunks but they're actually a really decent size and then as you'd expect there's an ensuite here with a separate shower with a rainfall shower a lot of crew space on this boat for 100 foot boat it's brilliant okay let's come back out of here i want to show you the engines so we've come back through this crew mess and this time we're going to head this way now in here you can see we've got some of the ship systems here but i think that gets particularly interesting is when we head into here now these are a pair of man engines they are 1 900 horsepower each and they're giving the boat a top speed of 20 knots which is tramping on for a 100 foot superhero isn't it now if you want a cruise you'd normally cruise at probably about 12 knots and in fact if you drop the speed back to 10 knots you've got 1400 nautical miles of range so you've got some serious legs on this ship let's head on through we've got twin generators there's one here and another one you can see back in that corner over there there's a water maker on this one this is what this is about just here there are air conditioning chillers in here as well they're over there and then we can come right back these electrical panels for the man engines you've got emergency access that takes you straight up and out into the cockpit so you've got another way out of here if you want to get out real quick and then back down here this takes us into the engineering spaces under the garage which is the only thing we haven't looked at in fact so we've got to go and look at that to finish off but just like everywhere else you just get the sense that you're on a really properly big boat and i think even for a hundred footer space on here is impressive okay let's head out this way back out through the mess area and let's go and find that garage at the back and finish off so this will take us back up to the aft deck and we're going to head over here oh i'm going to show you first of all this is the tender that is a sport jet i think it's a 520 i can just about make that out but that's a decent sized tender again it all feels properly grown up on this boat and i'll show you that lives yeah williams 520. big tender see it's got the ski pole on there and that kind of thing use that for water sports they're great fun but that lives down here so there are a couple of things to show you down here there is a high low platform and the tender then lives across the back of the boat so you get a really decent sized tender on it you'll notice these tracks here and the reason for those is because there's a garage for a jet ski so that lives in there oh we've got a helicopter taking off let's stop look at the helicopter straight over there and that's your jet ski it's a sea doo and it slides on these tracks out onto the high low section and that then lowers it into the water and of course you can do the same thing for the other toys as well so there's other bits and pieces in here and anything that's a bit heavy if you want to bring it out and drop it on the platform and lower it then of course you can do sea bobs for example over here and then finally when you've had your fun in the water that's the shower superb right where we're going to finish off let's go i think maybe we haven't gone up is that stairway back up to the upper deck and that's here let's go back up here and let's finish off the back here's that chopper yeah this looks very inviting doesn't it so there we go that is the golfcraft majesty 100. i think that's a really impressive boat i think that the cleverness that's going on the design of this is absolutely brilliant and it really does feel a bigger boat than it actually is it's been really successful for gold craft i think they've built nine of them now he was telling me so yeah been a really popular boat and a real joy to bring it to alcoholic i hope you've enjoyed that one let me know what you think in the comments and we will look forward
