In this video we be having Beef Loin Teppanyaki A full course lunch set It is served with a lemon Our course today will have Seafood Vegetables and Beef Loin We are serve by friendly Chef Uen First on the grill is Tiger Prawns Sweet Peas Abalone Plate is decorated with green tea salt Lemon And Leaf Pattern Mochi Butter Our seafood course is served! This would be our first time having Teppanyaki Abalone In the meantime Chef is whipping up some garlic The Abalone has a nice chewy texture and is flavorful with butter The Sweet Pea was firm and crunchy And the Mochi had a nice rice flavor Let me zest up the Tiger Prawn Being cooked so crispy, everything was edible The hard parts were like crackers While the meaty parts were fresh and chewy The sauce given is a salty ponzu which made the food savory and tangy A flavorful starter plate The garlic chips were cooked until they got brown and crispy The garlic flavored oil is kept to use for later 2 chips needed to be reworked Next on the grill is Onions Mugwort Mochi Beef fats We are served seasoning sauces And salts our next plate Which will be the Beef Loin Konjac Jelly Salad is served There are actual cows in the Konjac Jelly! Our plate with Beef Loin is served! Next on the grill is Burdock Root And Choy Sum (caixin) The salad was made up of lettuce, radish, konjac noodles and salted seaweed It was a compact salad Now lets get back to the Beef Loin plate It is cooked medium rare like we requested It is a beefy, moist and juicy cut Not fatty like Wagyu and gives a more steak like bite Having it with the salts was nice and simple While the crispy garlic chips and wasabi gave it extra oomph flavor! The Mugwort mochi was rather interesting It has a chewy texture with grassy flavor Must say the Konjac jelly cow print was really cute! It is crunchy in texture but pretty much flavorless unless you dip it in sauce Can say the vegetables were extra flavorful Could be cause of the garlic flavor oil used The beef fats oil is also saved for later Our second portion of Loin is getting cooked There is a nice amount of beef for this course Gotta say our chef always keeps the grill in tip top shape The reflection it has is almost like a mirror! The Loin is again cooked perfectly We topup our course for garlic fried rice A unique fried rice with part of it made super crispy Comes with spring onions Mushrooms and beef fats The crispy rice was so thin and so light! Very nice! We were also served pickles Miso soup And hot tea Overall this course had been entertaining with filling steaky meats Gotta to love the little cute cow! We were usher off to another room for dessert Our dessert was a tangy and refreshing Yuzu Sorbet And iced coffee Sugar Creamer
